Got my septum pierced here and it was amazing! Kate was my piercer and she was extremely friendly, clean, and explained the whole process. All the staff I interacted with were professional and helpful and answered any questions I had. Not to mention the piercing looks great!

Came here today for two earlobe piercings and had the best experience! Syd explained all of the jewelry options and aftercare thoroughly. Kate was my piercer and was so friendly and easy to talk to. When it came time to do the piercing, I swear I barely felt it! Also, the shop is SO clean. Will definitely be back!

Great place for piercing, both lady are super nice, and professional, my piercer makes me feel comfortable while doing my vh. Outstanding how the lady at the counter walked me through my after care process, youll feel comfortable as soon as you walk in, during the process and just awesome after everything is done. I had my appointment back in May, wanted to review after/during the healing progress! Excellent customer service, she helped me with picking out jewelry and the healing process, the piercer made me feel comfortable; made sure everything would go smoothly and it was basically painless, and healed well! can’t wait to go back in August for my piercing change!

The most important thing to me is cleanliness and you can eat off the floor in this place it is SPOTLESS! All of the tools that were used were not just clean or new fresh out of the packaging but but also sterile or sterilized Chuck was very professional and patient with the idiot who wanted his tongue pierced (me) lol it took about 20 minutes and wasn’t painful at all. Katie was very informative about how to clean and do the proper aftercare so that it heals and doesn’t get infected swelling was minimal due to the all the questions I asked and I went to work afterwards like nothing happened. Only issue I have is spicy food which I absolutely love and I won’t stop eating I will deal with the burning oh well. Sanctum is highly recommended to anyone who wants a tongue piercing.

Kate is so knowledgeable and funny. She makes you extremely comfortable from start to finish. They are super clean!! The receptionist are super friendly as well. I’ve gotten 4 piercings done here.

Came here for a tricky jewelry change and tori was so friendly. i will definitely come back!edit: i did come back! tori got me set up at the front desk and i got paired eyebrow piercings done by katie. wow, i am obsessed. her kindness and professionalism was outstanding. and she talked me through the whole process making it super comfortable. i enjoyed the appointment, felt very safe, and the piercings look sick. thank you guys so much.

I came to get my belly button repierced. I hadn’t worn navel jewelry in 7-8 years and was sure it would be closed but Chuck assessed the piercing and believed it might still be open. He described the tool he would be using to check the hole and, sure enough, it was open. He recommended a floating navel for me as it would be more comfortable due to the shape of my belly button and he and the front staff patiently showed me all their jewelry and prices. Chuck explained the process of “stretching the hole” to get to the correct gauge and prepared me for some minor pain. I was super nervous but it ended up being totally painless. I am so happy with the money and healing time I saved from getting an insertion as opposed to a piercing and that was only possible due to Chuck’s thorough assessment.

Very professional, sanitary, friendly and helpful. They have a variety of jewelery selection. Top grade stuff. My piercer was Katie. She is super friendly. She checked on me between each piercing. I got my Rook, Conch and helix pierced in one session. She explained every step, made sure I felt comfortable and made it as painless as possible. She showed me proof of proper sterilization. Great place to get your piercings! Will return for all future piercings.

Got a double ear lobe piercing here. had a great experience! chuck was very friendly and reassuring to me, as someone who was new to piercing and was pretty nervous :) i felt very safe and the shop was very clean! would recommend

I got my second lobe piercing about 3 weeks ago and its healing amazing! this shop is very professional with a good jewelry selection. it was my first real piercing and i felt very comfortable the whole time.

Its been three weeks since I got my septum piercing and its been healing up great! No issues. I believe my piercer was Lori(hope I got that right) and she was really sweet! Everything was super clean here. I will say I think the jewelry is a bit overpriced. Nonetheless Im nothing but happy with my piercing.

I had the most amazing experience at Sanctum Body Art! All of the staff was super welcoming and made me feel safe during my time there! I was getting ear curation styling done and Katie was patient, reassuring, and professional the whole time! The entire place was so clean as well, and Katie took priority in cleaning/sterilizing all of the jewelery and tools before using them!

