I went to Piercing Pagoda not knowing what to expect. My teen daughter wanted an ear piercing that reflected her individuality and getting older. As a Mom, I wanted to please her with this simple task. However, also as a Mom, youre nervous. I must say, I had to go on here and leave a review because Sabrina was the most professional and friendly person I could have ever asked for. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. She wasnt pushy or rude and took time to answer all our questions and concerns. Everything was sterilized and exceeded my expectations and calmed my fears. My daughter and I had a wonderful experience and I will continue to go here simply because of Sabrina. She was a Super Star in EVERY way. Thank you!

Sabrina was absolutely amazing! I wear hearing aids & she helped me figure out the right placement for my helix piercing so it wouldn’t bother it. She even took pictures of all angles for me after she was done to give me reassurance that there won’t be any interference with my hearing aid!

I went in to get a double helix and Sabrina, the body piercer there, is absolutely amazing. She’s super sweet, talks you through the whole process, and easily gets it done. I’d highly recommend seeing her, as I’ve had bad experiences with piercers in the past, and she’s great!

I went in to ask about pricing for getting my 4 year old daughters ears pierced and they mentioned they use gun and also a needle which is what I wanted to do for sanitary reasons. Then they mentioned that, in the state of Florida, you can’t get pierced by a needle until age 13. I have been looking online and I can’t find anything that says that at all. All I’m finding is that you need a notarized form and the parent needs to be there. We ended up getting my daughter’s ears pierced with a gun at Claire’s (they have a promotion right now for free earrings for a year) because of what they told me. I would have much rather gone to a tattoo shop and had her ears pierced with a needle.

After months and months of doing research on where to take my newborn for her ear piercing I decided to go to Piercing Pagoda after the great reviews about Alex. I am so happy I did, Alex was so patient with me and really took her time. I was so nervous as a Mom and really stressed out, but she did amazing with my daughter, and my daughter didnt cry too much either. Great experience made me super comfortable and really took her time. Alex and another associate were there ( sorry I dont remember her name) but they were awesome! thanks again she looks so cute with her new earrings!

This review is specifically for the Banter located inside the Oviedo Mall. If you plan on booking an appointment with them, call them and see if they’re available first. I booked my appointment online, drove 30 minutes, arrived to Banter just for them to tell me I couldn’t have my service done because the body piecer was not there ??? I was told she was on her day off, but they did not specify that at all before or after I booked the appointment!!!!!!!

Today we took my two and a half month old to get her ears pierced, and beforehand I was a mess of worrying! Alex & Brittany were GREAT! They didn’t stop trying until they lined everything up perfectly. They talked me through all of my concerns, and they did a fantastic job. I’m so happy with my little girls piercings! I would definitely recommend to any mommy’s and daddy’s looking to get their little ones ears pierced to go here! So thankful.

I got my first earrings at claire’s which was amazing actually. a few weeks ago my mom and i decided to go here to get our second ear piercings matching. everything went well and there was barely any pain. after about a week, my moms piercing started to hurt a lot so she had to take it out. she was using the spray they gave us and using it every day and night but it turns out her ear piercing was infected. her ear was bleeding and had a big bump on it which is thankfully all gone now but her ear closed. i thought mine would go well but that went wrong too. after 4 weeks of using the spray, my mom took my piercing out for the night. the next morning i tried to put it back in for school but it didn’t go in and instead started bleeding (and yes i cleaned both my ear and the earring before putting it in) today i tried to put it back in with my moms help and it went in from both sides but when we tried to put it in at once it wouldn’t go in. we could see the end of the metal going out of my ear but it wouldn’t come out. so our best guess is that they didn’t put it in straight. in the picture the top one that looks kinda big is my piercing about 20 minutes after trying to put it in

The lady was so great (sorry forgot her name), very thorough. My 1 year old was asleep when she was doing the dots, then i had to hold my daughter so 2 persons can pierce both ears at the same time. Highly recommended! They are awesome!

