Jared is extremely knowledgeable, explained everything, and did an amazing job. I am a nurse and was very impressed with how clean and careful he was. I got a helix piercing and hardly felt a thing. Great jewelry selection. Highly recommend.

I would not recommend coming here if you have something specific in mind, I had a tattoo done by Eli a little over a year ago. I had asked for a 4 inch memorial tattoo of my passed cat with light shading and a black cat when I first came in they told me Eli would be able to do it for me. When the tattoo day finally arrived he made me wait 30-40 minutes before ever coming over to talk to me, when he finally did he had printed the stencil already and it was a 8 inch very traditional cat. I was hesitant in getting it already because it was my first tattoo and he told me he wouldn’t size it down at all to what i wanted. I regretfully got talked into getting it because I did not want to lose out on $150 (I’m now putting 2k into this tattoo to get it removed). He ended up tattooing me and made a very shaded blow out black cat and flowers, It doesn’t even look like a cat. I have my first session of tattoo removal set for next week but even if the ink is all removed he had gone to deep on every single line he made so it has awful scarring and permanently raised skin all over my arm. Would never come back again which is a little sad because the piercer Jared was awesome.

It was a great experience! Eli created a wonderful tattoo! Everyone there is very nice. I felt comfortable and at ease the entire time!

Max is AMAZING! He did my watercolor turtles and so far so good. Im still healing, but as of now they look fantastic!

Extremely clean and inviting shop. My son is currently having his first tattoo done by Luke, whom I cant say enough great things about. Everyone is really friendly and professional. We were greeted immediately when stopping in to schedule. His first session went great, Luke explained everything we needed to know about what to expect in the next couple of days. My son will be returning at the end of March for his second and final session. I may just schedule with Luke as well. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for their first or next tattoo.

Got my first tattoo from here. They were very accommodating and helpful. When I needed a short break because I felt faint my artist patiently waited and went out of his way to help me feel better so we could continue. I definitely will be coming back for my next tattoo. Very sanitary place as well.

My daughter got her nostril Pierced. Everything is very sterile. Jared to very professional and my daughter didn’t feel a thing. Would recommend to anyone that needs piercings.

My artist was Max. He drew up a beautiful piece for me based on the pictures I showed him. No complaints. Will come back again

Jared did my Christina and nipple piercings in July. I also got my tongue pierced here around 12 years ago as well. He is very patient and made me feel comfortable during all the piercings. He is very professional and goes above and beyond for his clients. He has always responded and acted quickly for anything I needed for the piercings.

We had an appointment for 4pm with Eli for my wife and her best friend to get tattoos together and paid a 100 dollar deposit. We sat there for 45 minutes and no one let us know what was going on or how much longer. No prep or anything was done. Eli didn’t care enough to come speak to us but the guy that schedules all the appointments couldn’t give us a direct answer what was going on or how much longer we would be waiting. Very very unprofessional. Ooo yeah they kept our deposit too. They didn’t care whatsoever and Eli didn’t even care to say anything because he was too busy taking pictures. Gave them a chance and highly disappointed. I wouldn’t of care about the deposit if they would of just kept us in the loop of what was going on.

Just got out of my first tattoo section, it was awesome. I was nervous as all hell going in. Max made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I was expecting a very painful and uncomfortable experience. It was nothing like that. The atmosphere was amazing and just great people. I highly highly highly recommend going here. I will be back very very soon.

I recently had an appointment scheduled with Max to get a small tattoo for my birthday. Upon arrival, I was told he likely would be unable to do what I wanted & had emailed him pics of (he did not mention anything to me via email before the appointment.) I was then told to wait and he would speak with me about what he could do. 45 mins after appointment time, Max showed me something extremely basic & unlike what I wanted whatsoever. He offered to let me think about what else I might want & if I decided to wait & not get anything, he would refund my deposit. Days later, I let him know I decided to wait on the tattoo all together. Max then refused to refund my deposit as he had promised. I will never recommend them to anyone or return there myself.

My daughter and I just went to get our tragus piercing we have been wanting. I read so many good reviews about this place and specifically about the piercer, Jared, so I decided to give it a try. Im so glad we did. Jared is very knowledgeable and professional. The place is clean and Jared keeps things sterile. They have a nice selection of jewelry. He explained everything and made us feel comfortable. He was calm and patient during my daughters nervous jitters. We are very happy with our piercings and will definitely see Jared again for any future piercings.

The staff is friendly and make you feel very comfortable. It is spotless. Super clean! They explain how theyre going to do things for piercings and show you the sterilizing machine. Make sure you are comfortable and answer any of your questions.

I got two piercings here, plan to get more. My piercer was very friendly and caring. Ill ask questions before I got my piercing done and he answered all my questions. He also gave me wonderful instructions on how to take care of my piercings. He has an awesome personality and I would recommend everyone who wants a piercing to go to him. Definitely five stars for this place!I saw tattooing going on n the guys were doing awesome jobs. One girl was getting a name covered up n she went with a rose for the cover up n the guy who was tattooing her was doing a beautiful job.