I havent gotten a piercing done in over a decade, so I wasnt sure quite what to expect going to a new place. However, every single person in this place was lovely, fun, and personable. I still have a bit of COVID anxiety and walking into Sanctum wearing my own mask, seeing everyone else also wear a mask was what gave me immediate relief. Chuck was my piercer and he walked me through options for my double nostril piercing flawlessly. He was quick, gentle, and overall a wonderful person. The receptionist (Im sorry I didnt catch your name!) was my cheerleader. She was so excited for me to get my piercing and was obsessed with it the second I walked out of the room. I will definitely be going back here for piercings in the future as well as recommending others to Sanctum. Never change, you guys are amazing!

Katie was the best piercer I’ve ever had! She pierced my tragus and my boyfriends ears. She thoroughly explained every step and all the things she was doing. She made us both feel so comfortable! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is getting their first piercing and are nervous, or to anyone who just wants a new piercing!

Came here for a navel piercing!! The rooms are super clean like a doctors office which is so important! The piercing itself was so fast and painless! So far ive been using the saline spray I got from them and its great and the healing process has been great so far! Overall really recommend this place!

Most professional place around, I highly recommend. Had to have my Microdermal removed and the care Katie took removing it was amazing ( and it was not easy that little sucker was stuck) it was also in the middle of a tattoo and you can barely see any scarring. Thank you!

Love this place! Kate did my nose piercing and she was so kind, explaining every step of the process along the way. She made me feel so comfortable and did a great job. I told her I may feel dizzy or sick and she was super understanding and told me I could lay down as long as I wanted. Very clean and professional atmosphere, and covid friendly as well. Had my nose pierced in June 2018 and have not had any issues. My son traveled from Cali to visit and took him there also my daughter n grand visited from Florida and took them there and they are happy as well. Great job 👏

100% recommend! Came in to have an angry irritated poor healing piercing looked at. Kate was so kind, understanding, and best of all knows what shes doing. She cleaned my piercing and changed out the jewelry for a better fitting post. She was gentle and assured me through the whole process. Kate is awesome, and I will definitely be coming back for future piercings.The only thing Id say is that I wish the jewelry prices were written on the display (of course my taste led me to choosing one of the more pricey options! I wouldve chosen differently if the prices were shown), but I wont knock a star for this.

She made my piercing super symmetrical and guided me through every step. I received all the information I needed for after care and a follow up for the healing process. I have been coming here for over ten years. I will only get pierced at this shop! The shop is very clean; cleaner than most hospital rooms. Everyone is trained to tell you how to care for your piercing(s). Nice jewelry, different price ranges. Don’t go anywhere else, great experience here.

I went in to get my rook (inner cartilage) pierced impulsively about a month ago and I can say that it was A GREAT EXPERIENCE! I walked in without an appointment on a Sunday and they were happy to take me. I have never had any cartilage piercing before so I was a little nervous about the pain, healing process, after care etc. My piercer was Katie and SHE WAS A STAR :)! She was very friendly and professional through the whole ordeal. During the piercing she explained step by step what she was doing and when she would be conducting the actual piercing. She has a very light hand when it comes to piercings too! I barely felt the pain and she made sure to make me feel comfortable. The place was sanitary, and very stylish! On the website they put the bare prices for the piercing itself but once you go there the price of the jewelry is added as well. I would say everything is fairly priced and you great service and jewelry for the price you pay. They even sell saline solution to help with aftercare! My rook has been healing nicely without any infections or bumps, and is completely painless. I was a very happy customer and can’t wait to go back for more piercings! Thanks a TON, Katie!

Great experience with this piercing shop and everyone there. Chuck is super professional and made the process very easy and straightforward. I made an appointment to get my nipples pierced and I love the results. The shop is very clean and Chuck took great care to make the procedure as painless as possible. I had this pricing done in Wildwood, NJ around 15 years ago but the barbells needed to be removed for an emergency X-ray and I could not put them back in. I remember that the pain level years ago was significant during and the night after the procedure. When Chuck did it, the pain level was tolerable during the procedure and I did not feel much pain after. Mel went over the care process and requirements. Chuck put in Industrial Strength brand barbells and they look great. It’s been a week now and the piercing is healing very nicely. The prices were reasonable too. I highly recommend to come here, as Chuck is a great professional. Will come back again for sure!

