Not this particular shop but the one who runs it by the name of Ty Webb, I paid $750 upfront for a full day session and got 2 hours of half assed shading and he ran off for a concert. NEVER finished my tattoo and took my money and ran. Won’t reply and won’t refund my money DO NOT GIVE HIM BUSINESS he’ll find a way to steal your money

Everyone at this shop is awesome! Shadow was able to hook me up with an amazing piece. I took in an idea and he was easily able to bring it to life for me!

I went here for a flash tattoo. A guest artist did my tattoo. Kater Haas. He was amazing. I was so nervous and he was great at reassuring and stopping when I needed. Just all around great service.

Pivotal Arts of Oak Ridge, TN is the shop that my fiancé Riley and I choose to go to to have all of our work done. The staff is very friendly and respectful and the shop itself is clean. They always have deals and specials going on and the prices are reasonable. If youre looking for a new home shop, I couldnt recommend this one more. ✒️🖤

Ty is awesome. They do great work, very clean and professional!! I will definitely be back for regular ink therapy.Update!!I have now gotten several new tattoos from Ty and have never been disappointed. He is currently working on a memorial portrait for my fur baby that just passed. The shop is very clean and the rest of the staff/artists are amazing as well. Drove an hour n half for 2 tattoos was WORTH IT, i plan to come back and see him. Money well spent for great art and style! Great vibe from all the artists there!

Everyone at this shop is so nice and courteous! Very clean and private rooms and a very comfy waiting area with a huge tv. I felt so welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. Love, Javin, and Ty are all so amazing at what they do! I will definitely be coming back for my next tat!!

This shop is a fun place to be, and very clean (which is very important). The artist working here are very professional and personable, you can tell they love what they do, with the pieces of work that comes out of this shop, they are very detailed at their art.

They really work with you to give you ideas that will fit your budget. Kovu is extremely talented and so is Ty. They will take the time to make your ink look STELLAR! Will be going back for my next tattoos for sure!

Ty did a handwritten piece for me from my dad who passed away a few years ago. He was very nice and worked with me very well. Quick easy painless. Loved the atmosphere very clean. Everyone there was very friendly as well would reccomend this place to everyone. Thanks so much

We walked in on Valentine’s Day. Gave them an idea, they drew it up and within 1 1/2 hours I was done. Took me 3 years to find an artist that would do and at a reasonable price. I will be adding to the tattoo after this heals. Thank you Wolf

The guy that pierces doesn’t know what he is doing. He pierced my 15 year olds belly twice- back to back and was still not happy and told us to come back in a week to try again 🤦‍♀️We went to Wicked Ink in Clinton and they were SO MUCH more professional in every way. They told us that we had to wait another 3 weeks to be safe because with it being pierced already her body could reject the piercing and it would mean that she would not be able to ever have that her navel pierced again!!!(so it would have failed if the guy at pivotal arts was “happy with his work” the second time he stuck her with the needle 😡They also cleaned the area properly and ALLthe instruments were sterilized. Not to mention they had the exact ring that she was wanting (because that IS only what they use when they pierce)- a stainless steel with clear stones. Oh and they vibe of the place was 1000% more professional.All this to say- the guy at Pivotal Arts no longer works there…. But that is extremely poor judgment on their behalf to have had this guy working there.

Ty who did my tattoo did an amazing job, he was very patient and kind and conversational, Im afraid of needles and started getting lightheaded and he asked if I needed a break. Hes very professional and the building is very sanitary too. Definitely would recommend!

I went with my 72 year old mother to get matching flower tattoos. Her first tattoo ever! Love and Wolf were super cool and helped put her nerves at ease. Great atmosphere!

George did a wonderful job on my daughters belly button piercing! He made her feel calm and relaxed when she started getting nervous. And the piercing turned out perfect. We will definitely be coming back.

Stopped in this evening to see if there was a piercer available. Myself and my daughter had ear piercings done with George and he was great! My daughter wanted a second lobe piercing and was very nervous and he talked to her the entire time and was really wonderful with her. Will definitely see him for any piercing needs in the future.

Great artists and really clean atmosphere, the owner Ty is great and they all listen to your vision and have a wonderful process of bringing it to life and making you feel comfortable

Went in for a septum piercing, the piercer was really nice and talked me through the whole process and helped calmed me down while making it quick and easy, i love it so much! had a wonderful experience all in all!

First off all - I will say that most of the artists are good and clearly passionate about their craft. I had a great experience with Dusty doing an arm piece. I later booked a session with Ty (the owner), who made me put down a deposit via cashapp in order to schedule a set time and date. When I showed up for the appt, Ty was a no show. Sat in his shop for over an hour waiting to hear back before giving up and heading home. When I finally heard back the next day, I asked for my money back, and still havent received it after almost 3 weeks. Nothing but excuses...

I got this tattoo of a set of lips done back in February … and this was the outcome. Costed me $200, finally got it covered up elsewhere… thank goodness. Go somewhere eles for your tattoo needs. Might I add…. It was an artist that y’all had brought it from somewhere eles I don’t know his name, but if you look through your waivers you have us sign on February 23, you’ll see my name… thank you!

This place is the bomb, staff was great and friendly. Got my 1st ever tattoo was really nerves about it , by the artist was awesome and I love it. Wish I would give it 100 stars cause they are awesome.i spent a week looking for someone who could get me in and everyone else had to have appointment. If you are looking to get a tattoo, walk INS and ask for Bryce and his wife . They was awesome about helping not to be so nerves 💯 will tell everyone to go here. Cant wait to get another one. The owner is a piece of garbage tattoo artist. made what was supposed to be a beautiful sentimental tattoo into trash. How can someone color something totally wrong when looking at a picture😂 safe to say that laser and a coverup is now the route im going. do not get tattooed here if you want quality art. He spent 15 minutes on what shouldve been an hour tattoo.

The shop was super clean and the artists are so friendly. Ive been wanting a memorial tattoo for my dad since he passes and Ty gave me exactly what I asked for. Would definitely recommend for your next tattoo

This place must be out of business. I havent been able to get ahold of them by phone or text and the shop has been closed every time Ive tried to stop by during there posted business hours. If they are still open they DO NOT want business.
