Let me just start off by saying if I could give Diamond City Tattoo & Piercing 50 stars, I would! I got my septum pierced last Friday after being referred to this place by my tattoo artist. The entire experience was exceptional.Every single person working was genuinely kind, respectful, communicative, and professional. Moo is AWESOME. Talk about a master of his craft! Not only did he take the time to get to know me a little but he walked me through the entire process and made sure the placement and piercing was on point. Ive gotten SO MANY compliments already!After I was pierced, they walked me through cleansing and aftercare in detail, answered all my questions, and provided their expert product recommendations. Even when it started getting busy in the shop, they never rushed me, got flustered, or made me feel unimportant.I plan on bringing my husband back to get his nose pierced and will be recommending the hell out of this place to whoever will listen.Thanks all!

So delighted to write this review, these Artists are true professionals and so warm and welcoming. Spayduh is a jewel and we were so blessed to have her take care of my daughters nose piercing. She was very gentle and patient, she explained everything during the process as well as after care instructions so we feel educated and prepared. Spayduh is just the sweetest person! Highly recommend this establishment, from beginning to the end we were impressed.

I have been really hesitant to get any piercings due to some trauma from my initial ear piercings when I was a kid. Cambria has done many piercings for me this year and Ive never been so comfortable before. Shes great and makes sure everything is perfect every time. Cant recommend her enough 🖤🤍🖤

Cambria is AMAZING. I dropped by and got my second nose ring along with a rook piercing and they turned out beautifully. Cambria took her time helping me pick out jewelry and best placement for the piercings. She was so friendly and made such an effort to make sure I was comfortable from beginning to end. Pricing was also very reasonable. I cant even imagine getting my piercings anywhere else from now forward. Highly recommended!

I had the best consultative experience at Diamond City Tattoo & Piercing today! I had an appointment with the owner Moo Tang for a piercing and before we started Moo Tang spend a good amount of time explaining the procedure, healing process, and how the different metals may or may not impact my healing process. Moo Tang was very clear as to what to expect in my healing, how much care was involved, and how long the healing would typically take to be fully recovered from this experience. Ironically, my spouse and I are going out of town the end of September and my procure would have greatly impacted what I would be able to do on our trip, for example use of hotel spa etc. I decided now was not the best time to get this procedure done, but very much value the time that Moo Tang took to explain what was realistic in my piercing process. I am very thankful that I had the opportunity to visit this shop and work with a business owner who cares enough about people and his professional reputation to be fully honest with me allowing me to make the best decision for my experience. I did not get the piercing for now as I want to be able to fully enjoy my trip. However both my spouse and I will be back most likely for tattoos especially given the trust that is now formed with Moo Tang and Diamond City Tattoo. We are very thankful for this awesome experience!! BTW the shop was extremely clean, great body decor selection, and an owner who truly cares about the community.

I just had some new tattoos and one re colored tattoo done by Mandy,, and she is the bomb! I’m so incredibly happy with my re color, it looks just like it did 25 years ago when I originally got it. The other tattoos are exactly what I envisioned. Mandy communicates great, she was prepared, professional and makes it a casual and comfortable experience. I’ll be back in a few months to have her create a new tattoo and to re color one of my older tattoos. I would recommend Mandy to do your next piece.

Brought my daughter to get a helix piercing for her birthday and was super impressed by the staff and level of customer service they provide. Knowledgeable in their craft, patient and friendly. If youve been looking for a place to get pierced look no further! I have been to quite a few places around the I.E. and Diamond City is unrivaled! Their level of care and knowledge exceeds expectations and the experience is flawless! Cambria was so gentle removing my surface piercing and made my partners labret look amazing! Right when I walked in Spayduh gave me a warm and welcome greeting. I told her this was my first time getting a piercing and she walked me through the entire process. I felt calm and relaxed the entire time and immediately loved my piercing! Afterwards she explained the healing process and what she recommends for cleaning. Then she gave me a link that explains what to avoid and how to maintain your piercing plus she gave me her personal number in case I have any questions or concerns. I 100% recommend coming here for a piercing with Spayduh I know I’ll be back 😁

Everyone was so nice and informative and just had a really nice vibe. I went with my boyfriend for his first nose piercing and got it done with Spayduh and she was amazing! So calming and really helped him relax. Love her. Definitely going back for my own piercings!