I went here because I got a piercing job that was all messed up and Katie was super sweet and reassuring during the process of her changing out the jewelry to help me out. Getting a bad piercing can be so anxiety provoking and Katie really reassured me that it was okay and my piercing will still heal normally. I will absolutely be going to her for any other piercing. Also they are so clean it is almost like a doctors office super sterile.

Best experience ever!! I was pierced by Katie, she did my nostril piercing. I walked in and loved the vibe of the shop. The girl who was at the counter explained everything really well and helped me choose the best jewelry for me. After choosing my stud, the girl explained aftercare and what to expect. Katie called me in and explained the whole procedure to me and then marked the position of my piercing with a tattoo pen. She gave me the pen to keep too!! That way its single use and another sanitary measure. She made me feel so comfortable and everything was extremely clean. It was very fast and didnt really hurt much, similar to the pain of an ear lobe piercing. Katie is an expert piercer, I recommend her and Sanctum for all my future piercings!! Im so happy with this experience. It was quick, professional, and unbelievably clean.

I recently had my rook pierced with Katie and her associate who were both so helpful and friendly. They explained everything simply and thoroughly and made me feel at ease. Katie talked me through each step of the actual process and it was essentially painless. The jewelry selection was also great and well worth the money!

I got 2 helix piercings done a little over a year and a half ago and it was an amazing experience. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgable and created a very comfortable atmosphere, even for a very nervous client. Kate was amazing and made sure i was comfortable with what she was doing. I always recommend this shop but I will say that parking is a bit tricky so if you have an appointment, make sure you give yourself plenty of time to hunt for a parking spot.

I had my earlobes pierced by Chuck a few months ago and Kate did a jewelry change more recently. They were both super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Their entire setup was very sterile so I was not worried about dirty equipment. There were also COVID precautions in place, which I greatly appreciated. Both Chuck and Kate patiently answered my questions and made me feel at ease. My piercings are healing without any complications. Ill be back for more piercings and jewelry! :)

Great experience getting my nostril pierced. Torie was a great piercer and all of the staff I encountered were very nice and informative. The facility was extremely clean and well kept. You can tell the staff actually care about their customers because both my piercer and the cashier kept asking how I was feeling, both before and after the piercing. I am definitely coming back again!!

As a graduation gift, I brought my daughter here for a nose piercing. Chris was very accommodating in terms of a last minute appointment change was very kind when we arrived. Katie, my daughters piercer, was absolutely wonderful. She was highly professional and explained everything in detail. Very pleasant demeanor and knowledgeable. She even looked at my nose piercing (Ive had it for 20 years) to make sure it was still ok. Amazing service! You have to make an appointment and you cant bring someone with you unless they also have an appointment. They followed Covid-19 guidelines very well and they were very hygienic. Definitely recommend!

Got my nostril done by chuck and it was super quick and easy. The place was so clean I literally felt like I was in a doctors office and he cleaned my nose and everything very thoroughly. The jewelry might be a bit expensive but that’s because it’s all good quality. The girl at the front was really cool with helping me pick jewelry and telling me about the healing process. I would definitely come back for my next piercings.

I went here spontaneously to get my nipples pierced and the staff was so welcoming. The prices are pretty reasonable too. My piercer was Chuck and he really calmed down my nerves and helped me through the process, you can tell that even though he was busy he still took his time to be accurate with my piercings. Note that this was my first time getting piercings, but I would definitely recommend this place. Still in shock that I really got them!!!

I went there towards the end of March 2014 and I was super nervous. They were very nice and friendly. The lady that did my piercings was amazing, she made me feel extremely comfortable and explained everything she was doing step by step. Everything was super clean and they open the packages right in front of you so it makes you feel relieved knowing that its sanitary. I would definitely go back there to get my other piercings done.

