Very pleased with the communication, and the work Adam Driver does, Very passionate about his work. Husband had 4 tattoos done and my self 2 will be going back. if you want a tattoo this is the place to go. Worth the wait. For great realistic tattos. Very detailed. Very pleased been waiting a long time to find a great place to go as this was permanent.

Adam Driver is phenomenal!! This was the biggest Tattoo I’ve ever done and step by step had the best experience I could have asked for. Beyond exceeded all my expectations. The only problem is, now I want more }=)

Our last experience wasn’t great we’ve been here twice the first time was fine this time it was awfulFriday the 13th is a busy time for tattoos most shops spend WEEKS preparing because it’s always busy we expect to wait. That’s why we are always early.First come first serve obviously doesn’t apply because we were in line and they were so unorganized that we ended up being last in line because they were just calling random people on the list. 3 others in front of us had the same issue and were absolutely frustrated. flash sheets weren’t printed and when they were people were fighting over themI really hope they try better next time. The environment is nice but I don’t like having to fight for something as simple as you sign in, wait your turn.

Adam Driver is an absolute ROCKSTAR. When it comes to black and grey work he is a genius. He put together my back piece and my arm sleeve. The attention to detail is incredible. 10 out 10 all day. Highly recommend!

I went to Underground Ink for my first tattoo this week. Luna was fantastic! She was very professional and did an excellent job. Everyone else at the shop was friendly and helpful. The pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely return if I decide to get more ink. It was an amazing experience.

I went to Underground for my first ever tattoo based off a recommendation from my two roommates, and I couldnt have been happier with the work Adam did. He answered any questions I had and created conversation which helped my anxiety about the process. I gave him my price, and showed him what I was wanting and he worked with me, and executed my idea perfectly. Will definitely be back!!

I just got my Mother/Daughter tat in memory of my Mom from Adam. I had a few ideas and he put them all together for me and even added some of his own ideas. This is my 3rd tat by Adam and i just Love it !! I would recommend this place to anyone. They have very talented artists, (Ive had 2 other tats done by Travis and Alex), love the staff and the decor is cool. Also had 1 done last Dec for 2020 and i had alot of stuff i wanted to put in it. They got together and figured out a way to include everything i wanted and made it work and ive had so many compliments on it !! Truly a Great place 😊

I just got a beautiful piece done by Lolli! For years Ive seen amazing work by her and finally decided to make an appointment for my Geometric lion. I gave her a desgin and she brought him to life - she was incredibly detailed and she made sure it was perfect before I stepped out of the studio. Ive never seen an artist that was so involved with a tattoo! Every artist at underground follows strict cleanliness guidelines and my saftey was Lollis top priority. If youre on edge about the right place to go, I would strongly urge you to go here!! THANK YOU LOLLI!!!

Oh my gosh where do I start, this business is amazing!!! My sister and I went there today and got the cutest matching tattoos! The place was very clean and the tattoo artist we met was Luna (Luna was very friendly and an amazing artist) we drove around 30 minutes, it was definitely worth the drive. Will be coming back! 10/10 business.

Absolutely a great experience! This is one of the nicest tattoo shops Ive been in! Very private rooms, calm atmosphere, and clean! Terri is excellent at what she does! Came in and got my nipples pierced yesterday and she knows what shes doing! 5 stars all day!

Got my nose piercing done yesterday and let me tell you my experience was amazing at this location. My piercer was so nice and she made me feel safe. Going to Underground is always an amazing experience! Everyone is extremely professional, but the atmosphere is very laid back. You always feel like family when you are there, and I wont go anywhere else. I even drove 2 and a half hours to get there last night for piercings!

Fantastic place...so easy to miss if youre not looking for it but this is THE PLACE to go if youre looking to get a tattoo. Theyre by appointment only but receptionist and the artists were very friendly and helpful Jonathan redid his mock up of my design and added the extra flair that I was looking for and it came out looking amazing. Ill definitely be back when not if I get another tattoo.

