This magnificent team of professionals helped by evaluating my medical history, developing a long term plan, & understanding my desire to feel like myself again.Jozlynne is so kind, a true artist. While my needs are minimally invasive; my confidence in returning to health in all aspects is through the roof. The average Joe may not see a drastic change and that’s kind of the point.I went into the office feeling that this was a vanity move & came out realizing it was self care in its purest form.

Amazing experience!! Went in for a tattoo laser removal and was treated so kindly!! All the women working whether it’s front desk or the woman who lasered me were so fantastic and nice!! I absolutely cannot wait to go back for my second round!! Amazing pricing as she was willing to work with me getting four tattoos removed and quoted me such a good price!! Such an amazing place and environment 10/10 would recommend for any type of service you need this place is so amazing!!

It’s a real treat on the occasion you get to see Dr. Lo. the clinic itself is well appointed and spotless, calming and very inviting. They have the most advanced proven care opportunities whether yoyry skin, general health or weight loss they are eager to share their offerings and knowledge.. I have and do recommend the office to my friends and family.

First visit to the Petosky office. Normally a client in Naples. As usual, the staff was so helpful, courteous and professional. Always a pleasure going there!

Shauna was willing & able to answer all my questions & concerns. She was very easy to talk with & even flexible enough to add a treatment I assumed I was getting but hadn’t been scheduled for! She knows how to administer medication through a needle painlessly! She has a wonderful “bedside” manner! I’d love to have her anytime as my NP! Thankyou! Great job!

I have been visiting CSLC for over a year and I just have to say I have truly enjoyed every (perhaps painful) moment of my experiences.I have been going through a Brazilian Laser treatment and Paige has been absolutely incredible. She makes a pretty uncomfortable experience as manageable as possible. She makes me laugh as I wince through the pain and will commiserate with you about all the things. My results have been AMAZING! worth it 100 percent. Little tough but I promise worth it. Paige is great and will try to make you feel as comfortable as she can. Grateful for the exceptional care and wonderful experience-I would recommend to anyone!Paige is a GEM and absolute favorite!

The process filled my face out nicely but not over done.And Anna a PA was so informative, caring, and when explaining the hormone pellet. Walking into a med spa can be intimidating. You’re likely going for some sort of self improvement and there’s a level of vulnerability that comes with that. Then add to it that everyone in the office is gorgeous, it gave me some anxiety, but Sarah and the CSLC team have alway made me feel so welcomed, never insecure, and always treated me with the best interactions.

This is a place I have looked at for two years and finally made an appointment. I’m so glad I did. The office clean and spa like. From my consultation and first ever treatment. I was informed. Amanda was patient and made me feel good and helped me develop a plan. I was so happy with the results from my IPL facial as well as my injections. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

I have had a lot of hydro facials, hands down the best one I have had yet. She took extra time on extractions and made sure I knew what was being used on my face along the way. Def will be back for another one soon!

They were very helpful, and made me feel very comfortable about my decisions moving forward. Im so happy Ive found the right place for such a sensitive aspect in my life. It makes all the difference! When I called to schedule an appointment on 6/29/22 the receptionist was friendly and had all the information needed to quickly schedule my appointment. The on-line information sheet was emailed to ma so I could complete it before my appointment. Every staff person I had contact with on 6/30/22 was very friendly and professional. Amanda did my initial assessment which was thorough and complete. Rene came into the room to do the sclerotherapy needed. Her technique was gentle and effective. I appreciate the thorough explanations given by both staff members. I was reassured that they were both RN BSN and had the knowledge needed to assess my medical issues and determine the best treatment that would allow resolution of my condition.

Rene was the first encounter about my treatment plan and the friendliness she offered was as if we were old friends. Overall care, explanation, and professionalism was spot on. Thank you!