Horrible experience, walked right out. They have a lot to learn on customer service. Went for piercing, and Ill never go back. My friend went to Katie and had great experience. Chuck on the other hand, rude and obnoxious. Surprised he even has a customer base with that attitude. You can feel when someone is also rushing you out because they wanted to leave. Then he states comes back when you are ready. Im more than ready but rather give my money to nice professional respectful people. Dont waste your time or money here.

I had my first flat cartilage piercing done here by Chuck, then came back exactly 1 year later to have my rook done by Kate. Both are skilled professionals who take the time to select a piece you will love and place it in a way that flatters your anatomy. They are also more than willing to answer any questions should they arise. I am thrilled with both and hope to return for more!

Just got my tongue pierced today and its going good! Katie was VERY informative and professional. Made me feel super comfortable-- as I was nervous-- but she definitely helped. The lady at the front behind the register was great too! This is my go to piercer of how well things were today.

I went here for three piercings (conch and a double helix) and both times they were great! Very clean and very thorough about what theyre gonna do and how theyre gonna do it. Definitely recommend if youre looking for piercings :)

The piercer was so nice and comforting. She is one of the two piercers that does septums. It came out great and she was amazing describing the aftercare. She walked me step through step during the piercing and it calmed my nerves.

Ive got some piercings here which were always great, but i arrived at 8:53pm when its listed that they close at 9pm, and chuck was made to make me feel like a burden for buying jewelry. i walked in and he said they were closed (7 mins early again, mind you (as a shop manager myself i would NEVER)) and i felt i needed to nearly beg for him to sell me a ring... and this is only because i knew what size i needed. just overall very disappointed with chuck because ive had largely very good experience here, but chucks lack of personability and kindness has permanently put me off from the shop

I went to get a nose piercing earlier in the summer and a older gentlemen did my piercing . He took so much time and patience with it he made sure to clean and put some concoction in my nose before n after the piercing I had no problem with my aftercare or anything he explained it all n well detailHe had great patience as well with helping me pick out the piercing location trying many different locations !!!!!!!!And might I addThey even are lgbt conscious n asked my preferred name n pronounsI’ll be back again!!!His name is chuck

I had a very nice experience at this place, the piercing was quick and clean, fair warning they require you to lay down for a piercing which i was expecting to sit up, just letting you know, very good experience would totally recommend

I came here to get my helix pierced. I dont think they gave me appropriate/sufficent guidance for taking care of my piercing. Before my piercing, the lady at the register said they sold piercing cleaner if i wanted to buy some. After my piercing I forgot to get some, so I didnt leave with any cleaner, which you think they wouldnt let you do that? Second, they never told me to downsize at any point or come back for a check up. Third, they didnt have that many options for earrings but i was happy with a basic diamond stud. All in all, the piercing itself was painless and done well. I think they could of been a little more proactive with giving directions on after care, so the customers dont have to figure it out on there own.

I went for my conch piercing n it was so smooth that I cannot even describe ! My piercer was Katie n she has angelic hands ! She did the job so well n smoothly that I did not even feel it. She was so kind, gentle n such a nice lady ! I would 100% recommend this place as well my piercer Katie ! Definitely check this place , you will not be disappointed!

I went in today hoping to get my daith and forward helix pierced, neither of which I had the anatomy for, so I ended up getting my tragus done. It was $77 for the piercing, the second cheapest piece of jewelry, and the small bottle of cleaning solution. It is expensive but I’m confident that they did a good job with good quality materials. They originally quoted me for an hour and 15 minutes wait time, but I ended up getting squeezed in after waiting 5-10 mins. Chuck did my piercing and I’m not sure why anyone has had a problem with him! He was pleasant and knowledgeable, and there was almost no pain compared to other piercings I’ve gotten. Overall a really nice shop with really nice workers, but definitely can get good quality at other shops for a lot cheaper.

Katie went above and beyond to make sure my tragus piercing looked good and would heal correctly. I have small ears which was a bit of a challenge, but she took great care to make sure it was perfect. Cant reommend her and Sanctum enough. Worth every penny.