I got my tongue pierced here earlier today. Jared was great! Very professional but also made the experience comfortable. It barely hurt and he handled my waterfall of drool so well haha. Definitely will be coming back for any future piercings!!

Dont know about the rest of the guys but I was just there and Eli charged me and my girl 100 dollars a piece for our lips on each other. 13 mins for mine and 16 mins for my girl. Maybe Im crazy but can u say rip off!!

My sister goes here to get her piercings and she always has the best experience and gets all of her piercings done here. I wanted a tattoo and decided to come here. I came in and we were automatically served. The guy who did my tattoo was nothing but nice. He told me to just relax because I was beyond nervous. He did a great job and made me feel very at ease. My mom wanted to talk to him even though i am 18 and he was calm and answered her questions. It is also a very clean place. All of the other workers were nothing but nice. It is definitely a chill environment. I will be coming back!

While I am a huge fan of the piercer and his work, I am not a huge fan of being swindled out of $200+. I could have had my piercing done elsewhere for under $100 and he charged me $250 stating that each piece of jewelry was $100 after the fact that they were already in place. Now as a business person you should be sure to explain to your customer how much something costs before you just go ahead and place them into their body. I was blown away when given the total... $220 for jewelry is a bit much especially when I found the same exact pieces online for $20 each. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

So far, every experience Ive had here has been fantastic. The piercer Jared knows what hes doing, and goes far above and beyond what most other piercers ever do. I havent gotten any tattoos here, but from the looks of the art they have many talented artists as well as high quality materials.

As a first timer, tattoos seemed a little scary but the shop is friendly and Russ did an amazing job! I get so many compliments on my extraordinary tattoo! So much so, I got a second one! I would HIGHLY recommend True Image tattoo and HIGHLY recommend Russ for all your tattoo needs. Super friendly shop!

Would not recommend coming here for a piercing. The guy who was going to do my piercings here was arrogant. Also compared to other places, they are very expensive. I ended up going to a place in Monroeville where the guy was super friendly and the price was $130 less than what this place was going to charge me.

Very clean crisp professional studio. My bf got a magnetic implant from Jared and he explained everything on how to use it and keep it clean properly. He explained how everything was sanitized and sterile before using it. He treats things not like an average piercer off the road. I will be coming back for more work and body modifications.

Im not sure if anyone could ever give this place less than a 5 star rating. I have been coming down here since 2004 or 2005. Kevin Croney was such a cool guy and I know hes looking down proud of what his shop is doing right now. Fuz is my guy down there. Hes done the great majority of my work and has become a great friend. If you want a tattoo and you are within a one day drive, come to true image and get your work done!

I got a naval piercing done by Jared, and he did a wonderful job! Painless and quick. Very clean environment, especially with COVID-19! 10/10 recommend!

I’m only giving a four out of five because of the most recent conversation I’ve had with true image. All of my Tattoos were done here and love the shop. Fuz is my absolute favorite there and does awesome work. The past couple of weeks I’ve tried to schedule an appointment contacted Fuz and he told me to call the shop. So, I called the shop left a message. Never got a call back and then I preceded to send a message on fb. They responded saying I had to stop in to the shop. I’m not in that area and wanted to set it up like I’ve always done over the phone. So then I called this week again to explain that I wanted an appointment. Told them I wanted a ring on my finger and my daughters name on my shoulder. I was then told that sorry we can do the ring on my finger (which all I wanted was a leaf, it’s actually quite a simple tattoo) because what I wanted was too small. 😂😂😂 never have I ever been told a tattoo would be too small to do. I’m highly upset and won’t be returning there.

I have a few tattoos and I have to say that True Image is the best shop Ive ever been to. Over the summer I took both my sisters to get small matching tattoos. Neither of my sisters had ever been tattooed before, and Fuz put them both at ease and was so nice. I definitely recommend True Image and HIGHLY recommend Fuz!

My wife and I got tattooed here a few months ago and I cound not find one negative issue with the entire experience.The shop is very clean and the artists & staff were very polite and helpful.Last but not least, our tattoos turned out great!

The guys were great there. Lucky for me they had an opening so I was able to get in on such short notice and I highly recommend them! My fiance and I will be back for sure!

I came here almost 2 years ago on my 18th birthday. I got a memorial tattoo of a bluejay on my ribs for my late father. The tattoo turned out wonderful, but the artist who did it (cant remember his name for the life of me) seemed put off that he had to do my tattoo. Just gave off bad vibes.. Other than that, Im happy with the ink.

I had Fuz do my very first tattoo back when I was in highschool (back in 08). Its a great environment very clean. Everyone there is very down to earth. Planning on getting another from him in the fall.

I called to set up a appointment and she said one of the artist would shortly return my call.... A week later still NO call :/ .. I went else where Glad I did, Linzy at Blue Hermit did my Tattoo and it looks great !

I went in with a custom piece that I drew and the artist completely changed everything I wanted without even asking me first. I was blindsided when I stood up to see his finished result was nothing like What I drew and asked for.
