I would 100% recommend coming here. My friend and I walked in without appointments and was greeted by the AMAZING Billie. She was so nice and accommodating, I can tell she loves her job and she’s good at it too. I love my navel piercing ($60). I’m definitely going back in the future. I wish I could give her 100 stars!!

Every time I leave sin alley, I leave with a smile on my face. The friendliest staff, the cleanest and most professional place and the only place I go for my piercing needs! Mike, Billy and everyone here greets you with a smile (and a lollipop). If you’re considering getting a new tat or piercing, owner Mike will take great care of you. Billie was the sweetest and so professional, love that she explained all the aftercare for my piercing right off the bat before we started and she was super chill. Definitely will be back and recommend this place for anyone looking for a piercing. Decent pricing as well, not a rip off like some places lol!

Stopped by this shop today because they said they could help with reopening a few piercings that closed during a surgery recovery. Billie was awesome and made me feel so comfortable with all the decisions I was making! She even helped me sit in the chair because I’m on crutches right now (but really couldn’t wait any longer to get my jewelry back in lol). She talked me through different options as well as perfectly lining up the left side of my nose piercing to my right side! She kept trying until she got the placement perfect which I loved! The inside is so cute and they seem very clean with all the steps they take in the process. Definitely will be going back in the future!

So, i went here on monday for my nose piercing and on friday for my navel piercing. Both times were AMAZING! The staff is so nice and so helpful. The environment is very safe and friendly. 10/10 would go here again in the future.

I had my daughter’s nose pierced here . She was going away to camp so I had to go have a retainer put in . I had to go else where because I was unable to get in before they closed . Upon having the her original piercing removed the women in formed me that the nose was no longer pierced the inside was closed due to the hoop not being secure ! She advised I call the studio they may have used the wrong jewelry or had not put on the ball . My daughter was very upset since now it’s cheer season and can’t be re pierced for months . I called and was told this was normal and that it happens often that the ball falls off and no offer to re pierce nor where we told to watch for this kind of thing to happen when getting The piercing done. Very disappointed! We will be going else where to get re pierced .

My son who turned 18 went to Mike for his first tattoo yesterday. What a fun experience, and Mike nailed it!! From the second we walked in the door and was greeted by Billie and then met Mike we all felt like family. My son could not be happier with the choice and the job that Mike did. The work and the end result is AWESOME!!

I went today after getting referred by my boss! Cupcake/John is the nicest tattoo artist I ever meet😊! He was so talkive and sweet(which who just likes sitting there lol atleast not me lol)! He also touched up a tattoo other tattoo artist messed up on top of tattooing the tattoo I came in for. Which he didn’t have to fix other artist work but he did😊! I will 100% be back if you guys ever want a tattoo cupcake/john is the way to go

Kylie was kind and thorough with my 13 year old for 3rd holes and a helix hole. Although it’s been less than 24 hours she is currently pain free. Highly recommend for piercing. I would never go back to a piercing place that uses a piercing gun.

Everyone here is always super friendly and knowledgeable! They always have someone available when I want an impulsive piercing or tattoo!

I just left Billy at Sin Ally and I cant say enough nice things not only about her but about this business. the minute I walked in she was super welcoming and super nice. I had an appointment for one piercing and when I asked if she could do two. She was extremely accommodating. My experience is not 5 stars. It is 6 stars! Awesome business. Awesome people! I highly recommend them for any of your piercing needs!

If you go here and get Mike you’re gonna get a great experience he’s good to talk to and exchange stories with his work is really good and if you are looking for someone who is like this Mike is the perfect person to get tattooed by.

I got this tattoo back in March of 2021 (first picture) but I wanted to share that even over a year later I still get so many compliments on it. I love it so much!!! I had a great experience from start to finish. From showing what I wanted, the shop recommending the right artist (Dave) and then it being perfectly done. I can’t wait to go back and get more!

I have gotten a few tattoos here and last one was done by cupcake and I absolutely love it! I also got my lip piercing by Billie and she was awesome too! Id recommend anyone here, they are all super professional and knowledgeable!

I went in a few weeks ago to have a nose piercing changed, and shortly after it started getting irritated and I noticed it was turning my nose green, went to another place to have them look at it and it was plated metal, I assumed going to a professional for a change I would get safe and good quality jewelry or at least made aware what I was purchasing wasn’t real.

