My friends and I got matching tattoos done by Dre. We walked in late at night and he did an amazing job. The fine lines are nice and crisp. He was super friendly and made us all feel comfortable. Will definitely be returning!

Definitely worth getting. Got my very first tattoo. Its from an anime called Danmachi. His professionalism was amazing. Jason (the guy who did my tattoo) even asked if I was ok during the process. Very caring. 180 bucks well spent. I will come again if I want another tattoo.

This place is awesome. The owner was the piercer and made my 13 year old daughter feel very comfortable about getting her ears pierced. He was also reasonably priced. I told my wife about this place and she came and got her nose pierced.

😭Chris where are you?????? I miss your services. I have been to Blacklist many times for piercings and given a review with 5 starts before but this new guy Jesse is super rough. My 3 year old piercing is on fire from just a new piece of jewelry. I hope like hell it doesn’t become an issue. I don’t believe he listened at all to what I needed.

Sooo this was my first nose piercing experience and I must say Destiny was great! She made me feel comfortable and was very on point on how she handled the equipment being very sanitary. She walked me through the steps and before I knew it I was done. 💪🏽Thank you for making my experience awesome!

Update: go to you pick it we stick it & ask for Mike. Great environment, great customer service at half the price.Stopped by because of the reviews plus its close to home. Walked in, & first thing I see is a girl laying down on the couch face up, feet on the couch reading a book. Said gal, doesnt even put her book down so I assume its another customer. Young lad at the reception desk asks me how he can help, I inquire about nose piercings & jewelry. Points to the lady on the couch & tells me to ask her. She asks him what Im asking for (very awkward). Anyhoos, says its $40 & offers to do so right away. I declined. My 1st impression of someone, a place etc determines whether I continue or not. While the two technically didnt do anything wrong, their indifference/ unprofessionalism was it for me.

I brought my teen daughter here yesterday to pierce her ears. This was her first piercing experience. Jesse explained everything and answered all her questions. She ended up feeling lightheaded at the end but Jesse remained calm, patient, and kind. He helped ease her anxiety, offered her water, and fanned her until she felt better. We werent rushed out and he and his coworkers made sure she was okay before we left. Everyone was really caring. Thank you!

Both Jesse (piercer) and Isaac (tattooist) did a great job. Had Jesse do a double helix piercing and Isaac do a smallish tattoo on my thigh, both were quick and painless. Highly recommended!

This was my first time here. I came to get my most important tattoo done. I looked at their Instagram and picked out Krispy, because I liked how his work looked. He did fine but Ill never get another tattoo here, his attitude, no thanks. Hes just interested in getting people in and out, and I know this because of what he said about another client before me not being able to make up their mind. He was obviously annoyed when I wanted to take time to make sure my tattoo was just how I wanted it and when I wanted to redo where the removable outline was ONCE because it was too low he was annoyed because hed have to print a new one eventually if you remove it too many times. Boohoo, so print one??? And when I asked for his opinion or a question on anything hes like IS THAT WHAT YOU WANT?!?! Yuck. Getting a tattoo is supposed to be a positive and exciting experience and he totally ruined all of that.

Amber was extremely rude and unprofessional. Booked an appointment with her for my husband 3 times and she called off. She was pregnant then and had an excuse each time. Gave her the benefit of the doubt and booked for my daughter and she overbooked again. When questioned why this keeps happening got rude and said I was rude. Ok if asking you why you keep screwing people over is rude then your warped. Never again will we go there. Worst shop around. Went to Valor Ink in Friendswood which did a great job and is ran way better with true artist who care about the customer.

Got my daughter nose pierced. The piercer did an exceptional job. 3 stars because customer service and positive attitudes are a must.Update. I took my daughters to get another piercing. I wish I remembered her name but she was phenomenal. She did a great job with the piercings and great instructions in taking care of it. What I loved most was her positive energy and attitude.

All the staff here are cool. James is my go, too. I have recommended other people here, and they have been satisfied as well with different tattoo artists.

I had such an amazing experience with Catt, she made sure I was comfortable and really took care of me when I got my eyebrow pierced. I felt light headed after standing up and she made sure to sit me right back down and feed me candy to get my blood sugar back up. She was very kind and understanding and made sure I was okay and didnt rush me out despite two other people in the waiting room waiting to be pierced. She put my health and safety first. You can tell she genuinely does this for a passion and not for the money. If I get anymore piercings, Catt will be the first person I think of or recommend to other people.