An amazing experience for a piercing newbie. Staff took time to answer questions & make me feel at ease before I even made my appointment. Each step was explained in detail during the appointment and at no time was I made to feel uncomfortable when I asked my silly questions. I absolutely love this place. I have gotten a few piercings done here by chuck and some jewlery changed by Katie and they both are very professional, knowledgeable and patient. The facility is well kept and beautiful . The receptionist was always pleasant and managed to keep most people calm with chitchat while waiting to get pierced ! Even if you are not in the area it’s worth the drive !!!!

This was by far the best body piercing shop I have ever been to. It was the cleanest and they walked me through the whole piercing process from beginning to end. I was very pleased with the piercings Chuck did for me. He pierced my triple forward helix and tragus, neither got infected and he answered all of my questions. I was very nervous so Chuck said jokes to try and take my mind off of things and make me feel comfortable. It worked! My brother got his eyebrow pierced by Katie. She did a great job and even helped pick out jewelry that went well with his face. I was very impressed.I will be going back here several more times. I plan to get my belly button, rook, and microdermal hip piercings(if they do those there).Prices are very reasonable and they keep everything sanitary and organized.

I recieved two surface anchors by Katie. The shop was EXTREMELY clean and sanitary which I loved. The walkthrough of proper aftercare was very thorough. (You receive a little booklet as well). Katie makes you feel very comfortable during the piercing process which is definitely a plus especially if your anxious.

Took my daughter to get her belly pierced.The studio was immaculately clean. Even the bathroom.We felt very comfortable, during the entire experience. You get what you pay for.We were not pressured to buy anything else.We did purchase the hand soap.We filled out the paperwork and then we went over the care and cleaning.Katie took us into the private room. It was like a doctors office. Everything was packaged and sterile. The use disposable markers and give to you when done so you know they are cleanKatie took the measurements and had us confirm the placement where the ring would go.Katies bedside manner was awesome. She could teach kindergarteners. She was calm, bubbly, empathetic, reassuring. Everything I wanted for my daughters first time.IMPORTANT: Katie does not use a clamp. She says this reduces pain. I would agree. My older daughter went to a place which used clamps. She was in a lot of pain from the moment we left. My second daughter felt a pinch just like getting a shot.After we were done, they went over the cleaning instructions again and gave use a booklet.I was very impressed, and I would recommend this place to anyone.

I came here in 2016 to re-do just my left ear (plan to do my right and do a double in 2021 before I move). It was a very calm environment. They were chill, and had a friendly vibe. The price was good and reasonable amount. They made sure I was okay, and helped me decide a ear-ring. And also asked questions and such. I do appreciate their work because my ear healed within 6-8week instead of 6 months.

My daughter had her nose pierced. Though she wanted it badly, she tends to pass out with any needle/medical thing. They were amazing with her. She didn’t pass out. They gave her some m&ms too and she felt so comfortable. I couldn’t be happier with them. Place is spotless and all COVID precautions were in place. As someone in healthcare for 20+ yrs, there was no question of safety. Now I want mine done too.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! i called ahead of time and made an appointment with katie for my nostril piercing. when i walked in, the girl working at the desk was really friendly and helpful. i talked with her and katie, they helped me choose what jewelry was best for me. i had a lot of questions and i never felt rushed or like i was bothering them. we went over aftercare too, which was helpful because that’s one of the most important things. i was pierced in a seperate room. it was very clean, well lit, and organized. i changed my mind about what side i wanted the jewelry while she was preparing my nose, and she had no problem cleaning the other side and was very friendly and kind in doing so. she never made me feel bad and just wanted me to be comfortable and happy. i had said that in the future i might want to put a hoop through my piercing and katie measured out where the hole should go. my physical piercing experience was really great. it didn’t hurt too bad at all, considering i have a very low pain tolerance. i was so happy with the piercing and the experience overall. definitely recommending to friends and i want everyone to know that this place was great. book an appointment with katie and you’ll be so happy.

