We were there last night 2/02/24. I took my two girls for ear piercing. We had such a lovely experience with Kendra. She was the only sales associate there and she was super nice and professional. My girls were a little nervous when we got there but Kendra made their experience so pleasant. Thank you Kendra!

Went here a couple days ago to get my 11 month old daughters ears pierced and it was a great experience all around! The lady who did the piercing was very fast and efficient with the process. By the time my daughter even realized what happened it was already over! Went very smoothly for us.

Had my daughters 8 year old party. The girls got their nails painted, played games and got to pick out a gift. They loved it. Thanks Shayla and Jennifer for all your help. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great experience with my ear piercing. I was in and out of there in less that 10 mins for 4 holes (most of that time was filling out the paperwork). It was super sanitary, and I left with a lot of cute coupons.

The ladies were very friendly and did an amazing job piercing my soon to be 4 year olds ears.

Shay was so friendly and very helpful to us. She did an excellent job with earring placement for our daughter and did a fantastic job explaining how she needed to take care of her ears while they healed. Thank you for excellent service!!

I stopped by Claire’s today to get my niece’s ear pierced. I couldn’t believe how busy it was! The store was completely packed full of people and there was only a single person working (a sweet young lady named Raven). She was working her butt off at full speed but there were too many people ahead of us so we decided to go eat first. When we came back a couple of hours later, the store was even MORE BUSY! We waited 20 minutes before we were finally taken care of. Between the constant people walking in and the impatient people getting snappy with her, it was easy to see that she was very stressed even though she was kind and professional.That poor lady needs some HELP! What kind of business has a single employee working in a store that stays that busy?! My nieces love Claire’s but they need to get their act together and get some more people working in that store if they don’t want a bunch of angry customers that don’t want to come back.

Last Friday my 8 year old daughter had a very rough experience at the dentist. Heather greeted my daughter at the door seeing how upset she was. Heather continued to help my little one shop and even managed to get a smile. Thank you for your compassion Heather!

My daughter got her ears pierced here and the gun jammed which which I understand but they pierced her ear way too low(bottom of the ear... The weight of the earring($50 stud we bought there) ripped through the bottom of her ear...Causing the poor six-year-old To now have to let her ear completely heal and now going to have to go through this all over again! definitely not at this location!

I have gotten my ears pierced twice (with a gun) here. The first time the gun gave my piercing an infection because they didn’t clean it. The second time the gun got stuck and my ear was ripped causing me to have to use a plug in my ear. They were friendly but the piercings also get infected very easily. It’s best to get them pierced at a tattoo/piercing shop. Good luck

The piercing people are amateurs. My niece previously had ears pierced long ago and thought they MIGHT have closed. Claires Lady wanted to pierce right next to them. I didnt feel comfortable with it after spending 20 minutes with them, so took niece to professional and the piercings were open the whole time. Claires piercing is good for babies and first timers.

We arrived 20 minutes before they closed to get an ear piercing done. No one else was in the store They told us that they wouldnt do it. Because its too close to time for them to go home. No worries we will go someplace and and will not return to any of their stores

I checked the internet and it says Claires pierces ears free but you have to buy $18 worth of jewelry. I drove over to owasso. The lady in there told me they would pierce my ears free but i had to buy earrings. She showed me the cheapest ones and they were $65. I said their ad said i only had to buy an $18 starter set. She said no they didnt do that. I had to buy a pair from $63 to $85. I TOLD HER I COULDNT afford it. She said well dont advertise that. I left the store and looked it up on the internet and they do advertize that. Everyone needs to know the two black ladies working about 1pm Tues either lie or are runningba scam.

Don’t go here to get your ears pierced. It should be common sense to not use a piercing gun to pierce ears. It uses blunt force and destroys the tissue. Also piercing guns cannot be properly sanitized, so you definitely risk infection and depending on where you get your ear pierced you definitely risk shattered cartilage.

Drove from Pryor Oklahoma with my girls for Christmas shopping. Its twenty after opening time that is displayed on the door. Others have been waiting as well. Drove all this way for a Huge disappointment.

The employee who pierced my daughters ears was amazing. It had to have been hard for her considering their two and twins.

When I went to turn in my keys Shay(assistant manager) followed me out of the store cussing at me and trying to fight me in front of my fiancé and kids. Called Paulette and DM and nothing was done about it.

Manager on duty was very rude and was too busy with conversation on cell phone to actually help her customers. Go to the Woodland Hills location if you want help and decent service.

Booooo!! This place is the worst. Dont spend your money here. Worst customer service the employees suck especially the manager. Just incompetent and really evil. They are not professional ear piercers. Dont go. Youll be disappointed if you do.. if I could give no stars I would.

Had a great experience.. as a guy I was apprehensive shopping for my 3yrs grand daughter but the girl who helped me made me feel right at home.

Don’t work here. Trained for two weeks, and ended up quitting because the manager was rude and just disrespectful. They still haven’t paid me and I started in May!!!!!