This place is wonderful! Super clean and the people there are friendly. I love that they take walk ins. I decided to get a tattoo I’d been wanting for years. Dre did the tattoo and he was wonderful! I got my lady bits pierced here yesterday. I already forgot the piercers names because I was too busy taking my pants off. He and his female apprentice were super professional and friendly!! I was nervous to get something like this done but they were awesome and made it super quick and not at all awkward. 12/10 recommend them for piercing! The place needs an update or to be remodeled. Only one dude there and he was standoffish. We thought about going somewhere else but when we actually started talking with James he was very helpful and very honest. I respect that a lot. We didnt know what we wanted, well we had 2 ideas and he was extremely patient with us and helped us figure out what we wanted. My daughters earring was stuck and I tried everything to take it off. So I took her to Black List (thats where she got her ears pierced a year ago, best experience ever) and Catt was able to help! She was so sweet and patient with my daughter and did everything she could to make my daughter comfortable. Catt was able to take the earring off, and my daughter cried tears of joy!! Jason was excellent. I have picked and chosen people to do tattoos with much research after bad decisions at 19 for not researching and spent 23 tattoo removal treatments on my leg to pay the price. Jason helped me with a tattoo I got with my dad in 2019 I wasn’t totally happy about. He fixed it, and my new tattoo. My biggest thing was he asked me to swing by in 2 weeks so he could check it. I have NEVER had a tattoo artist do that, and now I have a list a mile long of additional things I want to do now that I have found a trust worthy person. Thank you!

We visited this location on 12/16/22 to get Sisters tattoos (my 3 sisters in law) and I got the Helix piercing. It was a fun and quite enjoyable experience. James and Dakota were engaging and very down to earth and put up with all the giggling 🤣 (and there was a lot). Very clean, very professional and personable! I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone considering getting tattoos or piercings!! 5 Star experience

My girlfriend had snakebite piercings done October 13th at a different tattoo parlor, long story short, they were undersized and digging into her lip. We gave black list tattoo a call on the 18th and asked their piercer (didnt get her name sadly) if they could remove it, and they said yes, itll be $10. After a little less than 10 minutes she had managed to get the piercing undone and we found out that if we had waited any longer it couldve been a trip to the ER.Will definitely be coming back for anything piercing related, they are very knowledgeable!

I had called three shops before deciding to go here. I’ve always heard you pay for what you get so I didn’t want to cheap out. The shop before I went here had a 3 HOUR WAIT for a nose piercing. I called Black List and was told immediately that there was no wait and cost is $40 for a nose piercing. I couldn’t believe my luck! I go in, was seen immediately and was very nervous so I took my sister with me. Mike who was my piercer was EXTREMELY informative, relaxing, kind and sweet! He let my sister in the room and talked me through everything completely! Everything was clean and professional. He even opened every single item in front of me so that I could see how clean everything was. Mike was very personal to my emotions and even helped calm my nerves. He explained aftercare in detail and even said if I had questions or needed help with anything to just come by again. I had the best experience ever!! He did such a great job with mine that some of my family members even went to him afterwards for their piercing needs! If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!! Hands down best experience I’ve ever had!! Ask for Mike and you will have the best time!!

I just wanted to share that Mike and Dre are amazing at what they do at this shop. I went to Mike to get my navel repierced after dealing with prior piercers that just wanted to make their money. Mike was very patient with me and knowledgeable about my aftercare so I wouldn’t have the same issues as before! As for Dre I went for him for tattoos and they were literally what I envisioned and more, I’m glad to have had my session done with him, his good vibes were so strong I actually started dozing off haha ! I gave him my vision and sent him a few pictures for inspiration and he designed the perfect tattoo for me. I highly recommend this place!

Jesse James was very professional. The pricing was exactly the same over the phone as when I arrived at the facillity. We did the proper paperwork, as my daughter is a minor receiving a piercing. The details of the procedure were discussed. The process was done in a clean and orderly fashion. The step being explained as they were implemented. After care instructions were given verbally and written. He offered more services for then or a later time. We paid. We left. Very good experience. Mike is awesome! Very professional. Did good work on my girlfriend. Very clean and comfortable place. Safe.

