Jade took her time marking and showing me between markings to make sure I was happy with placement. Asking questions to make sure she was making the placement exactly what I wanted.

She took her time making sure the holes matched up on both ears, remarking them until it was right. It’s been a few weeks and they’re healing up very nicely with no issues. Would definitely recommend them

The people are super friendly, the price I got for my septum piercing was only $35 so I was surprised that it was a very good price. I would definitely recommend going there for your piercings, it has a great atmosphere to where the moment you walk in to being satisfied from when you walk out happy

Really fun friendly staff. Super reasonable prices and personal attention. Jewelry isnt top of the line, but everything is new, sterile, and sharp. Definitely the best service youll find in the area. No pain or problems with my piercings.

I took my 17 year old son to get his ears pierced, and my 14 year old daughter to get her nose pierced at Electric Steel we were very impressed by the shop and the employees. The employees were very helpful and were able to answer all questions and concerns we had. I would strongly recond this business.

I got my breast pierced here. When they healed they were so off I had to get them fixed.The piercers here change out so often and reek of pot not to mention that one that smoked off a day pen when I went to get jewelry with a friend. For your safety dont go here they dont know anatomy and dont clean there jewelry.

My sister and I got our noses pierced today and it was a great experience. The ladies there were very nice and considerate. The piercer there was by far the best piercer I have ever had. It was almost painless she was so good. She is quick, accurate and efficient. She also takes the time to make sure she is piercing to satisfy the customer and their future needs. I highly recommend them to anyone!

I went in and they were a bit on the more serious side , not really joking around and that made me uncomfortable, Im a very anxious person so the seriousness wasnt very reliving.I got my tounge peirced by them and on the 4th day I ended up having to take it out due to the reaction I was having , my jaws swelled up very very bad , I couldnt talk or eat nor could I go to school due to the pain level, painkillers were not working at all for the pain , I went to see a different peircer so she could look at where they peirced it and the women who peirced it ethier hit or was right next to a nerve in my tounge. The day after I took out the bar a lot of white gunk appeared on my gums and when I cleaned it my gums started to bleed. Im not on day 7 and my jaw is healed better . I went through 4 bottles of mouthwash to make sure I was properly taking care of the healing process but in the end I do not recomend letting them Peirce your tounge due to that experience.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My wife has some goofy allergies and Holly was extremely patient answering all our questions. Absolutely no hesitation recommending them!

I am new to piercing and they really care about your placement and telling you about the healing process, I went from 0 piercings to 4 very quickly just because everyone is so nice it makes me want to come back! I’ve had several piercings done here by Klayre (some of them in very sensitive areas) and she is a needle ninja. Quick, professional, and precise. Not near as much pain as was expected. Definitely recommend.

They were really good here. I went in for spacers for a new job and to get closed rings taken out that were so stuck in place i thought id have to cut them out. It was a struggle but the lady got them out and even managed to keep them intact. A1 service and friendly helpful staff

Good clean shop with helpful and knowledgeable staff. I went in to get a specific type of earring, which they dont really typically carry it seems. This would be my only complaint for lack of a better word - the lack of variety in the earrings, in gauges higher than zero that is. Once you get to the point where you are measuring your piercing, not in gauges, but inches in diameter, they have plenty of variety.The reason I am still giving them 4 stars and will be back is because the lady working the counter was kind enough to take the time to go through the stock she had just gotten to see if there was something closer to my liking. I was jumping from an 8 to 6 (or 4) and I prefer the types of plugs that screw together at the back (never trusted the rubber band holds or the flare style) and, after going through her new stock she was able to find something that was serviceable. In the meantime the piercing lady had come out to see if anyone was getting anything done before she started to break down and I was impressed by the attention not only to detail, but to overall cleanliness which is paramount in a store such as this. Would definitely recommend but would also ask staff to try and diversify their selection! Not everyone measures their ear holes in inches LOL!

I went here to get my 2nds and 3rds and an industrial over a year ago.The piercing experience was great (minus the pain), the piercer made me feel comfortable.However I believe my anatomy wasn’t suitable for an industrial. It started having problems a few days in and I had to go get it taken out. And even with proper aftercare (I’ve had several piercings before), my 3rds are still sore after over a year. I also think the jewelry they used isn’t great for new piercings as the front of one of the earrings got lodged COMPLETELY within my skin on one of my 2nds during the first week. They just told me to try to force it out and it was extremely painful. I had to buy new (titanium) earrings that didn’t have such a small front so it wouldn’t happen again.I’m just concerned because I feel like earlobe piercings shouldn’t still be red, swollen, and sore after over a year. I’ve never had this problem with any other piercings from anywhere else.

These people are RUDE. Place was completely empty. No customers. Two young ladies were sitting on the couch and acting put out they had to quit chatting and help a customer. When they got up one was so rude I left without getting my helix earring replaced. I would give zero stars if I could.

I loved it here 🥰, the employees are amazing and friendly, loved talking to them, they are helpful especially when I fainted 😂. I recommend this place, you wont regret it!

The first time I came here it was for ear piercings and it was so uneven. So I let it heal and decided to try the place again and it was the same thing. I do not recommend this place.
