The best place Ive been for a piercing. AJ is so knowledgeable, explains everything in detail and answered all of mine and my moms questions. He is patient and in depth with the whole process. The young lady up front was very knowledgeable as well. Definitely recommend!

Mike is a fantastic person to have work done by. His willingness to discuss pros, cons, and reccomendations is extremely helpful. And his aftercare pamphlet and discussion is excellent (seriously dont touch your piercing unless youre cleaning it, he means it)!I had my Daith piercing done, I went in wanting the right side for chronic severe migraines on that side. We ended up doing the left instead after a discussion on how the brain and body works with opposite sides. Mike found the pressure point fairly quickly and got the piercing done fantastically quick too. Made sure I was good to stand before leaving as well. Best experience Ive had yet.Perhaps I need a new tattoo too....

My teenage daughter has been wanting a second ear piercing for quite a while…problem was that her first ear piercings were not even. Mike took lots of time with us. He gave her a new piercing to match her first and two new piercing. He was thorough, nice, clean and careful. I definitely recommend!!!

Atmosphere is a 10/10, these people were so great, all materials are sanitized infront of you, and the building is very well maintained/clean! They will make you feel comfortable and less anxious when getting pierced. Highly recommend MadMike :)

The one with the rotten teeth couldnt contain his weird attitude. Also tried to charge me $30 just to put a nose ring in my already pierced nose. I was not pierced there but it doesnt take $30 for you to put a nose ring in a persons nose in 2 seconds lol other than that! Nice shop lmao

I love this manger he is the best I had to get my piercing taken out I cried like a big baby in the shop , I rejected the piercing and he told me once it heal he would put it back in for me for free he have done my piercing 2x now I’m going back for my free piercing this will be my 3rd time 😬long story short he is the best I wouldn’t recommend nobody else but them they are loving and kind but most of all they care about the you (middle of my face pierced)

Friendly and fun staff. Always go to them for my piercings, re-piercings (when my holes close up), and tattoos. LOVED my first tattoo and LOVE the second. My piercings and tattoos have really helped with my body confidence. Felt like a 10, now feeling like 100. 😉 Thanks guys! ❤️

Got a couple of nipple piercings and while one was and is still fine the other wasnt done deep enough and caused issues. One takes up most of the bar and the other was about the size or smaller than the bead. Basically got to the point where Im just unhappy with it and took it out. The guy who did it was friendly though.

Genuinely great, very gentle and clean. provides care instructions as well as a free bottle of cleaning solution! :D

Stopped by yesterday for a walk-in and was thrilled with the experience. Mike changed out some of my healed piercings’ jewelry a couple months back and I liked the vibe and professionalism of Heart and Daggers so I knew I’d be getting future piercings here instead of another shop I was less impressed by. I was very selective about my jewelry and had a lot of questions, but Mike was patient and good-humored about the whole thing. He was extremely meticulous with placement and his bedside manner is outstanding. I ended up getting a new lobe piercing and a conch in each ear, and love them! He did a great job and I will recommend him and the shop to everyone!

I had a vision of a tattoo I wanted, in memory of my Daddy. AJ took that vision and gave me an amazing tattoo I’ll cherish! Thank you AJ! Studio was super clean. I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in and had great conversations with everyone there!

Absolutely love them. AJ did 3 of the 5 tattoos I have and I absolutely love them. Definitely will be my permanent tattoo shop. There service is just amazing, and the environment is comfortable.

Had a very good time having a couple of piercings done. Everyone there was as nice and personable as could be. All the equipment was set up nicely and it was clear that they take cleanliness very seriously. Everything from what was being done to what to expect during the aftercare was explained very thoroughly and I was encouraged to call or come by if I had any other questions or concerns. I highly recommend them if you are looking to have any tattoo or piercing needs met.

