This is best shop in town in my opinion! The eviroment is inviting, with plenty of options to choose from on the walls. They do tattoos AND piercings! The people running the shop Josh and Jess are very kind and welcoming. Ive gotten several tattoos from Rick and they have all turned out amazing, hes always ready to make my visions come to life, and ive yet to be disappointed. Jess is VERY knowledgeable and really knows what she is doing when it comes to piercings, she will give it to you straight up no bullsh*t on your aftercare too! They are a traditional shop with the ability to do non traditional tattoos too. I am and will continue to be a returning customer!

Jess is phenomenal with her work. Her knowledge is on point and she cares so much about everything being sterile and that is all you could hope for really and that your piercings look great! I drove over an an hour to get pierced by her after following her on Facebook and seeing her work. She listened to me, made sure to talk through every detail and I love how my matching nose piercings turned out. I highly recommend!

Jess and Josh did an amazing job. I got my ears pierced by Jess and she was very professional and showed me how to clean my new piercing. She was very kind and cheerful. Josh did my tattoo and did amazing. He listened to my ideas and helped me create a great lotus tattoo that I love. He was cheerful as well. Thank you guys so much for the kindness and amazing work. I will definitely be going back. Would highly recommend anyone to go here.

Jess was a great help with my daughters ears. She got them pierced at a different shop but they had a bad reaction when we tried changing them out. Jess looked at them and gave us options to help her ears heal. She was very sweet and made sure that everything was clean and in a good place. Highly recommend going there, she was very knowledgeable.

Today I saw Jess for my nose piercing and she was so professional, she explained everything as she was getting her sterilized table and equipment ready. I was so impressed by her! And knowing how she uses new equipment rather than just sterilizing the same for everyone, I was amazed at the cleanliness. She is super professional, kind and answered all my questions. I would give her 10 stars if I could, and I will be back! I will recommend her shop to everyone for sure!

Josh did an amazing job on my knights templar and saint michael tattoos, happy I had found him, wouldnt go to anyone else. Better for me as I live close by to his shop, driving 5 to 10 minutes beats driving 45 minutes to an hour to the other side of Boise. Would recommend to my friends.

Jess is an amazing piercer. The time she takes to explain every little detail, and make sure you’re happy about everything is awesome! Definitely go check them out if you haven’t already

Always friendly, clean and professional service. Josh has worked with me many times to create the Tattoo ideas I have in my head and be able to apply flawless ink to my skin, the healing has always been great with no scaring, always impressed with his work!! My wife has had exceptional service from Jessica as well for piercings, she was able to perform a pretty complicated triple piercing on my wife and it came out perfect, she has also went into Jessica for aftercare and to change out jewelry sizes, Jessica has been great about getting her in right away and has a wealth of knowledge about piercings and correct jewelry placement and sizes for any application. All in all you could not find a better shop that has this kind of vibe and clean customer service. I would Highly Recommend to anyone!!

I can not say enough about this shop! I highly recommend it to anyone. I have gone to Jess for multiple piercings. All of my questions are always answered. Jess is extremely knowledgeable in her field and she only purchase top of the line Jewelry. I am allergic a lot metals, Jess worked with me and price range to find the best jewelry. All of my piercing have healed beautifully. Anytime I have/ had questions or concerns a call to Jess and I am either sitting in her chair so she can see it, or she gives me something to try over the phone. Her shopIs very clean, she has some of the best sterile techniques I have seen. And she takes her time to make sure everything looks and feels right.

We had a great experience at boomerang! Jess pierced my 8 year olds lobes and did a great job explaining every step. Everything was very professional and clean. Wed definitely go there again!

I went in to see Jess about re-piercing my 13 year old daughter’s ears. We had a bad experience at a different piercing company and we had to wait until my daughter’s ears healed to repierce them. Jess was so professional, couteous, and patient with all of my questions. I was very impressed with the care she took in checking my daughters ears when she put on sterile gloves to just examine the old piercings. We went in to get her ears pierced, and I am happy to report— We had no infections and it was a great and successful re-piercing. I also want to say that when we got our smaller posts, it was the same professional, and clean environment that we appreciated. Not only that, Jess went above and beyond by looking up tattoo and piercing studios for us because we were moving out of state, just to make sure we would have the same level of professionalism and expertise to care for our continued piercing journey. I so appreciated the extra care and professionalism Jess brings to the table. I definitely would recommend the studio. I give it 10 stars!

I would give it a 0 star if I could. I got my navel pierced by Jess. She was super sweet while I got it done. But after a few days my entire belly turned black from bruising & my piercing got extremely swollen. After being concerned about it I went to get different opinions from 4 other piercers. I spoke with them and had them all look at the piercing. They all said the same thing. Jess used the wrong size gauge, 12 gauges are not the proper size for navel at all. She pierced it way to close to the surface, and used steel instead of titanium like she advertises. After learning all this and doing more research on what size, metal, and location for piercing they all said the same thing. I called to have a CIVIL conversation with Jess about what had happened. She immediately began to get defensive and emotional and refused to listen to a word I had said. She kept repeating the same thing over again and would not let me speak. She was extremely rude and unprofessional with me. I did not attack her as a piercer and and only wanted to let her know of what happened with my piercing so she can learn from it, instead she argued and yelled at me. I do not recommend this place if you want a proper navel piercing. Do your research on your piercers. I ended having to get it removed because of how bad it was.

