The rockaway location is awesome!! Such a cool,CLEAN place and they had great service!! I went to get my nose ring replaced about a week ago and the guys in there were super helpful and friendly.Their piercer definitely knows what he’s doing and answered all of my questions thoroughly!!! Cant wait to go back :)

I can only say great things about this shop! I’ve been getting tattoos done with Rachel for a year and you can see she does a lot to make everyone feel comfortable. I haven’t had a single bad experience. Highly recommend going here!!

I’ve been coming to this shop for as long as I can remember. They’re honestly the best, all of their artists are all friendly and inviting. I’ve worked with Vinny several times at both locations. He’s very accommodating, patient, and extremely talented! Every tattoo he’s done for me has been nothing short of amazing! I can’t say enough nice things about the Pete and Cubo’s fam and Vinny in particular. I’ll be back again and again!

Around 2018 i had got a nose piercing ! the staff is very friendly and years later i went back for a surgical piercing before having my foot surgery ! they were very informative and have great customer service ! i will come back again for more piercings !

Such nice people! I’ve called before to inquire about prices and they were super nice and helpful. I went in today to purchase piercing jewelry, extremely nice and quick to get me what I was looking for. This would be my first choice for a tattoo or piercing. Nice shop on the inside too.EDIT: Finally came back for a tattoo! My boyfriend wanted to get a tattoo done so I brought him to Pete and Cubos. Joey was great, very professional and really took his time with the consultation. Thanks Joey!

EDIT/UPDATE:The manager was nice enough to talk to me and explain things over and compensation for the miscommunication. Really appreciated.——————————————————Went to get a piercing with my brother. Got another piercing by my lobe, was getting another higher than the ones I already have. Piercer was nice but the pricing on the walls is deceiving/wrong. Multiple signs and charts said it costs $30 for one, $50 for two. I got both my ears so I assumed $50. Then when was done I was told my total was $80. That’s a huge jump and looking at their signs and it said $10 for jewelry but even if each of the jewelry pieces I had was $10 that’s still not even $80, then I should of been charged $70. Of course I was nice and paid my $80 and still tipped but I think I’ll sticking to my other piercer. Makes me sad cause she was really nice and there’s even a review on here with a photo of same/similar piercing I got with a response that lobe piercings are $20 each, $40 total.

Went to see Kiana & got a piece to commemorate someone I loved dearly. I had a great experience in all aspects - whether it be conversation, professionalism, and just overall pain level. I’d recommend her to absolutely everybody but then she probably wouldn’t have time for me!I appreciated every minute of her time, and I’ll deffff be back for more

Place is very clean with very welcoming and professional people. I got pierced by Cynthia and she was really helpful with the aftercare and was really friendly as well as everyone else. Piercing came out beautiful.

Got my septum pierced here and had a great experience with the piercer. I also lost the screw to my piercing around a month later and they were happy to replace it and put it back in for me free of charge!!!

I had an absolute amazing experience with Rachel (IG: ARTBYRPM). Initially, I had an idea for my tattoo but no idea how to express it. After being recommend to Rachel she designed the most stunning piece that is now healed on my thigh. This piece covered self harm marks that stopped me from truly embracing myself the way I desired and with Rachel’s help I am now able to have many hot girl summers!!!! Shoutout to you Rachel! You are definitely the most creative individual I’ve met and your personality made my experience the best I ever had with a tattoo artist. Saryna is AMAZING! She has done all of my piercings (belly & 2 nose piercings) I recommend her to all my friends & family. She was very sweet & listened to all of my questions. Also the counter girl (Kylie) one of the nicest people I ever met. My favorite artist so far is Vinny and Rachel, very beautiful work. Also the shop is very clean, super friendly & welcoming environment. 10/10 plus there is always parking around (with meter)

Rude “manager” (whose tattoos on herself are ridiculously ugly, mind you). They did an awful job, with a simple request. Paid a lot, all for nothing. And said manager talked to me like a child, and refused to fix it, without further payment. Absolutely do not recommend. I called and spoke to a lady and she was very professional and helpful as I asked a lot of questions. Hopefully, i am going in this week to get my eyebrow and Industrial piercing done. I should post a review, as soon as I get it done. I finally got my Industrial and eyebrow piercings done yesterday 12-19-21...I loved this place. It was nice and neat. I got it done with Megan. She was very professional and pain was very mild.The Industrial was more painful but not as bad as i thought it would be. My eyebrow piercing, I only felt the pinch. Highly recommend this place...I should be coming back for my conch piercings and some tattoos...