Taylor and Leanna were amazing with my 5 year old! They pierced her ears at the same time. They took their time to make sure she was ready. The store is really nice and high end feeling (I was picturing a kiosk and was pleasantly surprised!) with so many adorable choices for first earrings!

My daughter had her first ear piecing here and we will never go there again. She has been too scared to get them pierced for years and finally she got up the nerve and they screw it up. Twice! The first time, the manager of the store missed the mark and put the earring in the wrong spot, which was not even with the other ear. That ear also got infected, so we had to pull it out and let it heal. My daughter stayed brave and went back to get that ear pierced again. We tried to call for an appointment, but they didnt answer. So, we went to the mall to make an appointment, as we had other things to do in the mall anyway. As soon as we walked in the store, the manager began to give us grief for coming without an appointment. It was highly unprofessional and rude. Despite their issue with us not having an appointment, they amazingly found the time to put a new earring in the ear they missed the mark on before. We of course assumed it would match the earring that was still in her other ear, and would match the one listed on the receipt, but that was too much to ask. They literally put in a different color and size earing. We went back to the store and found out the earring they sold us was not supposed to be used as your first earring. Because we had so much trouble with them, we ask for a refund, and they denied us. All the problems they caused, ruining our daughters first piecing experience forever, and they would not give us $30 back. They lost all our business and I would recommend everyone go anywhere else, just not there.

Taylor and Alex pierced our daughter’s ears. She was just shy of 6 months at the time. They were perfectionists and took several tries of making the dots perfect before even asking me what I thought. They even warned us that the longest part would be marking the dots because they strived to make them perfect. The piercing was literally a second and sweet girl cried for 30 seconds and was done. Extremely professional and they were very experienced. HIGHLY recommend!

Four years ago I had my daughters ears pierced at the Pediatricians office. They were uneven so I pulled them out and let the holes close back up. It took a while for her to get up the nerve again, but when she did, I took her to a jewelry/piercing store in the mall. Again they were uneven! We let the holes close up a second time. She has wanted to get them pierced again for quite some time, but Ive been so nervous about it that I havent taken her. A friend recommended Piercing Pagoda in the Oviedo mall and we went there today. The lady did a fabulous job. She was very experienced, and my daughter and I are both thrilled. Thank you!

My pierced ears from 1972 had closed up, in the last decade. Finally searched the web for the right person to re-do it. Alex at Piercing Pagoda, Oviedo Mall, had high ratings, so I chose her; and was not disappointed. Alex is very knowledgeable, experienced and reassuring. She was careful to get the placement exactly right. I am so happy with my new yellow gold and CZ earrings and the price was right, too. Thank you Alex!

I got my nose pierced here and I started bleeding badly the person who was doing it was shaking and was not using anything to guide where the hole should be. I almost passed out. it was very scary. I do not think anyone should get their nose pierced here.

My goodness where do I even start these guys are absolutely flawless there I’m doneNo but definitely should’ve done a review two to three years ago first and foremost these guys treat me like family and everyone is awesome honestly however Alex will stand out the most she literally is downright awesome she is like the guru master of piercing I went here a couple times for jewelry but even if ya don’t ,Alex If not busy will definitely just talk to you as far as professional goes as literally precision is 200% she makes sure she takes her time —uneven ear lobes not a problem ,squirming babies she is so great, people with extremely bad anxiety (me) definitely she always is very accurate also pays attention to what ya want and extremely detailed oriented extremely organized and every worker always seems to know and enjoy what they are doing Alex just takes it to the absolute peak she also takes her time to get to know her customers and she is genuinely good with kids I literally even because my friend James was trying to find a birthday present for his girlfriend and we were across and I literally had to pull him hard and say please trust me out of extreme luck Alex was back and I couldn’t even have been happier because she literally helped my friend out so much and now he eventually wants to comeback Alex and co are nothing short of amazing and I highly recommend x1000 to anyone Alex is flawless but u literally can have anyone there is absolutely amazing there as well thank you guys so much
