15 years ago I had my kids names tattooed on my wrists (at another tattoo shop). Since then, they have faded and blurred to a point that I couldnt read them anymore. Jimmy touched them up with a fine line. And filled the faded hearts and stars with bold brilliant color. I couldnt be happier.

If you’re new to tattooing, I would skip this place. I came in and both Chris and the other guy seemed bothered that I asked about getting a tattoo (even though they were simply chatting when I arrived). Of course, I wanted to start small, but before he even saw the design, he haphazardly quoted $300-400. I had researched and knew that was outrageous. I felt so stupid. Although I don’t know all the tat lingo and need some guidance, I assure you I am not stupid. Maybe they have so many customers, they don’t want/need more. I left and drove to Signature Tattoo (right down the street) and they were awesome!!!

This is one of THE best places to get a tattoo in Northeast Ohio. Jimmy has a great feel for what you need to get the best out of your artwork.

Clean environment, professional, friendly. I got my first tattoo here along with my brother and grandmother. Being from out of town, it was great to be able to schedule in advance.I’m happy in general with the results, however there are some flaws with the line work and the ink bled in one part so it looks fuzzy. I would give 5 stars if it weren’t for these admittedly small issues. Overall it was a great experience and I love my tattoo.

I just got my first tattoo here. Cameron was able to get me in the same day and did an excellent job. He answered any questions I had and made sure he fully understood what I was looking to get. I definitely suggest this place. Very professional. It turned out great!

I had Define Tattoos help touch up a previous tattoo that was done poorly. I am completely thrilled with the work Haley performed on my tattoo. The place is very neat with a nice view for when you get them done. I will be coming back here for every tattoo and I am recommending to everyone I know who needs a tattoo.

Would not go any place but there. Group of amazing artist. We go to Jimmy (who does photos of people and pets, like no other). Haley is really good too. I wouldnt hesitate going to her or any of the others that work there.

If you havent been here yet you really need to go and get you tattoos from Haley. Brilliant artist and even better at tattoo. Not heavy at all but her ink stands the test of time and that is something to stand behind. Getting a huge piece soon and will update with a pic of my new piece she is doing.

Ive gotten 2 tattoos done here one in there previous location and one recently in there new location, both turned out great!! Super experienced and friendly artists to work with. Forgot to eat prior to one of my tattoos and had low blood sugar comming in and they offered candy and a drink right away. You can deffenetly feel safe and secure getting work done here!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
