I had the pleasure of stumbling across his work , Jeff is very professional tattoo artist who does an amazing job with very clean work environment & chill atmosphere , I can tell he takes pride in every piece he’s has the opportunity to recreate on me , he’s done my last 4 tattoos in the last 4 months that should tell you something let alone , . my personal opinion Issa vibe all the time I would highly recommend checking him out..