I recently had the pleasure of getting my nipples and rook piercing done by the talented Saryna, and I couldnt be happier with the results. Vinny has been my go-to for all kinds of tattoos. I text him my ideas and 100% hes like yeah, we can do that. Like, he tatted 2 rhinos on my legs in 2 sessions, just because it was short season and I didnt have any tatts on my legs yet. I also have an empty circle on my hand and people now think Im in the Illuminati or I live in the Ozarks. I get asked about it a lot and I just say I dont know yet. I will be back soon to Vinny, hes a good dude and always delivers.

I went today to get 2 tattoos after seeing my dad get tattoos from the shop several times and omg they did not disappoint. My tattoos were done by Rachel and she was so sweet and really took the time and energy to make me feel comfortable with her which I appreciate. And it wasn’t only her. All the workers there are just super chill, nice, and FUNNY. Even after getting the tattoos I wanted to stay just to hang out with them😭. Regarding the shop itself it was super clean and welcoming. I live 30-40 minutes away and I can say with 100% confidence that it was totally worth it.

Saryna is amazing! I went for a navel repiercing and it came out beautiful. In the beginning i said if you wanna do anything to make it better by all means, and she could tell i had appendicitis from a scar and placed the piercing better so it complimented the scar tissue/healing process. answered all my piercing question too and i had several! 😂 definitely coming back for any and all piercings.

Every time I come here I walk out so happy with whichever piercing i decide to get!! I’ve gotten a couple piercings with other piercers here and they’re all amazing, but my favorite by far is Saryna. She’s so sweet, professional and truly knows what she’s doing. Yesterday I came in for my bottom belly and I was so nervous it wouldn’t be able to align with my previous belly piercing, but of course she knew exactly how and where to place it I couldn’t have asked for any better! I was recently pierced by Saryna , LET ME TELL YOU the amount of comfort, professionalism, laughter and care she had either given or created during this time was AMAZING! I got my septum pierced and she made sure I was 100% sure and comfortable I wanted this piercing , she had an extremely gentle touch.10/10 WILL 100% recommend that any and everyone go to saryna!!!

3 words: Fast, clean and cheap. I got both of my ears pierced here and they did a pretty good job. However, after 2 weeks, one of my earrings came off while I was brushing one night, I know it might be not her fault, but I do not touch my piercings, even if I am cleaning them, I am really careful. If they came out after 2 months or so, I wouldnt be sad, but I think they couldve tightened my piercing properly. The one is doing great though. I still like their service and would definitely recommend them to others, just a small concern. :)

I’ve been coming to this tattoo and piercing shop since I️ was Probably 15, I’ve gotten my tongue, nose , ears pierced here ! And I️ got My half sleeve done by Mike, he’s such a great guy and his work is amazing

If you’re coming to get a piercing avoid at all costs coming on Tuesdays and Saturdays that’s when the piercer saryna is there. She didnt use gloves and she rushed my piercing didn’t even use a marker to ask me if the placement is okay, she did my piercing really crooked and with a jewelry that is wayyy too small. I came back and told her about my concerns and she said everything is fine and she’s been doing this for years. I went to a different piercer and he confirmed my concerns.EDIT: is the owner blind? How is it that she is only there two days a week and still manages to get these bad reviews and claims of messing up people’s piercings and being unprofessional. I can assure you the whole piercing process she used no gloves maybe you should put a camera in the room so you can see for yourself and stop believing everything she says. Unacceptable

Whenever I want a new piercing, I always come here and go to saryna!! she has done 10 of my piercings (septum, belly, double helix, conch, daith, nostril, forward helix, tragus, and rook). she makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed and always makes time for you if you have any questions regarding the healing process! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants to start their piercing journey 🫡

Got my first tattoo here recently. My experience was amazing. The entire staff was very welcoming and kind. They made me feel 1000x more comfortable and calmed my nerves. I loved my experience and would happily drive 2 hours to get work done by them again 😊

Please invest in customer service training and business etiquette for Saryna because she is so unprofessional. Great piercer but no excuse.EDIT: adding an update because the shop replied and they’re obviously backing up their employee trying to save face. I love it here! my cousin came twice and the second time i came with her, they had halloween candy, you got a chance to spin the wheel for possible gifts , and saryna was the best. she’s so pretty and straight forward. i was scared to get the piercing but she reassured me and my cousin 😭& kept conversations going! 10/10 . the one guy with blonde hair and a nose piercing at the entrance was also really nice! friendly environment i loved it !

