I recently took my 4 month old daughter to get her ears pierced with Katherine. I was a nervous wreck for her since shes a fidgety baby, however, Katherine was extremely patient with us and made the process smooth. On the plus side, she has a super cute assistant (her daughter) who helped distract my baby during the procedure. She was super sweet; I loved it! Katherine is very knowledgeable in what she does and provides you with all the information you need to clean/maintain the babys piercing. Even after the procedure, I texted her a few times to clarify about maintenance since I kept forgetting. Katherine never hesitated to reply and always gave a quick response. I have been searching for a medical facility to take my daughter to safely get her ears pierced. I did not want to take her to the mall or tattoo shop. Being a first time mom, I was completely dreading hearing the cry of my daughter after getting her ears pierced. When I stumbled across Katherine’s website, I felt that my daughter would be in good hands and scheduled with her. She carries a great line of Swedish jewelry that is nickel free- so it won’t create allergies! My daughter chose a beautiful sparkly stud. The piercing itself was quick and easy. My daughter said that it was way better than she had expected. And a week later they are healing very well. Katherine gave us great instructions for aftercare and it’s going very well. She also gave my daughter a little printed certificate to celebrate this milestone. All-in-all, for a concerned mom, this was an ideal experience. Katherine was amazing! Scheduling was super easy and SHE COMES TO YOUR HOUSE!! It was truly amazing! She does one ear at a time (just FYI) so the 2nd ear was a little rough for my 2.5 year old (having a “reward” helps to distract), but she was done crying within 10 minutes and has been obsessed with her “diamonds” ever since! Katherine was the best! She made my baby as comfortable as possible considering her ears were being pierced. She works very well with children and she knew exactly how to work with a baby. She is also very COVID cautious which is great because my husband and I are very careful when it comes to COVID and our baby. If you are nervous about going to a mall to get your baby’s ears pierced (especially because the mask mandate has been lifted) then make an appointment with Katherine. You will be happy you did!

Katherine is a registered nurse and very good with young children. My daughters (4 years old & 2 years old) both got their ears pierced. She was very gentle with them and explained exactly how she will do it. My 4 year old did not even cry (to my surprise). She also followed up weeks after the appointment to check in to make sure that everything was going well. When I needed additional cleaning supplies, she gave me instructions on products I can go buy. My older daughter has sensitive skin and her ears took a little longer to heal. I reached out to Katherine and she recommended changing out the earrings and even sent me options on what type to buy. I cannot say enough about her and the service she provides. She is amazing!

I have a feisty three year old that was very nervous to get her ears pierced but really wanted to wear earrings like her big sister. I wasn’t sure the best route to chose on getting her ears pierced. My 8 year old daughter has been begging me to get her ears pierced for over 2 years...I continued to say no. Now that she’s older I finally was ready to give in BUT because of COVID found nowhere to do it (will not go to Clairs if you paid me...just my opinion). Searched online and found Katherine. If you don’t know, the company DOES NOT sell their ear piercing kits to just anyone...ONLY doctors or nurses....I think that’s pretty good right there. I made an online appointment for my TWO daughters, as of course the 5 yr old needs them too :-) ha. Katherine and I communicated via text about the earrings my kids want, just to make sure she had them for both girls. She came to my home and in the privacy of our backyard set herself up. My kids sat comfortably on the patio as she cleaned their ears, marked them, showed them to me to make sure I was ok with positioning and in minutes my girls had their sparkly earrings and were overjoyed!!!! No tears, just pure happiness! They said it hurt slightly but they’re fine. Katherine is a true professional, friendly with kids to ease their mind, and follows up after...what more can you want?!? She gave us after care wipes, extra backings just in case and within 20 minutes max we were all done. You can tell she’s very organized and clean (and also wore gloves) and I would recommend her to anyone! Lastly, I didn’t want to mess w my kids ears and wash them too much so I literally did the wipes at night before bed or warm water w salt using a q-tip...just at night, and they are healing perfectly! My kids easily sleep on their ears, no pain or discomfort, no infections, no issues w earring material...just a A+ experience!!