Catt did an amazing job with my son’s lip piercings and my nose piercing. She was very precise with the placement and took time to answer all our questions about after care.

Didn’t get my nose pierced here, but they swapped out my nostril stud for a hoop in like 2min flat (was given a 3 1/2-4 hour wait time at another place, so the speed was very impressive). No pain at all. Staff was super friendly!

Went in for my first tattoo on Sunday. The staff was so friendly and patient, and as someone who can be very timid and indecisive that means a lot to me. They were all very sweet and worked with me to figure out what I wanted. The tattoo artist I had was Dre. Very friendly, great with communication, and he helped walk me through everything he was doing so I wasnt so frazzled with my first experience. Would definitely recommend this shop to a friend.

Both my wife and daughter have had tattoos done here within the past week, and they are both very pleased. Neither were done by James though. I had a 7pm appointment with James for a tattoo. I got there around 6:50-6:55. He doesnt even show up until around 730. I meet with him and we talk for a minute about what I want. He says hes going to get ready. He goes in the back and I dont see him again. I leave around 8pm. I was there an hour waiting on him. Ill take my business somewhere else.

Chris was amazing. He did my piercing and I didn’t feel anything, very professional. But it was a guy that worked there he was kinda weird , they way that he welcomed me wasn’t very politely but other than that anything else was perfect.

Took my 9 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. Mike was gentle, patient, and put her at ease the entire time. Was greeted by nice young gentleman, brought my daughter inn to get her nose pierced for her B-day Catt took good care of her, gave her a run thru how she was going to do it that way she wasn’t scared, she was amazing and very professional, she told her all the aftercare can’t wait till future piercings.

I made an appointment to get my nose pierced online and the only time they had available was for midnight. I received a confirmation email and a text one hour before. After driving 20 minutes to get here I’m told the piercer left for the day. I could have at least gotten a text or a call letting me know instead of staying up and wasting my gas. Hella unprofessional.

Jason did my first tattoo. After showing him a picture of what I wanted he drafted something for my shoulder that was incredible! Ive gone back to get it colored, and both times hes done an amazing job. Im so happy with the work hes done and I will keep going back for him to add to it.

Ive taken my 9yo daughter here a couple of times to get her ears pierced. The first time we figured out that shes allergic to nickel, so we had to let her ears heal before going back. We purchased titanium studs, which Black List sanitized, then did an excellent job repiercing her ears. They have now healed excellently and she is super happy! They were very friendly and professional.

My daughter and I got our second piercing on the ear lobe and had such a great experience. I was a little scared and Chris who did our piercing eased my nerves. I also decided to get a tattoo by Jason and it was so smooth and gentle. Highly recommend!

I had a very good experience here! I came to pearland to visit some friends and got my nipples priced on a whim. I came around ten o’clock at night. I don’t remember the lady’s name that did the piercing but she was really cool and down to earth. She had a stuffed octopus that she let me hold/ squeeze to help with the pain. It’s been two weeks and I’ve had no issues with the healing process.I highly recommend this place. It’s clean and all the staff are friendly.

Lets just start off with that I LOVE MY TATTOO. I gave this rating a high 3 because I did like my artist Russ and my piece. He was very professional and made sure I understood the after care. I only came to find out the next morning that when my idea was taken to the back they LAUGHED at what I wanted to get. My tattoo has meaning for me however small or big it is. It was a remembrance tattoo that I wanted of my father because he had passed away a few months ago. I couldnt believe they laughed. If I had heard them laugh , I would have taken my pictures elsewhere and walked away. I was very disappointed this morning when my sister told me. I had asked her why she didnt tell me earlier and she said because she didnt want to hurt my feelings when she knew I was really excited to get what I wanted.I will be taking my money and piece ideas elsewhere.Edit--changed to a 2 star. The person who did it was Ross, not Russ. I called today 8.19.21 at 4:30 and asked to speak to a manager, supervisor, or owner. Was told there was none. My name is on this review, it can be cross referenced with paperwork from last Saturday. I would appreciate if someone would call me.

This place is amazing! Everyone is professional, honest, and creative. Amber is doing my sleeve and she was even able to fix the mistakes the previous artist made that started it. Their prices are super reasonable and you cant beat the deal on tapout sessions! Theyre definitely getting all my money!!!

