Sweet November piercing is unlike the usual piercing shops. I love how personalized and fun each visit is. Cara helps style or provide suggestions if you go in with ideas of what you are looking for. She’s super friendly and patient with all the questions I had. I love the jewelry selection, which I have not seen at other piercing spots. Cara helped fixed some misplaced piercings of mine that I had gotten years ago from traditional piercing/tattoo shops and I also added new piercings. Now I love all my piercings - old and new. I’ve already been there 4 times now and can’t wait until the next time. Thank you Cara!

Sweet Novembers online reservation system was a perfect way to book an appointment. Once I arrived Cara was very professional, helpful and informative. I appreciated how she kept her station sanitized, the earrings sterile and how she carefully marked my piercing locations for me to see. He after care kit and information was perfect. I will definitely be bringing my daughter here and recommend to friends/family.

Cara was kind, patient, and skilled at piercing my daughter’s lobes. The space was clean and inviting. Everyone we interacted with was wonderful. I would choose Sweet November again for any future piercing needs. Bonus- there’s a parking lot for customers visiting the business complex.

I had been wanting a tragus piercing for a while now, but didnt want to have to go into San Francisco. A couple people at my Pilates class were talking about Sweet November Piercing. After class, I googled and booked an appointment. Cara is warm and caring. Her shop is very clean and comfortable. She has a lot of jewelry to choose from and her prices are very affordable. Meeting Cara was great, she is warm and has a down to earth personality. I just needed a replacement of a new tragus piercing to replace and she was quick and smooth. She has many titanium and gold piercings to choose from AND the prices are displayed easily so you can make a choice that fits your budget and style. I LOVE that! Why dont other places do that?! Cara keeps a very clean shop and I’ve felt really comfortable there on multiple visits. I had over a dozen piercings before coming here, and I would definitely come back here for more. I love the rook and flat piercings she did! Since getting pierced I’ve had several random issues (not due to Cara’s piercing!) such as needing to wear a helmet for a sport and an unexpected MRI which required my piercings to be removed, and Cara has been super responsive and helpful through these issues. If you’re doing ears, definitely get the donut pillow from her recommendation list!

Cara was so amazing, kind and professional! I was super nervous since I’ve only had one other ear piercing done before, but the entire process was a breeze and I already want to come back for many more! My 8 year old daughter got her ears pierced at Sweet November and Cara was absolutely wonderful. She took her time, everything was very clean, and she explained the whole process every step of the way. Such a great experience from beginning to end.

First off, AAPI woman owned! Let’s goooo. I had a great experience! I knew I wanted a piercing but wasn’t quite sure what I wanted to get or what would work for my anatomy. Cara was so kind and patient in helping my indecisiveness. We did a conch and changed my rook to a gold hoop. It is extremely decently priced compared to other places, and she has a great selection of jewelry. It felt totally safe and clean. I will definitely be back and recommending her to others.

Cara was amazing! Very personable, friendly, and professional. She did my tragus, daith, and nostril. As well as gave me sour candy and water for the pain and then saline solution and aftercare instructions! Also the prices are very affordable compared to places I’ve been. 10/10 experience would recommend and come again :)

The piercing process was quick and easy! I got my nose pierced at Sweet November, and the piercer was super helpful. She helped with picking the right placement, saving her own thoughts until after Id already expressed mine, and explained when Id feel some pain before it happened.It looks great, and I really only had any residual pain for the rest of the day (and only when I flared my nostril). It feels like its already healed and it hasnt even been 3 weeks!! (Dont worry, Im still taking care of it)

My nose piercing experience with Cara was amazing! When picking my jewelry she gave me options and her recommendations, but she definitely left the choice up to me so I didn’t feel pressured at all. Her choices of jewelry were all so beautiful - she has SUPERB taste! She thoroughly went over every step with me before the piercing and the studio was very clean. She also sanitized the station and the jewelry beforehand. When figuring out the placement she showed me with a mirror a couple of options using a marker on my nose and didn’t move forward until I was comfortable. As for the piercing itself, there was a fast pinch as the needle went through and some pressure when putting the jewelry in - both of which she had prepped & talked me through beforehand. Once she was done she explained the aftercare process and gave an aftercare pouch with instructions, cleaning spray & a cute sticker! I’m so excited about my new piercing and can’t wait to come back when I need to downsize. Book with Cara ASAP!

HAPPY CUSTOMER!!! I did my 3rd lobes and a second nose piercing.The process was seamless! Booked an appt through the app and had to reschedule for a sooner appt without any issues. Location is easily accessible from the freeway.The hardest part was picking from all the cute jewelry options! There are diff price points and metals available. Cara sterilized and marked the spots for the piercings. She talked me through the process. Saline spray was provided for aftercare and all instructions were accessible through a QR code for later reference - in case you’re like me and will forget all details the moment I walk out.She was super friendly and helped calm my nerves! 10/10 would recommend!!

