I had a fantastic experience with Nurse Jasmine during my laser hair removal session. She was incredibly professional and made me feel at ease from the start. She took the time to explain the process thoroughly and ensured I was comfortable throughout the treatment.

I have been going to do cool sculpting. Everyone I encountered since I walked in was very friendly. They took good care of me and I knew I was in good hands. I’ve gone back a couple times now, and I won’t be going anywhere else! They go above and beyond to make sure I get what I need to feel safe and comfortable! :)

I wish I could give 0 star. Horrible experience from start to finish. Every time I went for my appointment I was always on time and made me wait 45 min and sometimes even more. They had different nurse every single time which it was very uncomfortable and hard to explain everything all over to a new person. I went for 10 sessions and it took a year. I paid $8000 and I have not see any results.Worst decision I have made please don’t make my mistake and save your money and time go somewhere else. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

It is an inviting environment. At Laser Hair in North Brook. Just as well the knowledgeable people; were able to explain and describe to me in detail about my procedure prior and during the process itself along with the equipment they use for the procedure. I would totally recommend Laser Hair to family and friends in the future.

Highly recommend this location, I started off with tattoo removal with Nurse Chantal and let me tell you she is AMAZING! Nurse Chantal makes sure you are comfortable during the entire process (she stops to ask if I’m okay and if I need a break) she is gentle, kind, and attentive. Sumra is THAT GIRL! She sold me on doing hair removal and I will never pick up a razor again. Sumra is polite, always smiles, and just has such a positive vibe. Definitely check out this location and ask for these two beautiful ladies!

The staff were incredibly friendly especially Nurse Elise who made me comfortable throughout the process. The clinic was clean and professional. While it’s too soon to see the results, I’m confident in their services and looking forward to the next sessions. Highly recommend!

Great service. I had nurse Jasmine who is the absolute best! Super friendly and gave me great and honest insights on products for hyperpigmentation. As a person of color, it’s important for me to have a nurse that’s knowledgeable about discoloration for brown skin and how certain laser settings can be detrimental for my skin. Jasmine knew just how to treat me! Also, we all know certain spots can be anxiety inducing, Jasmine is willing to go at your own pace. She’s just great. 😊

I love LaserAway! Alexis and Irene at the front desk are so sweet and helpful. Chantal is the nurse I have been seeing and shes the best. She makes me feel comfortable and calm which is super helpful because I was nervous at first and didnt know what to expect. Everyone has been patient with me, and they have addressed every question and concern I had (and I feel like I had a lot). I am almost halfway through my treatment for laser hair removal and I am excited with the progress that I have seen so far. They all told me that I would be wondering why I didnt start doing this sooner and they were right!

I was somewhat initially disappointed is the outcome, I’m on my 4th appointment IT WAS GREAT I LOVE THE NEW RESULTS! All the girls are great you just need to make you find the right fit. Because each person seems to specialize in certain areas. But I would definitely recommend them!!!

LOVE! Nurse Chantal made the whole experience a comfortable one! The laser hair removal treatment was fast and efficient. She really did a thorough job ensuring all areas were lasered especially the harder to reach places. The hydrofacial was refreshing and I could tell she really made sure to address those areas that are more congested than others. she put me at ease and addressed my concerns prior to my xeomin treatment! 10/10 recommend!

Jasmine was fantastic! I am not great with needles, im a fainter (I know..put myself in the situation). But she was very understanding, providing me a fan, ice pack, and stress ball for during the procedure; as well as apple juice. Listened to what I wanted and reviewed my file from previous visit to fully understand. Everything was quick but didnt feel rushed at all. Receptionist offered me a promo to refill my bank prior to leaving which I didnt have time to discuss but she was willing to follow up with me on prior to sale ending this weekend. Overall fabulous expieriance, and for those of you wondering I did not faint . :)

Honestly I am not impressed with whole experience , there was laser machine next to me making noice , two aestheticians talking to each other , one had to go twice outside because she is out of something , they didn’t inform me what are they doing, there music going on loud. I had hydrafacials at other place and expience was much better, she let me go just with sunscreen not even eye cream. Since I bought 6 pack I am stuck with it

I just had a Thermage from Laser Away. Northbrook team are great. I can only say that Nurse Chantal delivers an excellent service, she made sure I’m comfortable and she explains how the process works in details, she’s very kind and friendly too. She’s the BEST! I would definitely recommend Chantal and Laser away to my friends and family.

