I’ve gotten my ears pierced here 6 times now, and they’ve healed perfectly every time! The whole process was so quick, and they were so helpful! You can’t go wrong here.

We waited over an hour for the piercer for our 3 month old! At first it was a 15 minute wait after 30 minutes we asked if she would be there soon… She told us that the piercer said she was here but she had a wreck in the parking lot. 30 minutes later she still wasn’t there & stopped answering the phone for the other employee.It was a complete waste of our time because we had to go to work! 2 others were waiting also.

She got her ears pierced today. Super fast process. Fill out the paperwork, bring ID if your child is under age.

Tianna is rude and ruined my ear piercing. Dont let her pierce your ears, shes the worse!

My 8 year old son wanted his ears pierced. After being treated very poorly at another establishment because he was a boy, we chose Claires. The woman who took care of it was friendly, professional, had a great sense of humor. She talked him through everything she was doing to him. Included him in every step of the process. She had him totally at ease throughout it all. She wore gloves, cleaned each piece/opened sterile bags as we watched. Very thorough at explaining the aftercare to him.

Terrible experience, i was ready to checkout at 6:15pm, the heavyset lady with bright colored eyes and reddish orange hair) was sitting at the entrance talking to someone angry for a while, in a gossip-ey way. My granddaughter and i had some things ready to checkout for over 13 minutes, i went and let her know after about 7 minutes that we were ready to checkout nicely and she answered rudely ill go over there when IM ready we waited another 6 minutes and kept looking over to see what she was doing she was wiping the same counter the ENTIRE time and talking to her friend. I felt so bad for my grandbaby, she said its okay granny, we dont have to buy them thankyou for trying so we nicely put the things back up where we got them since we know she was having a bad day already, and left. I already ordered all 4 lol dolls online so thats fixed but i wish the lady couldve left her problems outside the door because there was a different lady that left too right before us idk if for the same reason but hopefully she feels better next time.

I went there to get ear pierce done, firstly the lady who did the piercing act like she has problem, she didnt talk, unfriendly. But when i finish she turned all the way around, i was like confused lolBut anyway such a good service, still wait till it healed ~

Fun to take the girls. Very girly store for girls no saws guns or knives but plenty of earrings bows and necklaces. No tools, or guy stuff not real sure why it gets four stars but the girls like the place so I guess these stars are from them. The girls. Yep its all about girls there

There was alot of female dress stuff and great for little kids

Clerk was very nice and friendly to us and explained everything we needed to know very well
