Ive gotten six tattoos from Viktoriya. She has always been welcoming and enthusiastic. Shes fun to work with, and the tattoos turned out awesome. I get people stopping me to compliment the colors all the time.

Ive been tattooed here by the talented Viktoriya a few times now. She was nothing but the nicest artist I have ever had. She has a steady and light hand which makes it an enjoyable experience. She is willing to make changes to any design and do fantastic custom pieces. I have had my legs tattooed, a traditional rooster in memorial for my mom, and even my skull tattooed. If youre in Arizona I highly suggest coming in and getting some work done.

Loved my experience here, the artist was kind and made the time fly by. I have had multiple tattoo sessions with Viktoriya and love the quality of work I have received. Looking forward to many more tattoos from her.

Both workers that were present that day were so nice and welcoming! They were able to take me in the same day to get my double earlobe piercing done and it looks great! The piercer took his time to measure and make sure I was happy with the placement. He also was very caring to make sure I was comfortable and felt safe. It has been about two weeks and it is healing great. I’m so happy with it! Also, we were from out of town visiting some family that lived there, and the lady at the front desk was very friendly with my damily members that came with me.

Viktoriya made my vision a reality! Ive been tattooed by her 3 times now, and will be returning to her for more! In the past Ive had her do black linework pieces, parts of which were pretty fine/dainty (which came out exactly as I was picturing it in my head), but Ive seen a lot of her colored pieces on her instagram (floral, anime, etc.) and I love how saturated they come out, so I think next time Ill be looking to get something thats more in her style! Shes really easy to talk to and you can tell she loves what she does! Will defintely be recommending her when friends come into town!

The overall experience of getting my nose pierced was great. Very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable.I am very diligent with cleaning as instructed and followed their paperwork exactly as it said. A bump developed next to my piercing two an a half weeks later. After 7 weeks of being patient dealing with the bump, I went into a local piercer near my home in Oregon to get a second opinion. Within a minute of looking my nose/jewelry/bump, he recommended I remove the jewelry and let the spot heal. He showed me how tarnished the jewelry looked compared to what they use, how thin the post was comparatively, and all the reasons why it would have never healed.I got my other side done by my local piercer it’s healing perfectly. I’m so bummed I wasted my money on this place. Please do your research before you poison your body with garbage jewelry.

I‌ write this because I was very upset about the policy this place has now out of no where for deposit! I understand they respect their time but I was a returning customer and when I texted my artist she said you need to come to leave a deposit of $100!!! I have been there almost 3 times and every time I was on time since I work myself and dont have time to waste! It wasnt respectful at all to ask me for a deposit! I still love my artist and her job but I am not gonna go back and will find another artist that respects the returning customers and wont ask me to drive 35 min for a deposit and will trust my word instead!Sorry but your deposit policy needs to be used for new people. Good luckAnswer to your reply: i already know why is that and i never paid for a deposit before!! So no thanks im not coming back there are many other places that respect their returning customer! The only reason I came back was because of Victoria but now your policy is not acceptable so have a nice day!

I went with my best friend to get her first tattoo. She is 17. Paperwork was signed with a parent, but the parent was not present during the actual tattooing and payment. Her deposit was $100, they proceeded to mislead her into believing it was $120, and then they charged her $220 *because* there was no parent there to tell her that it was not okay. They saw a vulnerable teenage girl getting a meaningful tattoo (a memorial of her dead father) and took advantage of it. The tattoo took 7 minutes it was handwriting on her waist. There was no designing from him, it was handwriting scanned from a letter that he only had to trace. Absolutely not worth $220 dollars. The tattoo artist was RUDE when confronted, and the piercer guy with the bald head was aggressive. Unfriendly, unwelcoming environment in general, and takes advantage of minors for money. Do not come here, especially if you are planning on something for your child. They also operate only on cash and do not provide receipts. Picture for proof.

