My daughter was a little nervous to get her ears pierced, and the owner there walked her through everything that was going to happen and made her feel at ease. She made sure to explain things as they were happening, so there were no surprises. She was very kind and patient, and we wouldnt go anywhere else for piercings.

The wife and I have both had tattoos done by Jessie, piercings by Gina, and today I got a tattoo done by Kira. Kira did a wonderful job and was an absolute pleasure to talk to. Very clean shop as always and very welcoming. Good job ladies !!!

This is the only tattoo/piercing shop I will go to now. I have went there for piercings and the piercer is very informative, relax and super clean. The only issues I have ever had from piercings here is from MY own doing like not cleaning as often as I should, and even then she will welcome you right back in her chair to help clean up your piercing. I just got my first tattoo here and the tattoo artist is so kind, VERY sanitary and she’s so very fast! She doesn’t screw around and will give you the most beautiful tattoo while being quick. Super excited for any future tattoos and piercings I get here!

My daughter turned 16 and decided to do fang piercings. The shop has a experienced full-time piercing shop. Also a follow up to change the ends. Everything is clean, sterilized and comfortable. The owner is extremely talented and informative. I highly recommend her for anything you would want to pierce. There is also a spiritual vibe. I have not as of yet done any tattoos. But I did see some work that was done there. I will most likely have a new tattoo soon. Lol, very soulful afternoon. Looking forward to seeing the finished fangs in a couple days. Will update with new photo.

I went to get a tattoo paid $900 dollars and he never finished it. I started in February and in May I was still not done. I tried to communicate so would he but it got to the point where I got tired. Last I spoke with him he said he would reschedule, still till this day he has not contacted me and Ive sent text with no answer. Now I have a half sleeve that I cannot find anyone to want to finish it. POOR SERVICE INCOMPLETE WORK

Very good experience, great price and an almost healed piercing now. My nose ring was quick and clean.

I love this shop! It is clean. The vibes are positive, relaxing and has a amazing decor. Jessie has so much talent and is on her game. I am in love with my tattoo. I am truly impressed and looking forward to watching her and her work grow.

Absolutely unreal of an environment. I came in a couple of weeks ago to get my belly button done, and they had a younger guy apprentice working. He was super sweet and respectful, and both him (and the owner?) made sure to set and respect clear boundaries. Afterwards it was a super fun and engaging environment. My friend came along for moral support (haha) and the first thing she said when we walked out was “Wow that didn’t even feel like a tattoo place.”The owner also went into great detail about after care and was persistent on me getting back ahold of the shop (for free) if I had any issues. I haven’t had any issues, it’s healing and looks amazing!If you want getting a piercing to be fun and safe and respectful 10/10 recommend.

I love this place! Good vibes all around. I had my helix pierced by Gina and she was the best! She answered all of my questions and gave me the full rundown on the piercing, healing time, what to look for during the healing, and more. She took extra care to make sure I liked the placement of the piercing and was super patient and kind when I needed a moment to sit afterwards. They have beautiful plants and crystals for sale as well at very reasonable prices. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I visited the piercer Gina. She is five stars and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to get professional work done. Not only is she very professional shes very easy to feel comfortable with. From my opinion shes not only informative but experienced. Ive had been to a quite a few professional parlors for tattoos and piercings. And the previous piercing I had had done by another license tattoo and piercing parlor I wasnt too pleased with and so when she cud see the scar tissue, she knew exactly where the other one had gone wrong. She was precise in the positioning where she even let me change my mind a little bit once we had it set but it came with her professional suggestion. Which I should have never 2nd guessed we went with her initial markings... She was so patient and she really stressed her above and beyond professionalism to even telling me that her services provided will always be a welcome to come back and talk to her about any questions concerns or problems with the jewelry or piercing. She even went as far as telling me how to make sure it is staying in position while it heals. Which even in all my studying online before I went and got my piercing Ive never even seen anything about that which makes perfect sense with what she said how that would be the best care for my piercing to be completely satisfied with the outcome. So shes also supportive of her work really she stands behind it for sure. To top it off shes even great with after care like after the healing care where she will come in and resize you to the proper regular-size jewelry once the swelling has gone down and is completely healed and able to be changed. Which her advice is great there as well. She spoke of her previous experience and spoke of some of the risk people are taking by going to non-professionals and such. I only met Gina. The tattoo lady I do not believe was there. But I am willing to say she is equally great. Very pleased and will be back probably more then one more time!!!!!!

Jessie and Gina do AMAZING work, they are both very knowledgeable and easy to chat with.The shop atmosphere is welcoming and very clean!!I had a cover up done by Jessie in November of 2021 which turned out absolutely stunning!!!My Daughter and I just had our ears pierced by Gina this weekend, she had a great jewelry selection to choose from and took time to chat with us about the healing process during and after!10/10 Definitely recommend!!Will definitely be returning for any of my future tattoo/piercing needs!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Walked in without an appointment, and was greeted by Gina. (Hope I am spelling that correctly) She did my industrial, and was thorough and informative. Shop was very clean and presentable. Gina is professional and proficient in what she does. I plan on doing business with this shop if I get another piercing. Thank you 🤗

This was my first visit here, the vibes felt good, everything was clean and an inviting space. I went for Decembers walk-in tattoo/piercing day, had a tattoo done. I an very pleased with Jessies work. I myself will go to her again and I would recommend her to others as well.👍👍😃

Very friendly and very clean. I have had multiple piercings done and have been very happy each time. They really know what they are doing and how to care for your piercing and are more than willing to help you out if you have any questions about your piercing before or after. Very easy to get a hold of.

Jessie is an amazing artist. She makes sure you know the process and how to care for your artwork . She has done most of my many tattoos and hopefully will do many more

Recieved a tattoo on 10/30, extremely poor quality, after consulting with another artist, was told my tattoo was overworked, poor color, after almost 2 weeks, most of the tat is scabbed over i lost a large portion of skin , already showing scarring my skin is tearing open, and today still bleeding, looks horrible, i did cover it and treat it , i have several other tattoos this is by far the worst work ive ever had ,i had another appt in december, i will never go back, i believe inexperiance may be to blame, if you want nice work done this is not the place,,,i can now wait for it to heal and go for a coverup elsewhere, complete waste of money

Not kid friendly sat there and told us she wouldn’t do my kids ears and then proceeded to tell us to basically get out and ripped our papers up in front of my mother my neices and I All bc my mother said she would take my neice to ottumwa while I still was going to get mine done