I’ve gotten both my tragus pierced by cynthia & I’ve gotten both my upper earlobes, my belly button, my helix, and my rook piercing by saryna! I truly do recommend them both, they’re amazing. Had a navel and nostril piercing done here by Cynthia! She was great, explained any and every question, my piercings healed beautifully. They offer after care packages for $15. One of two packages I received the soap was immensely watered down, but hey, it got the job done lol. I surely recommend for piercings as I love mine! Thank you!!

Sad to say I am totally disappointed with my piercings! I paid 110$ for snake bites which I wanted for a while and waited to get. Anyone who knows about piercings knows that your either going to wear studs or hoops with snake bites, I was told I can only get studs which is not true and then saryna agreed to use hoops. I picked out some smaller hoops to change once they healed. I get pierced and she lost connection and had to PIERCE me TWICE IN THE SAME HOLE. It hurts now because I’m realizing she used a 16 gauge needle with I’m guessing 14. Gauge jewelry. Not clean or sterile I saw nothing come out a package I felt rushed and she didn’t even have “clamps” to close my jewelry. She pulled forceps out a box or shelf that were sitting there to try to use to close it. Not pleased at all and feel like I wasted 110$ . This is not my style but I’m studying to become a piercer and all I see are these issues. I also was not asked for Id.

Went to get my double helix ( it was 80 jewelry included). Cynthia was so sweet and made me feel really comfortable. Painless process! Would definitely go back for another! Thank you again!

Went here for my septum piercing. Harry was so kind and gentle. He’s available on Sundays from 12:30 - 7pm and I went to him based of recommendations on reviews. He really does live up to the expectations. The process was quick and he was very organized and clean during it.

I had a belly piercing done here about 2 years ago ..just wanted to provide some feedback. Everything was very clean and hygienic. The piercing was absolutely painless and very professional. She took her time to make sure that the placement was perfect and it is. Lost part of the belly ring before it was healed so I called and they told me to come back in, they replaced it and re-pierced me free of charge. Have had no issues its been healed for a long time. AMAZING, from the moment I called to walking out the door. I was greeted by Alex whom was friendly and got me taken care of right away. Cynthia did my piercings. I initially called in for a question and was WOW’D by the service over the phone. I ended up going in the same day just for a nose piercing and left with my nose pierced and navel!!!! Cynthia was CALM, GENTLE, PATIENT, QUICK, & FRIENDLY. She answered all my questions, let me know the entire process and to be honest I felt little to no pain. I definitely would recommend them!! Their prices are also a plus !! I also purchased their care kit which is simple to use and was also provided verbal and written instructions. Went in today to get a nose piercing. Called before to make sure I could walk in without an appointment. The person who answer the phone was extremely nice. When I reached there the person who pierced my nose was Harry (same person I spoke to otp). He was very nice, walked me through the piercing & after care and I did not even feel any pain when he pierced my nose. He was very professional & kind. Definitely a wonderful service and I will be coming back to this location for my tattoo/piercing needs.

This is near my house and I love it!! I get all my piercings and tattoos from here and they are so lovely!! Rachel has done all four of my tattoos and she is amazing. They really make you feel comfortable.

I went with family for my first tattoo and I ended up loving it. It wasn’t as painful as I thought it would be and everyone was so nice and friendly. The place was so clean and professional. I got mine done by Joey and he was so nice and understanding about how I was deaf and made sure I felt comfortable by asking me questions. He made sure I was satisfied with the tattoos before doing them. I definitely would come back here to get more. We had good conversation about the movie that was playing. I appreciate the environment. Also good price I got three tattoos for 300.

This was my second time going, and they were great again. 1. Called to ask about closing time (it was a late Sunday afternoon) and availability to get my nose pierced (again) and my friend to get her ears done (Piercings are walkins). The person who answered was an exemplar of customer service. No one ever answers a phone like they want to when you call a store (including me when I used to do retail) so I always try to keep it quick but she not only cheerfully answered, she even checked to make sure I knew prices. Superhelpful and sets a good tone 2. When we got there, the wait was less than 5 minutes, and everyone made sure to check if we were being helped as we walked by. 3. The Sunday piercer (they have 3 and I had Cynthia last time)greeted us and told us to give him a second while he prepped. He was so nice and sweet. My friend went first and it was quick (needles only), then I went next. Because I had done this before, I was even more antsy because I knew the immediate pain that was looming, so of course, I jumped like a lame and messed it up. Harry was patient with me and was able to redo it quickly. It still hurt, but it really wasnt that serious. 4. 30 seconds after I was done, my friend, who was laughing and taking pix the whole time, said she didnt feel well. I thought she was playing but Harry immediately pointed out she lost color and made her lay down as she briefly passed out. She has multiple tats and piercings, and this usually happens when she gives blood, so it had nothing to do with the process. But our man Harry was great! He said he was going to run to the store to get her a drink and when I said Id go, he offered me money for the drink! Sir, what?! Such a gentleman. Once her blood was flowing again, he went over the aftercare process and was so nice about the situation. Ive been to so many Tat/Piercers and this was the best experience. I will be going back to change my jewlery this time (The reason I had to go back is that I tried to do it on my own, it fell out, and I let it close) because so worth any fee. 10/10 highly recommend.

