Trevor is absolutely amazing with kids and did a great job on my nieces ear piercings. After the original piercer had something come up, the owner made sure to make it right and Trevor met us at the shop and took care of us. I recommend this place not only because of their integrity but how well Trevor was with my nieces. Thank you for making my nieces birthday special!

Got a simple line tattoo here about 18 months ago. Love it. Husband looking for his first tattoo. Suggested this place as I felt like they did a good job. We stopped in on July 4th as husband wanted to ask some questions and make an appointment if necessary. They were open but no artists in house to answer questions. One employee there. A piercer, maybe? Couldnt answer question. Just told to come back tomorrow. Werent offered the option of making an appointment. No customers in the store. Not sure why they were open. Probably cost more for the electricity than they took in on the holiday. Husband decided to go elsewhere.

My daughter and I went to get piercings, and we had a great time! Everyone we talked to in here was professional, fun, and very kind. I highly recommend Family Traditions if youre looking for a chill, clean environment to get pierced or tatted! Thanks Lou!!

Took my 19 year old daughter for her 1st tattoo she had an appointment with Letty the apprentice and Letty was AMAZING!! Daughter LOVES the finished product and we had a great time for our first time in a tattoo shop. She is already planning for tattoo #2 with Letty! Wonderful experience all the way around!

An absolutely amazing business. Wonderful people. Lou is beyond amazing with his amazing art work and great personality. Hes got some wonderful women behind him at the shop learning from him and absorbing all the knowledge Lou has to give!!! I am never disappointed when I go into the shop cause I always come out with smiles and amazing work done there isnt a better tattoo shop around. All the girls are very talented there. They were very kind and professional I got my triples and my sister got her doubles! The piercer even offered to fix my sister’s first piercing for free! They were very kind and over all I will definitely be going back!

I had the best experience with Letty. She was kind and very attentive. She spent extra time I liked every detail and making sure the sizing was aligned with my design and anatomy. We had good conversation, the shop was immaculate, and I will for sure book again!

Lou is a awesome tattoo artist!! I have gotten two tattoos by Lou and even took my mom to get her first tattoo. They make you feel very comfortable. Great conversations and very friendly staff. Family Tradition is the best!!

I have a lot of older tattoos that Tiffany has been reworking she has done a great job! Tiffany has never canceled an appointment, she is very committed to do the best job possible and making sure I am happy with the art work!

Paid a $50 deposit in April. Came back for my appointment nobody was at the shop. Come to find out said artist was fired. I asked for my money back, they refused. Sent me messages saying on we will make it right. Lies after lies, I have been left on read for over a month. Its cool I am already have to another shop cover the other disaster peice on my arm choppy line work and missing lines to boot.

Tiffany was amazing and took the flowers I asked for and made them into the most beautiful sleeve! Not quite complete but cant wait to finish it up with her!

Tiffany does an amazing job she’s been working on some for me and the detail is amazing and she makes you feel very comfortable during the sessions!

The people here are super friendly and if they cant get to you right away they make sure you dont walk away dis-satisified in any way...the tattoos are on point and look better than you expect them to, if something is off or isnt to your liking they will definitely make sure you dont walk away un happy!

Good tattoo artists are like good beauticians. When you find an excellent one, you have no reason to ever go to anyone else! - from customer of over a decade!

One of my girls and I got a conch and nose piercing over the summer. We just went back and my daughter got a second lobe piercing, I got my jewelry switched out, and we brought my mom to get her daith done. Ma was impressed. My daughter loves Ink Therapy and doesnt want to go anywhere else for piercings. I couldnt agree more. Shes friendly, great at explaining whats going on and how to care for the piercing, and the building is very clean and comfortable.

Got my tattoos from here and still do when I have time. Got a bear in progress as I speak. great place and great people. Highly recommend

Piercer was very nice, used a clean needle,and gave a good piercing. The reason for the bad review is, she used jewelry intended for a healed nose piercing. Because of this, the jewelry kept falling out of both mine and my moms nose. My moms healed overnight. Luckily, I was able to get another ring in before mine closed. I would go back, but do your research on the jewelry needed and make sure theyre using the correct jewelry first.

Got my nose pierced and ended up having to return to have her redo it because the inside closed up due to my inability to put the jewelry in correctly and she didnt charge me to do it. Great place. Very nice and helpful.

I’ve been going to this shop for around 3 years now and the artists are excellent! The shop is always clean, the artists are accommodating, and their work is excellent!

Ink Therapy is the cleanest, prettiest, most comfortable tattoo shop in town. Friendly staff. WONDERFUL customer service and obviously beautiful work. Go see them!!! You won’t regret it. I won’t go anywhere else!

Lou is a great tattoo artist, who also makes you feel at home with his conversation. Would recommend him to anyone. I wear my tattoos proud.