Have been here a few times already and I could not recommend this place enough. Each time Sara has pierced myself (2 nostril piercings and septum), as well as my husband (lip piercings, ears) and our oldest(ears). She’s great at what she does. Very professional and super sweet. All our piercings were an absolute breeze! The shop itself is very clean, everything is sterile, as it should be. Hands down, best and only place to get pierced! The owner, Moo, is incredibly knowledgeable and has many years of experience…very friendly and welcoming. He pierced some family members of ours and the experience was nothing short of amazing. Some piercing/tattoo shops can be intimidating to walk into. Not this one. They make sure you’re comfortable and leaving happy!

Came in today (8-24-22) for a daith and both nostril piercings for an appointment with Moo Tang. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and a great person overall. Answered all of mine and my friends questions, who came with me. He made both of us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable in the shop. The shop is incredibly clean and everyone in there is super welcoming. I have never really had much experience in piercings other than ear lobes before today and I would 100% go back to Moo Tang and his crew for any future piercings I would want and recommend them to anyone I know. He made the whole process super easy and as painless as possible.

Took my daughter here to get her piercings. The other place I scheduled with flaked and thank god they did. They got us in within a hour. Diamond city is head and shoulders above others in the area. Very clean and friendly. My daughters piercings were so easy and flawless she didn’t even flinch or feel any pain. Just went to get a dermal removed and get my lip pierced (spider bites on both side which is shark bites). I already had spider bites on one side and I wanted to do the other and Moo Tang was awesome making sure I was well informed about everything and that the piercings were even on both sides. I can not recommend this place enough! The environment s very friendly and welcoming. The entire shop is very clean and the employees are constantly spot cleaning throughout the whole day. I saw Mandy for a tattoo. She was amazing! She was fast to respond to my inquiry and extremely flexible with my design. Not once was she not willing to help me and give me the exact design that I love. She was very professional and welcoming. Her hand was light and the tattoo was a breeze. She worked the entire time in different positions and eeven stayed open late to ensure that my tattoo was perfect. I got snakebites pierced by Spayduh and i couldnt have been happier with the results. Theyre incredibly kind, made me feel very safe, and they kept the environment lively and very clean! Very informative about aftercare, and i felt like i was a close friend to all of the artists despite knowing them for just a few hours. In all seriousness, Moo is the best piercer I have EVER been to. He was professional, friendly, went above and beyond with keeping a sterile field, but most of all, hes an amazing human being. The moment I met him, his energy was so warm, and he welcomed me brightly as if wed been friends for ten years.Even though Ive been pierced a dozen times, Id never had a dermal taken out, and he talked my anxiety down like an ABSOLUTE SAINT. Even though he was backed up and overbooked, Moo was calm and collected, NEVER rushed, and made me feel insanely comfortable. He kept me talking and laughing the whole way, and he pierced my nose so easily and smoothly that it was over before I even registered it had started.He told me the prices before hand, made sure I knew the cost of the jewelry, and made doubly sure that my new nose piercing was off-set juuuussttt right to the dermal under my eye. Now I have a gorgeous symmetry between them!He earned a LIFELONG client tonight, and I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone and everyone -- whether its your 1st piercing or your 51st, Moo has your back. ♡

My sister and I got our earlobes pierced by Spayduh and she was AMAZING. Not only was she so helpful finding the perfect type of jewelry for us, but she was so calming and reassuring about the whole process. So I got my nose pierced here in October and I can honestly say that this was the best experience Ive had in a tattoo & piercing business. The atmosphere here is great, super clean and organized. God I love this place. I got my first tattoo here in 2018 and Ive gotten all 5 of my current piercings here. The staff is so friendly and professional and the environment is so crazy friendly. Moo Tang himself is such a great guy and he has such great energy. 10/10 definitely recommend coming here especially if you badly want tattoos or piercings and you have anxiety because theyll definitely ease your fears.

