My first face piercing and I will definitely come again for my next!UPDATE: I’ve now gotten several more piercings and a tattoo. I got my first tattoo a couple of months ago and cant believe it took me this long to write a review. Anthony was so calming and the entire atmosphere was great. We had a couple of consultations and each time Anthony listened to what was important to me and I couldnt be happier with my tattoo. I will definitely be back soon for my next one!

I got my first tattoo here today with the artist Anthony and it was such a great experience!!! Everyone here is so nice and friendly, Anthony used a really quiet needle, and he created such a calm and easy experience! I know people always say once you get one tattoo, you immediately want more and that is so true- I can’t wait to go back and get another piece done here! Very reasonably priced and I got a Capri Sun afterwards.

My friend and I were trying to get helix piercings before she left for home, and we were so excited to find a place like this; their aesthetic was beautiful, clean and professional, with lovely prints as well from their resident artist. Cynthia was our piercer and they were kind, cool and personable and made the whole experience feel calming and informative!! Loved this experience even though it was outside of my normal piercer, I definitely felt that trust form from immediately discussing and all through consultation. Fantastic place!!

I went to Visions for a piercing back in January. The first things that I noticed were that it was very clean and it was a very calming space. All of the staff that I encountered were very friendly. Cynthia did my piercing and she was amazing!! She was very personable and knowledgeable and explained everything in full detail. When someone loves what they do, they give their all…and then some. You can totally tell that she loves her job and she’s SO very good at it. I highly recommend Visions.

I got my vertical labret done by Cynthia and let me tell you she did an amazing job very chill and was super helpful with my questions! Cynthia was amazing, she helped calm down my step daughter when she was nervous about her eyebrow piercing, she was very sweet and caring and funny. She made this experience for the both of us really easy and painless. I will definitely be back for any future piercings.

Cynthia is amazing! I’ve had my cartridge pierced twice at Visions and unfortunately it just never healed. I went back several times and tried a number of things but my ear just wouldn’t accept the piercing (which I’ve heard is common). Cynthia was super nice and took care of me every time my piercing was better or worse. The people at Visions are friendly, it’s clean and I will continue to go back to them.

Got a great tattoo from Jill Rosati today at Visions. Lovely swooping bird as part of her apprenticeship with Canman. Color and shading are first rate. Totally pleasant experience. Love it!

What an awesome studio, everything is purple I love it haha. Very calm environment which was perfect for someone who was sooooo scared to get their second hole and cartilage pierced! Angela did an awesome job educating me about everything and helping me feel comfortable and calm throughout the whole process. The piercing was super quick too!!! Piercings look amazing! My mother and I got matching piercings and we had the pleasure of having Cynthia pierce our forward helix’s. She is extremely knowledgeable and her passion for what she does shines. She has a very patient and kind mannerism and is a true professional. The piercings are absolutely perfect and she helped me place it properly incase I’d want more in the future which I really appreciate her taking that into account. She also answered my (several) questions regarding what I’d like to have pierced in the future. They make cleanliness a priority and are very organized. We truly couldn’t have had a better experience all around.

I have now gotten two tattoos from Anthony, and I have to say that I LOVE his work. Both tattoos were sentimental and emotional, and Anthony did a wonderful job with them. I couldnt be happier, and sincerely believe that the latest addition will have a positive impact on my mental health.

I had two piercings performed by Angela and it was the best experience I’ve ever had. Her passion for piercing is obvious in her professionalism. Love this place! I’ve been here multiple times, and the staff is always so knowledgeable and friendly. The studio itself is gorgeous and very clean. At my most recent visit, Cynthia answered all of my (many) questions and gave me some potential solutions for an old piercing that had flared up. This studio is AMAZING! Everyone I have ever met there is so kind and knowledgeable. They understand how to explain things, and the piercing abilities of the staff are OUT OF THIS WORLD! Wow. This was the best piercing experience I’ve had in my life. Cynthia and Angela were both so professional, welcoming, and attentive and gave us a truly unique experience. Just got my ear peirced here. They are amazing and kind. They walk you through the process of everything they do. With this being my 8th peircing . Everything is sanitized and they show that as they go.

My wife and I are repeat customers. I have a picture of my kids on my left upper arm that gets the most compliments. Custom art on my right upper arm will soon be joined with another custom piece being designed for my right forearm. My wife got her upper arm tattoos from Visions, too.Canman is also a great person to talk with, and the rest of the staff are really cool to work with. His visual art pieces are also really cool.Note: theyre a private studio now, so read the info on their website to set up an appointment. No walk-ins.Only suggestion: they should sell sleeveless t-shirts (not tank tops).

Visions is great! I highly recommend!The building is charming, comfortable, and clean. The staff and owners are phenomenal: skilled, helpful, and kind. I went in to purchase new jewelry and have it changed out for me, so thats the experience I can speak to in this review. I do intend to visit in the future and get some work done. The logistics of making an appointment and arriving during COVID protocols were easy and smooth.There is a wide variety of unique and very special jewelry for everyday or special occasions. Visions is not the place to go for a cheap stainless hoop; the quality and selection is more like what you would find in a fine jeweler. Its the place to go for a high quality wear it everyday and look classy as hell because youre an adult piece. Its real jewelry with precious metals and stones and is priced fairly. If youre going to have something in your face or body for the next few years, its worth it!!!

