Mikey has done many tattoos for me in the last 3 years. He is very versatile in different styles of tattooing and his work is very clean.

Brandon has been working on my sleeve for a couple months now, and I absolutely love his work. He’s extremely talented and creative!! I can’t wait to see what else we’re gonna do; he is awesome and understands my exact style, which is why I love his work and everything he comes up with!!!

I have gotten two tattoos done at firehouse and without a doubt would go back again. I got my second one done today and loved it so much and was very much excited/pleased from the finished outcome. The pricing of my tattoo was reasonable for the size and time it took. I had Brandon as my artist and I am very impressed and love his work and how neat the line work is. Thank you guys so much and can’t wait to get more tattoos !!

Ive been coming here for years for my piercings with Jerry! He did my daughters first big piercing hes done 5 for me and 4 on my sister. Very clean, professional and makes it super easy to get done. Id suggest anyone to Jerry

I had a portait of my cat done by Joe and it looks just like her. Its my favorite tattoo so far and I love it. Joe is very detail oriented, professional and awesome. Hes up for any challenge you give him. My tattoo healed perfectly and I hope to get more from Joe in the future.

I always have amazing experiences here whether I’m walking in to get pierced or coming by for a tattoo. Joe does FANTASTIC work and the guys here really make the atmosphere of the shop feel comfortable.

I absolutely love coming here! Its a nice, clean, welcoming environment & everyone there is super professional/friendly. Alot of my friends have had their tattoos done by Chuck & they all love his work! The artists that have tattooed me have all gone above & beyond with their work as well! Kevin did an amazing piece on my neck, Joseph did an INCREDIBLE cover up on my back & Mike gave me a wicked tattoo on my ankle. Ive noticed how much time & focus everyone really puts into the detail of their work & thats something I truly appreciate, being the perfectionist that I am. Its obvious that Im a returning customer here and will continue to be for any future work I want done. 10/10 highly recommend Firehouse Tattoos!

Ask for Adamaris! Her work is great & she’s awesome she gives a great experience, very gentle & patient, nice, she just sings the whole time they play rly good music which is important when you sit for hours. She’s great at communicating with me as well :-)

Owner refused the easiest tattoo for easy cash- said I didn’t have a enough tattoos to get a tattoo on my handDidn’t even ask me to roll up my sleeveWhen did artists become pretentious?You just gave business and all future infinities to other studioslol

Got my eyebrow pierced by Jerry. He was very nice and good at what he does. I would definitely get pierced by him again.Update- still five star service from the piercer. Came back and got a helix done. Plan on getting more as always 😬

Took my wife and her friend here, they said they accepted walk ins, they told us to come back in two hours which is understanding able but when we got back we had to wait an additional 3 hours before they begun tattooing. Originally they stated 80 dollars each for the tattoos which were very basic small line work tattoos, my wife ended up paying 115 for hers and her friends paid 110. Don’t come here if unless you plan on waiting all day and getting over charged.

Paul was amazing! Extremely respectful and polite in regards to where my piercing was, and sanitary! Also very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve had many piercings done and then was by far the easiest and quickest experience I’ve had. 10/10 recommend!

I had a siren tattooed by my old friend Joe at this shop and man let me tell you, you need to go to him. He was great to work with excellent bedside manner and gave me an incredible tattoo that I am in love with!! Thank you so much Joe Beasley!

I got my nose pierced by Jerry and he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Everyone in the shop was really friendly and some of the employees bring their puppies to the shop and you can pet them! I would recommend this place for piercings!!

Went to have jewelry changed in my rook and cartilage. Jerry was very nice and honest about the jewelry he had and pricing. He is the one who pierced my cartilage. Healed up very well. No bump! Would definitely recommend and I have!

I just had my third tattoo from Firehouse tattoos and I love it! Brandon did a fantastic job. The design was beautiful and it fit my vision perfectly. Well worth the money. This guy is professional and knows his craft!

Ive been coming here for a few years the artist who I mainly went to was no longer there, the last time I was here was in 2021 now I have lot of tattoos and never have I ever complained about the prices of the work Ive gotten done but my last visit I felt very overcharged not just that had to have two sessions which I felt wasnt necessary should of been done in one. This is a clean shop the guy who does the piercings is very professional high energy does quality work you can tell he care for what he does, I havent been back here for awhile now with that being said I would still recommend this shop.

My sister and I sat there for over 8 hours to get two small black matching moth tattoos. This artist took at least three to four breaks each during each session to smoke his vape, play games and walk around talking to his other co workers instead of tattooing us. He then proceeded to charge us by the hour. We walked out of there paying $400 each for tattoos that were at most worth $250. He also was supposed to do the same tattoo on us both and when we compared there were so many differences that it’s not even a matching tattoo. Never will go here again. He stalled on purpose to steal our money.

