Went to Tattoo Odyssey to have a tattoo reworked. It was pretty bad, crooked, faded and just bad. So I met Gil ,the owner, we talked and I explained what I imagined it could look like. I have to say I was not disappointed! So from my discription he came up with a really cool idea, put it on paper, which I liked but wait until you see the real thing! It turned out to be exactly what I envisioned! And in the mean time I made a really cool friend in Gil! Ill definitely be going back for more work and shenanigans at Tattoo Odyssey!!! We had a blast! Great experience with Gil at Tattoo Odyssey! After careful research, chose Gil for my first tattoo. Went in with a picture of the tattoo I wanted, but also to expand it into a larger tattoo in the same style. Gil came up with a very cool, original tattoo that looked awesome! He was a pleasure to work with, always patient and open to changes as we fine-tuned the final tattoo. The tattoo took several sessions and we always had enjoyable conversations throughout. Highly recommend Gil!

His line work and shading is absolutely perfect and last for years! He has an unmatched skill set for creating pieces and blending work together. Will be back, AGAIN.

Gil does an absolutely amazing job! I’ve gotten 24 tattoos by him and I trust this man with my life. I will never go to another artist. My patchwork sleeve looks so cohesive and I appreciate his blunt, honest opinion. I recommend him to all my friends and family. He never fails to do an amazing job for everyone. The staff is amazing also. Everyone is so friendly and talkative during appointments which eases a mind during a tattoo. I live in new jersey, but will always make the drive to the shop.

Well, thanks to all the 5 star reviews, I chose Tattoo Odyssey to do some ink for me yesterday. Manny was amazing! He listened to me drone on and on about my dogs and how important their portraits are to me. I wanted Pipers picture to capture her cuteness and sparkle she had for 17 years! Not only did he give me exactly what I wanted, he also fixed up and added to some other work Ive had done. Hes known as Manny the Mad Tatter but I think hes Manny the Magician! I will be using Tattoo Odyssey for ALL my ink going forward!

Absolutely a great place. Could not ask for nicer people. Personally, I think Their Prices are absolutely reasonable. This was not my first tattoo. It’s the second one that Gil has done for me.I highly recommend tattoo Odyssey. Will be returning for more work.

I had a bad experience getting my first tattoo and was in desperate need of a new tattoo place, then I found this place. I’ve had both my back ( a sword ) and forearm (Medusa) tattooed by Gil. Absolutely amazing work and everything healed beautifully. I can’t help but to admire them and the compliments I receive are crazy. I recommend this place to everyone without a doubt the most comfortable I’ve been in a tattoo shop. This shop has my business for life!

Gil has tattooed my mom, sister, older brother and me, the pieces are absolutely beautiful! For 3/4 of us, it was our first tattoo and it was on a painful subject but Gil was so very kind and professional throughout the whole process. Made an appointment to get a tattoo done for my first grand daughter and Artist and owner Gil drew up the tattoo I requested and did an awesome job on it and was awesome person to talk to as I was getting it done. I had a tattoo on my ankle from years ago I didnt like. I told Gil I wanted a new one to cover it up. I showed him some pics but he said they wouldnt work over my current tattoo. He sketched up a new tattoo and showed me what it would like over my current. It was perfect! Gil did the tattoo and it looks great! Blended the colors I wanted perfectly and added others. I love it!

I’ve be going there for years. I’ve been to other places prior and Gil is without question the best with his art and creativity. He redid tattoos, covered up regrets, and created tattoos on my entire upper body. I am scheduling my next appointment. You’re the best!

Gil is a true artist. He turns an idea into a masterpiece. The original skeleton was a little bland, but Gil brought this coffee drinking corpse to life. He takes the time to make sure it is exactly what you wanted and then some. Thanks Gil :)

I highly recommend Tattoo Odyssey to anyone looking to get a tattoo. The staff hold themselves to a very high standard and only produce perfection. They are extremely professional and organized. They will even call you before your appointment to remind you. They truly don’t rush anything and are straight forward with everything. I also recommend Gil, he is extremely experienced and will produce a beautiful piece of your choice. 10/10 establishment!

Was shopping around for my first tattoo. After many conversations, I found Gil and loved what he had to say. In the end, I am glad I chose him. He was able to take on a tricky project that several other were uneasy about. Gil put so much thought into the little intricacies of this sleeve. It turned out better than I imagined. Gil has been putting ink on me for over 40 years. Having lived all over the country and having had the opportunity to be tattooed by many famous artists, I still travel back to Gil for my work. The shop Itself is clean, professional, reasonable and employs a myriad of talent! Can’t go wrong.

Gil was the best. I can honestly say that was the gentlest tattoo Ive ever gotten and it came out freaking amazing!!! More people need to go to him. His staff was great, the place was super clean and the conversation was fun.

Been 26 years since my last tattoo. Was satisfied with that one, but not thrilled enough to get another one until I saw the work Gil did on my wifes 4 tattoos.I meet with Gil , told him what I was looking for and he designed it from scratchA Gil original. He did the work 3 days ago and it looks incredible. No onewho has seen it has used the word nice because it is way beyond nice.I am a little picky about detail and quality, thats why its been 26 years since my last one. Thank fully I am 100% thrilled with this one. Gil is a master with detailand shading. Hell work with you to get it right before he starts.(Very important ) I am planning on having him improve the one I got 26 yearsago. Thank you Gil.Update: Had Gil re-design the tattoo I had done 27 years ago.He enlarged the existing roadrunner and added a few extras to the new design. What an amazing job. No one would everGuess this was done over an existing tattoo. Absolutely incredible. Gil is the man.

Gil just did 3 more tattoos for me yesterday, unbelievable work. truly the best. Who would do 3 full tattoos in one sitting.7 hours later my 3 tattoos were completed and they are past my expectations of what I imagined.I couldnt be happier with the results.Gils the GOAT !!!!!!

After being left with a large scar form hip to hip from a surgery that I had due to a medical condition, I reached out to Gil about having him cover it up for me. I looked at other places prior but they were asking for way to much money or didnt like to cover scars. The first time I met with Gil he was very welcoming, honest and straight forward. I needed two sessions and his sense of humor made them go by with a breeze. My tattoo is now finished and I am completely in love with it. Gil took his time making sure it was everything I wanted and I could tell that he genuinely cared about my happiness with his work. I am already planning on getting another tattoo. I would recommend Gil and his shop to anyone out there looking to receive great work at a great price from someone who really cares about what he does!!

Hands down the best place to go. Gill and his staff make you feel right at home and comfortable. His hand is steady and his color true, just like his tattoos. Only place My family goes for ink. That includes my daughter, yes daughter she has 6 from him. Great work.

Ive been getting tattooed by Gil since I was 17, Im going to be 54 in April and hes like a fine bottle of wine, only gets better with time.

I got my daughters name tattooed on my neck the artist was amazing he kept conversation he drew up a few different designs for me and I picked a couple of things out of all of them and he put it together for me its unique and he wasnt heavy-handed which I loved especially on the collarbone but the place is very professional very clean but I did get this done about 8 years ago but if its the same owner from then then Im telling you right now the place is amazing
