I would highly recommend Ashley for hair services! My first visit to Ink & Dye was for a haircut and I can truly say that Ashley is the bomb at hair!!I am very particular about how I want my cut and I know what style Im trying to achieve but I dont always know how to get there. Ashley was able to use an inspiration picture and a good consultation to turn my cut into something beautiful while still functional for my hair texture. I cant begin to explain how valuable that level of experience is in a stylist!She took the time to go through styling tips and recommendations to make sure I would be happy with my hair even after I got home and would style it on my own.Aside from the service, the shop itself is so interesting! Its very well decorated with a lot of exciting vintage pieces to look at. They have tons of stickers, pins, and fun items for sale like mugs or socks. I havent had any of the ink services so I cant speak to those, but I imagine they are just as lovely.Thank you to Ashley & Thad for cultivating such a cool space in Milan.

Ashley does amazing work. Ive been seeing her for several months and Im always pleased with the results I leave with, whether its a chop, a trim, or color. She knows what shes doing, is confident and competent, and is hilarious to boot. The entire shop is amazing. Vintage hair with a spunky feel in the salon, affirming and cool stuff to purchase in the front, and the tattoo studio looks very clean and professional.Thank you Ashley, you make me feel empowered and heard when Im in your chair. Consistently great service. I hope to someday have ink from Thad to do with my awesome cuts and color!6/2024 addition: still great service from Ashley, and I had the opportunity to be tattooed by Thad, who does great work. Thad is a joy to sit for, he wants to make sure you are 100% happy with placement before hes willing to start with the tattoo machine. Fabulous conversation, and he picks great tunes. Still great vibes in the salon. The whole shop is great and Im pleased to go there. I definitely feel at home when I walk in.

I loved it here! I have autism and was pretty nervous to get my hair cut for the first time since I shaved it, but I felt very at easy by the vibes of the shop! Ashley is so nice and funny and I loved my haircut! I will definitely be going back!

Mostly gone here for hair. Only had one tattoo touch up.Absolutely love getting my hair done here. Ashley is excellent at creating my visions and even the vague ideas I’ve thrown at her.The atmosphere is macabre- eclectic -vintage. A fully welcoming place for everyone. Also I highly recommend the incense sold in the small shop in front.

I have gotten my hair done by Ashley, as has my mom, whos a stroke patient and doesnt talk well because of that. She raved for weeks about how she loved her hair and Ashley was kind enough to take the time to listen to her with what she wanted. Most of the time she will go to a place and they dont listen and give her a cut she hates. She asks to go to Ashley every time shes in Milan.I have gotten my tattoos done by Thad and I enjoy it, hes super nice and down to earth, he will talk with you or he will just work in silence if you want to plan on your phone. His work is great and speaks for itself!!

When you walk in, there is a cozy little curio shop with eclectic goods. The owners are friendly and inviting. Ashley does beautiful hair, and Thad does fantastic artwork. Highly recommend.

Recently went and got a footprint done of my dog that just passed of lung cancer. Was an amazing job done by Thad. Had great conversation when he was doing the tattoo. Highly recommend this business. They also have a new retail space that is super cool. Also had a cover up done of a tattoo done many years ago. Did an amazing job. Check it out

This will be my 4th tattoo and let me tell you how amazing of an experience this was! Thadd was amazing to talk with and just an overall amazing guy with a lot of talent. As soon as you walk he makes you feel like you’ve known him for years, very welcoming. Him and his wife opened their own shop and it’s beautiful inside, I’m so glad someone suggested him to me Bc the tattoo is already beautiful and I still need to go in to get the color done!