Ive gone here three different times for tattoos and have been always really pleased with the experience. The staff is always super sociable, funny, and nice. Joey Wilson and Rachel tattooed me and my father both (Rachel saw both of us last night), and they are both really knowledgable and good at their work. I would also say I really adore Megan by the front, shes really accommodating and sweet.

I went to get a helix piercing from a girl who’s name I believe was Cynthia. She was the absolute sweetest. Extremely professional, comfortable to talk to, and the place was clean. She even provided me a paper on how to take care of the piercing with a contact info to call if I had any questions. I didn’t get a tattoo but hearing how the artist talked to the customers they seemed very nice, calm, and genuine even though the place was pretty busy. I highly recommend.

My bestfriend and I went in today with the intention of only getting her Tragus pierced. While I was there with her I ended up getting my belly button pierced and so did my best friend. Saryna was so nice, chill, and quick. I will definitely come back to her again.

I came in got my lip and tragus pierced by saryna and she was so dope and patient with me. I am really big on placement and she took her time to make sure the tragus she was giving me was symmetrical to the one I already had on the other ear and the side lebret was exactly what I wanted without making me look dumb. I will for sure be coming back to get the rest of my ear done.

My piercer was an absolute treat! She was so kind and gentile throughout the whole process, and talked me through the process before the piercings as well as during. I have quite a low pain tolerance so I was quite scared to get a septum and a daith, but she made sure I was comfortable and calm. Would 100% come again, incredible people, reasonable prices, and I am SO happy with the result!!

Came here twice to get pierced. First time was with Cynthia and she was very nice and went slow. I felt very good and comfortable during the piercing process. Second time was with Saryna (I think that’s her name). She was in some back room and the front guy who checked us in and made us sign in said she would be out in 2 mins but she took 10 mins. She came out with AirPods and she’s like “ok who’s doing the nose piercing” and I was the only one there and I was like oh me but it’s actually a tragus piercing and she’s like oh yea whatever my bad. And then she was on a ft call the whole piercing time and she had her AirPods in so she didn’t hear me when I asked a question. She said both tragus piercings would be 80 and I said the piercing chart says tragus is 40 period and it doesn’t say 40 each like how it says that for other piercings and she’s like nope it’s 80 and I’m pretty sure it wasn’t but I was feeling intimidated and I just wanted to pay and leave. If I do come back here, Ill make sure Cynthia is in.

I had a lot of annoying questions, weeks and even months later and she still had the same care and attention as she did when she pierced me. Exceptional service, 10/10 would recommend.

Got a helix cartilage piercing done, a month later its painful and has irration bumps on both sides. Thats when I noticed that it was on a insane noticeable angle. I was told my piercer, she told me that the bumps were pushing it down and to not irritate it. I took out the bar and let it heal and the exit hole of the piercing was not parallel at all to the entrance. I want to believe that it was just a misinterpretation but it was so obvious to me as someone who isnt a piercer so I can imagine it would be noticeable to them as well.I was only given back the bar and a discount to get it repierced with the same bar. Needless to say not coming back, I suffered with an incorrect helix piercing for a month only to figure out my suspicions about it being incorrectly pierced was right. I wanted to get an industrial here first and Im thankful I tried a single helix before going all the way.

Got my nose pierced by Cynthia back in April and I have to tell you, I felt little to no pain whatsoever. And she was so nice. Ima definitely going back to get more piercings!!

I got my nostril pierced here by Harry this past Saturday (May 5th, 2018) and the experience was great. He was really kind, explained everything to my mother and I about how to care for it, talked me through it as he pierced my nose, and welcomed us back if we had any questions, concerns, or problems. It was essentially painless and Im so happy with it. The shop was very clean and he even showed my mom and I that a new, sealed and unopened needle is used every time. I would definitely get pierced here again and recommend it to anyone else. Plus, the cost is absolutely great at $25 including jewelry. No complaints or regrets.

I got my septum pierced today and the experience actually went really well! I got it pierced by Harry and he was extremely kind and kept me calm the entire day. He answered all of the questions that were asked and he also asked if I had any more concerns too. He gave me a care sheet so I would be informed as to exactly how I should maintain the piercing. It was very worth it and I am so glad I came here!

