This place is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. You most likely wont leave here with a bad experience. Jay, the head piercer, knows his stuff and wont do a piercing just to take your money. If he hasnt done it or doesnt have enough experience, he tells you. He explains the healing process well, and you wont feel rushed.

Took my granddaughter in to get her nose pierced. Walked in to a very friendly atmosphere and it didn’t stop there. Everything was explained and we were left to make our own decision on what type of hardware she wanted. We opted for just a silver ball to start but will definitely go back for any upgrades she wants. There is a plethora of options is many colors and 14K gold. It was very clean and everything was sterilized before they started. He also explained step by step what he was preparing to do. We are now contemplating matching tattoos for me, my daughter and granddaughters. And I know it will be done here once we choose our design. Very relaxed atmosphere over all!!

Absolutely 100% recommend. Very clean. Very organized. Very inviting. I went to a studio in Nashville months ago to have two Daith piercings done. I live in Paducah Kentucky. I had been having issues with them. The team at Gallery X got me in multiple times to address issues they were not even responsible for. They helped me craft jewelry that accomplish the discreate look I was going for. While each situation is different when it comes to fees I will not discuss what I paid. I will say I believe 100% it was a fair price for all the help and education I received regarding my new piercing.

My guy pitbull did an amazing job, the tattoo came out very clean , was done on my ribs and usually that hurts the most but he did it in a way where it didn’t hurt at all. Excellent work, will be coming back .

Ryun did a fantastic job on my father with a huge back piece during the Cover the Hate project with this shop and everybody was so professional and nice! I even got my belly pierced while I was waiting and it was so reasonably priced! Would recommend them to any and everybody!

I just had the best experience I could have possibly asked for at this parlor I just got pierced. A side note I have Tourettes syndrome. But the piercer that I was with was super kind and patient and I couldnt have asked for a better experience she was super quick and explained everything thoroughly and even recommended better jewelry for a great price for my existing piercing and helped swich it out for me! I will definitely be back again for future piercings!

Gallery X is where I got my first tattoo, and definitely where I’ll get my second! The entire place is extremely clean and spacious, and everyone is super friendly and helpful. My sister and I were both tattoo by Ryan, and he is literally the best! Professional and knowledgeable in a genuinely kind and personable manner. He’s also a huge anime nerd, so it was super cool to be his first JJK tattoos! I can’t recommend him enough!! Thank you for the great experience and even great tattoo!!

I had previously gotten pierced at a different piercing shop in Murray (not naming names, deduct what you will) and the piercing was so small that it was painful to have. They gave me an aftercare solution consisting of water, isopropyl alcohol, and dish soap. The piercer at Gallery X did an amazing job of replacing the jewelry for me and being so kind and gentle (I’m sure they could tell I was nervous) and reassuring me of things rather than just jumping right in. I was also given a pamphlet on proper aftercare! Highly recommend :)

Double price of other shops that are just as good if not better and deposit doesnt go towards your tattoo. Piercings are also over priced even for very simple jewelry.Edit: To accuse someone of lying is very unprofessional. I was specifically told that my deposit was not going towards my tattoo and that is one of the things that swayed me in choosing the shop. I give very honest and accurate reviews. They were totally patient with my nervous daughter when getting her ears pierced. Very friendly, explained every step & took their time (and even coached her on breathing to make it easier for her).Update: we went back to get the shorter bars for her earrings after swelling wasnt a concern, we got in quickly & had another fantastic experience. As always- super friendly service & a very clean environment.

Back when I was living in Kentucky I had a really bad experience at a different shop but then found this place n me n my girl Lauren went here numerous times the artwork Jason Agee and Jeremiah swift put out is absolutely awesome I love the one I got from Jason Agee the very first time I was tatted at that time aint that art n then I got 2 tats from Jeremiah an elephant on the outer left ankle n a thigh tat that really means a lot to me n meant even more Jeremiah did it!!!! N the piercer Jay harvill is an awesome piercer n as for pricing goes very very reasonable priced on all mine thanks to Jason, Jeremiah, and Jay I love tats n piercings now!!!!! A number one top notch group of artists and guys Id give yall a 20 star rating if I could!!!!!!!

