I wanted to treat myself to more piercings for my birthday, and found this shop when looking for a good place nearby. Im glad I did! Cristiana was an absolute pleasure to work with. I got the ear design package, and every step of the way she was transparent about my options and expectations; her experience with her work helped me to solidify the image I wanted for my piercings both while theyre healing and in the future, once I can switch the jewelry. So happy to have found a reputable piercer in the area! I went in for 3 piercings and Cris has a great hand. I didnt even feel the first 2. She was informative and accommodating. I wanted specific backings but the jewelry I purchased didnt have that, yet she took her time and helped me get what I needed & didnt make me feel bad for asking. We drove an hour away to get our 6 month old’s ears pierced with Cris and have no regrets! She is so kind and professional. We forgot the birth certificate and she was so patient and understanding allowing us to search for a photo of it! She put on baby music and took her time to make sure everything was perfect. Couldn’t have taken better care of our baby girl. The office is so clean and pretty with a good selection of jewelry. Overall amazing experience.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, bringing my 7 month old to get her ears pierced. Cris was so warm, welcoming and informative. The room looked fabulous and was very clean. Cris walked me through the entire process so professionally. After the procedure, Cris gave me plenty of time alone in the chair, to calm my baby and nurse her. The “super brave kid” certificate is an adorable gesture as well. My baby girl and I left with a smile from - sparkly - ear to ear!

I found this piercing suite on a whim after a quick Google search, and I am SO glad I did. My 3 daughters and I all were pierced by Ev. She was kind, patient, and explained the process every step of the way! This was the first piercings for my two youngest. Zero tears from anyone! 🥹No piercing guns here!! Highly recommend!When you use the suite address in your GPS- it’s a little confusing when you pull up to the address. But don’t be discouraged, the suite is literally inside the store front labeled “Salon Vergados and Suites” You’re at the right place!!

Absolutely amazing experience! They were wonderful with my young daughter and made her feel so comfortable during her ear piercing. I got my eyebrows microbladed with Cristiana a couple months ago and the whole experience was great! She knows her stuff and the studio is so cute and clean. I felt no pain during the procedure because she uses a numbing cream which was a bonus and I haven’t had any problems since and they’re looking so so good! I loved it so much I had to go back so I scheduled a piercing appointment and just got 3 piercings done yesterday with Evelyn and the whole experience was great again! She did a whole design for my ear so in the future I can get more which I thought was really cool. I can’t wait to go back for more in a few months and maybe even a schedule a tattoo with her. She is so so talented I would highly recommend seeing her if you’re thinking about getting any piercings!

Took my 5 year old for her first ear piercing. Ev did such a wonderful job making her feel comfortable and special from talking her through the process in an age appropriate way, to letting her pick her own music and what color prize she got after she was done. I took my niece (and sister, bc they need mama for a 12 year old) to get her second piercing on her ear lobes, for Christmas. I haven’t seen a smile this big in a long time! She picked out some beautiful feather earrings and she couldn’t be happier!Christiana and her daughter were so helpful and had deep knowledge in body piercing. They answered all of our questions before we got there.We did buy aftercare from them, even though they told us where we could get it cheaper.I will be returning for my next tattoo, for sure! Firstly the place was a little complicated to find, there was 1 sign placed up against a building with directions on where to go but no other signage other than that.I got two lip piercings (snakebites) and purchased some piercing spray. Because Im a minor (16) I came in with my guardian with all of the documentation listed on the site, a copy of each ID was made and a consent form was filled out. Everything went smoothly and the staff were kind. I was texted a care page after the appointment. I defiantly would like to come back for more!edit: I came back for a consultation to get the bars for previously mentioned snake bites and got my septum pierced. Everything was explained to me perfectly. Unfortunately I came on an empty stomach and ended up passing out but both staff handled it with *amazing* care and I was not too concerned. Both staff are wonderful and clearly have a care for clients.

Ive gotten all my piercings done at a different shop but came to Cristianas shop because I was rather unhappy with the service that I was receiving elsewhere. She was extremely professional handling all my piercing swaps over to retainers for a surgical procedure. She gave me a lot of advice on how to properly care for my piercings that the other shop gave conflicting information over. She even checked in with me later to see how my piercings were feeling since they are in pretty rough shape. I really appreciated her going above and beyond for my care. Went to have my eyebrows done yesterday (8/28/23) I will start off by saying I was HIGHLY impressed! It was so clean, she was very precise with measurements, which I really loved! She took her time and really wanted me to feel comfortable and cared what I thought throughout the whole process. Based on the reviews about Cristiana I went to her to get a third hole piercing. About one week later my ear was having a reaction which was very painful and the irritation was causing the skin to start to cover the post. I reached out to Cristiana about wanting to change the post to a longer one. Evelyn, who has been training under Cristiana, responded that she was away, but she’d be happy to see me. Evelyn was very personable and friendly. Evelyn was very gentle and easy with my ear. I expected it to be uncomfortable given the situation, but she did a great job taking her time and I did not experience any discomfort with the changing of the post to a longer one. I would recommend both Cristiana as well as Evelyn for your piercing needs.

