I got a 3rd ear lobe piercing on both sides. About a week later I noticed the post was no longer in my left ear. I was out of town but presented to black cat 2 days later. The hole had already closed. It turns out the piercing was done with a non-threaded post. So the two pieces were just pushed together and very likely to come apart. I wasn’t told this. That’s why I am writing this. I paid more for this piercing than any of the others and this is the only one that came out. I feel that I was not informed of the types of jewelry that could be used. Now I have to have my ear pierced again and buy a new piece of jewelry just because the piercer did not tell me that the type used is prone to coming out. Otherwise I had a good experience but I think more information and guidance could have been given

Move to the area 2 years ago, and I’m always scared to get tattoos in a new place, with a new artist. It was recommended to me by my girlfriend, and I can say amazing experience. From the moment you walk-in and the whole process it was amazing. Exceptional customer service, really attentive, price wise a little on the high end (Haven’t get a tattoo in about 3 years, with inflation probably it was the right price for how everything is now days). But I will highly will recommend this place. I will be coming here often now.

Edgar was very friendly, we had an idea not very well drawn out , he took it and made it better than what we imagined, genuinely had a conversation to better to get to know you and what your vision is, would recommend to anyone, and this coming from a person who swore for 53 yrs hed never get a tattoo

I have had multiple tattoos done at Black Cat by Patrick. The staff is always friendly and Edgar has a great team of artist working here. Everything is done very professionally and the work comes out looking amazing. Definitely come and talk to them about your next tattoo. You won’t be disappointed.

My dad brought me in to get my nostril pierced and everyone was very nice and very welcoming. We walked into Teresa’s office or where she does the piercings and it was very organized and clean. She was very informative on the prices of the jewelry and what she was going to be doing. I felt very comfortable while I was there and getting the piercing. After the piercing was done she gave very clear instructions on how to take good care of it and was very sweet about it. She gave us her card and told her if we needed anything or wanted a new piercing she would be more than happy to help!

Pretty simple tattoo just black and shading. Got infected lines are super crooked most of the shade completely peeled off. Looks nothing like the picture I wanted. Pretty disappointed for a simple tattoo

Teresa is very professional and knowledgeable about piercings. You can easily tell she knows her job AND loves it. I got 3 lobe piercings done and she listened and made me feel comfortable. Teresa recently did my septum piercing. We had to special order a ring due to my allergies and she was above and beyond accommodating and kind during that process. She kept in excellent contact with me during the shipping process. The actual piercing was smooth and painless. She did an amazing job and I didnt even remember I had it after an hour. It is healing well! Teresa gave thorough instructions and explained everything as she was piercing. I will definitely be returning to her!

I went in for a couple of different piercings, one of which I was pretty nervous about. Teresa was great at easing my mind and making me feel comfortable. After much research and recommendations I finally decided to go with Teresa to get my 4 month old’s ears pierced. Teresa was super sweet and gentle. Definitely made the experience a good one and not so traumatic for baby girl or mommy! I will never go anywhere else for piercings. I’d like to add that it’s been a couple weeks and my baby’s ears look like they’re completely healed from how perfect they’re healing. She’s had no redness, pain, nothing. They’re still beautiful & the jewelry used is still shining. Teresa was also very thorough when explaining the aftercare and left a door open for questions if I had any concerns. You can tell when a person does things just for money and when they’re actually passionate. Teresa is definitely the latter.

My daughter asked for a 2nd ear piercing I was scared to take her to just any place that doesnt have the proper experience so happy we choose to come the Black Cat tattoo. My brother came in to get his ear lobes pierced and I came along to get my belly button and re-pierce one of my nipples. Teresa from Black Cat Tattoo was nothing short of Amazing!!! From the moment I messaged her on Facebook, she was very friendly and very informative. Once at the shop - she explained in detail the process of piercing my baby’s ears. Such as how to position her comfortably, when to hold her, etc. We weren’t rushed at all. She let me get up and nurse in between doing each ear. This helped alot with distracting my baby and comforting her between pokes. It’s been almost 3 weeks and I’m throughly satisfied with the ear piercings. They are healing nicely.

Teresa pierced my daughters ears for her 3rd birthday! She had been asking for a while but once we arrived at the shop she was nervous (naturally). Teresa was thorough with paperwork and directions. Her room was warm and friendly, after her first ear my daughter was distraught (as any 3 yr old would be) and Teresa was AMAZING! Played music to cheer her up, let her take as much time as she needed before doing the other ear. Made sure everything was even, clean and that my daughter was 100% comfotable before doing anything. So greatful for the experience and my daighte was thrilled to have pink earrings once it was over! Thank you Teresa, we 100% reccomend!

I went to black cat this past Friday to get my nipples pierced the lady was so helpful and so professional. She explained everything through and through from what she was doing to how to properly take care of it. Over all it was $75 dollars for both good pricing and great experience.

Came as a Walk in to get another nose piercing, 15-20 minute wait.(another person ahead of me) The staff is so kind & Krystle was very professional. she made conversation and made me feel comfortable. I always feel at home in tattoo shops and BCTC was no exception. I messaged on Facebook to see what my options were for a nose piercing and quickly heard back from Krystle. She gave me all the info I needed and let me know what they were doing to stay safe and clean during the pandemic. I felt safe from the moment I arrived. So, I’m from Alabama, live in Pennsylvania but work around the country. I’ve been tattooed in Alabama Ohio a east Texas, Pennsylvania and Florida. I trusted the reviews on Google and reached out via email and was contacted via text. We discussed briefly on what I wanted and was a little unsure because most people want a lot of details in order to grasp the concept that I was looking for. Patrick was short and to the point about everything. Like he knew me and we were friends for 20 years. He understood exactly what I wanted. I walked in and he showed me the stencil and I agreed to it. He then put it on my arm. We had small talk for 10 minutes and then got to work. In way less time than expected he did the best tattoo out of 17 tattoos that I have. The time flew by as he was determined to get it right but also showed enthusiasm for my excitement to see the finished product. This was the very best tattoo experience of my life. 10/10, 5 out of 5 star rating.

Brought my daughter to get her ears pierced for her 13th birthday. We made it to the shop 15 minutes before closing (we do not live in Odessa), and they were super nice and got us right in. Very good experience, piercer Krystal has many years of experience & made sure everything was done properly, everything was very clean. My daughter said it barely hurt.

I found out about this place back in March I went to get my belly button re-pierced by a lady named Krystle she did an amazing job I recently went about a month ago at the end of June to get my tongue pierced again she did an amazing job I recently moved away from the Odessa area but if I get anymore piercings I’m willing to travel to have her do them!!SHE’S AMAZING!!!

If I could give zero stars def would place isn’t clean or professional what so ever and will make you wait for basically a work shift and In the end the results were trash.

They were fairly quick, no more than 10 minutes of waiting time. I got a few piercings. It was nice and comfortable.

Just came from here I went to Gary’s yesterday to get my bottom Lip pierced because he has a New Year’s deal for 20 bucks any piercing and he put a lip ring in that was extremely too small and it was hurting so the next day here I am caming to another shop to get it fixed and Krystle was really nice and very helpful I will be going back soon

Went to have a tattoo drawn up. Gave them $40 to draw it. Went back a few days later and it wasn’t what I asked for so I asked the guy to make the changes. Two weeks later he still hadn’t fixed it. I finally gave up and went to Evil Ink where they did exactly what I asked for the day I went.
