I saw Jasmine on the tv show Tattoo Nightmares and since then I’ve gotten 3 med/large tattoos done by her over the past couple of years. Everytime I got tattoed by Jasmine, her artwork and creativity surpasses my expectation of what I was going for! She’s so friendly and welcoming. My best advice is to trust the process and give Jasmine the creative freedom! She will not disappoint! I can’t wait to get more work done by her!

I’ve gone for a few piercings and they’ve done a great job and are very kind. I got my bellybutton pierced here about a year ago and it was done wrong. I guess I have the wrong anatomy for it because it migrated and I had to take it out and it left a scar. The piercer pierced the flesh of my stomach and not my navel. All I’m saying is I feel like she should have just told me I couldn’t get it instead of trying to pierce my stomach.

The Black Pearl Tattoo Co. is by far the best tattoo shop around. They are extremely flexible and accommodating when it comes to appointments and the staff is so friendly. Paul has done 4 tattoos of mine and every one has turned out incredible. 10/10 experience

Went here while on vacation. Amazing staff and very professional environment. Would highly recommend and will probably return in the future for more ink. Very accommodating considering went in as a walk in and they were very excited to complete my vacation. 10/10 experience

I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences here. i see danny normally for tattoos. everyone in the shop is super easy to talk to and friendly. they’re always joking around with each other and making the atmosphere fun and uplifting. i’ve also gotten a piercing & jewelry changed out. it was a super easy, simple, and fast process. they have extremely flexible scheduling as well.i cannot say this enough - the place is CLEAN. from the floors to the walls to the windows to the bathroom. it’s obvious that everyone here loves their job and loves being there.i also think the prices are extremely fair for the quality of work you’re getting.i cannot recommend this place enough. thank you guys for being so great ♥️

THE BEST. I would not go anywhere else for a tattoo. I went here for two small tattoos both done by Paul who is amazing! He made me feel so comfortable and he has great energy. I was a “walk-in” both times and he was really accommodating. Highly recommend this shop.

This is the only reputable piercing shop I could find in lower Westchester that follows jewelry and piercing standards (most places do not have the right jewelry). The staff are knowledgeable and kind. I am confident going there for a new piercing or any kind of maintenance. Highly recommend their services.

Long story short I got my second piercing done the cheap way in a mall (would not recommend)! The place pierced with a short stem so when my ear swelled the piercing disappeared after a week. I called birdhouse freaking out and they told me to come in. Kira saved my life! She was patient, kind and understanding. She took her time to remove the bad earring and then made a calculated decision on what to do next. She was transparent the entire way through and made me feel very comfortable. The place is very sterile but homey at the same time. I should’ve initially came here. I will definitely recommend and be back soon!

My wife and I have had a few tattoos done here by a few different artists, and this has just become our shop for all our tattooing desires. The place itself is clean and inviting, and the staff have been universally welcoming and helpful. Ive gotten both simple flat shaded stuff as well as a unique custom half-sleeve, and Im so happy with all of it.

Paul was fantastic -- and incredibly laid back. Frist tattoo experience made easy. Hope he finally got to eat that Egg and Cheese Bagel... Good vibes for sure -- and Ill definitely be back for my next tat..

George was amazing. Took my daughter for her industrial piercing and could not have been happier. He took his time, explained everything. He was very professional and the environment was super sanitary. I would recommend seeing George whenever ever possible.

I came here to get my daughter’s ears pierced by Jorge. He is just wonderful, he explained everything thoroughly and made my 9 year old feel very comfortable. The place is incredibly clean and everyone is professional. This was almost 7 months ago, today we went back so he could change her starter earrings to new ones. Once again he was wonderful and everything went smoothly and we are very happy. I highly recommend him.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough! I went to get three different piercings on my ear. The person who did the piercings was the perfect mixture of professional and kind, as he walked me through every step very methodically, but also made sure to pause to ask how I was feeling. They have great jewelry options, the shop is very clean, and the staff is caring and informative. I love my new piercings, and I highly recommend this place for anyone else who wants piercings that theyll love.

