Excellent place! Immaculate vibes and the staff was very friendly and informative.My artist Carmen was phenomenal, she gave me exactly what I wanted and the line work is very clean.I will definitely like to come back here for a normal session, and I enjoyed my Friday the 13th flash today 🖤🖤🖤

Kayla is amazing. She finished a tattoo started by another artist and made it more amazing than I thought it would ever be. She also did additional work on my sleeve going back in May to finish out my sleeve. Kayla has great customer service and is very fair. The pictures I took don’t do them justice !

Kayla was amazing for our daughter’s ear piercing. She was patient, explained everything throughly, and made our daughter feel comfortable. Highly would recommend going here!

Kayla turned what ever I had going on in my head into a real life image on my arm. She did amazing work and it’s exactly what I wanted. She’s been nothing but kind and respectful. She even did a little touch-up on a tattoo I have on my fingers that she didn’t even originally do! I 10/10 would recommend going to her to get any work done!

Yesterday I took my daughter to get her ears pierced. Kayla is AMAZING. She was patient because i forgot my paperwork and had to run home. She was extremely professional, had an immaculate work space and took the time to explain what every piece of equipment she was using was and why she was using it. It made my daughter so comfortable that she didn’t even want to hold my hand during the process. I would recommend her for your piercing needs 100 times over!

I went to Kayla Lambert for my first tattoo. Didnt know what to expect and wasnt really prepared but she helped me throughout the entire process and gave great advice on what would work well for what I wanted. Very clean facility and reasonable prices.

I’ve had Kayla do several tattoos for me over the years, and hands down my favorite artist, always responds to messages or requests for tattoo work in a timely manor, and makes sure I get an appointment booked that works for both my schedule and hers. and does amazing work, there was even a time when I wanted to do some silly tattoos on my hands and she took the time to explain that with my line of work and the location of the tattoo that’s wouldn’t last so we decided to put them elsewhere, she could have just taken my money and let me have my tattoos, but she made sure I knew exactly what I was getting into and how I wouldn’t be happy in the end. She is officially the only person I will ever let tattoo me again!

I have had all but one of my tattoos done by the owner Kayla. She is very professional and easy going, every time I go in I ask her more about her business and tattooing. I think it’s really cool listening to all the little things she knows about tattooing that I never would have even considered. You can really tell how much she cares! She has also been as flexible and understanding as she can be with my appointments as I drive over an hour and a half to my appointments. The only time I canceled I offered to pay for the time I took from her without her asking and she had me save it for the next appointment! Which I did :) 10/10 would recommend supporting Safe Haven Tattoo, Kayla, and anyone affiliated with her shop!

Absolutely love Kayla. I was tattooed by her a few years ago for a memorial tattoo of my dog. She was super easy to work with. Asked me a ton of questions to ensure my tattoo was designed the best way for me. Took her time tattooing to ensure the outline was perfect and had amazing conversation. I have followed her now from her very first shop to now her very own shop here. I personally cannot wait to finally be able to begin my sleeve with her as it’s been a wild 3-4 years in the making because of Covid shutdowns. She deserves 5 stars and then some for her professionalism, artwork, talent, and most importantly creating a safe and comfortable environment for clients and herself. Kayla and everyone at safe haven is nothing short of amazing. They are all the kindest most genuine people I’ve ever met. I have worked with Kayla for several of my pieces and will have her do some touching up on other pieces in the future because I trust her and her work. Kayla has shown her dedication to her shop, her employees, her work, and mostly her customers. She is easy to work with, responsive, and understanding. I’m forever grateful to have Kayla’s work on my body and I will continue to go to safe haven tattoo for all of my tattoo needs.

The reason I’m leaving 2 stars is because of Kayla S. The apprentice. She was an absolute angel and I would’ve loved to work with her but unfortunately that didn’t happen. Kayla, the owner on the other hand was the farthest thing from welcoming. Ironic that her shop is called “Safe Haven”. I had seen their flyer about their Friday the 13th special and really enjoyed their flash list. As this is my first tattoo, I stopped in the day prior for further information, such as placement and to see the designs in person. Kayla, the owner, was very dismissive, couldn’t answer any of my questions and said to keep looking online. On the actual day, I came in, listed my name on the list and waited. I left and returned & my name still has yet to be called & Kayla claimed that I had missed my spot when it was obvious that the order had yet to have reached me. Many women had left and returned so I didn’t understand what the issue was. Kayla S apologized and said she was willing to work something out for me but at that point I didn’t feel comfortable or welcomed by the owner. I wouldn’t recommend. Terrible experience.

I’ve been going to Kayla S (the piercer and tattoo apprentice) for years now, and am never disappointed! Safe haven feels like a safe haven, period. The vibes are immaculate, and the work they do is always phenomenal and keeps me coming back! this is my forever shop, I can’t recommend enough!

I have gotten 4 tattoos done by Kayla and she is by far the best tattoo artist I’ve ever experienced. Not just her work but her work ethic, her compassion and care, she’s super friendly and makes you comfortable. Once I had forgotten to eat before going to get my tattoo done and I was starving and she gave me pizza ! This was like my second appointment with her. She makes me laugh and is very considerate. When I tell you this woman is amazing I mean it ! You won’t regret going to her.

I’ve came to Kayla Lambert twice now for multiple tattoos both appointments, she does amazing work! Pricing is very reasonable and communication is a 10/10 even if she is busy she responds in a reasonable time frame if not right away! Definitely will be booking again and telling all my friends!