I came to get my ears repierced for $40 + $10 including the earrings. They were very welcoming and nice. They noticed that I didnt need to get them repierced and helped save me money by only charging me for the earrings. Got my tattoo today from Amber and it was an amazing experience. I was a little nervous because this was the second tattoo in 6years. Amber made me feel really comfortable. She did more than I imagine and did an amazing job. So amazing my mom ended up getting hers done by amber right after me. Amber will be the only one doing my tattoos from now on. Went and made an appointment online with Matt and waited all day for it and was exited and 30 minutes before my tattoo they canceled it without calling me and letting me know. I’ve traveled all over us and got tattoo by far the most unprofessional place. I called them to see what went wrong and they blew me off like nothing and didn’t even want to reschedule me. Last night the Friend that told me to go there had an appointment at 11 and waited 30 minutes and then they took a walk in in front of him and blew him off. We will never go there and tell people about this place

I got both of my ear lobes and a helix pierced yesterday by Jesse James. It went great. They took sterilization very seriously, and the entire place was very clean. After I got home I realized I screwed up and asked for the helix to be in a different place than I had wanted. I was able to make an appt to come back today and get it done again. He was extremely helpful, patient, and answered the many questions I had to ask. Thank you so much Black List!!

I got my first tattoo here and it was great! The whole experience here was wonderful. James did my tattoo and he was excellent! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an artist! He worked with me a lot making sure what I was getting was exactly what I had in mind!

Had a last-minute decision to go out with my cousin and get piercings tonight! We came across this place and were so excited give it a try. When we got there we were greeted by this hottie Jesse James who totally put our minds at ease! Highly highly recommend going to lay your eyes on Jesse James at the blacklist tattoo and piercing!

The whole process for some piercings was fast and smooth. I wish I would have remembered the gentlemen that did my ears name, but he was very professional and knowledgeable. I would have given this place a perfect five stars for that but a few other employees there walk around you with no mask while requiring you to wear it.

Hey guys, I just want to start off by saying the people here are really nice and cool people, and theyre also reasonably priced.Back in march of last year I brought my sister here to get her helix done as a 16th birthday gift. They pierced her and she had a hoop with room to hang. She never had any issues, thank goodness. But I just went this past week and decided to get the same thing done, only I wanted a smaller hoop, apparently it was so tight it was cutting off my circulation. I finally after four days of not being able to sleep because I had been in so much pain, and google telling me it was okay to have redness or swelling for about 3-5 days, I knew this wasnt just any normal thing. An infection had spread to my lymph nodes. So I had no choice but to hit up an ER clinic. 8 numbing shots, 3 different tools, 2 Dr., and an hour later they finally removed it, and it was incredibly painful. Just think about it before you go in. Sometimes your body may reject piercings, but Ive had several done, from my nose to my ears and never experienced this. Knowing It shouldve been okay, the piercer just wrenched this one too damn tight. Im now traumatized, emotionally drained, and $250 has been taken out of my pocket just to get it removed.😢If I could post a picture, I wouldve

I went here to get a tattoo and by far this is my favorite place to go! All the people are so kind and supportive and help out one another. Amber is the tattoo artist who did my tattoo. She took the art work I wanted to get tattoo on my back. and addressed my concerns I had with it. and knocked it out of the park with the best changes I had ever seen! Also might I add, during this whole process she kind, respectful, and caring. One of the best people ive meet since being here in the Pearland area! So if you do go to Amber just know you will be highly satisfied with her work and talent, but also leave as if you just visited a life long friend!

Walking in the place seems nice, me and my boyfriend were talking with the staff as we went to the back. I asked for a daith piercing to help with my migraines. The person told me that they were going to clean off my ear, and Im thinking that there will be a conversation after cleaning it about the earring style, type of material, etc... Right after they cleaned it, they went straight into piercing the ear with no warning. I did not get to see the earring first or even know what it was made of (turns out my ear did not react well to that metal type, I wouldve opted for a more expensive one). I had wanted a hoop; they put in a curved barbell. When I said afterwards oh, I had wanted a hoop they said you dont start off with a hoop, you should have done your research. I thought that this was incredibly rude, as I had done plenty of research where people start off with a hoop. Fastforward 3 months and my piercing is very irritated. I end up finding out from another shop that a curved barbell (especially as long as it was) was NOT ideal for a daith piercing. And aside from that fact.... the piercing was incorrectly placed, it was too far back in the ear. If you want a piercing, Id suggest looking elsewhere, where the staff wont be as rude.