I got my nose pierced by Jess and a week later my husband and I Got a tribal dragon and Phoenix done by Josh and it was a great experience. Very sterile environment and process. Very happy with how the nose piercing and tattoos both came out

Edit: Jessica is absolutely THE best piercer Ive ever had!! I cant recommend her enough!I was a walk in for a septum piercing a few months back, and Jessica was absolutely amazing! Very kind, and made sure I understood the process before getting started. She talked to me through the entire thing, making sure I was comfortable. Since then, Ive gone back to her for stretching my earlobes, and plan on going in on Friday to have my daiths done as well.

Jess is mine and my wife’s go to for piercings. She offers great quality jewelry options at a fair price and stands behind her work. My wife had her dual post antler ear piercing get bent and tear her ear a little bit and Jess came in on her day off to put studs in for my wife and completely handled getting the antler warrantied while my wife’s ear heals. I highly recommend her for all of your piercing needs.

Took my oldest for his 1st ear piercing and the rest of us for another. She was awesome about explaining everything to him. And you can get your metal for the post ionized in different colors. Very clean and super friendly.

This place is maxing i get bad anxiety when i get piercings and jess helped me take deep breaths and made it fast and painless i recommend her to everyone im booking a tattoo with them as well with josh. boomerang tattoo company is the way to go!!! ❤️

I went to get my nose pierced and it went great! I was nervous because I hate needles, but she was very kind and went above and beyond with explaining everything! The jewelry is great quality, at a reasonable price. I 100% recommend this place!!

So Aaron and I went to get his tattoo done again second try. We arrived at ten to one appointwas for one. Aaron texted him as we knew they were closed, and he was coming in to do Aaron’s on his day off. He seemed to forget again and when he made it to the shop he threw open the door in a temper tantrum saying that he was called on his day off, twenty minutes before the time he was supposed to be starting the tattoo. He threw down the chairs and was hollering and stomping back and forth. The receptionist was trying to calm him down apologizing to us that he was in a bad mood. Aaron felt uncomfortable to have him tattoo with that attitude and wanted to leave he moment he came in without getting his hundred dollar deposit. I told him we were getting the money back while he was screaming at the receptionists he didn’t care and would do it for free because of his attitude. When receptionist came back to front to apologize again we asked for deposit back and said he was very unprofessional at this point he attacked me and told me to F off and he didn’t want to do the tattoo anyway and I couldn’t call him unprofessional in his own business He then told me I was uncontrolling and demanding. Boomerang Tattoo and josh should be avoided in Payette. We then went and talked to Chris at mindsight Tattoo and he thought I was lovely.

Jess is the most amazing piercer i have been to. She pierced my nose last november and did a great job. i was pretty nervous and she was very patient with me and made sure i was comfortable with everything. then in october i went to a different piercer for my bellybutton and the jewelry used was not any good and so i went back to jess and she changed my jewelry and since then i have had no pain and am healing great. she has done a couple of my moms piercings also and everything has came out great. will never go to another piercer after jess!

Came in today to finally get my tattoo done I had to reschedule a couple times and finally got it done by Rick gotta say he did a fantastic job, had to take the wrap off because it was falling off due to my hoodie, but gotta say I am hella impressed and will definitely be back for more

Though I was scared and nervous for my first tattoo, Josh was professional and reassuring. It is healing beautiful, I love it and I am very happy with Boomerang and Josh!

Very unprofessional, feel bad as he does amazing art work wish everything had worked out for me to work with this company. But I won’t let a tattoo artist verbally attack my mother in front of me, on top of slamming the door closed behind him as he walked into the building, as well as verbally attacking us as he was mad at me for getting into contact with him as he was not in beforehand, this being 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Jess did an amazing job with my Philtrum piercing. She was kind and talked me thru the whole process. She made it a comfortable and pleasant experience for me.Went back a few weeks later because I was having troubles with it (completely my fault) and she was very helpful and made sure I understood everything about it. Jess made sure to ask multiple times if I was doing okey while getting it fixed. She is very caring and careful at her job. You can tell she enjoys doing peircings. She is calm, reassuring, comforting, and she is very understanding about situations and helps people (me) get through them to be able to enjoy my peircing again. Thank you Jess!

I love this place. Been tattooed a few times by Josh and have bought jewelry from Jess. They make each visit so welcoming and friendly. I feel extremely comfortable around them and love when I get to visit them.

I got the middle of my Cartlage pierced on my left ear done. The gal was extremely clean throughout every part of the process. I was very impressed with her knowledge and ability to do the piercing. I hardly felt it. The healing process is slow going, but I believe that is due to the area of the piercing (usually takes about 9 months with cartlage) and my own fault of not cleaning it often enough.

Oh Jess n Josh n Rick are so friendly make u feel at home if u looking for a homie feel to get a tat or piercing this is the place I wouldn’t look no where else can’t wait for my tattoo…