I had gotten a nostril piercing done here a while ago, I trusted the women who worked there since a friend got it done from them.While I was getting the piercing done the piercer placed a dot on a my nose on a point where I thought was lower and didnt want it there.I told her if she could place the piercing higher but she brushed off my request telling me she knew what she was doing.I got the piercing done, and ever since that day Ive always regretted getting the piercing done since my friends and family point out the odd placement from time to time.Itss unfair that the lady dismissed my request since she told me they were experts even though it was a customers request.Aside from that, the piercing process was almost painless and quick. I had gone here again to get my piercing redone 💀

I did not go through with my appointment, but I was under the impression that their website states the baseline for any piercing and that any jewelry (that is usually decorative) is additional. But apparently all jewelry, including the standard steel ball (that usually is inclusive) is 30+. Just something to keep in mind. Wish someone would have clarified that over the phone when I went over totals, and before I made a 15$ deposit.

Im glad theyre so close to me! Went in for the first time to get my daith pierced, Katie was very friendly and funny. She made me feel at ease. Next piercing will be my tragus and I know exactly where Im going to get it done. Very clean shop. Definitely recommend this place for any piercing.

I had a double anchor insertion done by Katie. She was extremely professional. The whole shop was spotless and sterile. I have had little to no bruising. They are on my face, I expected some pain. To my surprise, Katie was so flawless, I felt no pain and still dont. I had mine done in 7-7-17. I could NOT be happier! Thank you for everything Katie!

I came in to have a lobe ear piercing. They were very professional and safe in regards to hygiene with covid. One of the forms I had to fill out asked for preferred pronouns which I really appreciated. All questions were thoroughly answered in regard to after care. My visit was a great experience and I highly recommend!

I came here a couple times and left happy, I had gotten my triple helix done here and the first two were done great. Perfect spacing and all the third one Im very upset about. I told the piercer to make it even with the other two, since I am not the piercer to tell you where it should be done I thought the artist would take care of me. Since its their job. So Its legit on top of my second piercing and it is not spaced out or even pierced threw straight. I have to have it taken out and redone -_-

I was havin problems finding a professional piercing shop in my area for new jewelry. But i finally found this spot. Kate was absolutely awesome. She was extremely nice and knowledgeable and definitely tries to educate you on piercing care, jewelry, etc. And does it without making you feel dumb. Thanks so much for a great experience.

Only place I will ever get piercings in the future! Got my nose pierced a year or so ago and loved the jewelry options. Had to get it switched out recently and decided to get my conch pierced. Kate was wonderful and friendly and did a great job.

Was needing a good place to get pierced since all the places by me are mediocre. Drove 40 minutes and it was worth it. Chuck was awesome and my piercing is placed exactly where I wanted it. I’ll definitely be back and be referring others.

Cant say enough good things about this studio! I drove from Belmar to get here! APA certified piercer, I went during the pandemic and everything was extra sterile. Staff was incredibly helpful and attentive every step of the way. Definitely my new go-to shop. Arrive a bit early for parking though as its on street.

Love this place for piercing. Been going here for years. Extremely professional. Had my tongue done twice here, nose done, and most recent my vertical lebret. Very clean! And the piercer has been piercing for a long time - he knows what hes doing. I recommend this place.

Excellent piercing experience, but other staff could be a little more professional. I spent alot of money and was happy with the outcome, but Im not a fan of people being short with me. I also dont like being told constantly not to touch the jewelery...if its going in my body and Im spending 200+ I expect to see how thick and or heavy it is. The people that answer the phone act like you are annoying for calling because its 2 businesses in one and only 1 person can answer any questions you have. I am very experienced and know alot about the business I am in but I dont act like peoples questions are an issue. I would go back because they are the best piercing place Ive ever been to but the staff needs to be a little bit more professional and not rude

I have booked an appointment for my wife piercing and they charged me 16$ to keep it on hold. We visited and the stuff refused to do the piercing for her and also refused to give us the holding money back.They said to buy any Jew and pay extra for the Jew. Very poor service and stuff. I wont recommend this place to anyone.