DO NOT GO TO ANY LASERAWAY’S. Don’t waste your money. All these good reviews are because they give you a good amount of money off your service for a 5 star review. I was told my hair would get thinner and I would have 70% less hair after 8-10 sessions for underarms and Brazilian. I have had absolutely NO change in the thickness or amount of hair I have. I wasted a couple grand and hours of my time just to talk to some nice ladies and be in pain with absolutely no change. They dont use the correct stuff to keep you coming back and thinking it’s just you that’s the problem when it’s them. They charge you a bunch of money just for lidocaine when you can get it OTC. Dermatologists do laser hair removal for so much cheaper and it actually works. Their advertising clearly works but don’t let the 5 star reviews fool you, everyone does it before the treatment. Just another brand taking your money and lying to you. Stay clear. Reach out to your dermatologist. I know Derek dermatology does it and the ladies there are much nicer and are licensed doctors or PAs who have been doing this for years! They also don’t give out money for good reviews. That should be a red flag for any business, pushing your customers to do a 5 star review for a lot of money off especially when they haven’t even gotten the service done at all or fully completed … take your business somewhere else ladies.

Chantal was very nice & welcoming. We had the best conversations during my appointment which made me feel more comfortable. She’s amazing and detail-oriented. I would highly recommend her to anyone else doing laser hair removal. She’s the best! :)

Additionally, during my last appointment, I was surprised to find out that only my lower body was being treated, despite expecting a full body session. This resulted in multiple trips to the clinic to complete my treatments. The lack of transparency and inconvenience in scheduling left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with my experience.”

I love this place! All the services Ive had Ive had in the same place with familiar faces. Scheduling is so simple and they get you in quick. Laser hair removal, Ive seen a huge difference in how often i need to shave and so little. Cool sculpting is magical, I had two sessions and each one reduced the fat visibly, I can wear tank tops now and be summer ready without trying! I couldnt be happier with my results . I could go on forever but simply put these services REALLY work and have given me confidence. Nurse Jasmine is so sweet and makes u feel comfortable. She remembers u genuinely and it makes for such a familiar atmosphere!

Dont go here. The positive reviews are all incentivized. They offer clients a $50 credit in exchange for a 5-star review. I purchased an 8-session package of laser hair removal for $3700 and the treatments were not effective. I was told I would have a guaranteed 70% hair reduction and that I would be given additional treatments free of charge if the treatments werent effective. These were lies they told me to get me to sign up and pay upfront. I barely got 35-40% hair reduction and fast forward a couple of months almost all of the hair has grown back. I had a hair growth assessment with one of the nurses at the end of my treatments and she was shocked at how little hair reduction I had had and management still refused to give me the additional treatments they had promised. I complained to corporate (who are just as useless) and the rep blatantly lied and told me that the nurse who did my assessment raved about my results and said I had indeed had a 70% hair reduction. They are all money-hungry crooks that dont care about their clients. The nurses here are also all sub-par. Go to a privately owned med-spa with a physician on-site for treatments like this.