I always love coming here! Ive only been tattooed by Lollie, but the whole staff is amazing. Theyre super friendly and know how to put you at ease! Prices are amazing with the quality tattoos you get! Ive only had my nose pierced, so I cant say much for that, but it didnt hurt and I was calmed while getting it done. I recommend this place to everyone who wants a tattoo!

Travis done a great job for me. Everyone in the shop was super nice and gave me exactly what I wanted. They worked with what I wanted and told me the small things they would do differently to make it look better and I couldn’t be more happy with the results. I’ll absolutely go back here and will recommend to anyone else to go to them.

Lolli is a phenomenal artist.She did my Coraline doll which I am completely obsessed with. She has such intricate detail.Everyone was great and made me feel very much at home. I would recommend anyone who is looking for great art and fantastic service to check them out. All of the artist are phenomenal and there is an artist for every style here.Would also recommend Travis who was also awesome when I went.

If you want quality tattoos this is the place to get them. Travis is the one who i go to but all of the guys here are great artists. The staff and owner are so welcoming and friendly you really feal at home. So much effort is put to make you comfortable to the quality of art these guys are putting out to the way they treat you and even the time they take to decorate the shop. Youll be able to tell right away that this is the place for all your tattoo and piercing needs.

Travis was an absolute joy to work with. He was professional, easy to talk to and most importantly did an incredible job. The shop was super clean, beautifuI, and I felt safe with their covid precautions. Overall I can’t recommend them enough.

My daughter and I got tattoos today with Adam. We had a wonderful experience. We decided to get rib tattoos for our first. Adam made the experience so much better than it could have been. He is an amazing artist and we are both so happy. I would highly recommend underground tattoo!

I love it! I got my cross there! So nice! I heard wonderful things from numerous people about Lolly. I loved her. They were honest, because I wanted to get mine on my hand and they told me it would rub off! Which meant a lot and I knew they were not there to just take my money. They were comforting since I was a tat virgin. And I got to ring the bell and everyone yelled hooray and clapped! I moved just recently about an hour away. And I would most defiantly be willing to drive back! Love love love it!!!

I have literally been going here since my best friend told me about them. I got my conch and helix piercing there, Terri is an amazing woman with a great sense of humor. I’ve gotten a total of 2 pieces done and the artists are all so nice. Travis did my rib piece and Nathan did my smaller one. I’m going in tomorrow for my third one! But today the internet was down and I had to wait a little longer than usual so we did the touch ups first. At first it was going to be $80 bc one of my touch ups were from a different studio but since I have to come back for my tattoo/ and had to wait longer they cut it down to $60. Their prices are super reasonable and everyone has a good sense of humor. The artists are amazing and are so professional. They give advice/ proper aftercare etc. Highly recommended.

Me and my best friend got our belly piercings done there together and they make it so comfortable for you, Terri did our piercings and she’s super cool. They are also very dedicated to their work and take it seriously. They will let you know what’s going on before it happens and make sure you know how to take care of your piercing.

The talent at this place is great, though I have only gotten a tattoo from one person. I will not go back, though, because the place makes me feel like I am in high school. It feels like a very strict environment where Ill get slapped with a ruler if Im less than arms length from someone or sitting the wrong way in a chair the boss just bought. The woman that works the desk can be friendly but mostly makes me nervous. Like I said, the talent is there for sure, but I do not enjoy the vibe.

I absolutely love this place. Sandy has done wonders and only expects the best out of her employees and they are an amazing group. They hardly have any turn over like other shops and that means a lot to me. Its nice to go in after a year and still see the same people working there. These guys are true artists and take pride in what they do. The atmosphere is amazing and doesnt make you feel uncomfortable in the least. Every timr i go in its like seeing old friends. I would give 100* if i could.

This place is definitely gem worth talking about. Ive been in the Navy for 17 years. I have been to numerous tattoo shops state side and around the world and never had an experience like this. For those who want that experience I highly recommend you stop by and see for yourself. Enjoy the atmosphere and embrace the family oriented experience.