I got both of my lobe piercings done here and will be back for my third! I wanted to bring my own jewelry for the piercings and they allowed me to with no complaints, just so long as it was high quality and a size that would fit the needle. I’m really nervous around needles, especially after getting my ears pierced with a gun when I was 12 (don’t do that, terrible idea. Mine never healed and I had to let them close fully before getting them redone.) And my piercers were very nice about it and tried to distract me with their humor, which I REALLY appreciated. Absolutely recommend, especially if you’re like me and need someone who can handle you being very nervous.

Called in asked if they took walk ins for two nose piercings, the lady said yeah come on in. Walked in did paperwork and took us right back! We were there for a total 30 minutes max! They were super professional and friendly! We will definitely go back again! Thank you Heart & Daggers!

Visited H&D Tattoo studio for my 35 birthday to get my nose pierced- staff was friendly and welcoming! I was nervous to get a hole in my face but it was virtually painless! Its now been 5 days and Ive had absolutely no issues- aside from a smidge of soreness the day after its been pain free! And bonus there was no swelling!!

So glad we found Heart and Daggers! They take safety very seriously, the atmosphere is fantastic, the staff is very knowledgeable and genuinely care about their clients. Was utterly amazed at the light touch! On top of all of this the staff took our requests, improved them and over delivered with amazing ink. I walked in unsure if this would be my last tattoo, I walked out knowing it will not be. Cant wait to get more work done!Thank you guys!

I went in originally and only asked for an estimate on a tattoo and was told to pay them a $60 deposit and to come in the next day. The store manager also expected me to tip her for making me pay her $60 and fill out a sheet of paper. The next day I get there at 5:00pm and we get started about 5:30. The tattoo is done by 6:45 and he charges me $240 for an hour. The $60 deposit didn’t even go towards my tattoo and if it did that’s ridiculous because this tattoo is amazing but it is not worth $300. The tattoo artist was great (besides his outrageous prices for tattoos) but the store manager doesn’t really care about making the experience personal. I’m surprised they can’t seem to do that since only one person is allowed inside at a time. And to top the whole thing off they made me sign a form before getting my tattoo saying that they gave me after care instructions for my tattoo but they didn’t. She literally took my money and I stood there waiting for the after care instructions while she (the store manager) completely ignored me through the whole payment process. I asked “Is there anything’s you got for me.” She said “No, your good, Bye.” and waved her hand at me in a shooing motion without even looking at me. There was no respect for a paying customer. I hate that the tattoo artist is in this shop he did such a good job, if he goes to a different shop I’d follow him there but I won’t be back to this one.

Got my nose pierced here with a bunch of coworkers and they were so cool and funny! I was super nervous and they made me feel comfortable! I also told him I didn’t like blood and he never let me see the blood after he pierced it. It was easy and fun and they fed me candy afterwards. Definitely going back for all my future piercings. Thanks for putting up with all of us!

I love this place. AJ stayed open just to finish my tattoo, he did a whole back piece for me. He even booked me after hours just so I could feel more comfortable. It’s a VERY clean shop and he knows what he is talking about.Then I came back for him to help me gauge my ears, I love them, all his selection of jewelry is awesome.I will return again and will bring my friends.

My friend and I had our nipples pierced July 26th by Mike. There was a blonde headed lady with short hair who was in the room with us throughout the process. I was nervous because my friend and I couldn’t be in the building together (thanks COVID). It was an amazing experience. They took the time to ensure that I felt comfortable. 10/10. Thank y’all for the laughs and my new piercings!Update: I was having discomfort with my right piercing. I came in and AJ immediately comforted me and we talked about my options. We changed the size of the bar and I was given some helpful tips. I would 100% recommend anyone to come here. Thanks again 💕

Called as walkins. We were told to come right in. However in just trying to communicate what we wanted the owner was completely rude. Felt as if we inconvenienced his day as three people sat around doing nothing as we walked in. Grunted made weird noises during the tattoo like he was irritated I felt very annoyed. If you only wanna work on a select few people don’t take us as a walk-in.

