NeVaeh was THE best.Customer Service starts with respect and she may have been busy but never disrespectful.She was funny. Witty even, despite being the busiest time of the year was able to execute surgical precision on my body.Then, ring me up with a smile that was shared with us and my family too.:)

We stopped in to find some earrings for my daughter and while there looking around. A couple was there with their child getting her ears pierced. The lady working proceeds to look at us and roll her eyes when the child starts crying.. she then proceeds to talk very negatively about the family to the other customers in the store to the point the the customers were looking at each other, like is she really talking bad about a child.. to be honest it was quite disgusting.. to the point we put our stuff down and left without buying anything.. at that point they did not deserve our money..Its a shame that people like that even consider working in a kids store..

Went in this afternoon. The employee was busy with a piercing customer so I said she could finish up with them before helping me, I needed help finding a flat back stud. The display wasnt well organized and when she came over she pretty rudely told me she didnt know where anything was. She opened the case for someone and I asked if I could look at some of the items so I could see if what I needed might be behind another item. She told me no because last time she did that someone stole something. But she wasnt willing to look for me, and she was piercing someone right there...so I just had to leave.

If you have a reason to close two hours earlier than your listed store hours, at least put a sign on the door.

Worst customer service! Store manager is constantly on her phone, customers cant get in store because the door is sticking and she doesnt even attempt to help. The other customers had to help open the door every time. When we asked for help she pointed a 10 yr old to a stand and then walked away. The products were not even on that stand. Yolanda, the store manager, has no customer service care at all. Will never come back to this store.

The store manager Yolanda did not want to help my kids find clip on ear rings. She would not put her cell phone down to answer our questions. When we asked for help she was annoyed and give us attitude.

Went in looking for nose rings. And Tashina is absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond. Up sold stuff but not being pushy. Even pointed out great deals. She definitely made this trip wonderful. I shop here often since I live close by.

Wonderful! We took our son to get his ear pierced (he had been talking about it forever) the lady who did it was very friendly and made him feel more comfortable doing it. After a day of dealing with rude staff at a Wings store and very unfriendly people pretty much everywhere, this was a breath of fresh air!

Took both of my girls (6 and 3) to have their ears pierced. Ty and Sharon were absolutely fantastic. We are so grateful we chose a day where they were both working! They made the process so easy and even my 6yr old, who was super nervous, said afterward it was “the best day ever!”

So the sign in the window says open until 7. The lazy employee had her boyfriend at the front door with it locked while the random 2 people in the store finished their shopping at 6:15. Couldnt give 0 stars or I would have.

We went to Clair’s while on vacation to get my daughters cartlidge pierced. $75!! Absolutely ridiculous for stainless steel studs and not the greatest services. I will say we didn’t ask for a price prior to getting the piercing, I understand it is $5 more for the cartlidge, for a free piercing with the purchase of earrings this is crazy!

Went in with the intention to get a piercing done. I received looks from the employees there who did not look friendly or willing to help. Piercings were overpriced as well. Walked out of the store nothing done

Several times during the last few weeks we have gone and they are hardly ever open and on a Saturday morning at 10 theyre not open its ridiculous that they cant even keep the store hours now here we are another Saturday morning and theyre not open poor management their corporate office needs to know that they are never opened

I took my 6 month old little girl to get her ears pierced here, and the lady that did them did a wonderful job! She was also very kind and friendly!!

Excellent customer service. My five year old got her ears pierced and the ladies were so patient & kind! Great job ladies!

Terrible customer service. The cashier was very impatient. Never going to this location again.

Closed before listed time, Sunday at 6 pm, but closed at 547pm

Impossible to call as the phone is always off the hook.Hours are sketchy.