Immediately walking into the office I felt a sense of comfort. Once I set down, all that comfort disappeared due to me having doubt that I would enjoy the treatment. But yet again, staff at front desk made all those worries disappear once they assured me the process isn’t the best feeling in the world, but rest assured me that I will be made to feel comfortable once the process started. That alone made me smile. They did not disappoint. They were completely honest with me. That made my day. Nurse Casandra made the process that much better once I got to the room. The treatment is fast, and you are made to feel at ease the entire way. I’m so looking forward to the next phase in this amazing journey to remove my hand tattoos. Thank you all at LaserAway 😊

I’ve had about seven sessions of laser hair removal here and I’m almost done with my Brazilian area. The environment is very clean. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating, not to mention, LaserAway is one of the cheapest and best services in the Chicago area. They know just the right amount of laser to use for each session, especially for people with a little bit more melanin, such as myself. 15/10 experience!!!

The Northbrook location is great! All of the nurses are great. Casandra is really great. She made suggestions based on my hair growth at this point and focused on areas that to me werent progressing as much as others. Everyone who works there is very professional. They also were very accommodating with scheduling.

Laser Away has a gorgeous and comfortable atmosphere! They have great hours, make scheduling super easy and quick to get in, they have great promotions and prices. Kelly has helped me schedule and reschedule over email multiple times, and it’s been like talking to a friend! My appointment was quick but not rushed. My injector, Casandra, answered all of my questions and curious-ness regarding where I should inject Xeomin, what she would recommend, she was super patient and gave me the best consultation right before…and stunning results a few weeks later! I’m going in for a touch up and I’m so grateful for this team!

After a terrible experience at a different laser place I stumbled upon laser away. I expressed to them my concerns, everything that I was unhappy about with the previous place and from the first phone call, to the front desk ladies, and then my laser tech Jasmine I felt nothing but attention to my concerns, reassurance, and they also gave me tons of knowledge on laser hair removal. I learned a lot of things that the previous place never explained to me! Nonetheless, I am more than grateful and so excited for my journey here! My first session was great! Jasmine was so kind, great conversation, answered all my questions, checked to make sure I was ok throughout the entire appt and also taught me some facts on laser hair removal! About a year ago I was referred to Laser Away for the hair removal treatments.. However, I discovered there are so many more amazing services they offer! The Hydrafacials and Clear and Brilliant are two of my faves! Laser Away has helped me improve my skin fitness and I always feel so much more confident when I leave a session. Some services can be pricey, but I know my money is well spent. They also have an incredible topical line! (The Vitamin C is my savior) At the Northbrook location, you can always count on a friendly, supportive and knowledgeable staff. This is a place where I feel welcomed and will continue to trust with my overall skin health ☺️

My 5th session for Brazilian and underarm hair removal was not as I expected it to be.. I couldn’t tolerate the pain even after putting numbing cream. Same thing with clear and brilliant. Especially “clear and brilliant! Maybe because I was being attended to by someone different! The other nurse was okay too, I just don’t know why I couldn’t relax. I had to ask for my usual “plug”… Nurse Ellie!..and am glad I did because we managed to go through with the procedure. Today was my second laser appt and the experience from start to finish has been fabulous. Everyone on the team has been so kind, informative, and has made the process a breeze. I was able to see results a week after my first treatment and was blown away that it was only going to get better from here on out. Highly recommend!

I’m so happy I found laser away and words can’t express how happy I am with my results. Stephanie is very talented and will slay with your Botox and lip fillers those are the two things I got done. I won’t let anyone else do my lips besides her that’s how good she is. I’ve gotten them done 2 times prior at other places and it was a was of money and very disappointed. This place is such a scam. They over charge for laser hair removal and try to convince you to get a loan. I declined this option as I thought it was crazy to get a $4,000 for laser and the following day I got a hit on my credit report! They told me it was a “soft” check even though I had declined. I contacted Experian to file a complaint and they were found misleading and that in fact it would be a “hard” hit on my credit. Luckily Experian took it off my credit report and told them they should not be misleading people and making credit checks without consent. I’m so glad I did not get any services from them. Stay far away. I promise laser hair removal does not cost $4000. I got it elsewhere for much cheaper and very effective

First of all, Nurse Ellie was 10/10! She is very professional and goes above and beyond to make you feel very comfortable. This is my 5th session with Laser Away for the Clear and Brilliant laser treatment. My skin has never felt so soft and smooth with this treatment. I hardly get any breakouts anymore. There literally is not a lot of down time and I can go back to work the next day without feeling the need to hide my face. These ladies are the best at keeping you feeling confidently flawless.

