I had a wonderful experience here! Seth did a floral piece on my forearm, and I can’t express just how AMAZING he did. I stare at my tattoo every day. I was a little nervous because it had been 9 years since my last tattoo but I was able to completely trust the process and I’m glad I did!The atmosphere is super fun and laid back - all the artists and all the clients chatted with each other while I was there and it made my time go by quickly while I was there. Every single artist there is dedicated, and they have an artist for any style you’re looking for!

I had three tattoos done by Ryan between the end of February and March. 2/3 tattoos turned out decent, but there was one I was extremely let down by. After my first appointment, I was told by Ryan that he would send me an email before my next appointment with a sketch of the tattoos I’d be having done at the next session. I wanted a snake and another etchwork design of a bust. I had to remind him less than 2 days before my appointment to send over the designs, and when I did so, he completely forgot what we were going to be doing. I overlooked this because I did not want to cancel my appointment and lose my deposit, but I should have. I got a botched snake with messy lines and shading that looked like scribbling from a child. He went outside of the outline in many places. When I emailed Ryan, he refused to take accountability for his messy work or provide me with a partial refund. I can’t speak for the shop as a whole, but I will not be coming back to Ryan to say the least.

Austin is truly a great artist not only does it show in his work it shows in the way he communicates with people, genuine conversations, truly one of the kindest people i’ve encountered. if you need a break he gives it to you, makes you feel comfortable and confident in ur tattoo decisions. i recommend him to anyone questioning getting a tattoo. his work is worth every single cent, and the experience will be one that you will remember forever just because his character is one that you can’t forget. thank you Austin!

Thank you for fixing it :)I reached out to Seth Oliver back on March 30th, with my last email being April 1st, (four months from now in August) after he had said he would love to do this tattoo for me. Unfortunately I have been ghosted by him and never heard back. Hes got great art, and does great tattoos from what I see, I just am upset that I got ghosted on such a meaningful piece without so much as an explanation. Definitely understand people get busy but a late response is better than none!So lack of communication was definitely an issue. When I posted about it on their facebook I got a simple heart react without anything being said so definitely bums me out a lot that it seems like it doesnt matter to them. Was definitely hoping for better customer service from a place with such great reviews and people that rave about them.

I have to agree with LeAnn Saucedo. Seth mentioned he could get me in December when I contacted him back in August. He said the designs would be simple enough to work in the schedule for December.. I emailed him several times with no response come December.I am really disappointed and now I have to wait months for finding another artist who may have an opening. Sorry you lost business, and I will not recommend your support.

Hands down the best. Been getting tattooed by Alexi for about 8 years now, this new location is awesome! Beautiful! Laid back! And fun! I wish there was more than a 5 star rating because Alexi and staff deserve it 100% highly recommend anyone who is looking for top quality art work to look no further than here!

Emailed them five times with no response. Yeah, checked the Spam folder and nothing there. Called the place and no answer. These people are good Artists if they could respond to an email they would be a Good business.A little effort goes a long way.

Been going to Anton for a couple years when he was located in Merrill. Me and my boyfriend wanted to get some ink and it was his first tattoo. I trusted Anton would make this a great experience and a great tattoo for his first. While there I met the other great artist and had the best experience just talking and hearing about how far they all have come in their career! Anton did some killer tattoos for us and the experience and atmosphere was just incredible! Anton I’m proud of you and the work you are doing! The Seven One Five was everything I could have hoped for and more! Great work gentleman! Killer ink, killer guys, killer experience!

I’ve had some work done on me in the past from previous tattoo artists. On 10/6/20, I had my first (of hopefully many to come) tattoo with Alexi. His shop and work in a few short words: professional, clean, fun. You get the whole experience, and better yet, you walk out the door with some killer art on your body. He is hands down the best I’ve ever seen. I will go to no one else for tattoo work, from here on out.

Excellent work and customer service!I definitely recommend coming here, especially if its someones first tattoo and theyre a little nervous. Isaiah was as gentle as could be(given the type of art and tools used lol) and he always made sure I knew what he was doing next and what to expect. Even then the pain wasnt near what my other tattoos were at other places.I will most certainly be back for more ink in the future!

The art that comes from here is 2nd to none. The business itself is gorgeous and very unique. Alexi is a fantastic artist and makes you feel very comfortable with the whole process. I got my 5th tattoo from Alexi and cant imagine going anywhere else from now on. Cant wait for my next one!