This is the SECOND appointment, scheduled, that was a loss because the staff is ill prepared. I drive 4.5 hours round trip for these appointments only to find out they are not ready for my appointment or they failed to tell me what is needed, of me, prior to arriving. There is no compensation for my loss of a day or money spent on gas. I highly suggest calling the office, several times, prior to any appointment to demand your file is reviewed and ready for your arrival.

Every time Ive come in to CSL petoskey with questions (and Ive had many) they take their time and make sure I leave feeling comfortable with my decisions. Ive never felt pressed or rushed in to making any decisions and Jozlynne has been incredible. I feel like Im just coming in for a chat with a friend. My results are spot on with what my goals are.

Cosmetic skin and laser center in Petoksey is phenomenal. I did not know what to expect going in, but I was pleasantly impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. They were also very conscious of price, and let you know what things will cost and how that all breaks down without you having to ask- that was a relief to me, as I had a budget and was worried about having to ask for all the details. But they make you feel comfortable, welcome, and do not push you to do anything you are not comfortable with. Renee specifically is wonderful! But all of the staff there is great.I’ve been a customer for about 3 years now, and I would encourage anyone looking for their type of services to check out CSLC in Petoskey. You won’t regret it!

Ive been going here for years for my skin needs and im always impressed. The staff are all very friendly, professional, well dressed, and stunningly beautiful. Seriously, is that a condition for working there? I suppose it makes sense. One would want customers to see that what theyre selling works, but some of the people working there are just mesmerizing.Thanks to first hand experience, they are all experts on their products and services. This is great because they can all talk about the products and can give first hand reviews which is really helpful if youre scared or nervous. Ive only had chemical peels and been treated for acne and they only offer high quality products so its all been great.

I just had two different procedures done for the first time. I was not completely sure what to expect, but everyone was friendly and polite, they introduced themselves and made me feel comfortable. Paid shy of 700$ for lip filler Kysse and had 2 sessions to have it injected. Couple weeks after my second visit one corner of my lip was a little droopy and when I used dark lipstick that corner would get a weir look due to lack of filler. I return to office to point my situation and end up paying more to fix something that should have been done in the 2 visits I had. The weird part is that they were keep giving me compliments ‘ how beautiful my lips look’ when I knew they were not right.I was sad that I paid extra when it was not my mistake. The staff was kind and professional. To me the final results are more important.

Seriously? This place is awful. They are superb salespeople and will give you lots of complements after your procedures, but after seeing other places, I realize the results here are meh at best. Plus, after seeing what they did to my mothers face, I am embarrassed to be seen with her! Its terrible!Courtney and staff are only concerned for the bottom line and how much $$ they can make for themselves. I wonder if the desk/appointment setters are on some sort of commission incentive?

Dr. Lo was very thorough in presenting options for both Facetite and PRF joint injections. I feel confident that my surgical procedures will be executed with skill.

I love this place. It’s super clean, professional, and the staff is so nice! I go in for light peels to correct my skin tone and uneven pigment. I got a laser lift yesterday. It was much more painful than I expected and I would not do it without more sedation again. That said, the staff was wonderful and skilled and I will definitely keep going there.

The Hydro Facial and Zenos made my skin feel all renewed and smoother. I know it doesnt reduce wrinkles, but Im hoping it regenerates collagen and that my face will have better tightening and glow. I love facials as it is a massage, exfoliator, and deep tissue cleanser altogether. A great feeling!

I am a seasoned of plastic surgery/cosmetic procedures and I would put Cosmetic Skin and Laser Center with the top providers. In the market since 2005. BUT they need to improve the pain management side of the business. Had deep FX and I was in agony for two hours - in the chair and in the car. In an age where Uber or Lyft is available patients should be allowed to undergo treatment in comfort and not digging their nails into the palms of their hands. Today is better but need more than biting on a bullet when pain (equivalent to sticking your head into a pizza oven for 15 minutes) is involved. For staff who have had it done numerous times, you must have a stash. Ill be happy with results, Im sure, but man it was awful.