They don’t do touch ups even tho they say they do. I been trying to get a touch up of just a little tattoo there artist messed up on . LINES ARE ALL SCRIBBLE SCRABBLE . Don’t go here the artist look like she was dying . She was laid out in the sun when I showed up looking like a dried out bum. I knew I should have gone with my gut and left but I decided to give her a chance but I was wrong. They had no business when I walked in that was the second red flag . They don’t do touch ups on weekends and when I call during the wee the only tattoo artist is out of town . NO GOOD. BAD TATTOO ARTIST . BAD BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT.Go with your gut IF it feels bad it is and this place is a ZERO .

This place is so cool! I got my first tattoo ever done here by Jason, and he was so calm and patient with me. I have a tendency to pass out, and every time I felt like I was going to, he stopped to let me recoup myself and never made me feel like a burden. I also got a pixie stick which really helped too!Then, I went in today to get my industrial pierced by Morgan, and he was also incredibly calm while I was a nervous wreck! Everything turned out perfectly and I am literally so happy I can’t even describe it, I would totally recommend this place and would absolutely come back for both tattoos and piercings.

Stopped by to get my 7 year old daughter’s ears pierced, and decided to do my nose, too!Morgan got us checked in right away. The shop was very clean and professional. Morgan measured and made sure my daughter’s ear piercings would be even, and was SO great at making sure she was comfortable through the entire process.We will definitely be back, and I recommended this shop to everyone!

This was an incredible experience for my daughter. Her first time getting a piercing outside of Claire’s went off without a hitch. They taught her the dos and donts of piercings and showed her what a sanitary and safe place looks like. I recommend this place 10/10!

Randomly decided to get my nose pierced and called immortal for a same-day appointment. Morgan was very kind and professional. My piercing ended up costing $80 in total and that’s including stainless steel jewelry (i believe that’s what the type of jewelry was called, if im remembering correctly lol) and wound wash. The whole process took less than 15 minutes and the place looked very clean. Super super satisfied with my experience:))

It was my very first time getting my nose pierced, and I was pretty nervous. The employees were amazing, in fact, they walked me through with clear instructions on the piercing process and the cleaning process. Everything was sanitary and tidy. It’s been about two days with my nose piercing in and it’s healing great! There’s no irritation or bumps. You just have to clean it regularly, which you should do for every piercing! Overall, my experience with Immortal Art Tattoo & Body Piercing was a 10/10. I’ll be more than happy to come back and get another piercing and possibly a tattoo when the time comes! :)))

Took my daughter and sister (with parental permission and proper paper work) to get their belly button pierced). The entire staff was an incredible sweet professiona groupl and the shop is clean and sterile. Enjoyed chatting with the lady up front!

Went in today to get my naval pierced and my boyfriend got his ears pierced. Everything went amazing. The owner was so cool and kept everything super comfortable. I was a little nervous at first but it was over in a heartbeat. He was super thorough with both of our piercings and spent time making sure everything lined up amazing! Definitely will be back for my next piercings!

All the guys at Imortal R true professionals. They take your Tats seriously. I use John for all my art...I consider him a friend as well. Were lucky to have good guys like this in our area. The shop os clean, and on top of their game. I wont use another shop, or artist.They also like snacks! Who doesnt?

At 58 years old, I decided its time for a nasal piercing. Because of cartilage issues, I had to let the ear holes grow out years ago and have considered doing it ever since. Finally decided to pull the trigger, and a friend suggested Immortal.I called and scheduled a same-day appointment. Morgan was polite and professional and did a great job of explaining things as he went along.The place is clean, the staff is courteous. And they make it clear that if you have questions you can call them anytime.Super happy with the way it turned out, and the facility as a whole.

I have had 5 piercings done here by the owner (who I think is the only one who does piercings here) and they were all great experiences and healed perfectly! He is extremely clean and precise. He measures out spacing to make sure everything is perfect, makes sure you like the placement before piercing, and is very calming and patient throughout the whole process. He is thorough on explaining the aftercare and gives you his card in case you have any questions or concerns. Getting piercings done here is a very comfortable experience. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get a piercing after the care I have received here!

