Primal Piercing & Jewelry

This will forever be my new piercing spot! Allie was super helpful and informative, and I left there without any questions. I sought her advice after another piercing place messed my septum up. She checked to make sure my anatomy would support the piercing, and I’m not kidding when I say I didn’t feel a thing. The shop is super clean and just smells sanitary which I love. I appreciated her going over everything with me in detail, and making it the easiest piercing experience without any stress! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Allie did my septum today and it was truly the most painless piercing I’ve ever gotten. She was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and made me feel the most comfortable I’ve ever felt at a tattoo/piercing studio. Highly recommend her to anyone.

My daughter had recently gotten her ears pierced and one of the studs came out. I called around and couldn’t find anyone in Lufkin that had the labret jewelry that she had but Primal did so we drove out to Nac. The person who helped us (unfortunately didn’t get her name) was amazing! She was very sweet and helpful and very knowledgeable about the piercing jewelry and was able to fix my daughter’s piercings quickly and was so gentle. My daughter is happy with her new star earrings and I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

I have bought jewelry from here when they first opened. It’s extremely high quality and they have a good selection of titanium jewelry, which is wonderful for people with metal allergies.Today I returned for a piercing. Regan is excellent and I followed her from her previous place. She is extremely knowledgeable, I wanted an industrial and daith piercing and she was honest about the anatomy of my ear being not being compatible for those. Her knowledge and honesty saved me a lot of time trying to heal a piercing that most likely would have had constant problems. I went with a double helix and conch piercing and love them!Definitely recommend, they are super clean, knowledgeable, friendly and honest.

Primal is one of the best shops in Nac hands down!!! As soon as you walk in you are greeted and taken care of by Ally who puts you at ease, and makes you feel welcome.Regan has done several of my piercings. Every time she makes sure to go over the process, healing time, etc before she ever pokes you. Its also nice that if you have questions after you leave, she is always willing to help you out with any concerns or picking out new jewelry. She is very knowledgeable, and patient.Allen has quickly become one of my favorite tattoo artists in Nac. He takes his time and makes you feel comfortable from start to finish. Check him out for some original ideas, and American Traditional styles.

If you wanna go get a piercing from someone that knows what she’s doing and doesn’t just stab you to make a dollar go see Regan! She goes over everything from how your anatomy will look with that piercing to care of it! I couldn’t be happier with my septum piercing from her! The other staff Allen who does tats is super nice and Ally is the sweetest! She took the time to show me options of new jewelry I would like and offered me snacks to help my nerves. Great people in there and would recommend to anyone needing at tat or piercing or just some new upgraded jewelry!

Regan is an amazing piercer, and she’s done 10 of my piercings. She is great at what she does, and is sweet as you can be with shoving a needle through skin . Allen has done two of my tattoos and his line work was really good ! He also was very quick and light handed for both of my tattoos

I originally went to primal as a recommendation because nowhere in lufkin offers brow piercings. Holden gave me such a phenomenal experience I had to go back with friends. She’s incredibly kind and knowledgeable and she’ll walk you through every step of the way even after you walk out the door. Holden genuinely cares for her clients and their well being. She sets the standard for client care.

I absolutely love Raygun at primal piercing! They did my nose and it not only healed beautifully but looks beautiful too! They also did my friends piercings too! 100% recommend her for everything!!

Great customer service. I thought my ear hole had closed up but Reagan was able to get new earrings in with little problem. Would definitely go back again for any piercing needs.

I had heard of Primal through a friend, and I’m so glad I remembered it when I was struggling with a piercing of mine. Holden is so kind and makes the experience so comforting and easy, it feels like you’re just talking to a friend. Also, the good music playing is a plus! There is an awesome selection of jewelry as well as some piercing after care items, and merch too! Highly recommend anyone to go here. It’s great. :)

I was bored & decided to go get pierced. It was a great experience! Holden took her time & made sure everything was even and perfect & explained everything even though it wasn’t my first time w/ these piercings, lol, hopefully the last this time though, cause ngl it did hurt as you can expect w/ shoving a needle through flesh! I’m definitely planning to come back for more!

Went and got my septum pierced today. She was very thorough and made sure I understood everything I needed to know about the piercing, jewelry and aftercare. She helped calm my nerves and is fun to talk to. I love it and I recommend 100% and will be going back for any piercings I might want

Holden was kind and calm and talked me through each step. I had been talking about a nose piercing for awhile and my hubby surprised me with a gift certificate for Valentines. So then I had to commit! I was very nervous but she was a professional every step. Looking forward to going back soon to choose new jewelry and have her change it out.

We had a great experience at Primal. My daughter and I both got piercings and the piercer was patient and thoroughly explained both the process and after care. The shop is clean, modern, and has a great selection of quality jewelry. It’s great to have a piercing shop in town I feel comfortable taking my child to.

Great experience at this shop. Holden is so nice and does a great job. The shop is clean and has a great vibe. They also have a fantastic jewelry selection, and I was pleasantly surprised at the prices- they definitely have something for everyone.

I got my chest pierced just yesterday and Im absolutely loving them. The service there was amazing and she was very personable with helping me make up my mind on what I wanted. Definitely going back for the next few piercings I want

Had a good time, the piercer was way more knowledgeable than I was; she helped me feel safe and comfortable. The other employees were nice as well. It was a great time to be there on their first opening day.I appreciated the type and styles of jewelry that was available.

My daughter wanted her belly button pierced. Regan did a great job with it. Rest of the staff is awesome as always.

Holden was awesome and super chill through the entire process! The shop is kept very clean and feels more homey than like a business which I love especially for something like body mods!

I went in not knowing what they had, but I was needing clear nose retainers. All staff were very helpful and kind, and provided me with what I needed for a very low price. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely loved this place! I got both of my helix done by Holden and she was so sweet and patient and make sure I got exactly what I wanted. 10/10 The place was spotless too everything is so clean.
