Many call themselves smoke shops very few actually are smoke shops. This is a gem, only a couple of stores carry rolling tobacco but this store always has it in stock. Also, they sell ice cold sodas!

I have to say I am from Houston. There is a smoke shop on every other corner. But when I went inside Smokers Paradise for the first time I was amazed. Its probably hands down the coolest smoke shop I have ever been in. They Have absolutely everything its crazy. You would never expect it. Looking at it from the outside. Its truly a hidden gem. With a super cool staff. And prices you can actually afford these days. If you have a chance Its definitely worth the drive to go check out.

Ive been going here for a long time. They are very friendly and very helpful. They help me with everything I need. They dont care how long I take or how many questions I ask. They have patience with me and help me until Im satisfied. I have no complaints and will continue to buy from here.

This is a great store to go in and get what you need. If youre into vapes, cbd, etc...the employees are very knowledgeable and can even make some good suggestions.The store has plenty for everyone to see with an easy and laid back crew.

Night vape juice from here. I realized when I got home it was expired (on 9/24/2022). To it back to swap it out and every bottle of that flavor was expired. Not only did the clerk put the expired product back on the shelf, the owner refused a refund even though they did not have an in date bottle of the original flavor I bought. DO NOT SHOP HERE!! THEY DONT CHECK THEIR DATES!!

All the employees here are so friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable about products and if they don’t know they’re not afraid to ask their coworkers. Prices are great and they have a massive selection on just about anything smoke-related that you may need. Cool glass, tons of vape flavors, well stocked. 👌🏼 I drive out of my way just to go here

I stopped by this place the other day. Turns out they got rid of the big guy who was berating all the customers and talking down to the customers. Seems like a much more nice relaxed place. They got lots of great stuff. I am up writing this from a one-star to a three star.Ill go back again and check in and if its still as good as it is now all upgraded to a 4or5 star

Looks like they got rid of the mean big guy. Went back in there and we ended up purchasing over $70 worth of stuff. They have a younger guy in there whos very courteous, and patient with customers. Im now putting this from a one star to a four star.Thank you for working with your customers

I have only been there twice, but so far pretty good! Huge selection of premium juice. Super friendly and knowledgeable people who work here. On the outside it looks like it might be crappie. Dont let looks bother you! On the inside they have plenty of neat things! Way more than just Ejuice. The only thing I didnt like was not being able to sample all the different flavors and they have plenty. Im still going to give this place 5 stars. Their cigarettes are pretty fair priced.

Candice is the best ...She goes above and beyond to make sure your satisfied....But I wouldnt recommend playing slot machines cause you have a hard time collecting your prize..But great service...The blonde during the day is rude as hell ...

Another day in paradise! Only shop within 30miles that has the organic roll your owns. Huge selection of smoking accessories and glass. Youll find things here you cant find at other shops. Staff is very knowledgeable. Working in paradise youre bound to find a few bad apples. This head shop is the best around!

Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. Well stocked and organized. Their prices are considerably lower than Wal-Mart and HEB on more grocery items than I had expected.

First time in new location. My husband and I had a great experience. Unfortunately we didnt get the name of the man who helped us but he was like a big teddy bear and he was just as welcoming. He was very knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in talking to us. I sure hope he will be there on our next visit. If I have one negative thing to say, it would be that the lights were way too bright. I understand the reason behind it but it was just a bit too much. But, I would still recommend the shop to anyone looking for vape or smoke supplies and the best part for us is the selection of tattoo supplies they have. Better than any other place around.

If youre over 45 then youll appreciate this shop. It is a Smoke shop like the old days.Some great gifts. The young lady (employee #6) was most pleasant, patient, and engaging towards shoppers. The inside is nicely done and the parking lot is nice. Ill return. I was referred by friends (today in fact) and they were right. Enjoy.

Just moved to the area bought two disposable vapes from them and within 2 hours they were both burnt and had a horrible taste I will not be going back to this place & suggest them finding a new distributor

Awful experience with the owner Ali, the fiancé tried to purchase a piece from him for a birthday gift, he sold her a damaged piece and then lied claiming he inspected it even though he could clearly see he didn’t on the cameras. He refused to let us change out the piece and instead had them swap out the damaged part from a copy they had because he new he had up sold a customer who knew nothing a cheap piece for a very high price, buyer beware of shady business.

Fair prices. Big selection on juices. They have a variety of vapes coils tanks for vaping needs. They do have variety of other things to do with smoking are vaping no cigarettes. Great atmosphere. And you can enjoy vaping while in the store which we are forbidden to do any where else. I am not sure if they have joined the cbd movement to date since I have never ask.

I walked in the store with my girlfriend and a women that works there with purple hair started yelling and cussing at my girlfriend I would like her to lose her job when I called the store and asked for a manager they started cussing and yelling at me on the phone then hung up on me I will not be coming back to this store I would like a manager to contact me cause it was childish and immature she needs to lose her job

Has everything that you would want and hope for in your neighborhood smoke shop: nice, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful employees, a large inventory of different cool stuff, and the prices are definitely on the lower end of any prices youll find anywhere else around. For example an OG chillum is like two or three dollars there whereas theyre five to seven dollars anywhere else.

Probably the best priced vape shop in town. Wide selection of juices. Large selection of accessories. They didnt have a replacement glass for my tank but their tanks were much cheaper than other stores.

This is by far the worst smoke shop in the conroe/new caney/grangerland area, multiple times Ive bought and item that had a fault and they wont replace or tell me to come back when manager is in but when I do wait the manager will tell me I should have came the day after I bought the product, not only that they are way over priced and the employees are horrible. I highly recommend going to another shop

Worst shop ever i stopped by went to the smoothie place next door and after ordering i was suppose to go to there store get more vape juice. I did not even get to do that before they called the tow company to tow me. Worst management decision. His customers park in front of the smoothie place and no one tells them anything. You better of driving to Kingwood better shops and great service

My husband loves their prices for cake vap or delta 8. Everywhere around us charge 25-40$ here its 12.99$ or the cake vape is 32$.

Do not buy from the store I bought a 1ml of liquid gold and opened it as I am leaving the store i noticed the liquid was very dark like dark brown so I turned around to exchange it and the guy said “ just so you know we don’t do that this and it will be the last time.” Really so I buy a product from your store and it turns out to be bad and I’m stuck with it...? I don’t think so! I have been buying CBD for a very long time and anytime I have had an issue with any of the products, which this is the first time that I have ever had an issue with the consistency of the liquid, every store was welcomed me back and taken the exchange no problem or shall I say with no “warnings”. I told the guy don’t worry this is the first and last time I’ll ever buy from here! And as I sit here and vape on the exchange yeah it seems like they are the fake version! DO NOT WASTE YOUT MONEY!!!! Try Vaporizit!!!! Their bottles are way cheaper and real!

I went to the smoke shop on Wednesday March 17th.Candice, Jordan and the new guy were all working. They were all 3 behind the counter.Candice was with a customer, the new guy was shadowing Candice for training and Jordan was just standing there.I went to the counter and Jordan never offered to assist me .I had to stand there and wait for Candice to get through with her customer and then help me.Candice has some very good customer service skills but as for Jordon, he is lacking !!

It was okay. Parking was horrible and there was just people smoking ciggerates by the entrance so if someone could tell those people to move along that would be great. But it was pretty cool and they had a pretty big selection.