I went and got two piercings here and had to take them out. I reached out to the shop and got a response pretty quickly and they were able to resolve my issue. This is the kind of place I would go back to just because of how kind and responsive they were. The shop is clean and nicely put together. In the future I will make sure I educate myself on what piercings I’m getting done so I know what I’m getting into. 🥰

I came in to get my nostril pierced after having taken it out a couple years ago. This time I decided I wanted it double pierced. Billie was super nice and the placement looks great, however after I left my nose went numb and it’s been a few months and my nose is still numb. Haven’t regained feeling, which sucks. But I spoke to Mike I believe who is billies husband and the owner. I spoke to him about a tattoo id like covered and he gave me his number and I sent him photos he asked for. He told me he would get back to me and never did. That’s just poor customer service especially when I told him to use his creative freedom and do whatever he’d like. He said he specialized in coverups and reworking so I thought that was the perfect idea. If they hadn’t been so nice when I was there I’d not have such a high rating. Losing feeling in my nose is honestly so awful and I’ve thought about letting them close up because maybe it’s fix it but idk what to do and I just feel let down.

My daughter and I both had our noses pierced at Sin Alley. The building was clean, and the piercer was professional. She took the time to explain what to expect and walked us both through the piercing process. I will definitely return if I decide to get another piercing.

Just got my navel pierced by billie today! it was my first time being to an actual piercing place... i was nervous beforehand but she was very clear with everything she explained and made the whole thing very pleasant. would definitely recommend!!

The place is good, they handle all kinds of instruments for doing tattoos and piercings, but it is very American and it shows in everything even in the treatment they give you.

This is an edit of my previous review and i came to realize that not all piercings are meant for everyone, i’ve always liked all the piercings i got here and even the ones that i had to retire because of complications. it’s best to talk to your piercer about concerns and any previous piercings you’ve healed. just in case bruising, swelling can be too much. i appreciate this shop and it’s dedication to have all customers happy! i recommend this shop to anyone seeking piercings a safe place for piercings or tattoos.!

I was very happy with my experience here... at first. A friend and I had our nipples pierced, and everything went great. Week after the piercing, the bar is digging into my skin. We go back in to get longer bars, to which we were told the piercings look fine and dont need longer bars. It gets worse within 2 days, and I want a second opinion because the piercings are hurting and I dont want a nasty keloid. We go to an APP certified shop in Providence to which we are told longer bars will not help, and the piercings are too deep and wont heal. Recommend to take out and let heal. (The other place did not try to upsell or anything so I trusted them) I think the piercers here need updated education. Called Sin Alley to let them know and they dismiss me and say they will re pierce for free. But I dont trust them anymore honestly. I do not recommend a piercing here, do yourself a favor and pay the extra money to go to a reputable APP certified shop! Would post pictures, but it would be NSFW

The shop is super clean and professional, staff is very friendly and welcoming. I saw Billie for a nose piercing, and she was wonderful. She made me feel very comfortable, explained everything thoroughly, and honored my request to pierce with a hoop versus a stud. When I immediately regretted it upon seeing how it looked on me (to no fault of hers), she was incredibly kind and solution-oriented. She swapped it to a subtle stud that I absolutely love and suits me much better, and she didn’t make me feel crazy for panicking when I realized I actually hated the hoop (that I wanted so bad lol). She was very professional and calming. It’s been 9 days now, it’s healing flawlessly, and I’m so happy with it. I highly recommend Billie for your piercing needs. She provided a 5 star experience, and I would send any of my friends to her.

Highly recommend this place! Very clean, super friendly staff everyone was super helpful. Mike was amazing I showed him a design I wanted of a rose with “Mom” written on a banner like sailor jerry tattoo design. He made sure I was happy with the size, shading and coloring and just an overall nice genuine person. Mike is extremely talented and I will absolutely be going again. Billie was fantastic! I was a walk-in after reading reviews. I had requested a tragus piercing and wanted information before proceeding. Billie took the time to explain things perfectly; including the piercing, after care and healing process (what to expect and what to look for). It was a Clean environment, welcoming staff friendly, and great pricing!! Would definitely recommend to others!