MOO TANG IS THE BEST!!! We all love him! He makes the whole process so easy and comfortable! He is a god at placing piercings and is even better at customizing your ear for you! Prices are fair and understanding, and has amazing selection of jewelry! I 110% recommended everyone to go here. I have known Moo since I was around 13 and he has the kindest soul! I couldn’t wait to get to my house before I wrote this review. Moo Tang and all of the other staff are phenomenal!! My nose piercing got pulled during a waxing and I couldn’t put it back in myself. They were swamped today and are appointment only. He went above and beyond and helped me get my piercing back in since I work at the hospital for the next few days to save me from having to be pierced again. I had the opportunity to wait around and see how they interact with their clients and there was so much care and time given to each person that came in. It was an extremely comfortable feeling even though they were extremely busy. 10/10 would recommend this studio and all of it’s staff, especially Moo. He did me a solid tonight. I’m so appreciative.

Moo Tang was very welcoming and comforting in the whole ear piercing experience. He used unused and clean equipment during the process. The shop was very beautiful and hygienic. I got my mid helix pierced and he made it super quickly and not as painful as I had imagined. This would be my third time coming here and it’s safe to say I love it and will continue to get my ears pierced here :)

We took are 8 year old Daughter in to get her ears pierced for the very first time! She was very nervous up unto the point where we were in the station for her pirecing, but Simba reassured her everuthing was going to be fine. After he finished, he gave us a thorough detailed instructions, on how to do after care!awesome work & great attitudes in the shop with the other employees. Overall, we had a great experience!

Once again I went to Diamond City for a piercing and re-booked with Moo. The man is an ABSOLUTE MAGICIAN. I got a dermal underneath my eye next to one I had gotten a few years ago, and he worked super well with me when we were determining the placing!Once more, he made me feel super at ease and has such a calm, grounding presence -- fantastic when youre a little anxious like I usually am before new ink or metal! The piercings itself went incredibly smooth -- Moo was as gentle as one can be when pushing a needle into skin, and he made sure to apply pressure to staunch any bleeding (and Im almost POSITIVE this prevented bruising in the days after!) and the pain was over before I even registered.Its been almost a week, and Ive had absolutely ZERO PAIN and MINIMAL BRUISING. As usual, Moo has exceeded my already high expectations of him. If youre thinking of getting a new piercing, PLEASE do yourself a favor and book with him!! His work is absolutely phenomenal and he goes above and beyond in everything he does. 10/10 for Diamond City. And I am DEFINITELY going back to him in a couple months for a third dermal underneath my eye!!

I had such a fantastic experience here! I called before heading in, and Moo was ready for me when I got there. I got my nose pierced, and Moo was phenomenal! I went to Diamond City to get an old nose piercing redone, I had an appointment and there was a bit of a wait but there was not a single dull moment in the shop. Mo was super sweet and informative on healing naughty piercings and Spayduh was super cool and so cute!! I ended up not having to get it repierced because it was still open and I was able to get a cute gold stud. I’ve been to piercing shops all over the place and Diamond City is definitely a gem. I got my septum pierced by Sara and snakebites pierced by Simba on two separate occasions and both times had a wonderful experience! Went to take my daughter (10) to get her first ear piercing today. Unfortunately, my daughter wasnt able to finish due to the pain/shock of the 1st needle. (At no fault to the shop or peircer)I loved how that even tho my daughter couldnt continue that Cambria was SO nice, sweet, and understanding with my daughter.Definitely recommend the shop, they care about each customer no matter their age. I will definitely come back for MY future piercing, lol

Ive been pierced by Spayduh here before and had a great experience, but my most recent appointment didnt go as great. I was the first appointment of the day and Moo was 30 mins late. He mustve been in a bad mood or something because he was being very rude the whole time. I told him how I wanted my piercing placed and he told me to stop telling him how to do his job. He pierced way too deep into the skin that I swelled up immediately. Within a few days I was swelling and bruising like crazy, it seriously looked like someone punched me in the eye. I even told him that I swell a lot and he gave me a short bar, so it was extremely uncomfortable when I did start swelling. I took it out and let it heal for a couple months before I got it done at another place and I havent had any problems; no bruising or discomfort so I know it wasnt just me. Ive seen Moos work before and he usually does a good job but this time has turned me off from this place completely.

