Got my first hole re-pierced a couple days ago and the staff was absolutely fantastic. They took their time with the piercing, were very knowledgeable and super fun!! With my ear piercing I got 20% off of everything in the store too! I’ll definitely be back for any earring or ear piercing needs!

I’ve been getting my daughters ears pierced for years. She recently got her 3rd holes done. She was so excited. Kyli is are favorite worker she is always so kind and knowledgeable about all the products.

Fabulous location. Store is clean and employees are helpful and friendly. I would recommend this location also for ear piercing. They take their time and make sure everything is perfect 🥰

ZERO STARS!!!!!!! PIERCED A MASK TO MY KIDS EAR!!!!!!!! THATS RIGHT ON THE 04 DEC 2021 MASK WAS STUCK TO HER EAR. I HAD TO FIX IT WHILE IN THE STORE. THE BACK HAD TO BE BROKE SO I COULD GET IT OFF WITH OUT MAKING MY CHILD CRY EVEN MORE THAN SHE ALREADY DID .....AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY MADE ME USE THE NOW BROKEN ONE AND I HAD TO PAY FULL PRICE. TO MAKE IT EVEN WORST BECAUSE IT WAS LOOSE HER SISTER ACCIDENTALLY RIPPPED IT OUT OF HER EAR TODAY THAT PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND THAT BOSS SHOULD BE REMOVED, THE SITUATION STARTED BAD,THEY HANDLED IT BAD NOW MY DAUGHTER IS SUPER, SAD AND SHE HAD TO GO THROUGH THAT HORRIBLE ORDEAL. THEY LACK TRAINING AND COMMON DECENCY.