I got my nostril pierced at this shop today and I must say that these guys are professional. I spoke with Dre ( really cool guy)when I arrived , he told me the guy Jesses who does the piercing wasn’t there but he called him for me to check on his arrival time. Jesse pierced my nose so smooth and quick. I will definitely recommend this shop.

My artist Jason is amazing his badass tattoo designs is out of this world. His work speaks for itself. I have been telling everyone about him and showing them my first tattoo. Just a awesome place I would recommend Jason.

Carissa did my piercings after they nearly completely closed up. She was so sweet and concise; I felt welcomed and understood how to take care of my ears.

My sister in law(nose), niece(bellybutton) and I( second ear lobe) all went in for a piercing and Chris was very professional and fun it was a great experience thank you for that!

Soooooo happy with the level of professionalism from the owner Chris and his apprentice Noah! We took our 7 year old to get her ears pierced for her birthday and he was so kind ang gentle with her. Better manors than Ive ever seen in a young man! He was so great I ended up getting him to do my daith piercing that Ive been going back and forth about for 2 years! Shop was clean ang customer service was FANTASTIC!

Not professional at all. Made appt for my daughter to get her nose pierced. Paid online to book appt. Received email to confirm time and that it would be with Rob. We got there 15 min early. One staff member asked the girl behind the counter can you do them real quick her response was NO IM GOING HOME very unprofessional. Then tells us sorry you need to come back tomorrow why make appt and charge people if you dont have someone staffed for the appt. He said I wont be charge but yet was charged $30 for canceling? I didnt cancel your facility did!

Very unprofessional service from an artist named Amber. Did not seem to have much passion in her job automatically within 15 seconds said she really don’t want to touch it no offense but that isn’t something she would have done it like this! like if a customer is there telling you what they want why don’t you listen and conduct business the correct way. Was told to contact James that he would be the only one that would touch it! Well I took the card and I tore it up as soon as I got in the truck. Companies need to choose their employees better!

Brittany sucks at piercing she has no idea what she is doing she pierced my nose and was COMPLETELY OFF!! she had the needle go through my actual nostril when she pierced it instead of through the inside of my nose then when i told her it was off she then redid it and was still all the way crooked and off !! i will not recommend this place to anyone i had to take my piercing out because it hurt so bad and was so uneven ! the inside hole was not lined up with the outside hole AT ALL.

COMPLETE STOP.When you walk in to SOS, you feel like youre walking into a doctors office. Everything is so clean, fresh and new, with professional and talented artists.. You would be hard pressed to find a better experience.

Jesse James was amazing!! Very professional!! Very clean and every piece of material he touched was sanitized!! I am from Harlingen TX and my 12 year old wanted her 2nd piercing and we couldn’t have had a better experience while visiting this area!! I would totally come back to this shop!!

Not sure what his name was but in Nov 2019 I got a piercing from a male staff with a long beard. He went through “the wrong cross section” is what he told me. So he did my cartilage piercing from the front and then when the needle didn’t fully go through he got a bigger needle and went from the back. Basically it was trauma to the cartilage and I ended up getting a horrible keloid. I went in a few months later when my piercing popped off and they gave me a longer piercing and told to just take care of it well with tea tree oil. My keloid kept getting smaller some months and bigger other months. Anyways, a year and a half later, my keloid is still there and I went to the dermatologist. I have to get it shaved off basically. I would just hope that staff are able to just own up to mistakes being made and tell the client up front. I dont have keloid forming skin and it was clear that improper technique was the cause because its pierced diagonally. If he had just taken it out, said it was a mistake, and let it heal, it would’ve been fine and I wouldn’t need to deal with this. I would personally prefer honesty and being told to come back after the wound heals, rather than a bad piercing job. But he continued to pierce it anyways.

I was feeling spontaneous today so I called to see if they had availability for a piercing. They were very nice and squeezed me in! Reasonable pricing, clean, and the staff was friendly/good conversation.