Enjoyed my experience and the guy was very nice. He was the only person there but handles the crowd and phone well. Kept checking in with people and letting them know where they stood as far as service. When it came to my turn he was thorough with his explanation and aftercare. I didn’t like the actual piercings but that has nothing to do with him. My one ear had some scar tissue so it hurt a little. My nose!!! Omg, that Bishhhh was torture due to scar tissue there as well. So again nothing to do with him. A little pricey but to be expected from Scottsdale so I was prepared. Would go again.

Got second earlobe piercings here---was a walk-in and it was no problem, they got me squared away and in a room within 5 minutes. It was a measure-twice, cut once type of process, the artist meticulously checked and measured so the piercings would be even, and they turned out great! Super straight and well done. It WILL be more expensive than your average mall piercing, so be prepared for some sticker shock, but personally I think its worth it to make sure everything is clean and quality

I cant say enough about the people there!!First the shop is impeccably immaculate, the decor is inviting the staff is warm , attentive, helpful, kind and amazing. As I waited I watched the front gal help everyone with a smile Morgan and pierce a half dozen people who left smiling.In less than 2.5 hours my daughter and I had our drawings done and both of us tattooed.Jason Pendergraph is awesome! Strong artistict silent type that not only does great tattoo work on your body but helps your soul. My daughter shed her first tear at a tattoo shop...not from pain but from a great tribute tattoo. For all of these reasons and more I have found my new tattoo guy and shop!! Thank you❤

Wish I could give them 10 stars! My sister and I walked in for ear piercings and were greeted with a warm welcome. The staff was enthusiastic and kind. Price for each ear piercing was $40 but Morgan quickly and almost painlessly was able to punch in two piercings so the service was well worth the price! We were so pleased with the overall experience and will go back for more piercings and eventually tattoos!

Just got my 8 yos ears pierced here for her birthday. Fabulous job! She was nervous and, yes, it hurts a touch he was able to get her comfortable enough to get the second piercing done easily! He was patient and very honest (even told my very anxious daughter that I dont do sneak attacks). Were very happy with the placement. Aftercare was thoroughly explained. He thanked her for letting him pierce her ears. Because he was so genuine, she was telling us the epic story of her piercing adventure on the way home and how it doesnt hurt so bad. They offered their card for any questions. Would gladly come back for my own piercings!

I called before they opened (didnt realize they werent open yet) and they answered and accepted me right at the beginning of their day with no hesitation. As soon as I got there, my piercer went over care instructions while he prepped me, got it done very fast and very well, and reiterated the care instructions afterwards just to make sure I understood. Over all a very clean and well ran studio. 10/10 would get stabbed by a needle here any day.

I brought my 11-year-old daughter here for ear piercing and they exceeded my expectations! We were headed to the mall and then this place called me back and Im so grateful! Unbeknownst to me, the piercing places in the malls arent nearly as hygienic. It was a little disconcerting to not be with my daughter during the procedure due to Covid, but the employee (sorry I didnt get his name) kept the door open so I could hear and even brought my daughter out to show me the placement of the earrings before he pierced her ears. He went out of his way to make her feel comfortable. My daughter said he was extremely thorough, explaining step-by-step what he was doing, what she should expect, asking about allergies, propensity to faint, etc. He also provided detailed instructions on how she should clean her ears for the next 2 months. If youre looking for cleanliness, meticulous work and professionalism for piercings, this is the place to go!

Had my belly button pierced done. The staff was very welcoming. Morgan made me feel comfortable and very sured through out the process. Will be coming here in the future if I plan on getting more things done. 😃💯

The piercer at Immortal Art is super cool, helpful, and knowledgeable. I dropped in to pick up a couple pieces of jewelry and decided to throw in another cartilage piercing; all went well, descent (basic) jewelry selection, good customer service, and their fairly priced. I’d return if ever back in the area and in need of their help.