AJ is so awesome. I really appreciate him talking me into relaxing after having a slight anxiety attack. I had somewhat began to chicken out. Hes so cool. I love my piercings. ❤️

I just rang the virgin bell for getting my first tattoo, at age 52. AJ and Lilly made me feel really comfortable, both are genuinely friendly people. I described what I wanted, basically a purple ribbon to honor my mother, who died from pancreatic cancer. He did a rough draft that I liked, and the final product was even better. Priced as I expected. Made sure I understood care instructions for healing.Thanks, you two, for a wonderful experience.

Good work poor attitudes. We called before we went to see if they were taking walk ins and told them what we wanted. The lady on the phone said yeah love come on over. We went and the owner seemed upset we were there and he was completely rude. Asked us to take a seat then proceeded to tell them let’s just hurry up. If we were such an inconvenience you should have told us never mind... completely would NEVER recommend to anyone.

He was AMAZING!!!!! I’ve been wanting an industrial piercing so I decided to try this place out. I usually go to a different place in Mobile , Al to get pierced but I’ve had recommendations from friends to go here. The place was immaculate when it came to cleanliness, friendliness and customer service.I would recommend getting a piercing here if you are close by. Below is a photos the night of the industrial piercing. And almost two weeks in the piercing is doing quite fine.

I had a great experience here! I finally got my industrial piercing, my first real piercing and it went great. The place is really clean and the people that work here are super welcoming and my piercer was quick and informative. Loved it!

I am posting under my husbands account. I went to get my septum pierced. Could tell the piercer/tattooist was a bit bombarded but worked me in anyway. Cleanliness is always a concern, but this place was super clean with their piercings.

My wife purchased a $150 gift card for me to go to this parlor to start work on a sleeve tattoo. I went to the parlor and was able to talk to staff and describe the custom tattoo I wanted. We exchanged numbers and scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday. In the meantime, I was told that I would get a callback to review what the artist had put together. Tuesday arrived, and I was called by the staff a few hours before the appointment and was told that the tattoo would not happen and I could come in and clarify the design. I came in the following day and spoke directly with the artist and left feeling a little uncertain if we had communicated effectively. In either case, I was told I would receive a callback near the end of the week to review what he put together. I never heard back. Two weeks later I returned and was told that the artwork was still being worked. I then insisted on a refund. Needless to say, the conversation did not turn out well and I did not receive a refund. As I was leaving, the staff member told me not to come back. Without that parting shot,I probably would not post this review. Just frustrated to give a business $150 and to only get that insulting comment directed at my back.By all means, bring these people business. I dont wish any ill on anyone. Just sharing my experience.

So about a month ago I got my jestrum pierced at this tattoo shop and it was a great experience the piercer was great the guy working the front desk with awesome great experience 5 stars all the way however a month later I work right across the street And the bar in my lip fell out and I work closer to the shop than I do my home. I didnt have any money.. I was just going in to see if they hide a spare lip ring to put in so my lip wouldnt close up. being that theyre only $10 i was hoping they could help a customer out. I would have come back friday with the money for the jewelry. I just felt a little bombed with their customer service that they would rather turn me away and let my piercing close up then just help a previous costumer out. I dont know just a little disappointed in the customer service. I work at a vet office and iv taken a lose to help a client out many times. 🤷‍♀️

If i could give ZERO stars…i would. the owner was very rude and had a snobby attitude. i called in for two piercings and he said he would do them. but when i arrived to the shop, it was a different story. i told him what i wanted and he flat out told me no because i “was going to be in a lot of pain”. and i know MY BODY. this isnt my first rodeo. ive had millions of piercings, in fact in the same day. when i told him i had a high pain tolerance and that is what i wanted him to do since i was paying MY HARD EARNED MONEY, and his response was “i’m not going to do it” with the most disgusting attitude. so i sacrificed what i wanted to please him, and chose just one. but then i then i thought, why am i sacrificing what i want when i’m the one who is paying him.? so i kindly left. all in all, do not waste your time and money with this man. he’s rude and bigoted. i refuse to let someone have an attitude with me for no reason let them play with needles on my body. i don’t know about the others , they may have great potential, but the lazy owner, is something else. i ended up going to dragon’s den down the street , and they did it with no problem and it was a more positive atmosphere.