Very clean environment I got my first nose piercing done by Harry for $25. He was very friendly and welcoming he made sure that I liked the positioning of it before doing anything further. He also gave me a safety guide to make sure I keep my piercing clean so it does not get infected and what not to do.

Claudia (i believe) the piercer is sooooo efficient, called ahead of time to confirm she was there bc i believe she doesnt work weekends? (please chk not to sure) walked in around 7pm , i was out by 7:05 no lie. She did what she had to do! loved her . very informative & helpful, will definitely come back for future piercings. oh & all prices went up by like $10.

I came to the shop with my son who was 13 years old at the time. We both got piercings.The guy who did them was nothing but nice to us, keeping my son calm and making sure he was comfortable at all times. It was a pleasant and bonding experience for both, my son and I. Since we are both addicted to piercings, we will be coming back.

I got a septum piercing here WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The woman who did my nose piercing literally pierced my nose and didnt go though cause she did it wrong. She had to try again and pierced my nose. ONCE AGAIN it didnt go through, I was already in pain and my nose was continuously bleeding. Finally on the 3rd try she finally got it. NEVER COMING BACK HERE. Came here for professionals not amateurs who dont know what to do.

My hubby and I went in for piercings and Cyn is the absolute best, sweetest- most gentle piercer. Love the calm vibe of the shop. You get an after care sheet after your piercings are complete too! Even for the most painful piercings she is patient, caring and gentle.

This is a great place to get piercings. My daughter had a hole put in both ears and her cartilage pierced. It was only $70. The prices are great but its cash only. There are atms nearby. The woman who pierced her ears was very nice an informative. I would definite recommend this place.

I came here to get a septum piercing and they did such a good job. They were so nice. They talked me through everything and answered my questions😊. I definitely recommend going here.

When I got my septum done, they didn’t tell me any information as to what she was doing, she just put it in, and when she did, IT WOULDN’T GO THROUGH, she also didn’t tell me if I had a sweet spot or not, and it started bleeding and she had to lay me down, it was painful and I heard a pop for when it got through. The healing process was a bit rough, but that’s how my experience was. I’m not sure if I’d wanna go back or not, because I’m planning on getting a lip piercing too, so wish me luck, I wouldn’t recommend.

Went to get nose piercings changed to different jewelry. Arrived at 8PM, the place closes at 9PM. The tattooer said the piercing person went home and he doesnt know where the keys are for the display case. He was rude and had no care in the world. I expect better customer service from a business that has been around for 40+ years. Would NEVER recommend!!

I went there to get my septum done first. Harry was great- he made me feel less scared and before you know it it was over. They go through the cleaning process with you afterwards, and are very friendly. I also got my ears pierced 3 times at them as well, a fantastic job. My septum is now retired, but I had no issues with it.If you need a place, this is the place to come. Dont go to the mall- come here. They have reasonable prices as well.

Been looking for a new tattoo shop and cant be happier that I found this place. Dillon was my artist, he did an amazing job with some tulips on the back of my leg. It has to be one of the most beautiful tattoos I have. Hoping to build a sleeve on my leg and will be coming back here for all my work. Great atmosphere, they make you feel right at home. I came here around September of 2021 all the way from Toronto Canada. My cousin convinced me to get tatted with him so I sucked it up and decided to book an appointment while in queens. I never planned to get a tattoo in my entire life so I was pretty hesitant. After sitting down with the artist VINNY, he made me feel safe, and assured that he would replicate exactly what I wanted. He made my first experience so pleasurable, I will probably come back this year to book with Vinny again! My tattoo in mandarin letters on my collarbone came out stunning and crazy enough, it healed within one day....shoutout to vinny and the staff at pete and cubos!!!!!! I will definitely be coming all the way from Toronto just to get tatted here again!

Great place to get a tattoo or piercing. I have been going there over the years. I had the pleasure of being tatted by RPM. She is an amazing tattoo artist. I wanted her to add to an existing tattoo. She made great suggestions and added two beautiful butterflies. Im going to be going back- I think Im going to start a sleeve!

I didnt get pierced or tattooed here yet but when i needed to get an MRI done and didnt know how to take out my nose piercing, they took it out quickly and painlessly. Rushing to do tattoos they couldn’t even help me print and place my tattoo. I had to print and change the font multiple times, all of the workers had attitudes to do their jobs. Not trying to sound like a Karen but after getting my first tattoo done in December their quality and customer service has gone all the way down.