Jerry’s work is amazing! Went in wanting two piercings and walked out with three. He did an amazing job with placement and swiftly, painlessly pierced my tragus on both ears and a helix on one. Very clean and sterile atmosphere. Will be going back for more!

This is an amazing place to get a tattoo. The staff is fantastic and friendly. They are all so talented and do phenomenal work. Ive gotten my tattoos done by Zack Kamysz and they turned out insanely amazing. I would recommend him to anyone. I am 100% satisfied with the work Ive had done. Overall this is probably the best place to get a tattoo.

My favorite shop! All of the artists do fantastic work. I just got two pieces done yesterday by Joe and they are absolutely beautiful. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

First off this place was amazing. I gave chuck a rough draft that I drew and explained what I wanted and he took it to another level I couldnt of even imagined. I couldnt be any more pleased with the the whole experience and will strictly only come back here in the future. My tattoo and as well as my brother who got one the same day both look beyond anything we couldve expected. Thanks again for everything you will absolutely not regret coming here. I went to replace a simple nose stud. Jerry was knowledgable, kind, and professional. He helped to choose a style that fit my needs based on my wants but also one that would be a great fit for me. He took time to discuss options; never feeling rushed or as if my questions were unimportant. I trusted him and will definitely return.

Excellent work. Chuck has 20+ years of experience and is a great tattoo artist. He specializes in taking a thought or picture of yours and hand drawing it through his eyes. Or if u insist he will tattoo what u exactly have. But I guarantee that wont be the case.

Chrissy did a fantastic job!! Shes a great artist, and incredibly patient and pleasant. She did a tattoo for me and my two sisters. We all love our new tattoos.

Very bad called on Friday to see if can make an appointment for Monday (4 days later) I was told it was by appointment only ok that is why I’m calling to be told I’ll take your name and number and someone will call you back still waiting for that call. I called back to be told a different story you have to come in to make appointment and leave a deposit and the person that was coming with me to get one to was told there at the tattoo convention so 3 different stories. Well just lost 3 customers I had 4 more that I want and someone else that I was going to bring for 2 more and another that wants a half sleeve well not going to happen. Very very very disappointing.. and I have gotten 2 from there already not anymore.

Zak2 Was a complete waste of my time . He was to draw up to tattoo designs and right away when we said we would look at them after he drew them and let him know if any changes had to be made was rude and told us not to many changes. Seriously this is going on my body and forever not yours!? We couldnt even get drawings from him, we made the appointment 2 weeks out and had one drawing after 1 week. He lost $500 in sales. I will never go in here again to get a tattoo. I found someone who actually takes pride in his work and cares about what the customer wants to work with.

Got a small script tattoo at this place and came out with a botched version. Letters are not equal, not consistent, missing areas, and I already have scar tissue on multiple areas. I immediately reached out to the owners concerned as the quality was one to compare to a prison tattoo. I was offered my money back ($80) I just had a consult to remove this tattoo and the cost is just short of $800. Even after removal the scar tissue will remain. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Kevin is a great artist, very talented and very professional. Pricing is reasonable- and in regards to tattooing you do get what you pay for! Will follow Kevin across the country if I had to!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. This place was completely unprofessional. The sign on the door said Walk ins available but the front desk lady said the artists need 2 weeks to prepare for a small tattoo with a cross and angel wings. I even brought in a copy of the specific drawing of the tattoo and the lady quoted me $600 without asking where I wanted the tattoo and the size. The lady was real rude and stated that no one would do my tattoo the week that I wanted but she was wrong. I got my tattoo at To the Point Tattoo on Cicero in Crestwood that same day. I definitely recommend there, Tony is real good. Do not go to Firehouse tattoo, you will thank me later.

If you go to this location AVOID getting a tat from Pat. He had poor quality and tries hard to cover up his errors but you will see them once your tat heals. He also gives false commitments saying that he will go over your tattoo for free due to his errors but he ignores you when you contact him. Also, he seems racist.

I was recommended this place by my oldest daughter. Im so glad I went here. The owners/employees are really nice. Very helpful with making me feel comfortable and relaxed with getting a nose piercing. Parking is available. The place is clean.

Had another tattoo shop draw up something hideous, and these guys perfected it for a cheaper price at the last second! Im completely covered so I know what Im talking about. Please, give these guys a shot before anyone else. Clean, friendly, and even willing to rectify the mistakes of other shops. I cant say enough about these guys.

Not happy. No ink left in some areas after scabs fell off. Was expecting same staff and service they had before moving from Harlem ave. That was not the same service provided. Very sad to see this shop go downhill.