I was searching for a consultation after receiving a piercing from another piercer lady down the street! After driving about an hour, I saw Maizie, and she confirmed my fears of the site being botched. 😭 She genuinely apologized for something that wasnt even her fault. 🥲 She then removed the piercing, and performed another one the CORRECT way! When I say I knew I was in good hands from the moment I was greeted by Jay (who is equally awesome), til the moment I saw Maizie and left, I mean just that!! This establishment is AMAZING, and the customer service is remarkable! I will not hesitate to refer anyone, or even return myself for future services! Im truly thankful for this place, and the employees that work there! Sorry this is a long post, but I must give credit where credit is due! Maizie has done multiple piercings for me and they’ve all been great! Everyone here takes time to make sure you’re comfortable and have the right anatomy for all your piercings. Highly recommend!

This past weekend a friend and I wanted to get a couple of piercings done and decided to come here to get our work done, and all I can say is best decision ever! I have never been to Gallery X before, but my experience was so relaxed, professional, and thorough that I wish I had gotten all of my piercings here.For our piercings we both got our work done by Jay, who was nothing short of the friendliest and best piercer I have ever gone to! The whole business is spotless, the jewelry beautiful, and they obviously take a lot of pride in their work. Jay made sure all equipment he used for us was not only fresh, but thoroughly sanitized before he took a needle to either of us. He took the care to make sure we were relaxed, as well as giving us tons of tips and information on our piercings and aftercare that neither of us knew before our visit. Jay was very conscious to make sure we were not only relaxed and ready for our piercings, but talked us through how the procedure would go from beginning to end so that we were involved in the process and knew exactly what to be expecting (a welcome change from past experiences with piercers who just want to get the piercing done quickly and shoo you out the door). It was immediately apparent how educated he was in piercing and how much he truly cared to make our experience positive, so thank you Jay for giving us each the best piercing experience weve ever had!Also, you know that stereotype of dark and dirty shops? I can promise you it certainly doesnt apply here. As soon as we walked in the whole shop is well lit, jewelry displayed beautifully and open for customers to look at in display cases, we were greeted immediately, and SPOTLESS. I mean if Covid wasnt a thing I would eat food off of the floor sort of clean!I usually dont take time to write out long reviews, but we were both so happy with the service we received here that I felt compelled to leave a review so that if anyone is looking around for a shop to go to in this area I hope you come here! Everyone in the shop we interacted with was so kind and made the effort to make sure they provided the best experience possible. Literally I cannot find a fault in any aspect of our experience, thats how good this shop is. If youve read this much of my review thinking about where to get pierced, stop reading and drive over to these guys and let them take care of you!

Amazing place. The atmosphere is great and even the people that were not doing my tattoo were super nice and great people. Dylan did my tattoo and he is amazing. He is a great artist to work with and does really good tattoos. Would recommend this place to anybody for tattoos and piercings.

My sister and I had an awesome experience getting piercings here! The staff are wonderful and immediately helped us (we were walk-ins). They didn’t rush us at all and made sure we were 100% happy with everything before we had the piercing. So glad we chose this place!

Got my first piercings here today and I love this place! Jay was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and was very accommodating when I didnt feel very good after the piercing. Ive been to Gallery X a couple times now and Ive never had anything short of an amazing experience. Most recently, my saniderm from another location came off and they removed, cleaned and rewrapoed my tattoo free of charge. I truly cant reccomend them enough!!

I love coming to this place. Everyone is so friendly and genuinely enjoy communicating with their customers. They have amazing quality jewelry and great tattoo artists as well. They always make sure you are taken care of if you have any issues with anything. There was a piercing that I had an issue with ( due to something I did to it) and they looked at it for free and helped me get it healthy again. Love this place.

Walked in on a spur of the moment to get my daith pierced. A gentleman greeted my daughter and I and was very nice. The business was very clean, which is why we stayed. Jeremiah Swift did my piece and did an amazing job! All of them were so kind and respectful of the COVID restrictions. They followed all sanitary necessities. I came in on short notice and they were still able to get me in! Jeremiah helped touch up some things on my tattoo and truly made the whole experience very comfortable. I’m from Iowa and came down to Kentucky to visit a friend, I will definitely be coming back.

Jeremiah is so good at what he does. Especially if it’s your first time getting a tattoo, he is definitley the guy you wanna see. I had a specific picture in my head of what I wanted it to look like and he made sure every detail was exactly how I pictured it. This is the worst tattoo palor I have ever been to in my life. Their so called artists cant tattoo at all. Ibe seen preschool drawing that looked better than most of their tattoos. I wish I could rate it 0 stars.
