Grateful Ink Tattooing

Daniel did my tattoo that was designed by a friend of mine for my birthday. The areas clean and the decor is so much fun. Daniel was professional and very straight forward with everything, and he did a wonderful job on the art itself! Hell give you recommendations on everything you could need before, during, and after, including numbing cream if you need it! I am now 8 days post-poked and the tat looks phenomenal, I followed the care sheet he gave me and the healing process went as perfect as it could possibly go.

The joys of working in a tattoo shop means that you will get gassed up for having a weird idea to get tattooed.About 5 years ago I had the funniest idea of getting (Do Not Resuscitate) DNR tattooed on my chest. My friend and shop apprentice said that they would love to do it, so it was.Fast forward to now, a million people want to discuss my tattoo every time I have on a bikini or low cut top on. Everyone has an opinion on why I did that to my body. I am totally over this tattoo. Desperate to get it covered up with a flower I would enjoy seeing everyday, I found Grateful Ink. Went into the studio to get a proper consultation (btw, great idea for any tattoo ideas!) and met Mike the owner. His gregarious personality and portfolio of beautiful brightly colored tattoos sold me.I am absolutely thrilled with this design and the healing was too easy.Please consider this your go to Nevada City tattoo location!

My step-daughter and researched tattoo places for her first tattoo. Overwhelmingly, we were told to go to Grateful Ink in Nevada City. We are so pleased we did! She got her first tattoo and it looks great. The experience was great from scheduling the appointment to the final product and after care instructions. The parlor is super clean and the artists are amazing. I have now decided to get another tattoo and will certainly return to Grateful Ink!
