Rock & Ruthless Tattoo Parlor

Rock and Ruthless did an awesome job for my first tattoo. I brought them a project that was less than ideal and they took their time to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. Annalise was my artist and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Check them out if you want stellar ink🤘

I hate leaving this review, but unfortunately it needs to be done. I put a deposit down for a tattoo back in 2017 roughly. We spoke via email a couple times, I think there was trouble with the design. Im not quite sure. But then crickets for years, I reached out again in 2023 to give Tyler another chance. He told me he was booked out until roughly fall of that year. I was kind of shocked that yet again I was still waiting. So its what 6 years now, I would think that I would get at least the first call off spot. But I decided against complaining to him about it. So I asked instead if I could just use my deposit money and get a piercing instead of a tattoo. Crickets... You would think that a prior customer who spent close to thousands in their shop on tattoos and merch wouldnt just get tossed to the wind. Disappointed is an understatement. My advice, look elsewhere. There are other artists that are very talented and manage their time and their customers extremely well.

Back about 4 years ago, when I sent a deposit for an appointment and still havent received any updates or had any emails answered, I thought Tyler was a decent artist.Now that I have expanded my tattooing knowledge, I realize he is mediocre at best. His fan base, rural central PA, think hes the best of the best. But there are much better, much more high profile artists that you can get appointments with faster than Tyler. Thats if youre willing to do a little traveling.Hes let stardom go to his head I think but doesnt realize his fan base is rural PA where most people never get out of the tri County area.

This is the place to go for affordable, high quality tattoos. I can’t recommend them enough.

These guys are the cat’s pajamas. Will be returning for a second tattoo with them when the time comes.

Clean, professional, and a friendly environment! Tylers work is well worth the wait. Im highly impressed and blown away with every tattoo and piercing Ive had him do.

Tyler is a really good piercer he doesn’t you a gun to pierce and I really recommend him if your getting a piercing:)
