Laura Lee is such a kind and joyful person! She made everything so simple and easy! My earrings are so even and I’m in love with them!! Such an easy process and I will be going there for my next piercing! She did the second piercing.

Laura Lee and Morgan are super sweet and explained everything in perfect detail and were willing to make any piercing adjustments we wanted. I highly recommend either of them! There is also such a large range of jewelry to choose from and you cant beat the price.

Dropped into this Claires on impulse and got a nose piercing. Morgan was doing piercings with Laura supervising, a great combo. Even though Morgan was new to Claires, it was very clear that she was no stranger to piercings and with Lauras instruction and bright personality, it put my nerves at ease and made it a fun experience. Im already thinking about the next piercing. Thanks ladies!

Very organized, stocked so well especially with the holidays. Prices on certain items are a bit high. Popsockets are nearly $18, easier to purchase on Amazon. Still a great place you can take your daughter to just shop a few items. Overall the store is very organized and stocked so well. Staff was also very nice and accommodating.

My daughter and I got our piercing here. Such a good helpful employee. She explained every steps to my daughter. We had a great time.

Overpriced accessories but an assortment you can count on having the one-off store. Watch out for employees who stay on the phone while checking you and bash customers to their friends in front of your face. This particular employee had a problem with the way I declined my receipt. Maybe its just this overly sensitive generation?

Idk who calls this place overpriced. They did a great job piercings my 2 month olds ears. They look great. Was able to get finer earrings for her which is safer for babies. I even bought my some hair ties and headbands and some for my daughter too. Prices were great and I love all the colors and options of goods. Im going back this week for more bandana headband colors! They pierced my ears over 20 years ago too. Love Claires

I liked the place it was neat and easy to find items. They were having a sale for buy 3 get 3 free. But beware you will have sticker shock if you do not pay attention to the prices of the items. When you go and check out be sure that your price point is where you want it to be. Otherwise it was a nice experience and not to crowded or wait in line.

I went to get my cartilage pierced and it was great the first day! After that my left ear started to get really swollen and it hurt really really bad. I was up crying until 1 am on a school night because I couldn’t bare the pain, worst pain I’ve ever experienced as a 14 year old. Then today my other piercing started to get swollen and hurt really really bad. So I now don’t have my piercings in anymore because they were making my ears red, swollen, and bloody. They have great service but they should consider getting needles for any kind of piercing that isn’t the ear lobe. Spent 45 dollars on it and it was my own money, really disappointed and will never go back there to get my ears pierced. PLEASE DO NOT GET YOUR EARS PIERCED AT CLAIRES!

Walked right in to get ear pierced after Piercing Pagoda would not honor appointment. They did a great job and were courteous and kind and fast.

Store door was locked @6pm for no reason, no sign on door despite their hours listed as open and the mall stayed open until 8pm. Staff saw us knocking and ignored us. Refused to answer our question about Store hours.

Good service but overpriced Chinese junk. My daughters love this place for some odd reason.