Kayla Lambert is my artist, she did an entire sleeve for me and designed it perfectly. She is so friendly, funny, and just overall a joy to be around, which is important when you’re getting 5+ hours of work done. She graciously added another quote tattoo on to my other arm after my sleeve was complete, simply because I asked if she could. The shop is SO CLEAN. First let me start off by saying this is a female owned shop in which the owner goes above and beyond to make you feel safe and comfortable!!! i have been following the owner from every shop she’s been too she has done over 80% of my tattoos! her designs have always knocked my ideas out of the park!! she’s always willing to listen to my thoughts and suggestions and she always goes above and beyond to make sure she is tattooing exactly what is being asked! she has done two intense and big cover ups for me which have also been over expectations! her prices are extremely fair for the quality of her work, her customer service is impeccable, and all in and all she’s got a heart of gold! i am always recommending her to people who ask where i go!! 10/10 recommend this shop to any type of customer!! she will blow your mind i promise !

In 2020, I decided I wanted to get my first sets of tattoos, I did some digging and found Kayla L. At the time she worked at another tattoo shop. When I went it was like a big sister tattooing you, making sure you were comfortable, getting to know you, etc. I then followed her to the next couple of stores she worked at. Kayla L is not only talented, but really cares about her customers. There is a reason she gave me all 8 of my tattoos so far, and why I will stay loyal to her!

Safe Haven is a beautiful shop with amazing artists! You wont regret going here to get tattooed/pierced 💯 Kayla L. (owner) did my geometric sleeve that Im quite literally obsessed with. I get compliments everywhere I go. She did such an amazing job! I will definitely be going back for more work!

I highly recommend Kayla Lambert! She has done a little bit of everything for me - from small to large tattoos, a tribute tattoo for my dad when he passed that captured every detail of his life i had shared with her (so yes, she listens, she cares about her clients!), a complete shoulder rework/ cover up, and my current work in progress- half sleeve! She has always been accommodating to my work schedule, she’s even stayed late to fit me in for last minute spur of the moment requests. She’s been understanding of the many times i had to cancel or reschedule my appointments (understanding that i do try to give 24+ hours notice) and has been more than accommodating of the few times i was running late due to traffic or being stuck at work late. She understands that life happens! Kayla is very personable and tries to make genuine connections with her clients. I will never go to anyone else and she will always be my #1 recommendation!

Kayla L did one of my very first tattoos on my calf. She was so patient & kind. I explained that I wanted a sunflower with a lady bug on it for my late Grandmother. She did the work beautifully. Can not recommend Safe Haven Tattoo enough! Kayla has created such a safe and honest space for every client that walks through her door. That being said, she is extremely busy and her time is extremely valuable. Any time you would need to wait for an appointment is MORE than worth it.

Kayla not only is an amazing artist but kind and outgoing person. She took the time to go over the design and placement of my first tattoo. I was considering having it done on my foot, but she suggested an area that would be less painful as a firsttimer and I have zero regrets. First tattoo came out beautiful, so I of course had her complete my second tattoo. Many more tattoos planned in the future in her beautiful shop. Anyone that asks about my tattoos I tell them all about Kayla and her new shop, since her work is amazing and flawless. Seriously cannot recommend her enough.

If I could give this establishment one million stars I would!! Where do I start?? The atmosphere is AH-MAZING!! Its clean, huge, smells wonderful!! The set up is picturesque. I appreciated the attentiveness. Its just you and the artist. Not a whole bunch of people sitting waiting their turn, listening to their conversations etc. Kayla (the letter artist) has a vibe that is infectious!! Kayla made us feel welcomed. Comfortable. Like we were the only people in this world. Her conversation and presence was on point. It was my daughters first tattoo, and Kayla made the experience rememberable. I HIGHLY recommend SAFE HAVEN TATTOO. This establishment will NOT disappoint!!

This shop is absolutely amazing! I have gotten pierced several times and have been treated so professionally. The atmosphere feels safe and all the artists make you feel heard. They take their time and explain every step along the way and are very transparent with their process. While they are busy (as they should be because they are AMAZING!) they try their best to get back to customers in a timely fashion. I cannot wait to come back for more piercings and some tattoos!

I love this shop and the owner!! She has done every single tattoo on my body and has always found a way to fit me in and work with my schedule being a single mom with working alot. She even played with my kid because he didn’t want to leave me and got him to calm down so I could get a tattoo! I have had to reschedule and changed my ideas multiple times and she never once got frustrated with me or felt like I was being a nuisance. I highly and fully recommend her and any one of her co-workers!

Been trying to get ahold of Kayla, the owner, since august 12th. As of the date of me writing this it is October 17th. She’s been active on Instagram, posting pictures and never responding to me. I even messaged the shop Instagram, they responded after a bit asking what I need, when I said I’m trying to get ahold of Kayla they read my message and stayed active since then and still haven’t responded to my messages. I’ve seen posts talking about scheduling appointments since then so i have no idea what the issue is.

This girl is a serious artist! She does fantastic work! I needed a cover up done and she did an absolute fantastic job turning the previous eye sore into something beautiful! I highly recommend heading to her for your ink needs. You wont be disappointed, I sure as hell wasnt!

This place is amazing. It is a great atmosphere and all the artists working there are not only super talented but very humble, down to earth people. They are also very transparent with their pricing. Although they are very busy most of the time they try to do their best to be flexible for their customers. The owner herself is amazing. She is fun and very supportive of her customers both inside her shop while getting work done and outside. I will recommend this shop to anyone that asks.

Haven’t gone to this shop yet, but while the owner was working at another shop, she tried adjusting me into a busy schedule as a walk in! However it was my own fault not being able to come back, nothing on her end, tried up and down to try to get me in. 100% for her customers.