I went today to get my ashley piercing done, and the process was so quick and easy. Erica is very sweet and guides you through the process, answering every question youve have. The whole setup is very clean and organized, and Erica gives great advice on the aftercare. This isnt my first time getting a piercing from her and this wont be my last!

Just had the most incredible experience with Christiana, owner of INKredible Body Art in North Andover (inside of Salon Vergados, next to TJ Maxx in the Market Basket plaza).I stupidly broke my helix hoop the other night and couldn’t figure out how to put an earring back in. I didn’t realize you could go to a piercer for a jewelry swap. I found Christiana on Instagram and booked online. I figured “what the hell” and asked if she had time for a piercing, too. She answered my questions entirely and gave me some great ideas for my lobe piercings that were terribly done at Claire’s in the early 2000s. Ive received so many services by Cristiana, I have to say Im addicted. I have always been so bad with needles (Im a fainter!) I have been gearing up to get my nose pierced for so long and one day I decided, TODAYS THE DAY! I marched in there and she could take me before I chickened out. She made the procedure so easy. I next got my brows done (powder-brows). Her mapping out the placement took a long time because of how precise she is, which I appreciated. They came out great and I get compliments all the time. She has removed my skintags from my neck which I have hated since I was a teen! I have done a series of baby glow facials, which is micro-needling (not painful) and some high quality serums.. she just has so many solutions its hard to keep away! Im gearing up to do lip blush next.. cant waitI tell everybody about this shop!

For my daughter it was a correction from an error from her first ear piercing at another business. Cristiana is so meticulous. My daughter is very happy now. You can’t help but trust her completely. I’m even thinking of another piercing now 😉

I brought my 6yo daughter to get her ears pierced by Cris and had the best experience! The studio was beautiful and clean and Cris made my daughter feel so comfortable. My daughter has been nervous to get her ears pierced for years (despite always saying she wanted it done), but she didn’t even flinch with Cris. I’m so happy we chose Cris for this experience and can’t recommend her enough!

I would fly across the country to have Christiana do my piercings. I will NEVER GO anywhere but to her. She was so kind, so sweet. She walked my 7 year old daughter through getting her ears pierced for the first time. She asked my daughter what music she liked and put it on for her. After my daughter, she pierced my nose and again was so professional. I am ashamed to admit I started to feel woozy as she was giving us aftercare instructions and I didnt even have to say anything she could tell and took such good care of me. If I could give her 10 out of 5 stars I would. This woman is phenominal. I am telling everyone I know to go to her and will be bringing my youngest to her when she is ready to have her ears pierced.

Went in today to get my navel and my nose pierced. Cris was absolutely amazing and did so well since I had my nose pierced previously !! So nice and made me feel extremely comfortable and amazing music💅🏻 plus she had a pink belly ring which DEFINITELY gives brownie points 🫡 definitely will recommend and come back without a doubt !!!

Cristiana pierced my daughter ear lobes. The salon is gorgeous, clean, and has such fun vibes! Cristiana’s suite is clean, organized, and calming. All instruments and jewelry were freshly opened in front of us. The salon and suite were welcoming along with Cristiana. She is a gentle, patient, and super kind. She answered any and all questions that we had and gave tips and tricks along the way. I HIGHLY recommend Cristiana for your piercings! Got a tattoo here with my sister and LOVE it. Our artist Cristiana was so kind and accommodating and made sure we were both very comfortable. She has snacks and water too! such a cool environment. Can’t recommend it enough!!

Booked an appointment online for 12:30pm. I received emails saying my appointment was accepted and approved. Waited nearly 45 minutes past my appointment time and Cristiana never came out. Salon is inside a hair salon. Hair salon owner refused to knock on her door to check why she is running so late. Booking requires a card put on file for cancellations but the piercer doesn’t even show up. Absolutely awful customer service.

It was my first time going to INKredible body art and I absolutely loved the experience. The studio was very nice and has a very calm vibe, I got 3 tattos done it felt like it took less than an hour on top of not feeling much of anything. She is very gentle and very nice and communicates with you exactly what you want. I loved every bit of the experience and will be coming back very soon 🔥

I took my daughter to see Cristiana for her first ear piercing experience. She is 4 years old. I waited until she really really wanted them done. Cris was professional and nurturing and my daughter LOVED her. She let her be apart of her experience by letting her wear a crown, choose her jewelry and played the frozen soundtrack for her! Lip BlushBe very careful and do your research . I did the lip blush and it was one of the most painful experiences Ive ever had and Im still suffering. The only thing I received from Cris was how sorry she was for my pain and that she was not a Dr. If you are thinking of going through this procedure, ask if you have to take medication before to avoid any reaction like the one I had since she did not inform me. The only thing she asked me before the procedure was if nothing had changed since I have done other procedures and treatments with her and I simply told her that nothing has changed.I hope you think twice before getting such treatment at a tattoo place. I know business is business but show a little empathy. She only cares about the money and not her customers. Sad to say.
