I went to get my daughters (5 months old) ears pierced,and Noone was there,I waited and waited. Even went in a few stores and tried again,still Noone there.

Did a great job repiercing my ears (they had healed up again). Really pleasant group of people working here. I’ve been shopping at Piercing Pagoda most of my life and still think their jewelry is excellent quality at a great price point.

I wanted to make a return, so I explained to the person assisting me what I was doing. She then stated she could only do an exchange. I said on the receipt it shows I can get a gift card per their policy. She rudely said she cant do that then held on to the receipt so I wasnt able to show her where I was referring to. She seemed perturbed that I was correcting her. She then rolled her eyes and said well its her call (pointing at the manager) not mine. She then talked about this secretly with her supervisor and then did complete the return on a gift card. They didnt really apologize or make it a pleasant experience. I felt more of an inconvience that I was impacting commission or something.

Went at 7:30pm and they said they were already closing even though their business hours are til 8. Waste of time

We took our 2 month old daughter to get her ears done. 100$ for 2, 14kt yellow gold studs with cleaner is what I expected. The women working there were amazingly professional and polite. It made an uncomfortable situation tolerable.

A very nice employee stayed after closing to help me with a purchase. Great selection, quality pieces. Been buying jewelery from them since I was in my younger teenage years.

Adam at the mall store is always so nice and accommodating. I purchased many things from him last week. But in Nov. I received a broken bracelet from the Destiny USA location that was wrapped up for Christmas so it was never discovered until opened. He exchanged it no questions asked!! Really appreciate you !! 👏🏽👏🏽

The staff was very helpful in offering suggestions and options for earrings for our 1 year old daughter who likes to lose them, and they were very friendly!

Bought a chain from there, the only reason I bought it is because a credit card was offered with it on really good terms.Sales pitch on the credit card killed it, but then I received a bill just to find out it was all bullsh*t.Never will go there again and dont recommend anyone else going there either they are there just for commission and sales, they will make you buy something with anyway possible even if they have to lie. Very Dissapointed in my self for trusting a sales person

The worker was very rude and pushy. She kept giving attitude when you didnt agree with her and she got defensive when we didnt buy what she suggested. The earrings are nice and the piercing part went well. Except she clearly was not happy and did not explain things very well. Had to ask if you wanted an answer. Poor attitude and was not a pleasant dealing. However I gave her the benefit of the doubt in hopes me being pleasant would make her realize or maybe she was having a bad day, but did not work. Thinking about it now I should have walked away and taken my business elsewhere.

Watch for some type of agreement fee of $15. The lady talked so fast it made my head spin. $80 to pierce ears is a bit much when the earings we picked were only $43.

I got my earlobes done today. 6 years ago I got them pierced but ended up with keloids. I was very nervous getting them done again but the lady was soooooo helpful and knew so much. She was so sweet and made it so stress free. She avoided where my keloids were and it was painless. I’m not sore whatsoever. I wish I got the ladies name. I got it done today by the lady with yellow mascara and lots of ear piercings. I recommend her for everyone

A couple weeks ago i went to get my second cartilage piercing done and the “store manager” was the one to pierce me. She then put the dot on my ear and asked if i liked it and i said yes so she proceeds to get the piercing gun and then she pierced my ear NOT in the right spot and not even on my cartilage. She pierced it through the back side of my ear towards the middle and she pointed it down. Mind you using a piercing gun isn’t safe but so i just let it be and went on with my day. So about 3 days went on and my ear still was not getting any better. The pain was awful. It had me in tears. So i went back to complain and i was told to take it out immediately. My ear was so swollen and red. I was then told to come back once the swelling goes down to be pieced again for “free” so i did bc i paid for it to be done i wanted it done. So i go back about 2 weeks later and i got it pierced on the opposite ear so i didn’t have any problems before instead now my skin went around my earring and i had to pry it off my ear. My ear was swollen and red like before. I am NOT happy with what these ladies have done. So once again i had to take my earring out and i will NOT be going back.

My mother, my sister, and I went here to get our cartilage pierced, and they used a piercing gun, which could cause paralyzation, and is not sanitary, DO NOT go here, if I could rate 0 stars I would. A few weeks after getting our ears pierced, mind you we all cleaned as informed, 2 times a day. so my mothers ear was swollen, and it took a while to take the earring out, when we did, we found HAIR in it!!! They pierced her hair into it, causing her to get an infection. Never go Here, go to a professional place, instead of a mall piercing place. Would not reccomend at all.

Always great service

It’s been 6 months and I’m still in pain every day from my ears being infected. These people do NOT know what they’re doing. Do not go here, they’re rude, pushy, and overall a bad place. Get your piercings somewhere else or you’ll regret it!