Visited Immortal Art on my birthday to get my ears re-piereced after the holes closed up. I was told that they wouldnt need to be re-pierced, only stretched because I had them previously pierced. The prices were not discussed beforehand, and Morgan preformed the stretching procedure. The procedure took 5 min and then I was given a bill for over $87 including tax. The environment was clean, the procedure was fast, yet I still dont feel that this shop was forthcoming with the price. The breakdown of costs was $40 for the earrings, then $20 for each ear stretching. I will not be returning for tattoos or piercings in the future due to the lack of communication from the beginning.

I love this place and have been going here for years. All 34 + piercings have each come out perfectly. Morgan is an excellent piercer ! I trust him only to do any of my piercings! Cute small tattoo designs behind my ear are exactly as I wanted them!

They only have one tattoo artist right now “due to Covid.” previously when I visited they had multiple amazing artists and I was extremely pleased with their helpfulness and willingness to draw up exactly what I wanted. My last visit the artist Jason was stoic and rude about what I wanted and argued with me about how I wanted to combine two separate images. He had absolutely no customer service and made me feel very uncomfortable. After sitting there contemplating on staying I told the front desk gal we had to leave and artist confronted me telling me I had to pay for the drawing he had been working on.... $60!!! For 20 min of tracing flowers. This was not a detailed piece, very simple. He just needed to trace the photos I gave him. He wasn’t creating something out of thin air. If you’re going to charge for drawings you need to state that upfront. I saw the drawing and didn’t even like it. I paid $60 for a waste of my time and got nothing out of it. I will not be coming back due to the lack of customer service and a lack of communication of charges. I shouldn’t be made to pay money for a drawing I won’t be using due to feeling very uncomfortable by the artist himself and a drawing I didn’t even like. I respect the artists time and understand the charge for the drawing but for 20 minutes of tracing lines for $60 is outrageous. Bring back your old artists with personalities and customer service. Why would I want to work with someone who seemed less than pleased to tattoo what I wanted?? That doesn’t make me comfortable for something that will be on my body forever.

I had my piercing fixed after another master and I was amazed by the professional work in this place. I recommend to everyone! Thanks to the owner of this salon, who gave me enough time and advice. I absolutely love my navel now!

Received my first piercing here when I was 17 and decided to return yesterday for another. This place has not only transformed internally interns of decor, but also with the staff. Both my mother and I have never been greeted with such warmth, kindness, and upbeat welcoming energy. The cartilage piercing last night was a a piece of cake, with literally zero pain experienced today. Jeremey is wonderful and I highly recommend requesting his services.

I got my daith pierced here for my 18th birthday and had an amazing experience. The piercer was very professional and walked me through it all and gave me tips on how to care for my new piercing. This was back in October and it’s healing beautifully! Very affordable and quality work done here

I walked in on a Sunday to Immortal and checked if there was any availability. Daniel Stella told me they had been busy but he would try and squeeze me in. He found a way to give me a high quality traditional wolf head. I love it and I love that Daniel went out of his way to make it happen. Hes a good dude whos got mad skill and loves to tattoo. This was my first visit to Immortal Art to get my sixth tattoo. Not only are the fellow members of the shop lovely to talk with, Brad Baumberger is a great person to work with. He is great in traditional style and does a wonderful job on geometric shapes and symmetry. Funny guy and good with banter. I always go back to see him for all my tattoos. WORTH IT !

I have a total of 7 tattoos now. Ive been getting tattoos for 6 years now and every single tattoo I have has been done by Immortal! I wouldnt trust ANYONE else to them. Todd has done 90% of my tattoos. Hes great! All the guys in there are so friendly and never a dull moment! Always keep me laughing! Morgan did a great job with the place! Always clean!!!!! TERRIBLE! STAY AWAY!I went here a while back. Finally got around to doing this because my experience was terrible.The guys here treat you terribly. They pierced my mothers and my nose super slanted. Ive had over 15 piercings (all from professional shops) and never has one healed so terribly. We tried this shop because a friend referred me. My mothers wouldnt even heal because of how they incorrectly pierced it. We found out from a professional shop that they pierced it very slanted and because of that our skin couldnt heal correctly. STAY AWAY FOR PIERCINGS!!!!!!! I can not speak to their tattoo talent, but Im sure the quality is similar.

