My husband and I both got tattoos from Bart. It was our best experience start to finish and can’t wait to go back! I usually have had issues in the past with artist, I end up swelling, bleeding and getting sick! Bart was absolutely amazing, I did not experience any bad side effects whatsoever, he knows what he is doing hands down! We are more than impressed. I get complements on my tattoo every day!

Bart and his team are great artists. Bart just completed a series of tattoos on my leg, and I couldnt be happier. It is a very very clean environment and they practice all sanitation and cleanliness when it comes to applying a tattoo.

Bart and his staff work with you as a client to make sure you are getting what you want and that it is done with a high level of skill and detail. And they also foster an environment of family. I can’t speak more highly about the UTC team. The shop itself is extremely clean and efficient. All employees Ive interacted with and worked with were above board and got me exactly what I wanted out of the session. From the moment I walked in I felt like my time was valued.I’ve done most of my work with Bart Andrews. Unfortunately, I’ve had to move away but I’ve traveled from Louisiana to get tattooed by him because I can’t find an artist between here and Florida that’s in the same bracket as him for the style I’m looking for.

So excited for the Palatka Location! Bart is great! He did my stars and I couldnt be happier! Clean work, clean work space, the quality and conversations are amazing!

I’m so happy that they’ve opened up another shop. They have always been very thorough with cleanliness, quality of art, and preservation of their work.
