They do not stand behind their work and also the worst customer service. lve received in a very long time.I have asked for a callback from the owners, however, generally, the attitude of the staff is a reflection of ownership and if thats the case, Im not expecting much

Do not order a class ring from this jeweler. There is supposed to be life-time warranty but they will not fix my daughters defective class ring that is less than 3 years old.The black antiquing on the face and sides is chipping in several places. I think it is wrong but agreed to pay $25 for shipping, handling and insurance since it is posted on the website but now they say that I have to pay to send in the ring. I keep being told that I have to send in the ring to see what it was exposed to. There is nothing in the warranty that states specific things that it cannot be exposed to. I have several other rings in the house that are much older with antiquing that is still perfectly in place. These are shoddy made rings and the business will not make good on the warranty, STAY AWAY!A customer service Representative suggested that I should fix it myself with black nail polish so it seems obvious that they know that there is a defect. The manager is very rude.In response to Jurgens reply:I will not change my mind, you need to change yours and honor the warranty that is posted on your website.I did not buy the ring for free cleaning and polishing, I bought it for the supposed detailed workmanship and warranty. The workmanship is defective and should be redone for FREE; I should not even have to pay anything for shipping, handling and insurance but I am will to pay $25 but that is for both ways. You do not need to inspect the ring first, you just need to fix it. It is defective! My daughter has not put her hands in anything that would hurt her, in fact she took it off when she went swimming...which she should not need to do. A class ring is something that you wear everyday, it is not a delicate ring...it is a sturdy ring. You should stand behind your warranty and repair the defective ring at NO charge.

Outstanding service and professionalism! After having a terrible experience with another jeweler in town, I called Jurgens while overseas and sent my fiancée in to have her ring sized. Carl promptly got it done in less than an hour, made sure the fit was perfect and that my fiancée was happy with it. We took care of it over the phone and my fiancée never even heard a price. Thats how you run a business!

These guys are amazing! I had been trying to replace a wedding set that had been stolen and after having a not so great experience at another jewelry store in town, I walked into Jurgens with little hope of finding what I wanted. I had nothing to worry about and should have gone here first. I was treated with respect and was actually listened to. They did not shove expensive diamonds at me or try to convince me I needed diamonds (I could care less about diamonds, the gemstone was more important). I had used their design your own ring builder on their website and had it narrowed down to 2 or 3 completely different styles. The problem I was having was that I just could not decide which style I wanted. I was able to try on similar styles in the store as well as have the 2 most liked settings shipped in so that I could try them on. After a few hours of tweaking I finally picked out my ring and was so excited. I was told it would be several weeks before my ring would be back in completed but it wasnt even 2 weeks later and I received a very nice call stating Christmas had come in early for me. I rushed down to pick up my ring and almost burst into tears when I saw it. My ring is stunning, I could not be happier. I will be going back to Jurgens to purchase any other jewelry in the future.

These people are horrible. I brought in some very expensive jewelry (with appraisals) to them to see if they would buy the pieces. They are all custom high end pieces. Jurgens offered me $2,600 total for them!!! I didnt expect the total appraised price, but that? People, the mark up on jewelry is HUGE. Dont get deceived by these people. Go somewhere else.

Please excuse the name ^^^^I have called and looked around in Coos Bay/ Florence/ Eugene and other areas to have my daughters ears done. So many businesses turned me down due to lack of my child being able to “consent”.I Took my one year old daughter in today to have her ears pierced at Jurgens Jewelry! The lady who helped and did the piercing was wonderful! She was patient, and had me double check the lineup multiple times before I agreed it looked good. She was very fast and efficient at getting both ears done, which was wonderful considering my daughter is only a year. I’m very pleased and satisfied with the piercing job. Thank you so much for everything!

My wedding set was second hand. We took it into Jurgens to be separated during our engagement. Separating the soldering left the rings a bit thin. We had the half shank replaced first on the engagement ring and didn’t get around to the wedding ring until after the wedding. I told them the wrong size. Oops. I realized it wasn’t fitting quite right after a day, took it in for them to have a look, and discovered due to my mistake that the size of the wedding band was different than the engagement ring. They fixed it for me in less than 20 min, at no cost. And it wasn’t their mistake. I’m always so pleased with the work I receive and the personalized care. Thank you Amy and Carl! You’re the best!!