Went to get my daughters nose pierced for her birthday. Everyone here was kind, welcoming and professional. The shop is super clean. Jorge, our piercer, was great. He kept everything clean and explained everything as we went along and aftercare. Will definitely come here again.

I felt nothing but respect and good vibes all around. The tattoo was phenomenal! The reassurance I felt was 100% spot on, and after everything was said and done, I left happier than before I entered. Samantha is really amazing with kids. My 6 year old just had her first ear piercing and I couldn’t have imaged a better experience.

Super excited for this new tattoo shop! The store owner Jamie did an amazing job fixing a tattoo me. He was also really cool and no judgement, that you can sometimes get other places. Kira was awesome she made sure to get me in asap and is really friendly. I can’t recommend this shop enough. I look forward to having more work done!!!

Absolutely great! i was visiting NY for a few days and was able to schedule for the next day. Got this back tattoo done by Paul (10/10 recommend). Cost was decent, staff is super nice and patient, good experience overall!

Getting my first tattoo here was a breeze. Kiera was super informative and answered any questions I had. The studio was clean and comfortable. Mario was a great artist and worked with me to figure out the best kind of tattoo I wanted. I definitely recommend this place if you’re a first timer and really itching to get a tattoo but unsure how the process goes. If I lived local I’d 100% come back, thanks Birdhouse!

I will definitely go back here. Nice, clean, friendly. I came in because a nose piercing I got elsewhere was fit wrong and getting infected.I was treated so well. Fantastic place

I went in for a nose piercing without an appointment. The wait was super short and there were a variety of entertaining magazines to read and earrings to observe. The staff were very friendly and we shared stories. Later, Kiera gave me the option between a teeny weeny nose stud or a normally sized nose stud. Obviously I chose the teeny weeny one for it fits my personality. She wisely cleansed my nostril with some fine iodine. Then, it was time. Kiera was very friendly and did not accidentally stab my lip (yippee!). When I departed the staff said their farewells and I then had a pretty nose piercing! It is only the night after but I am sure that it will stay healthy.

Had an appointment, drove over 45 minutes to get there and was told the piercer was sick. Really unprofessional that no one cared to reach out to let me know. So disappointing and will not be back.

I live all the way in New Paltz and I drove down to Pleasantville just to get a tattoo from Jamie at birdhouse tattoo. He has an amazing reputation and his work speaks for itself. The shop is really nice. Its clean and relaxed and the staff are all really friendly! I have had great experiences there. I havent even finished the piece on my arm yet and I already know Ill be going back there for my next tattoo!

I had a nose piercing a week ago but it’s getting infected. It seems that the ring is too small for the opening. The ring keeps going through the piercing hole and it’s getting infected. I am going back tomorrow to see what they can do. I will update my review

This is my 3rd tattoo with Jamie and he’s my tattoo artist for life - I recommend him every chance i get. The Birdhouse tattoo shop was clean, well organized and Jamie and Keira are professional and lovely to work with. highly recommend them and I will absolutely be back.

Finally a tattoo shop in Pleasantville worth going to! This is not the same old shop- a complete renovation under new management has turned this iconic shop into a gem. Kira and Jaime were professional, communicated promptly, and are just plain awesome. If youre looking for Manhattan quality art without the city price and an easy-going attitude- get inked here!

Got my ear lobes pierced at Old Town Tattoo and had a great experience! Old Town Tattoo is very clean and professional. The piercing process was very thorough and seamless. Highly recommend!

Old Town Tattoo in Pleasantville does the best work in Westchester county in my experience. The shop is clean, staff is professional, the prices are excellent and the quality of their work is amazing. It’s definitely worth going to over any other tattoo shop in the area.

The service was great! I went in to get another piercing , my second hole, and Mario pierced my ears. He was lovely and very considerate. He did a great job!