This is the best spot in town to get pierced. Moo Tang is so knowledgeable, experienced and fun to talk to. If you are up for it, ask him to recommend a set of piercings to decorate your ears. He knows how to place piercings that are perfect for your specific ear shape and picks colors to complement your skin tone and eye color! I go to him for every piercing and he always takes great care of me and makes sure I know exactly what to do to take care of my new piercing 😌

I called on a Saturday not expecting to get a same-day appointment considering their hours and being appointment-based, but was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get an appointment that same day.When I arrived, I was told that Moo was running behind schedule but the wait ended up not being too long. Moo has the best personality and makes the whole experience just absoutely delightful. His many years in the business certainly shows, and he will honestly tell you if what youre wanting to get done is appropriate for your anatomy. If something is not a good idea, he will tell you why and present you with feasible alternatives. I really liked that because Ive been to piercers who would just flat out refuse to do something for you or they will try and find workarounds for something that obviously does not work just to get your money.

My best friend and I had a great experience getting our noses pierced by Moo Tang! He really took the time to explain everything to us, answer our questions, and make us feel comfortable. I went to Diamond City for my first piercing. I was very nervous at first, but the piercer was calm and told me what to expect. He was very knowledgeable and told me exactly how to take care of my new piercing. All of the staff were very friendly as well! I have been here before for a piercing and was very, very satisfied. When it came time for my next tattoo, I decided to look at all the artists in the shop to see if anyone liked to do the type of work I am interested in (dot work mandalas). I found Mandy and boy am I glad!!! While my tat from her wasnt dot work because she is putting together an entire back piece for me, I did have her tattoo a couple of arrows on my arms. The tat is super clean and perfect!Mandy is super awesome, talented, sweet and open to helping you get the tat you have always wanted. I 100% recommend Mandy and I cant wait until she starts working on my back!!!!!

My girlfriend and my best friend both got their belly buttons done here by Moo Tang and he was the NICEST person we have ever met in a tattoo/piercing shop. He was very open and accepting of everything and extremely detailed in what to do and what not to do. He was very kind and even joked around with us, which made my socially anxious girlfriend wayyy more comfortable. My girlfriend has anemia and he insisted she lay there and wait until she felt well enough to stand up without passing her out, even bringing her water and giving her candy. The staff is super professional and friendly, and Spayduh is very knowledgeable, and engaging! I received the piercing, and havent experienced any complications what-so-ever. And I was skeptical because I had been to another piercing place and I walked out because they were not very nice. But I have to say Moo is awesome he really cares about his clients and he has excellent customer service skills and he does outstanding work . I am going to go back and get another piercing!! I had the best experience here. My daughter had her ears pierced and Moo Tang was very kind and helpful. We’ve been back several times in the last couple weeks ( she’s a worrier) and he has checked her ears and cleaned the piercing for her. I highly recommend Diamond City.

I went in 6 months ago to get my nose pierced by moo tang. I live about 2 hours away and i went there because of the the great reviews and i was absolutely not disappointed. He was the best and made me feel very comfortable, he didn’t feel like a stranger, more like someone you’ve known for years. The vibe in the shop is amazing and just radiates positivity ! i’m supposed to come back right about now to change the post but i can’t because of covid:/ 10/10 recommend

My sister and I went in for navel (belly) piercings, their pricing was great starting at 45$ depending on the chosen rings, they had great assortment of belly rings and you will wear this ring for about a year so choose wisely. They were both very knowledgeable and friendly, they went over everything with us and were fantastic with my niece who tagged along because we found them so unexpectedly.They answered quickly and where very thourough with cleaning everything, they offered my sister candy and water when she became lightheaded after her repiercing (she had hers done before and then had two kids)I felt completely comfortable and at ease with these guys, great shop, the piercing didn’t hurt but for a small pinch, she cleaned it again right after she pierced it and went over the cleaning instructions with me, she was patient with me because i knew next to nothing and not once talked down to me. Spaydah did my piercing I 100% recommend her and am definitely going back to get my helix done in a few weeks.Such a great experience five stars well deserved.