I got my septum pierced by Billie and had such a good experience! She was so informative about aftercare and about the process of the piercing. Got my bellybutton pierced here in October of 2022 the people were pretty nice but the bar of the piercing was wayy to small and they used wayy to much skin cleaned it with dial like they Recommended but it had not healed and it is starting to reject :(

Years ago, I came to Sin Alley Tattoo to get a tattoo done on my thigh. The price that I paid for what I got done was a really good deal to me. Their so like kind, polite? Made me feel very comfortable and I was and still am SO happy at how the Tattoo came out. I couldnt remember where I got my tat done until last year I wanted to pierce my nose, (regular, not septum) was looking online for a good rated place, with a good price as soon as I seen Sin Alley Tattoo pop on my search I was like 👍🏻 yes yup thats where I am going because they are a clean establishment, with good prices for awesome work. Im actually gonna be setting to go back there to get the other side of my nose pierced. Amazing job guys keep the great work going!! ♡

I took my 6 year old here to get her ears pierced. It couldnt have been a better experience for her. Billie was awesome , shes really good at making kids feel comfortable. We even made it out of there with both ears pierced lol Will definitely be coming back here in the future for either my girls or myself!

I can’t say it enough, GO TO Gabriel!! The absolute best. So caring and put sooo much work into my tattoo. I went in alittle late in the day (my fault) but he still worked on me and stayed an hour and a half past closing to help me out. Tattoo looks fantastic. THE best.

Workers are very nice, got my tattoo here and I love it. But not a reputable shops when it comes to piercings. Always gave me bad aftercare advice like using tea tree oil or soap which I’ve learned from reputable piercers are big No nos.I was also told I had the “perfect” ear shape for an industrial and that it was going to heal beautifully, to find out that I don’t have the right autonomy and my ear shape actually won’t support the piercing, but they gave it to me anyway.(They also had issues giving me the right sized bar. Gave me a bar that was way too long at first and then gave me a little attitude when I asked for a shorter bar)So I had a difficult healing process and had to get it taken out anyways.Might come back here for a tattoo but I will be paying the extra price to go to a more reputable shop for piercings.Edit: I appreciate the response. I’m sorry to leave a negative review and sorry if I come off as rude, but I’m sure you understand that it’s very upsetting to spend $60+ on a piercing just to be told by several other piercers that I should of never received it in the first place. I was advised to take it out early to prevent more scarring

The first time I had a helix piercing done on Federal Hill, my ear blew up and hurt so badly the first day. They pierced my ear and let me go home without any information at ALL.I came here for a second lobe piercing and helix piercing in the same day, and Billie was super knowledgeable and informative. I will definitely only be coming here for all of my piercings now. Note its only been the first day, and all three piercings dont hurt at all! Thank you Sin Alley Tattoo!

Just got a tattoo done there by an artist named Chris. Its the second tattoo I have gotten done by him now. He is an unbelievable artist and always makes sure you are comfortable. He even touched up a tattoo that he did years at another shop and he did it for no charge. The place itself is extremely clean and has an awesome vibe! Definitely will be going there again! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get some ink done!

My bellybutton was pierced too shallow at another place (Visions in Medway) and Sin Alley told me they could repierce it when it was healed. Definitely recommend going here!

Stopped in for a spur of the moment tattoo. Ive driven by this place for 6 years and always look at the samples on the walls. Finally decided to stop in was not disappointed. Got my tattoo done by Johnny. Its my 2nd tattoo but 1st one at Sin Alley. It came out awesome. His design was on point and he matched the color perfectly. Would definitely go back for another one.

I have had a surprisingly hard time finding simple hoops for my peircings. They helped me out very quickly and easily for an amazing price. Plus they were taking extra steps to feel clean and safe with virus precautions.

Clean establishment. I got a faded American flag on my inner bicep and the artist did a great job. Walked in no appointment, and drew the tattoo out for me and inked me within a couple hours. The people there we chill and helped me decide what kind of ink I wanted. Did great work and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Have only been once.