Wonderful service. Called about pricing on piercings and they are very affordable compared to other places in the area. Walked in and was done in less than 10 minutes. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Chill atmosphere. Easy to find.

Lol that chick Katy needs to chill. Morgan has done 3 of my piercings and did them all perfectly (both nipples and septum). The healing issue is your moms fault not the shops problem. Theyre not gonna sit there and clean it for your mom every day. The artists there are awesome and I wont go anywhere else.

Best place I’ve ever gone to. I’ve gotten my nose pierced and then re pierced there. Both times were fantastic. They are so patient and so gentle. It’s almost painless. Would 100% recommend going to them

I came in for a VERY simple fine line lotus flower tattoo. The artist kept insisting it wasnt possible to do a line that thin on the back of my ankle ?? Walked out with an extremely thick and blown out tattoo with the dots all bleeding together😭

My Artist, James Cadwell, just moved here. I love his work and we are getting an entire sleeve going. Finding the place took a little time, but it was very nice when I got there.Walked it, as soon as I got to the counter, someone was coming to help me, got James and we went right to his station.The place looked clean and neat, the artists came over to see what we were doing when they werent busy, everyone was very friendly... Its a good atmosphere to go to, will be going back to start the next section.

GO SEE BRAD BAUMBERGER! Every artist at Immortal Art is awesome and theyre all super friendly. Ive been going to Brad for a while now, and cant recommend him enough. He specializes in traditional tattoos but can do tons of different styles. Hes super professional and talented, and an awesome dude. You really cant go wrong at this shop!

DO NOT GET PIERCINGS HERE! After 8 months of pain and suffering, infections and antibiotics, I found out from a Professional that my piercing was shredded, pierced crooked, and the wrong type of earring was put in, which all three put together caused my issues. I went back to Immortal Art three separate times for help and was told that everything was OK and to let it heal....They were obviously VERY wrong. My Husband went into the studio to check it out and thought it was very dirty inside. Please beware.

After many years of having pierced ears and not experiencing any problems, I could no longer get one earing in. It seemed as though the hole had closed up. I spoke to Morgan on the phone and he said he wouldnt need to re-pierce it, only to stretch it a little in the back of the ear. The whole process took about a minute for him to do it. The charge was $20.00, which I had no problem paying. I gave him my charge card and saw that the total was $22.86. When I questioned him, he informed me that was a processing fee. I was shocked they would charge a 14% processing fee so I asked if he could cancel it, and I would pay cash. He said he couldnt. I told him he needed to inform his customers before-hand that there is a processing fee so customers can pay cash if they choose. Its not the $2.86 - its absolutely the principle! Ive never heard of charging a 14% fee by using a charge card! Customers should be aware of this practice before they have any work done.

The staff at this shop is AMAZING! Morgan pierced my sons ears and was very professional and reassuring. It was a very pleasant experience.

It has been years since my last tattoo. Hector was really friendly and professional. He did a fantastic job and i definitely recommend him and i will be back to get a few more.

Back in 2016 I was looking for a tattoo and someone who can do the art since I cannot do it myself all of the tattoo artist told me I have to do the art myself and when I was talking to the artist I was looking at there tools to do the work Ive noticed they used the same ones from a previous customer to a new one who was getting there very first one in there lives (I truly hope the person who received there first tattoo didnt get a blood disease with the used tool) but this tattoo parlor from my point of view should be closed permanently because of thereimproper knowledge and use of the tools

Really helpful guys working here. They are patient and friendly. Im sure they have seen and heard it all so nothing really phases them a whole lot.

Got my daughters ears pierced and it was a great experience!

Went there to get a couple of names done in script which was only 12 letters and they wanted 280 bucks way over priced for to little of work

Went in to get a realistic tattoo. But none of them do that. Just the cartoon looking tattoos. Place sucks
