I will never be going anywhere else for tattoos because Tosha is AWESOME!! Clean studio with more than reasonable prices. She did amazing work on my collarbones and my frog and toad piece! They’re still covered in the wrap but they look amazing and the healing process has been so easy!Edit: I have gotten one other tattoo done and my eyebrow pierced since I posted this and still LOVE this place!

The guy at the counter was rude and acted like I was bothering him was more interested in his phone. Mike one of the tattoo artists was cold and place was empty but 2 months out to get one. Did not feel comfortable there or with artist I recommend going somewhere else.

I’m finally ready to share this experience. I scheduled a tattoo via email over a month in advance. I showed up to my appointment on time and had to stand waiting for 45 minutes (the shop has no chairs or waiting area). Then I finally got the tattoo. Mike was nice. But the tattoo came out horrendous. Like unimaginably so. I emailed him about this and he was willing to touch it up but honestly the piece was horrible enough that I asked for a refund. I have just now started getting laser tattoo removal at Removery in Buffalo NY on the tattoo precisely 6 weeks later. I give the shop 2 stars because Mike was really nice and he did refund me. But as far as getting a tattoo goes, just don’t do it!

Tosha was very professional and polite. My wife wanted a memorial tattoo for my mother who passed and she did an amazing job.

Got my first tattoo almost 10 years ago from them. Finally got around to getting a second and couldnt be happier. Ive still gotta go in for another session to finish it but even still, Im beyond impressed with the work. Mike is also super friendly and knowledgeable and makes the whole experience smooth. A++

I went in here looking for a full sleeve of linework and nobody wanted to do it.. I dont know why. Maybe they arent good at linework. Anyway they refused my business for an unknown reason, so thats 2 stars for me... but they were polite about it, so Ill give them three.

Meh, definitely a home town classic, but, if your going there for something other then a tattoo I would maybe recommend going elsewhere. Very small selection and a bit pricey. Although if your looking for band patches or shirts this would be the place.

Absolutely love the Underground! Mike and Tasha are the only people I will get tattooed from. Very clean, professional and great people all around!And the store has a variety of band apparel and merchandise, plus have some really cool tie-dye and hippy things.Best tattoo shop around!

Got my nose piercing and piercer didnt not show me before the size of the stone, which is VERY tiny or show that she used a L shape instead of a screw. NO after care info was given. DONT GO HERE FOR PIERCING

I had my nipples pierced by a young lady and it was my first time there and she made me so comfortable. I highly recommend going there. Nipple pierced is $50.

I had my tattoo done there by Tosha Thompson & she did an amazing job! I definitely recommend her to do tattoos! There is also lifetime touch ups on the tattoos!