Never go here. They are way to over priced, and the man would not pierce my belly button because he claimed it was an outie when it’s clearly an innie. So after wasting my time I went to another tattoo shop to get it done. The lady at constantly custom tattoos and piercing said my belly button was perfect for a piercing and she did it. I told her about the man at sanctum and she said that many young girls are turned down by him for no reason. I recommend saving your time and money and go to another place other then sanctum

Dave is the best!! He did an amazing job on my cover up tattoo. He turned a wizard on my arm into a gorgeous Lion that he did by hand. Very talented and professional. The shop is very clean. This review is long over due

Had my piercing changed from a stud to a hoop here and the piercer gave me a piercing too small for the location of where the piecing was. Paid $90 for the piercing and now I had to get my piercing removed with two bumps, one in the inside and one on the outside. Disappointed.

I had my tongue pierced here. After having placed a marked dot where my tongue piercing would be, I told him I didn’t like the placement. He proceeded to argue with me saying he was a professional and knew the correct placement. Now I look at my piercing and utterly hate the placement, the stud is way too close to the tip of my tongue. I have friends who have tongue rings where the placement looks much better. Extremely angry the piercer would not listen to my wishes and proceeded to do what he wanted against my own preference.

Made a weekday evening appointment a couple of days in advance for an orbital conch piercing. Was in and out within 30 minutes. Laid back environment, friendly people, and Chuck did great work :)

I’m upset i went here to get my nose pierced a few months ago and i’ve had nothing but problems with it. i clean it very well and changed it to a hoop when i was told to. i go back there and tell them that i keep having problems, and they said that they’re telling people to wait longer now, like ok???? why weren’t you educated on that when you put a hole through my body?? also chuck was very fresh and had an attitude he also didn’t answer any of my questions and just stood there with a blank expression saying “ummmm” the whole time. it’s not fun being in high school with a large bump on your nose that is always bleeding and having people ask you what it is all of the time. i don’t believe i was pierced correctly and i am super super upset. i did everything they told me and all i have are problems.

Decided to get 2 cartilage piercings, got a captive bead and a helix with a flat screw back. Had an allergic reaction to the surgical steel, especially the helix. Also should not have this type of piercing as a starter, it should be changed to that once healed. Very disappointed!Waste of money

Loved this place, I got both the Prince Albert and my Frenum. The women that did the work for me was very professional and comfortable to be around which made the process so much easier. She was very clean washing and changing gloves after each step... She also walked me through each step letting me know it was ok to ask any question that popped in my head... over all i had a great time

I dont know what cheap jewelry they use but my tragus ball came off 4 times in the past two weeks since Ive had it done and Im extremely aggravated. I dont live close to here so I have to go to a piercing place by me now and pay to have something else put in that wont fall out every other day. Im so careful not to touch it much since it first happened and it doesnt matter. Just soaking it triggers it to come off. Now the ball is lost and Im beyond annoyed. Not to mention I had to have a neighbor screw it back on everytime because I couldnt.

Came here to get a conch piercing and to also have my rook piercing ring changed which was a $10 charge. Really great service and the workers are nice. Will come back for another piercing.

Honestly overpriced for no reason. I got a flat piercing by the guy and he was just weird. Like its a waste to pay for the earring & the piercing (i paid $82) if you can get it done at other tattoo parlors for cheaper (I couldve paid $35 for the piercing & earring total).

I went here twice so far, my first time I was so scared of the unexpected,but Katy was so sweet,comforting, professional, and even more importantly very precise and talented with her piercings.I requested Katy for my 2nd visit and again I was extremely happy with my out come, and it wasnt painful as I was expecting, Katys the best!!!

The website said they were open, I drove there and had to drive around for parking, because it was in the busiest part of New Brunswick, just to go over to the door and it said closed. I even called but no one picked up.

Came in today to get my second lobes and a double cartilage done. Chuck was great and pierced them all right where I wanted them and was helpful with jewelry.

I went and got two tattoos done by Erik. Hes hella chill and adds his two cents into the tattoo to make it cool. I definitely recommend him.
