I went here to get matching gold necklaces and bracelets for me and my boyfriends 4 year anniversary a wonderful sales representative helped me by the name of Magda she found me the perfect matching identical sets and ended up finding me a cute little diamond bracelet with all different cut diamonds in love will definitely be coming back to shop here

The short older lady during the later shift had a disgusting attitude. Even after my family and I greeted her with a smile she made eye contact then proceeded to ignore us as if we weren’t waiting at the stand waiting to be serviced. The stand is not big enough for it to have been a misunderstanding… We decided to leave and she stared at us as we walked away. I didn’t want my daughter serviced by someone with such terrible customer service skills. I understand disliking your job but don’t take it out on my family and I. It’s absolutely unacceptable and bad for business.

Maggie is the girl to go see, definitely best customer service ever. She knows what youre looking for and will definitely take care of you!!

Proceed with caution and make sure they use piercing backs if your ears done. Had to cut these out of my sons ears because they were not the right earrings and the backs got stuck... Go to a professional.Update** Now this is years later and he has the same permanent indents in his lobes...

My daughter (5) begged and begged to get her ears pierced so I decided I’d take her to get them done and the lady who helped me (I didn’t catch her name) was very nice and made my daughter very comfortable about what was about to happen.Very professional and highly recommend this place. Especially the person who helped me out today! Thanks again! My daughter won’t stop talking about her whole experience with you and she’s so happy and loves the earrings she picked out. 😊

Bought a bracelet from there yesterday night. It broke this morning. I went to get it fixed today and when I got to the stand no one was there so I walked around for about 25 minutes checking continuously, then when I got back the lady was helping someone else so I waited patiently. While I was waiting (for about another 10/15 minutes) another group of people walked up and waited about 2 minutes before she finished up with the people before me and helped the group that walked up after me. I waited 35-40 minutes to not even be helped. A waste of time and energy after work.

I stood at the counter for more than 10 minutes and wasn’t asked if I needed help or even acknowledged while I was standing there. The person working even made eye contact with me more than once. The least someone can say is “I’ll be with you in a few minutes” where’s the customer service?

Waited and waited and the two girls continued to talk without acknowledging that I needed help.Left , I prefer the waterbury location better. They are nicer and actually try to sell.

I am very very upset at this moment. Please do not get in touch with me. I went there to get second piercing done. The first time he pierce my ear, he did it way to far away. Then, my mom left a review saying what happened and then you got in touch with us to have my earring redone. Of course, we went back to get it redone. But guess what? It was done again horribly. Now, the earring is straight and not raise up to where it is suppose to be. It is a straight line between my second piercing and my first piercing. I can never get a third piercing if I keep this piercing because of how straight it is, and how awkward it will be if I got a third one. I am very upset at this moment that I have to take it off, and now I have two holes in which that were done badly. I now have to go to another place to get it redone again. Talk about the inconvenience? We felt like the person didn’t really care about doing it, and just did it quickly to finish right away. My mom tried to explain where the earring is suppose to go, but the person listen again. I am very disappointed, and I will let my peers know about my experience with getting my ears done in this place.

Very nice customer service she went out of her was to help find a particular charm i was looking for and even made multiple calls to other stores and put the item on hold while i drove 45 minutes to get there and she had the items!!!!!😀

Was looking for specific earings and found something I really liked and I kept saying I want these and the lady working there in the upper level of Westfield Mall in Meriden, just kept talking with other people who werent even buying jewelry... so disappointed.

I called them to ask about prices, she hang up on me because my baby starts crying! 🤷‍♀️

First off they have horrible service , & i went there to get a ring they told me it was real come to find out it wasnt !! I then asked to get a new one and was told she would have it sent and i never recieved it !!! So sad i will never buy from them again nor will anyone in my family or friends !

This is the second place that I have to drop my daughter to get ears pierced. They are very knowledgeable and professional.
