While on beach vacation I treated myself to a massage!! I had an incredible experience with Christen! She did an amazing job working out all of my knots and made me feel completely relaxed. Her technique was spot on, and I left feeling rejuvenated. The Medspa itself is beautiful, state-of-the-art, and incredibly calming—just walking in made me feel at ease. Highly recommend Christen and this wonderful spa!

This place is owned by the same people who own Waccamaw Oral Surgery. With that knowledge alone, you would never get me to step foot into their office. They advertise an array of treatments, but in their reviews, all Ive read is how much people enjoy their massages. One person talked about it looking nice and having so much new tech. Thats great but I didnt see any reviews about the tattoo removal, the botox, skin tightening, tattoo removal, body shaping, pigment lightning, or any of the other Medical procedures they offer. Just great massage! Good luck.

Christen Lockhart with her training in lymphatic drainage massage has been tremendously helpful to me in my recovery from liposuction surgery. I am so grateful that she and Waccamaw Medical Spa are open in our area! My surgeon and anesthesiologist both recommended I have this form of massage. My surgery was done in Charleston, and I was afraid it wouldnt be available in the Myrtle Beach area. Turns out they are about five minutes from my home. BONUS!!! Thank you Christen for speeding my recovery. Everyone can benefit from improved lymphatic/immune health.

I had a one hour massage at Waccamaw Med Spa a couple of weeks ago and it was amazing. Kathryn gave the best therapeutic massage!! The massage beds are incredible. They conform to your body and you actually get a zero gravity effect. The music was so relaxing and I really enjoyed the hot stones which really brought it to the next level. I also sat in the Halo Therapy room which was definitely a treat and a great experience after a fantastic massage. Thank you Waccamaw Med Spa!! I will definitely be back!!

Just got an hour massage with Christen. She was amazing, very conscientious about pressure (or the lack thereof) OMGoodness!!Again! Again!Fantastic Experience, full 60 minutes (Im booking 90 minutes next time) First massage following my stroke in March AND WOW!! I didnt know how badly I needed that. I will be going back, every month!!

Waccamaw Medical Spa is the perfect environment to Relax, Recharge and Rejuvenate! I had limited knowledge of micro-needling but was curious yet nervous of such a procedure and not quite sure if it was for me. Keeley was so gracious in explaining the details of the procedure and intended results. The added exosomes certainly gave me the results I was looking for. This is a natural skin boosting procedure much better than Botox Filler or PRP Facial ( which I have tried all ) and after this I will not consider botox or filler again. My skin feels and looks so much healthier, fresher and clean. Thanks Dr. Covington for bringing such a professional and beautiful med spa to Murrells Inlet.

Love this Med Spa. The staff are so caring and friendly, and knowledgeable. The decor of the spa is absolutely stunning. I love that they have a room dedicated for the men. They offer so many services with the latest state of the art equipment which you do not find in many spas in the area.

I took a tour of this med spa for the grand opening with friends. It is by far a cut above anything Ive seen on the Grand Strand. We all booked different services, and have nothing but raves! Its a must see & do!

I wish I could give 10 stars! I went in today in a lot of pain in my back and my knee (four surgeries on the same knee) and left feeling a lot better. I will definitely be going back!
