Our artist was incredible. She got us in with short notice and took extra care to make sure we all got what we wanted. She made sure the tattoo looked good depending on how you moved. She also did great with both new and experienced customers. I think I will only come here from my tattoos from here on out and I live out of state. Incredible experience.

I had a first class experience with Kim at Moab Tattoo. From scheduling, the ease and fun of designing the tattoo, to actually getting the tattoo, everything went perfectly. On top of the excellent tattoo, Kim is as cool as they come, and a true asset to the Moab community.

Kim is great! I’ve been to her a number of times. She always has a great and flexible attitude. I’ve been to many shops that give you attitude and act like your not worthy. She’s always been flexible to get me in, worked with me to come up with great ideas, and really seems to enjoy putting her creativity into the pieces. She’s also super buttoned up on safety and protocols. I love to recommend her. I’ve sent multiple family and friends to her.

I highly recommend Kim. I had a great experience with her from start to finish. Not only is her art and creativity top shelf she is a tireless worker. I was only in town a few days and I wanted a very large piece done. She accepted the challenge and worked all day for three days to complete it. The work was better than I could’ve hoped for. I plan to go back this fall and have more work done.

Kim met with me during the busiest Jeep week in Moab. I scored one of my favorite tattoos to commemorate my first Easter Jeep Safari. Shes always easy to chat with, and has even helped me find camping locations in the area, completely unrelated to tattoos! Great work on my wrist, and I definitely want more work done by her. Was supposed to meet up for ink in 2022 but we decided a dirty water beach trip the following week shouldnt include a fresh tattoo.

On a vacation to Moab, my friends group and I spontaneously decided to get a tattoo together on our last day. Kim answered our text promptly and made an effort to fit us into the schedule last minute. I would have given 5 stars strictly off the experience before I had actually gotten the tattoo. We had chosen 4 basic designs that were fairly small and Kim knocked it out of the park.The detail is incredible and she has a very steady hand. We are beyond happy with our outcome. Absolutely will be coming again when I am back in this area.

Kim Durham has been providing fresh ink to clients for nearly 3 decades! She was awesome to work with and incredibly flexible finding a way to fit our group in on short notice. Cannot wait to add to it over the years as we venture back to Moab!

Kim did a beautiful piece on my hand that is memorable and my experience was great. Shop was very clean. She was welcoming. I love her work. Her line work is great and the way she captures nature was MORE than what I expected. I cannot wait to go to moab and get another piece . I especially love how the ink shows up so well on my dark skin tone. The pic included marks 14 months ago.

Kim is an amazing artist! Im going on 2 years of visits every couple of months with Kim, so several tattoos by now. Always beautiful work translating my ideas into reality without fail. Very accommodating with my busy schedule, too. I recommend her to all my friends, so now Im just making that recommendation Google official!

Kim is a great person and wonderful artist. She is a one woman shop so plan on working around her busy schedule. Even so, she did a consult plus 5 different sessions for my arm sleeve as I needed them. texting with her for scheduling/ideas was easy and prompt. I love my sleeve and people often ask where I got it done. Touch up session was free. I plan on going back for more and recommend her to others!

Ive had quite a bit of work done by Kim, both while I was living in Moab and even now that I live out of state. This shop is everything you look for in a good safe tattoo shop, its clean and professional with a great creative atmosphere. Kim is a wonderful artist and her work speaks for itself. She has worked with me to design and place the pieces Ive gotten and takes great care to make sure your art turns out exactly how you imagined. I would highly recommend this shop and Kim to anyone considering a tattoo.

I’ve been coming to Kim over two decades - she’s an incredible artist, she listens to you and really take the time - she’s got amazing ideas and she’ll give you exactly what you’re asking for. I’ve come to her for original art, and for really detailed exact work - her attention to detail is mind-blowing. The shop is pristine and you won’t have a better experience anywhere. I am leaving this review about Kim, the owner/artist, and not the space. I had the opportunity to get tattood by Kim at a different location, so I cannot review this studio specifically. Kim is such a wonderful artist and person to work with. She was very patient with my many vague ideas and was able to give me a great piece. this particular piece coveres my entire chest and torso and I was so calm and relaxed under her gentle hand. Many artists were unsure about tattooing over scars, but Kim understands how skin heals and was confident she could cover what I needed. She is honest, and if a tattoo is not going to work, she will let you know. I appreciate this most of all. I cant wait to someday visit the new studio!!

I’ve been hesitant to post this review for almost 3 years now, but after talking to others who are unhappy with their tattoos too I’ve realized it’s useful to be honest. Kim did an excellent job at some lettering I got done, it is a brush script that was meant to be messy and inconsistent and looks great. She did another simple outline that is ok, noticeably different line widths but that can be common. However, I’ve been very disappointed by a grey scale moon she did. I gave her a picture of the moon I wanted and I fully understand that it’s hard to replicate one art into another, but it didn’t come close to what I imagined. The moon I showed her is a gradient of white to black and what I got were thick lines and crude shadowing. I’ve had more than one person ask me if it’s a wave (no it’s a crescent moon I sadly reply). Anyway, here’s the photos to judge for yourself. Based on her portfolio I’m sure Kim is a great artist, but I think she has a specific style and what I asked for wasn’t her strong suit, so hopefully this helps someone pick an artist for what they want.

Kim is an excellent tattooist, her knowledge and longevity as an artist is what makes her so incredibly skilled. She listens to what you want and delivers. She is fast without rushing. My tattoo still looks as new as the day Kim did it 5 years ago. Highly recommend!

Kim is fantastic. She did a tattoo for my wife while we were on vacation in Moab a while ago. I trusted her work so much we planned a piece together and she did my next tattoo when we made it back to Moab. You don’t need a reason to go this amazing part of the world, but if you are in the area and looking for a top notch artist, Kim is the one!

Kim was awesome. I texted the number listed on their website and she responded within a few hours. I sent a picture of what I wanted and she was able to get me in next day for an appointment. We went over a few tweeks to my design and she was able to make EXACTLY what I wanted and provided a price before starting. Her experience shows as the line work was crisp and clean. She was very professional yet personable and friendly. The shop is small (which I like), very clean and not overly cluttered or loud. I was really impressed and would recommend Kim to anyone. Kim is the real deal and deserves 5 stars. 100% Super professional but very laid back as well with the awesome view of the LaSals. We worked together to create an awesome band around my lower bicep using some original design work. She has a nice touch, super stable hand and moves that needle at the right pace. Shop was really clean and she changed gloves often. Thanks girl!

Kim was the best! She was able to fit my friend and I both in on a sunday after only reaching out to her the Saturday before. Very very knowledgable about the industry! She was great at making out tattoos just for us and didnt rush anything. Both tattoos turned out incredible. I have 6 tats now and the one kim did is the best one!

Kim was super communicative about what she expected from me as a client! She even was straight up with telling me what I wanted in my ear probably would just have the color bleed out and not look good over time, so we figured out something different!

I’ve herd a few locals say don’t go to this shop. But I wanted to check it out myself. I tried calling for a week to schedule an appointment and nobody ever answers. Went to the shop and the lady was extremely rude. Started to ask about an appointment and instantly, I’m busy when nobody was even in the shop. Didn’t have any personality or care that I was in her place of business just trying to schedule an appointment. If your coming through Moab and think oh it will be cool to get a tattoo, don’t waste your time trying. If your a first timer, thank god I’m not DONT go to this place.

Kim was really nice and good artist but to expensive. 2 to 3 times more expensive than what I was expecting for a small tattoo. Gave price after tattoo was done.