Jorgens was the best, my son bought me a new chain for a necklace Ive had for years, it broke the day after, my fault..I called them 2 days later, they didnt question me at all, just bring it back, we can refund you or find a different 1, which I did, its beautiful and heavy. Polished my cross before they put it on my chain, repaired a ring, polished it as well..it looks brand new. Great customer service..highly recommend...Thank you for your help

I went there today to get a 30th anniversary and Xmas gift for my wife. No one would even acknowledge my presence in the store. Them lady was busy with another customer completing a transaction. The jeweler was bsing with another customer about 4x4 driving and trucks. The shop is small so not being seen was impossible. I dont know if I looked too poor for them to talk to or whatever but they missed a potentially good sale if they could deliver what I was looking for. I definitely wont ever go back.

If I could give any lower than a one I would have. These people are shysters in my opinion. They sold me a ring for $3,600 and I asked them to appraise it and they appraised it with their in-house(LOL) appraiser for $3,600 and something in my spirit said they were lying so I took it halfway across the country to where friend lives and guess what? A professional appraiser that has her own business not associated with a sham jewelry store appraised it at 1800 and I almost collapsed. I called and the man named Carl said he would talk to the owner. I asked him why would they do that to me and he said well everybody sees something a little different in a ring! LOL so a 6-year-old kid would see something different in the ring than a professional appraiser I suppose! What a joke and they had the GALLl and lack of respect to even call me back and its been over a month! Bring your business elsewhere unless you want to get an item thats worth half of what youre paying for!.

Amy is amazing!! She just pierced my daughters ears and did an amazing job of making her feel comfortable and understand the process and what to expect. High quality, very professional.I highly recommend Jurgens!!!

Just moved to the area. Was recommended to Jurgens Jewelers. Great customer service started when I walked in the door. Beautiful selection. We went there to have a beautiful large 1 carat necklace made into a ring. The woman kept trying to sell us an $800 band. Too much for retired seniors. She showed us more bands in her catalogue. We picked what we loved and went back a week later to pick it up. When the ring was shown to us, it was completely wrong. The band looked like 2 cheap tiny gold bands welded together at the bottom, making it very uncomfortable on my finger. I told her it was not what we ordered. and this band was not even in it . I drew a picture of what we ordered, and hopefully we will get my right band. UPDATE. Finally got my ring and it is great, just what I had asked for.

An absolute pleasure to visit this business. The staff is friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. The selection of products will blow your mind and the store is set up in a welcoming and inviting way. I only went in for a cleaning on my wifes wedding ring and found a repair was needed. Now im planning my next purchase based solely on how i was treated and my desire to support this amazing local business.

I inherited a watch from my grandmother that was given to her by my grandfather just he passed. I needed a new band and battery. They were excellent. Most recently I was looking for a special gift for my granddaughter for graduation. After looking everywhere else I found the perfect turtle earrings for her. She was excited. Thank you Jurgens

Took my watch in for a battery replacement. They were fast efficient and most of all friendly.

These people are crooks! I took a ring in there and asked about separating the diamond band from the wedding ring set. They wanted to charge me $275 to separate them and another $200 to tighten the prongs after. I left the store and told someone that knows about jewelry. She suggested I talk to John at The Gem Factory. I went there the next day and he was able to separate the soldered rings and polished both rings. All that for $15. Seriously, go to any other jeweler but these crooks!!!

Thought the customer was always right. Not here they arent. Took watch in for new battery. Battery installed but part of stem is missing. And it was there when watch went in. Yet employee said no it wasnt. Not happy at all, especially since I also spent a good amount on some jewelry the same day.

I recently had a ring resized with Jurgens Jewerly. The ring was a family air loom piece that has peen passed down through 3 generations so I was very careful in picking out the right place to do the re sizing. The staff was very nice and courteous

Beautiful custom pieces and kind staff. Went in today for a watch battery.. They cleaned the rest of my jewelry for free while I waited for the batteries to be installed.

Horrible took money then didnt deliver the merchandise on time. Would not give give a refund just a haha you already paid.. please never ever go Here if you value customer service your money or even getting the product you ordered

Extremely expensive I was kind of shocked about no discount for a veteran especially the owner was a veteran but they do have high quality jewelry but you definitely pay for it do you not giving a small discount for the veteran will affect my future buying