The artist was really nice and wonderful to conversate with. His portfolio has good work in it. However, my tattoo took way longer than expected (which at first I was okay with.)But the next morning, I realized 2 letters were wrong. Thankfully its a foreign language that most people in the states are unfamiliar with. We had texted a screenshot of proper spelling. The stencil looked okay but perhaps it smudged a bit since it was a tricky body part.I couldnt go back and fix it because I was visiting Houston. Now Ill be making a drive to El Paso to have it corrected and finished by an artist Im more familiar with there.

The piercing was good price but The guy who pierced me wasn’t very nice. I thought i would get to choose my jewelry before getting pierced but now i’m stuck with a gaudy stud. He also made fun of me for crying when he pierced my nose saying “you don’t have to cry it doesn’t hurt that bad” horrible experience :( which is funny bc i told my friend abt this experience and she said he was very nice to her and asked for her instagram.

A guy named Jason gave me a great looking Jesus piece for a great price. He was pretty thorough with the consultation and completed it faster than I thought he would. Ill be back soon for sure.

I went there on saturday and they had an “all piercings 10$ deal.” I had 6 piercings for 60$! The guy that did my piercing was called “Jesse.” He was very professional and funny. All of their tools and products are 100% cleaned and sanitized more infront of you. 20/10 would go there again even though its a 45min drive for me :)

Called ahead and asked if they had a wait and they said no, went in person and there was actually a wait and they weren’t wearing masks. I understand that it’s no longer a governmental requirement but the pandemic didn’t magically end 3 days ago.Update: thank you for your response. I would like to point out that all the customers in the building while I was there, were wearing masks. It was the staff not wearing theirs.

Chill and fun environment, love my tattoos! Fast, clean and easy. I only go here to get pierced and tattooed. Theyre responsible and most importantly use all new and sterilize (clean) needles etc.

I got my septum piercing here for their $10 sale on 4/20. Staff was professional, clean and I had zero issues with healing. Will definitely return for more piercings.

Got my tattoo done. Looks good, but... The artist, James, left out a small detail. There was a monkey at the top of the shell, that he covered up and didnt tell me he did it. I noticed it after I had left. Its not a big deal, but he didnt even communicate it with me before, during or after that he was going to do that. When I texted him, he didnt even apologize. It would have been 5 stars if he would have communicated, 4 stars if he would have apologized, but this deserves 3 stars at best.

I got my nose piercing done. I got bad infection. I was cleaning my nose and was taking all the precautions but the piercing got so bad, it was bleeding and the skin was coming off. I had to go see a dermatologist. Dont go to them. They are not good.

I walked in hoping to get a tattoo. Only one man was there. No customers. No work on display. The shop looked rachet. It looked infection friendly. The guy looked sick and he was also a total jerk. He insulted my intelligence. He acted as if I didnt know anything about tattoos and good quality ink. I should have walked out the second I got a look at him and the shop. He has bad ink tattooed all over his body. I would never get any work done there. I walked out. That place is not for anyone who wants good artwork done on them.

I made an appointment for a nose piercing with Chris and I drove 30 min. I get there and the dude at the front desk tells me that Chris isnt there. I drove 30 min for an appointment that I made and CONFIRMED to be there for and Chris was nowhere to be found.

I love Sin on Skin I got my tattoo there. Scott did it, he was super cool and joked around with my friends and I. My tattoo came out beautiful! And I got my navel done there and well and I love that as well. Its the only place Ill ever go! Honestly use Scott hes great and when getting a tattoo he trys to make you so comfortable. He did my friends nose and he was very quick with it so I plan on useing scott for my next pericings

Set an appointment for 11pm on a Saturday night got there at 10:45pm. Sat there until 11:40 then they took someone that had a appointment with another artist over me. Either they forgot to actually put me on the schedule or scheduled someone over me I don’t know but unprofessional and I was never asked to be helped by front desk or anything. Even talked to the guy doin the tattoo outside.

Never been in a tattoo shop where I walked in the door and waited in the lobby for 20 minutes and nobody ever came out and greeted me or said anything………..

Went in to get a tattoo and the artist walked to the front desk and didn’t greet us. She was rude and told us that her day was done, but the business hours say that they close at 12AM...it was 6:30PM.

Feel confident in the piercing skills of Chris. Place seemed clean. He was courteous and helpful, even after we left.