Went in tonight to get an industrial piercing and a nose piercing, moo knew exactly what he was doing and so did his apprentice. I automatically felt comfortable and like part of the family. Even when moo was piercing me and I started cussing because i got scared he turned it into a life lesson, one that actually stuck with me. The process was fast and as painless as it can get. All in all moo is such a chill person and im definitely going back to get more piercings and tattoos! 20/10 I recommend

This place is amazing!!! I found this place and Mandy (my tattoo artist) through yelp while looking for an artist who’s work caught my eye. As soon as I saw the pictures of Mandy’s work I knew she was the one to create what I wanted!! And I knew I had to make that 1.5 hour drive ( I live in Palm Springs)I am so happy that I did!! Words cannot express how happy, obsessed and in love I am with my tattoo!! All the compliments I was receiving also confirmed that i found the right place... everyone in here was amazing from the Owner Moo, to Mandy and the other tattoo artist Chris they kept me entertained while I was there I hardly felt any pain because of that and how relaxed and comfortable I was. Yesterday my family and I found a hidden GEM! I say hidden because it took a little to find the right shop, but so thankful we did! Moo and his friendly staff/family made us feel more than comfortable in his beautiful shop! I have been a chronic migraine sufferer since I was 9 and finally gave in and got my diath pierced. I walked in pretty nervous but Moo went over step by step what he was doing and it was DONE and painless. He went over the aftercare process and gave us paperwork to take home. Insisted I come back to him if I had any concerns or questions. Im very hopeful that this new piercing will forever change my life with migraines and plan to come back to get my otherside done soon :) thank you diamond city tattoo and piercing family:) Kaylee

Mu Tang was one of the roughest piercings Ive ever had. And the only reason I went back was because he was going to give me a deal but he never did. My piercing rejected out of my face. It wasnt even even with the other piercing on my left eye. So when I brought the jewelry back to have repierced, he tries to charge me again! I have never had a piercing reject out of my body before until mu Tang did it! Bad business do not go there. Dirty, horrible service, nasty people !

Arrived as store opened, was asked if I had an apt. I Said no, was hoping to have an earring taken off and another earring stub shortened. Was told okay, you will be next. I waited and hour and 20 mins and then was rudely told by the piercer that I couldn’t be seen b/c I didn’t have an apt. I informed her it would have been nice to know that when I arrived, no remorse she just opened the door for me to leave. She also did the same thing to another client who was waiting an hour and 10 mins to just buy some earrings. Very rude and unprofessional.

DO NOT GO TO HUNTER ! Hate to leave a negative review on an entire business based off my experience with one artist but I just want to make sure nobody else has to suffer the same pain I have endured. If you choose to go to this shop to get a tattoo just make sure you DO NOT GO TO HUNTER. He is very unprofessional... He rescheduled my appointment at least 5 times. Sometimes months apart. Even told me to come in one day when he had called out of work without so much as a heads up. The people working at the time told me I was the third client who came in that day looking for him when he wasn’t there. So much for customer service right ? He also told me a price up front and then raised the price on me halfway through the piece. Not only that but the tattoo looks terrible ! It was a cover up and I’d honestly break my bank account just to have it back to how it was before I let him touch it. And when you tell him what you don’t like about the tattoo rather than come up with a solution he will tell you that’s what you wanted or make excuses and try to place the blame on the customer (as if I’m the one who did the tattoo). I feel bad leaving 1 star on the business because the rest of the staff seemed nice and I know he just started working there recently.. Reason I know is because he was at another shop before this when he started on my tattoo A YEAR AGO ! So to sum it all up unprofessional, untimely, irresponsible, and most of all BAD ARTWORK ! Oh yea, did I mention he would get stoned before every session ? I’m not anti weed so I didn’t mind but he was clearly not thinking straight when he did certain parts of my tattoo. Was willing to overlook some bad qualities in hopes of getting a decent tattoo for a decent price but unfortunately what I got stuck with is something I will regret for the rest of my life. Don’t let it happen to you !