I love this place SOOOO much!I’v gotten all of my pierceings done here (except for one but I’m never going back to the other place because I only trust Underground now)I got my first tattoo done here a couple of days ago and I am so in love with it 💘 shout out to Travis for the tattoo and the amazing talk we had. The artist was great and Im happy with my tattoo but I wanted to take advantage of the free touch up within the 15 day window after the initial 30 day healing. I work long shifts and understand the artist has certain days and hours they set aside for touch ups but because of my work scheudle I cant get the touch up because they refuse to make any exceptions. Lame.

I wanted a tattoo and wandered into Underground Ink one day. Two weeks later I went back for my appointment. They did a beautiful autism puzzle piece butterfly on my back. Lauren did it for me. Shes wonderful. I went back for a touchup and ended up with a second tattoo. Very clean and sterile. Everyone is so nice and friendly.

Went there for my first tattoo, and ended up having Adam as my artist. He was extremely kind, walked me through what I should expect, calmed me down a bit. The tattoo came out so amazing and I am so happy with it. Still cant believe I got it done.

Travis fixed a tattoo I got when I was on vacation in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. It was the infinity sign with a feather and three birds representing three people that I loved deeply that passed away. As we all know a tattoo is permanent and when you’re not happy with it and you see it every day you tend to regret that you got it. But thank God I was introduced to underground tattoos. I called underground ink to see if I can get an appointment for a very important tattoo that had a lot of meaning to me! Not only did they actually listen to what I was saying and actually cared, they went out of their way to make sure they could help! They had Travis Cole come in two hours early to get my tattoo done!!! Travis: spent time with me designing the tattoo, asked me exactly what I wanted to make sure that it was perfect and it was! I got a tattoo in FL that bled under the skin and needed to be fixed. Adam touched up the old one and added more to it to cover the ink, and I LOVED it!!! I am very happy with his work and the professionalism of Underground Ink. Further, the place looks amazing!! I would recommend it!

Travis was my artist and I couldnt be happier. Hes really kind and very skilled. Id gladly see him again. If I had a complaint Travis asked another artist if he liked my tattoo. The guy shrugged his face, flipped his lower lip and gave an unenthusiastic yeh. Not a very good feeling when youre in the chair. I dont blame Travis at all. The other guy was very unprofessional and should know better than to do that in front of a customer. It took longer than expected but I wanted it done right. Im going back in 4 weeks for a touch up and am deff looking forward to seeing Travis again. I would not hesitate to have more work done by him.

I went in to get a Daith in each ear for migraines. I came out a different person!! The piercing artist was kind, caring and very professional. In fact, everyone was very nice. I highly recommend this tattoo parlor.

Great place, relaxing environment and fun people! My sister and I got matching ankle bracelet tattoos done by Lolly and we couldnt have asked for a better experience! She was professional, patient and determined not to allow us to leave halfway done! Lol. She got us done in a timely manner, my sister even got a chance to ring the Virgin bell!! Although I would NEVER get another ankle tatt, I shall return for more addictive torture in the near future!! PS. Shout out to Ms. Terri, the piercer for making this experience memorable! ✌

Upon arrival we were greeted by a mono toned individual who could care a less if we were there or not. Was getting piercing for my underage child and was told that they HAD to copy her Birth Certificate because it was a felony to not do so. My BS radar went off and after contacting Hall County, I was told they only need to SEE proof of guardianship and written consent. This place is a little to snotty for me. To many egos and not enough manners.

I called to set up an appointment for a tattoo and the person who answered the phone was very rude and was continuously laughing at everyrhing i said. theres great artists here and was set on getting my first tattoo here but decided not to just by the person who answered the phone. i really wish things could have been different as they did all of my grandmothers tattoos and i really wanted to get a memorial for my grandmother from them.

Underground Ink is basically family to me. I remember going to their first shop and couldnt wait until I was 13 to get a piercing. All my piercings have been done there and I got my tattoo on my 18th birthday, which I love. Lolli is a very talented artist and the owners, Jerry and Sandi, take so much pride in what they do.