Clean, friendly and helpful shop. At my consultation Canman sat with me for about an hour and we came up with a design we were both super happy with and both super pumped to tattoo. I am beyond happy with my half sleeve and anyone looking for some new ink need to check them out. I would highly recommend visions. I have also had many piercings done there as well. My daughter asked for a 2nd ear piercing for her birthday and we could not have picked a better place to do it. Cynthia was meticulous and attentive and the sanitary practices are top notch. I’ve been to Visions since I turned 18 and had 5 piercings done here. Not only are the staff extremely professional and kind, the place is clean as can be and super comfortable/welcoming. I’ve accompanied friends to some sketchy places and am always thankful that I come to a place like this for my own piercings. Nicholas and his apprentice Cynthia are both amazing. I recommend Visions all the time to anyone considering a new piercing.

Angela pierced my ears yesterday and she was an absolute delight! She was friendly, welcoming, and SUPER knowledgeable. Ive gotten at least 10 other piercings at different places, but my experience with her was hands-down the best. Thank you, Angela!

Angela was fantastic! She took the time to explain everything step by step. I never felt rushed and she answered all of my questions. Both Angela and Cynthia were very friendly from the minute I walked through the door. Professionalism was maintained throughout the entire appointment and although I was a bit nervous, it ended up being a really fun experience overall!

I got my nipples pierced here & they were so professional & nice. It was my first piercing that wasnt my ears so I was a lil nervous but my piercer was so nice & chatty it really helped my nerves. I came back for a downsize and someone else helped me but she was also very cool. I love my new jewelry. I hope to come back for a tattoo in the future, this place is so clean and the art is so sick

I went in to get a second piercing in both earlobes and had a wonderful experience with Nicholas and his team. The studio was incredibly clean and took great COVID precautions which included only having 1 customer in the studio at a time to adhere to social distancing guidelines as well as masks and hand sanitizer. I felt very safe. Nicholas was very professional and friendly and took the time to talk me through the aftercare (the aftercare presentation that you are emailed after your appointment is great as well). I was initially very anxious because I haven’t gotten anything pierced in about 16 years but could not have asked for a better experience.

I got tattooed at Visions for the first time by Canman a few weeks ago and had a great experience! I’ve been to Visions multiple times for piercing related things and have always had a pleasant experience, and my tattoo visit was no different! I went to Angela for two difficult to execute piercings and she literally flawlessly delivered.You know how sometimes when you get pierced the artist doesn’t estimate the size or the hardware correctly and you’re left with a piece of metal that bumps around a lot and hurts when you’re trying to heal?Well you might as well call Angela “Goldilocks” because she gets the size right every time. It’s doesn’t feel tight after the initial swelling and also isn’t so big it’s constantly moving around post swelling. Also she’s amazing at coaching breathing and has that badass lady vibe you generally may look for in a piercer.I got an industrial and a lower navel (I already had an upper navel) If there were 10 stars I’d select that.

I took my 14 yr. old daughter to have her Cartledge pierced at Vision tattoo and from the moment I called, to having the produce done they were amazing to work with! We worked with Angela, and she was very professional, extremely clean, and did a fantastic job educating my daughter and I on the ear piecing, and what type of jewelry to pick from. My daughter and I have been coming to Visions for almost 5 years now. Between her and I, we have 8 piercings from Nicholas, the most recent being this evening. I’ve had my navel pierced three times before, yet Nicholas was able to navigate the scarring and place a straight, new navel piercing. He is always available for advice, and has a great eye for what jewelry will flatter us best. I’m running out of real estate for anything else, but happily refer friends who are looking for a professional, welcoming place with great people and an incredible selection of jewelry.

Visions is the place to to if you want some quality work done, tattoo or piercing, you wont be disappointed. From I am a client of Ariels, as amazing of a tattoo artist she is, shes an even better person, you cant go wrong with her, you will come for the tattoo and stay for the conversation, she is definitely one cool person.Everyone else in the shop from Canman, Craig, Mike, all the way down to the receptionist will make you feel super welcome and valued.On top of the quality of work and employees, make sure you take notice of how immaculately clean it is, it is operating room clean, down to the bathroom, and if the bathroom isnt clean, honestly, nothing else is clean, and their bathroom is pristine.The last thing is the price compared to other shops, everyone always complains about how expensive tattoos are, I have to say, I think theyre prices are honestly more than fair, yes you may get sticker shock depending what you expect to pay hourly compared to other shops, but to this I say dont be close minded, regardless how expensive you may find it, it is an investment in yourself and you have to think long term, your tattoo will be with you forever, after its all said and done, it really cost pennies a day over the course of your life.Always remember, a GOOD tattoo is not cheap and a cheap tattoo is not good!!Go to visions, you wont be disappointed.