A.j. Is phenomenal. The whole team is. I never have any doubt about the turnout of my tattoos. He’s incredibly thorough and knowledgeable and upfront about what will and won’t work in the design. I’ll personally never go anywhere else for my tattoos. It’s a wonderful friendly atmosphere.

My friends and I came for a walk in and they were amazing!! Love the vibes in this place! Much better than any other place Ive been to. They arent afraid to goof off with you and tell you straight up. Cat, if you read this and end up getting the T-rex we want you to tag us;)

Went in to get two of the Friday 13th special tattoos and they turned out amazing. Im extremely satisfied with them. Beautiful outline and coloring/shading.

I got my first tattoo here today. Tattoo artist Mike was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, helping me with my nerves and walking me through the process, and told me what to do to care for the tattoo afterward. 100% recommend

I got an add on to a tattoo done by a different artist a few weeks before I got work done here. All it was was simple letters and number for a memorial tattoo, it’s been bright red since I got it and I noticed it not healing well. It’s now inflamed, oozing pus, and painful. I went to see him about it and he blamed the lotion I was using and said I should be cleaning it 5-6 times a day. I used the exact same products and routine with my first tattoo, which healed perfectly. I now have to go to the doctor to get it looked at because he’s been so little help with an infection I DID NOT cause. Do not recommend.

I had my first tattoo done last night on my ribcage. AJ and Lily were absolutely amazing. They were thorough in educating me and patient with me, going out of their way to make my difficult request happen. When I was panicking they kept the atmosphere light and friendly. I’ll be sticking with AJ for all of my tattoos in the future. I’ve gone from apprehensive about getting a tattoo, to excited to collaborate with AJ for my next one.

I’ve been wanting a surface tragus piercing for a few weeks now and was to chicken to actually do it lol but I built my nerves up and had it done today, the staff was super comforting, professional and put my fears at ease, my piercer was absolutely amazing, I didn’t even realize he was done with my tragus because I felt no pain then and hours later still no pain. I was worried and scared for no reason lol.. I will definitely be back to get the other side done. Thank you guy’s for everything.

I will forever recommend this place. Went in for a second time to get a second lobe piercing and, like my first visit, AJ was super chill and got the piercing done swiftly with barely any pain. This is THE place for body mods.

Talked to guy in person about getting a tattoo. He told me to message him on insta, even gave me his card so I could message him directly. He never responded. On top of that, they were late opening. I found a more reputable shop in Gulfport that does better work anyway.

I thought my experience would be awkward due to location, but he made comfortable professional and ensured I knew what I was getting into. Clean workplace just wish I could’ve received more help with my piercing afterwards besides a pamphlet with vague instructions and few words with the girl who wasn’t the piercer. Probably not a good place for a beginner like me.

The guy who was about to do my tattoo was very rude and grumpy. I showed him a design that I liked and wanted a similar tattoo, but he called it “shitty” and drew something COMPLETELY different than what I wanted. I didn’t like the design and left, but I was still charged the cancellation fee. I went somewhere else (dragons den) and was much happier with what I got.

Awesome place 🥺 needed help switching jewelry because all was not well with my piercing the way it was done at another shop. Left with proper jewelry installed and some extra knowledge today

I went there to get my tattoo and the artist took the time to explain to me how to make it look better. He was friendly and very helpful the price was good and he took his time he did not rush me out the door and thats what I like. There was a set of side steps I wanted for my truck but the truck was sitting on the side steps so I asked them if they could get a forklift and lift it up so I could buy the side steps and they said no how are you going to make money and you advertise side steps for a truck $15 a piece but you wont lift the truck up for someone to get them off very poor business doing