Gotta give a shout out to Spayduh shes an amazing piercer who takes pride in what she does. Shes the only reason Ive changed my review from 1 to 5 stars. Due to miscommunication and mishandling an issue I wrote a review which resulted in me getting banned from the shop. Spayduh solved the issue and took care of me although Ill no longer be able to use her services I just want to put out there shes a one of a kind piercer. If you want someone to walk you through the process, make you feel comfortable, get the job done safely and correctly in a sanitary environment, then check her out.

It was my husband’s first time getting a tattoo and he just wanted something small and Ray N did above and beyond an amazing job! For something small the detail was far from our expectation. Ray N is so talented with his work. Definitely would recommend going to him for a tattoo.

Staff was nice, the only problem is that I have my service dog was with me and they refused to let her come with me while I got my peircing. I am not to be separated from her. I already have peircings and this has never been a problem at other shops. She is permitted to be on the Plane with me, Hospitals, and pretty much everywhere I go. Got discriminated against just because I needed to have my Service Dog with me. Definitely was a frustrating experience as I did all the paperwork online and they told me after the fact I completed it in the shop. Bad business practices.After the response this makes it worse. First of all she is not an emotional support animal. That does not classify as a Service Dog. I was never even asked if she was a Service Dog. She clearly had her vest on with visible patches. You just blankly said your dog is welcome in the front of the store, but cant come back when I get my peircing. Also it is illegal to ask what someones disability is. I did have an appointment and you are correct I did not advise that I have my Service Dog with me. I never have to. My Service Dog is permitted to come into all my Doctors appointments, Dentist, and Hospital visits, ect. All places I go accept her because its the law. These places are an even more sterile environment. Your logic in your response just doesnt make any sense. You dont seem to know the difference between emotional support and Service Dogs.

This shop is Very Professional. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a awesome smile from the (shop owner) Moo. This is not like any other tattoo shop ive been to. From the moment I walked in I was amazed by all the the awesome artwork displayed on the walls, the spectacular lighting, great music and overall chill vibe as well as the vast knowledge Moo supplied me with of piercing and also (Bubbles) she was so nice. I went on friday the 13th and cant say enough good things about everyone I met who works there. Everyone was so kind, had such good vibes, it was a very welcoming place and Moo was very knowledgable. He treats everyone like they are friends hes known forever and takes any nervousness away entirely and his wife Kim was so kind and organized making the whole crowd get through fairly quickly. Had an appointment for a tattoo. They canceled last minute then said they would call at 1pm its now 5 hours later and no call. The moo dude is as nice but being nice does not bring good business. We were planning on spending a good chunk of cash here. Guess Ill take my money somewhere else.

Called in for an appt. for my daughter to get her ear pierced. All set for 2:30 to get a phone call one hour before. They won’t pierce a minor’s ear? Not getting a body piercing. I guess go to the mall. What a joke. Update....Owner called me which was great however he wanted to politicize Covid and tell me it was his policy not to pierce minors right now. He’s ok with taking adults money and their risks to covid but not minors. You decide to be open or not. Please don’t make everything about politics.

Called the shop at 6pm 05/31, I was asking about piercings prices and if appointment was needed (I was told no appointment is needed and last call for piercings was at 730) the 2 people I spoke with over the phone were very helpful. I did tell them I may come by 05/31 (same day I called). Decided to go to the shop and arrived at 715pm, walked over to the shop and they were closed. Rating a 3 star due to not being open during business hours stated on Google and the front door of the business.
