Luna has done all three piercings you see in my ear and she does a fantastic job! I’m not big on recommendations but I recommend her to everyone I know looking to get a new piercing! She keeps my ears looking dope! And she’s just an amazing piercer and human being! 🫶

Will is an amazingly dedicated piercer, I dont think Ill ever want to go anywhere else. Super friendly and welcoming, happy to answer any questions, and clearly very passionate about safety.I recently got cheek piercings here from him, and he has been amazing in helping with any aftercare issues Ive come across, even going out of his way to help me after losing a ball outside studio hours.I highly recommend this place!!! Im super happy with the service and my new piercings :)

My regular piercer was not in but she recommended Impulse. So I called and they were able to help me with a piercing that fell out. Huge thank you to Will at Impulse. Fast and amazing service. Also a great selection of jewelry to choose from. You can make an appointment or they also take walk in as well. Highly recommend this place.

Will really cares about piercing properly and in a healthy and ethical way. Was super impressed with him and his professionalism. Also impressed by how much he cares more about proper piercing and piercing care than he does about making a buck. Shop vibes are really chill and cool. There is an amazing selection of jewelry and some super cool and unique pieces. Would highly reccommend Impulse, and will be taking the 45 min drive and using them for any other piercing adventures.

I went on Wednesday to get my nose pierced here and it was amazing! We were going to go to another location but we got the days mixed up and ended up coming here and it was one of the best decisions ever! We drove up and Dae was the piercer on Wednesday. We had to wait because of an appointment he had, but that is completely understandable. Once he finished with the other guy he immediately started the process with us. I was so shocked to see him sanitize the jewelry and that was something that made me really happy. The jewelry is very high quality, and Dae explained to us why it is and was really informative on everything. He took his time to figure out the right placement, and he did an amazing job on this nose piercing. He really made me calm for my first facial piercing. I have gotten my ear done prior at a tattoo shop and that was a bad experience compared to here.The place was well clean, and the vibes were AMAZING! I could keep on going on how well Dae did, and how clean everything was. I will go back again once Im ready for my next piercing.

Had a great experience with Dae! I was redoing an eyebrow piercing that had been done incorrectly at another place and rejected as a result. Dae was incredibly thorough making sure I had the anatomy for it and that it was placed correctly. Im also afraid of needles, and he made an extra effort to ease my anxiety about it. The attention to detail and the cleanliness of both the shop and Daes methods were exceptional, and I was very comfortable. Overall hes just a very kind and caring person that will make sure youre pierced properly! Highly recommend him for your piercing needs!

Took my daughter here to have her cartilage pierced about a month ago. Will was amazing. Very calming, very clean location, and super informative.We do have to return for him to check her ear, and shorten the earring to heal properly. We will definitely be returning, and highly recommend.

Walked in today, Saturday night no appointment, met Will. Looking for a nose piercing and Will was super friendly and helpful. He owns the boutique and was so informative. He really cares about his craft and wants you to LOVE your piercing. Hes very knowledgeable and is a certified jeweler so makes some of his jewelry as well. So happy with this experience and cant wait to come back for my 3 week check up!

This was my first time at Impulse. I had my nose jewelry come out and I couldn’t get it back in. Walked in an hour before close, Will the owner was super nice. Got my jewelry back in no problem. I will definitely be going back for more piercings.

I had a great experience with Will the owner. The shop is very clean and he has years of experience. He focuses on making you feel comfortable all the way down to you choosing the music while you’re getting pierced to make you feel relaxed. Walked me through everything step by step and I am so happy with the result. Would come back to the shop for piercings in the future!

The shop is genuinely such a vibe with the music and looks, but the standout part of it has to be the piercer. Will did my piercing, and for my first facial piercing he was very good at explaining how everything was going to happen. He also explained pricing and the sterilization process very well. Making an appointment online was easy. I called the day of my appointment to confirm it. Will has great communication. He was very professional. He was also very informative. He was compassionate and understood that i needed an additional minute before I proceeded. I got a vch piercing. I like the fact that he makes the jewelry there. He sterilized everything beforehand. Overall, I am very pleased with my piercing. He also informed me about doing a follow-up. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants a piercing to go see Will.Went back on 1/25.Will was there. There was no issues with my appointment. I had an appointment for a industrial piercing. He explained everything to me. He also offered different types of jewelry. I took my 10 year old daughter to Impulse to see Will. His level of patience with children sets the bar for ANY professional dealing with children. He was VERY patient. He walked her through every step of the process to let her know what was coming next. He made sure to let her know, “you’re in charge here. If at any point you want me to stop, you just tell me. If you change your mind and don’t want to do it today, I’m ok with that too”. Talk about putting a sense of security into a child! He then designed a custom piece of jewelry for her based off what she wanted. You will NOT regret going here for your next piercing.

I went in early today to get my nose pierced. Will was the most amazing piercer ever. He walked me through everything, the piercing process as well as the healing process. He showed us a bunch of beautiful amazing quality jewelry and thoroughly sterilized them. Talked me through the piercing(which i really needed).Cool set up space and really nice guy! would recommend to whoever wants an amazing piercing!!

I’m not sure how this place has 5 star reviews everytime I go past it, its completely empty. To top it off I made an appointment earlier this month for consultation pulled up there was no one there and the door was locked. I find it pretty weird that everyone is somehow getting ahold of the owner when everytime you call it goes to voicemail or just rings and goes to voicemail. I’m so confused about this place and I really thought that this may have been a decent place to get a piercing but nobody answers the phone ever or you never see anybody there…

Appointment was set for 8 confirmed email cool. Got there at 7:45 pulled up door was locked, closed before 8 the actually closing time…

This is one place I would most definitely recommend going to get your piercing. I went here to get my first nose piercing and belly piercing and they went through everything with me step by step and I hardly felt a thing. Most definitely recommend!

Super knowledgeable. Patient. Helped make suggestions for pairing pieces together. Came to him because we had an issue with a peircing we got somewhere else, and he was very helpful, kind, talked us through the process, and made us feel at ease. Will is a professional, hands down. After having a great experience with Impulse doing my daith piercings, we decided to bring our 8yr old to have her first ear piercings done. She was nervous, but Will was so kind, so honest and straight forward, he calmed her nerves and made it a great experience for her.....for us. Needs to update hours on website, showed up and doors are locked when online says they’re open. Otherwise, I’m sure they’re a great piercing shop!

Although the jewelry is very high quality and Will is amazing, I cannot stress enough the importance of calling to verify hours. I’ve made three trips here over the last two weeks to try and catch their business as I want to purchase new body jewelry; however, every time I arrive, they have been closed. I would not advise following their scheduled hours, because they do not appear to be accurate. Save yourself a trip, call ahead.

Best piercing shop Ive been to. Will was incredible, theres a wide variety of jewelry to pick from & all of it is very high quality, and the service provided was exceptional.

In the beginning they were helpful. once i order my piercing i told them i would need different sizing and when it came in it was the wrong size. then we ordered a new one no cost. After i tired calling them several times no answer nothing and i never got my replacement piercing