Nice, clean place. Did a walk in with a few friends for some bff tattoos on the smaller end. The receptionist/piercer came off as a bit irritated (possibly from being walk-ins and cheesy?) and of course it didn’t feel too good... we were just having fun with the tatt idea. She was able to fit us in, though had to reject someone with a larger concept sometime after while we were waiting, so I’m not quite sure what the problem was if quick walk-ins aren’t the problem...I take a lot of things to heart, especially if I don’t see I’ve done anything wrong. If it’s really an elitist thing with tattoos? A part of me did want to walk out because of those vibes.Other major thing was that they were aware of it being our first tattoos (2/3 of us) and we weren’t provided aftercare instructions, which I found a bit strange. I believe the waiver mentioned we’d be instructed of aftercare as well.Other than that the artist was wicked nice. We had some conversation here and there. Didn’t want to distract him, but he took his time.Would recommend checking it out if you want something bigger, traditional, and are not new to tattoos.

I felt very comfortable there when i walked through the door. i felt kind of dizzy a few minutes after i left after getting my piercing done i went back inside the place and i told the guy who did my piercing that i felt dizzy he told me to sit down and relax and then he gave me some water and wet napkins because i was hot very nice place and a comfortable environment

Had the worst experience ever and will NEVER go back ever!!!!!!!! “Billy” (female) was very rude and don’t recommend her doing or taking out ANY TYPES of jewelry AT ALL , as soon as my friend and I got there and I told her what I needed she was already annoyed like it’s not her JOB!!!! Then on top of that I did not sign ANY consent form or take my ID for any info, NEXT she did NOT clean or sterilize anything she was using on my face nor did she clean or sterilize the area of the piercing, Will NEVER recommend or go back EVER!!!!! Thanks for the worst experience “BILLY”!

Infection set in super fast despite following their (outdated as I later found out from an APP certified piercer ) aftercare instructions to the letter. When I came back asking if they thought it was infected after being told by three different people it was the guy glanced at it and told me no its fine its harder to get an infection than you think. OK, cool. Symptoms continue to worsen despite meticulous aftercare, and three days later I go to urgent care, the doctor says I have a raging infection, puts me on a course of antibiotics, recommends I remove the piercing, but I refuse fearing abscess if the holes close over infection. I leave it in and ask an APP approved piercer what to do, as it started to seem as if the infection was clearing, they recommended removing it because the jewelry was not a good match for my anatomy, the bottom ball was far too large and would likely cause rejection. Giving it one last chance, I decided to keep it in against advice and lo and behold, it started to reject, the skin over the piercing became thin and weak, so I ended up removing it, but not before having to sterilize two pairs of needle nose pliers to wrench it off because the ball was screwed on so crooked it was stuck beyond belief. So now Im in pain, out $55, and without a piercing. You get what you pay for I guess, I shouldve waited till I could afford an APP approved piercer.

I came here years ago for my first piercing and two tattoos back then the customer service was great warm welcome and cozy I came today new people very rude I came to buy tongue piercings just very rude uncomfortable environment Im a resident of Pawtucket I shop all around in Pawtucket and this is the first time I ever felt unwelcoming vibe in an establishment if youre not familiar with working with a different type of demographic or Urban demographic or ethnic demographic then maybe you shouldnt have your tattoo parlor in Pawtucket Rhode Island

Billie is fabulous! Repierced my mother in law and my moms ears, they can wear earrings again that dont pull the lobe down!

I’ve gotten my belly button pierced here, they pierced it way too high, and even with cleaning it 3 times a day with sea salt and water, it wouldn’t heal. i eventually had to take it out

I absolutly loved this place, the girls there were amazing, at first i walked in scared to get my nose pierced but the lady who did mines talked to me in the room which calmed me down alot, as i was inside getting pierced the other lady was outside talking to both my younger siblings just having a convo.. I honestly enjoy the ladies and i will be back for more future piercings

I got a nose piercing from here to day it was really good it didnt really hurt the lady who did it was really nice and it only cost 60 dollars

I went in there twice, I wanted to get info on a tattoo, the girl was very unprofessional, sounded like she didn’t even want to bother, I left with no app , I went back 2 days later figuring I’d give them them benefit of the doubt, too again be brushed off like what I wanted didn’t matter, would not give me an app said they were short handed with people on vacation, told me to look on their website, Apparently don’t want my business so I will go elsewhere

The artist and shop is nice , but it sucks when they tell you your down payment on your tattoo is not refundable after you already swipe .

I went with my mother for two piercings, an incredible girl treated us and we are very happy with the result! It didnt even hurt and she was super careful and kind, I totally recommend it!

I am 6 to 7 years old, I got this tattoo here with these professionals and I am still happy
