This place is absolutely amazing I’ve never been anywhere where I felt so comfortable carrying Conversation with a complete stranger very down to earth, comfortable environment, and people who actually listen to what you have to say answered all my questions and concerns. I highly suggest anyone in the New Haven area considering tattoo removal to go to the North Haven office and speak with Bonita. She will take care of everything for you.

Just had my first removal appointment at Removery and could not be more pleased with the experience so far. I was directed to Removery after a competing location closed - just go here first!!! Reba and Bonita are the most welcoming and professional duo in the business. I received my initial consult, financing, and first treatment in less than an hour. The facility is clean, modern, and has an air of professionalism that could put most walk-in medical clinics to shame. The process was thoroughly explained and aftercare management laid out without any hitches. Yes it hurts - but make it hurt here rather than anywhere else. 110% recommended.

Wonderful service!! The staff is lovely, they have tons of patience with the million of questions that you might have before getting any services. I truly recommend this place!! I’ll be back with another review once my removal is fully done, I’m happy to have embarked on this journey and recommend it to anyone!! The process is super quick and any little pain that you might feel goes away FAST, once the treatment is done between 1-4mins, you are done!! Removery is awesome.

Could not say enough great things about this location. First off these ladies treat you as one of their own, EXTREMELY comforting and welcoming. So friendly it’s going to make the end of my tattoo removal bittersweet. The studio is clean, highly professional, and very knowledgeable. They will walk you thru the process step by step (multiple times) erasing any nervous anticipations or doubts about the process. Reba and Bonita are the only reason I now don’t entirely regret my tattoo as without it I wouldn’t get to enjoy their company every 8 weeks. 100% would choose to go here every time.

Remarkable service! Bonita and Rebecca were very transparent, informative, and gracious. Does the removal hurt? Absolutely so, but it’s easier with such helpful people to guide you through the pain and recovery process.

The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and doesnt make you feel rushed. They are a wonderful choice and I highly recommend them. The consultation is very informative, and I was able to go home and really think about it. I was debating on whether or not to get a cover up. I settled on removal because thats what I genuinely wanted and knew I would be unhappy getting something bigger and darker to cover up something I disliked. Happy i chose this route!

When I came into Removery my sports were so low and the way they treat you and don’t judge you makes you immediately feel better about your recovery journey. I’ve only had one session so far but I’m looking forward to the rest of my time at Removery

Absolutely phenomenal first experience! I called in the morning and assumed I would have to wait a few days for a consultation but ended up getting an appointment that same afternoon.All the employees are fantastic, both of the ladies who helped me during my visit walked me through every step of the full removal process. They answered all my questions and gave me a very realistic timeframe for treatment unlike many other facilities that will give unrealistic expectations to get you to sign up easier. Their facility was absolutely spotless top to bottom, something that can’t be said for other businesses. Super sweet girls, great attitudes! They take their time to fully go over before and after care instructions. Walked me through everything before starting, what to expect and not expect. Went there for microblading removal. The staff was knowledgeable and super nice. The nurse did a test spot and everything went great, barely even felt the laser, then afterward there was no pain or redness or swelling. The laser removed the ink in the test spot and so far so good. Will update in 6 weeks after I have the procedure!

BAD EXPERIENCE I went today for consultation for eyebrows tatto removal I was told the nurse will check the area and test it see she can treat it or not well the lady on front desk she took me inside the room and started asking questions regarding the treatment and everything also she told me the nurse will be in shortly to check herself I was waiting for the nurse to come in but never after that she took a picture for my eyebrows and went outside to show it to the nurse to advise her if that something can be treated, well the nurse refused and saying she doesn’t want to do it because might the color of the tattoo gonna change after the laser which I don’t get it but I’m ok if she doesn’t want to do it but I came to see her and take her advice because she is the expert not taking to the lady on the front desk at least she didn’t even try to do a test on the tattoo to see the results which that’s what I been told when I called to make the appointmentHave some respect for the client who drove 30 minutes to come and took a break from work to come for a consultation while she was sitting on the desk doing nothing if you don’t want to see clients at this point have them send you a picture via email or text so you can see if that was so RUDE never came back and never recommend it to anyoneTo be honest the lady on the front desk she was so nice and friendly I just wanted to say thank you for being nice

Went to get two finger tats removed and they did a beautiful job and were so kind. Took me 3 sessions to get them off and I’ve had them for two years. Pain was bearable.