Nicholas is an amazing and efficient piercer! He was very quick, kept asking me if I was alright and that really helped. When I got my cartilage done elsewhere it was weeks before I could even lay on it, but three hours after I got my conch pierced by him I could already comfortably lay on that side without any pain. All in all 100% worth it, I love my new piercing!

First visit to a tattoo parlor, and bringing your high school daughter to get a nose ring is a strange experience. But the people were thorough, careful and helpful. And the gentleman who did the work was so careful and takes his work very seriously. Everything was very clean. I cant imagine a better experience considering the work being done.

Buyer beware- they are sketchy at best. You want to have a professional environment and courteous billing, but they can’t provide that here. Their website prices are totally different from what they actually charge - so a service that’s $50 on their site in reality is $145 in store. But they get you in a trap because if you try to complain about the price difference or cancel your appointment you have to forfeit the deposit they take. I wouldn’t go to these folks, especially when you have so many other options around that are going to be consistently consistent. Also, cleanliness is next to godliness so keep that in mind

COVID REVIEW: Visions was extremely efficient and clean. You call when you arrive and they email you the waiver form then they call when they are ready for your appointment. They walk you in the doors and have you sanitize your hands. They are super professional and very straight forward with everything. Touchless forms of payment available. GORGEOUS jewelry options for all piercings. Super professional and very clean and procedure driven. Will 100% go back

Awful experience, called and made an appointment for an ear piercing. Website said it would be $55, once they sent me the contract it was $110. I called and they said their website was down and price can change without any notice and I would not be refunded my $15 dollar Deposit fee. So apparently it is my fault that they can’t keep their website up to date. Do not recommend this place at all. Very rude costumer service for a fault of their own.

I called to make an appointment at visions about a week or two ago to get my piercing looked at. I was afraid my piercing was infected and wanted a professional piercer to look at it. I got this piercing several months ago NOT from a piercer at Visions but, the staff were happy to help. As it turns out, the piercing was infected and I was advised to make an appointment with my doctor, which I did. They also educated me in the piercing I had in and when to know if a piercing is infected or irritated.I had originally gone to another piercing facility in the area a couple of days before going to Visions and they told me just to continue washing the area, even though I had told them it had been several weeks since I had noticed the discomfort of the piercing. If I had not gone to Visions, I would not have known to see my doctor as soon as I did. Thank you to all of the staff at Visions!!! You were VERY helpful :)

This place is absolutely fantastic, ive gotten two piercings here aswell as my sister. ive had nothing but great experiences here, Nicholas 100% knows what hes doing. and the staff was unbelievably nice and completely wonderful. cant wait for my next peircing!

Definitely recommend, I got my naval pierced by Nicholas. Extremely nice guy and he did an aweosme job. However I was not happy to hear I have a collapsed naval. So they had to peirce it with a ring with a flat disk for the bottom part. Its not pretty but the top is a diamond and very pretty. Im allowed to change it in 3-4 months. Although I appreciated the concern of rejection or migration if a different ring was put in. Also one other part I didnt like was the price. Very expensive, except if you saw the steps they go through to steralize it is extremely thought out. Made me feel very comfortable with how clean they are. You definitely get what you pay for. Get a peircing by Nicholas while hes there!!!

Went there for an Iron Maiden Trooper tattoo recently - based on local word of mouth - their reputation is imperious. Sure enough the people and the place are so professional and the quality of work is absolutely first class. Will be going back for another soon enough. HIGHLY recommended.

I went to get my navel pierced and drove almost an hour out of my way to come here. Once I was here they told me I had an unpiercable navel and if I had it pierced my body would reject it. I had already previously asked my friend who pierces for a living if my navel was piercable and she had told me it was. So I ended up going to Reds Tattoos and Piercings in Providence Rhode Island. The guy there told me my navel was totally piercable and did it for me. Its been almost 4 months and i have yet to see any sign of rejection. The girls there are obviously inexperienced and Id recommend going somewhere with people who know what they are doing. Like Reds Tattoos and Piercings :)

Been there 3 times for ear piercings. They are very helpful. Very clean they answers all your questions. They take time with you. they dont rush you on making a decision on your piercing.

The attention to detail from positively making certain that the customers are of consenting, legal age to the organized manner in which the business is run, short wait times, personable staff and in my humble opinion, the most knowledgeable, creative and talented artists on the east coast makes a visit to this business interesting and enjoyable! As an aside, I was overwhelmed by the magnificent selection of jewelry and the high end pieces in stock are really beautiful. The vast combinations of stones to beads to metals are endless. In other words, theres something for everyones taste!

I was terrified to get my nostril pierced but I had the best experience! I didn’t even know he pierced me that’s how pain free it was, it’s been a week and I still have no pain, he did a fantastic job I highly recommend!

They are good at piercings but they are very unfriendly and unhelpful. I’ve had awful experiences dealing with these people. Way too expensive, not worth the money.

All artists are kind, talented, thoughtful and knowledgeable. My son has had a few piercing and they have healed really well.

They did a great job, but there was a major miscommunication about cost. I ended up paying a lot more than I was quoted on the phone for my piercing.