Laseraway will just hand you from nurse to nurse during your treatments. The first question each new nurse will ask will be “what are your goals?” They never look at charts or do any preparation for the session. Same generic 30 seconds of asking things they should have been prepared for. When I challenged them on results they change the subject to another treatment or additional sessions. This is a chain franchise with people who don’t care about your results (just selling you more services for more $$$). Find a business that will care for your results and a nurse that will work with you from beginning to end. All the good reviews on here are incentivized, they pay customers for them.

Ive had nothing but positive experiences with LaserAway. I am naturally a hairy woman and it gave me a lot of embarrassment - I hated shaving as I got intense ingrown hairs. After about 6 sessions my hair is mostly gone and Im so happy with the results. The staff is wonderful, Ive genuinly loved all the clinitions who have worked on me (even giving the woman today a hug when our session was done). Its painful, but they do their best to warn you and take breaks if you need them. I would highly recommend.

I had a great experience at Laserway in Northbrook. I got treated for hair removal for under arms legs and bikini area. The nurse Cassandra was not only professional, but funny and personal. I look forward to seeing her on my next visit!

Nurse Elise made the painful process less painful. The environment was calming and all of the employers were profesdional and courteous.

I did cool sculpting with Ashley. She is amazing, very kind and detail oriented to ensure the applicator fits correctly and is administered correctly. Likewise, she answers all my questions and makes sure I am comfortable with the whole process. The girls that work at the reception are also very helpful with scheduling and rescheduling my appointments when I need it and informative about All their offerings and highlights promotions as they come up.

Staff were all friendly, place is very comforting. When it comes to my hair laser removal for 1st session after 2 weeks my hair growth in underarm is 50%, I am really surprised .I also have bikini hair removal and lower leg and can see result for hair growth less than 40%. My second session were done today and I can’t wait to see more progress. Take note it’s only 1st session with great result. I will be posting photos soon.Thank you Laseraway family. Had an appointment with Ashley today. Being in the beauty industry, the first thing I noticed was how clean the facility was. Major points. Ashley greeted me promptly and had a very thorough consultation with me before starting out service. She was extremely personable and made me feel so comfortable. Conversation was effortless. As far as the service goes, it went by super fast and to my surprise the pain was a minimum. I will most definitely be back to see Ashley in another 6 weeks.

After my first two sessions at the River North location, I was able to go closer to home in Northbrook. Stephanie L did my third treatment today and she was wonderful!! Very personable, informative, quick and she made sure I wasnt uncomfortable. Im always impressed by how clean and modern the LaserAway salons are. I really like how nurse Ellie works, she is very attentive and always explains every step she takes, she lets you know when the procedure starts, she explains about the procedure. So she is one of my favorite nurses, I like to make an appointment only with her

Elise was amazing. She rubbed in the numbing medicine before the procedure and it numbed the skin more. It was all most painless.

They were friendly and knowledgeable from the get go. Alexis at the front desk answered all my questions and reassured me about the low level of pain. Ashley performed the hair removal service of the bikini area. She was also experienced and knowledgeable, answering all questions and performing the service expertly. The pain was Very minimal - way LESS painful than any bikini wax Ive ever had and it took only minutes. I have about 7 more sessions but now I know how it works and look forward to removing this hair permanently! Great service and business.

I had no prior knowledge of how laser removal works and was nervous it would have adverse side effects. But on my first appointment, everyone was welcoming and I felt comfortable. I was no longer nervous afterwards and had no pain during the treatment. I have no side effects so far.