I brought my 5.5 year old daughter to Sweet November to get her ears pierced for the first time and it was the best possible experience I could have asked for. Cara was so sweet and patient with my daughter, walked us through every step and gave my girl the time to process and make her own decisions when she was having second thoughts. We all left with smiles and I will absolutely be bringing my younger daughter back to get her ears pierced as well as add to my own earring collection.

UPDATE 4/5/2024Saw Cara for my downsizing of my two piercings as well as a lobe piercing. She has plenty of new jewelry to choose from (so hard to choose!) but left a very happy customer. Next, nose piercing! Shes worth the drive from Sunnyvale!Loved her, loved the place. Plenty or options for jewelry, very dainty and perfect for your piercing! Quick and easy process. She informed me pre and post instructions.😍😍

Cara was THE best. Took my daughter for her 3rd birthday to get her ears pierced and everything was great. She was so patient, explained everything and even put something on the tv for her to watch while she got her piercings. Will definitely be back

I went here to get my other nostril pierced. I’ve been to so many other piercing shops and this tops it! Cara was so sweet and her space was so clean and quiet. It’s a one on one experience and she knows what she’s doing. I never write reviews but this is the best experience i’ve had getting a piercing. It’s a good price too you get to pick out your own jewelry from a wide selection of different metals and designs ranging from 35-around 100. I would totally recommend getting your piercing done here if your thinking of it.

CARA is BEYOND! I literally have had 8 piercings done by her and to say she is the BEST is an understatement! She is a consummate professional…cleanliness and safety always first! But WOW! My ear game is NEXT LEVEL!! literally a work of art. And on top of it all her taste in piercing jewelry is AMAZING (and i am a SNOB!) no more boring gold balls (although she probably has that if that’s your jam). Cara is amazing! She explained in detail every step from beginning to end. She is very gentle, fast and made me feel comfortable.

Long story short, I had a conch piercing done by another piercer almost 3 months ago. It kept getting hit and would swell up, and as you can imagine it was pretty painful.I messaged Cara and she was kind enough to answer all of my questions, even though she was not my piercer (which should say a lot in itself). She would even ask for pictures of my ear. She then asked what type of metal earring did they use, and sure enough she said it’s the earring. First of all, the safest metal is titanium grade (I had surgical steel) and second, I should have downsized a month after my piercing (the other piercer never told me that.That same week I made an appointment so she could change my earring out. I felt instant relief once she took the earring out, literally a sigh of relief! She could not believe how swollen my ear was but was glad that I could just replace it with another earring. I could not downsize at the time cuz of all the swelling, but my ear felt so much better once she put the new earring in (titanium grade of course ;) )So, if you are thinking of getting a new piercing or have any questions or concerns, she’s your girl!! She is so kind and she knows her ish! Seriously! After all of this, I am still thinking about another piercing lolTHANK YOU AGAIN CARA! I APPRECIATE YOU SO MUCH!!! See you soon! :)

Honestly I LOVE LOVE LOVE Sweet November Piercing. The space so inviting, cute, welcoming, and not intimidating. Not only is Cara an expert piercer, but she explains things so well and has such a friendly presence.My piercings from her only pinched a little compared to more well known and established piercing studios. I also love that she continues to care for your piercing even after its done -- she encourages downsizing your posts since it is better for the healing process. Cara was amazing! I haven’t been pierced in decades and she was so gentle! I really appreciate the time she took to consult with me and choose the best placement for my new piercings to make the most of my old not -so-well placed piercings. I ended up with a really beautiful result. She may not have had the most extensive selection on jewelry, but what she did have was impeccably curated. I didn’t feel like I was wanting for anything.

I yelped searched a place to get a nose piercing and luckily enough I found this hidden gem! It looked warmed and inviting not intimidating at all compared to the traditional tattoo/piercing shops out there.booking an appointment was not hard at all and she even had same day appointments! I was greeted promptly and was super easy to talk to about what I was hoping to get done that day. I was informed that I would not be able to get a nose piercing because I am in esthetician school & since I get facials regularly it wouldn’t heal properly which I greatly appreciated cause it saved me money and I learned something new lol so I asked if I would be able to get an ear piercing instead so I wouldn’t lose out on my deposit which she accepted which was so sweet of her! The piercing process was a breeze she explained everything thoroughly and slowly so I knew every step she was taking. Made sure to sterilize and disinfect everything beforehand. Overall a 100/10 experience!! She kind, gentle, patient & super supportive through the entire appointment. Everyone get pierced here!! You won’t be disappointed ♥️

I went in thinking 2 of my holes in my lobes were closed and needed 2 new holes, but the very professional lady found 3 open holes and 1 closed. I got 1 new piercing and 3 new found open holes. I absolutely couldn’t be happier with the very gentle service.
