I recently got a single ear lobe piercing here.Pros:- piercer was kind and professional- no wait time- cost was only $15 per lobe, including titanium jewelryCons:- only three jewelry options, all diamond studs: titanium, gold plated, or silver plated- the earrings had butterfly backs, which are known to harbor bacteria- she gave me some inaccurate general info about piercing jewelryMy piercing got infected and swollen, so I had to go to a different place to buy an earring with a longer post because the swelling was causing the jewelry to sink into my ear. Much happier with the threadless push-in design the other shop sold me—more comfortable to wear.I don’t think the infection was the piercer’s fault. But I still would have been better off going to a place that specializes in piercings so I could get more reliable jewelry.Overall, come here if you’re on a budget and know you’re not prone to infection. Otherwise, go higher end.

Britney was incredible! My daughter is on the spectrum and had been insisting on getting her nose pierced. She is so kind, patient, and gentle. My daughter loves her piercing!

Do not go there for the Friday 13th or any other specials. Piercing was supposed to be until 9 and I got there at 5. Turned me away. Unprepared. Weak ...Flying Daggers in Holt Came through!!!!

The earring started sinking into my ear which then cause it to bleed and bleed and then the lady just said to take it out and let it close it hasn’t even been 1 week since I got it done

Got pierced by Brittany today- super fast, piercing looks great, and followed every safety procedure I’ve seen at other piercers plus she is super nice. Pricing was very fair as well and jewelry is included (titanium), gave great care instructions and will definitely be back! Cannot emphasize enough the great customer service, timeliness and cleanliness!

I got my nose pierced here during a flash sale a few months ago. The staff were incredibly friendly and the overall environment of the shop was comforting. I would definitely recommend coming here!

Got tattooed by James and I could not have been happier with the results! I wanted to get a piece to commemorate my dog and he definitely did it justice! I’m moving out of state soon but I’ll make it a point to come back just to get tattooed by him again! Thank you James!

By far the worst experience in my 14 years of being tattooed. This place forgot the artist in tattoo artist. If you want a simple copy and paste image from Google this is your shop! If your design requires any sort of artistry keep looking. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted. Artist said he couldn’t do it. Said he would draw up an option. It was a stock Google image so I’m not sure what he “drew up”. After going back and forth because I was unhappy with the sketch he told me “maybe you should figure out what you want”. By far the worst experience dealing with an artist. I guess tattoo ARTISTS are few and far between. My kid brother gave me better options than the artist in the shop. Would not recommend if you want a personal tattoo. If you want a ying yang with flames this is your shop.

This is a great shop and I would definitely recommend them. Anthony did some work for me and he was very careful and considerate of what I wanted. He designed my tattoo and it was absolutely perfect. Beyond what i anticipated and everything went as smooth as can be. I had a great experience here and I will definitely be coming back.

Decided to get a septum piercing completely spontaneously one day. When in and got pierced with the owner. They are super nice and have an awesome environment in their store. The piercing experience was awesome. Tess is definitely a good piercer and takes the time to explain things and answer questions you may have about the process. I got 3 piercings done here and I was super nervous. The piercer Tess was amazing at calming me down and really making me feel comfortable. She was very quick and efficient. She was also super considerate of what I wanted to do with my ears and gave me full room to adjust the placing. She read my face(well what she could see) to tell how comfortable I was with where they were placed. This place is clean, profesional, and amazing. Definitely recommend.

This review is for the shop owner Tess, and her piercing apprentice Brittany.I got a piercing from Brittany, she did such a great job on my septum. Took her time explaining the process of the piercing itself, healing time, and how she does the piercings. I for one have gotten 8 piercings total in my lifetime and I very much appreciated how thoroughly she explained everything and made sure I was comfortable.The process of the septum, she took her time made sure it was straight and Tess the owner was there to make sure everything went smoothly and it did. It was all over in about 6 minutes, and other than the inevitable tears it only hurt a bit.They do sell the cleaning solution for $5 a bottle, I ended up purchasing 2 because you want to make sure you have too much rather that too little.The shop itself is spotless! Very clean and I would totally get a tattoo here, actually its going to be my new go-to place for piercings!Cant wait for this to heal and be back for my snake bites!Thank you Brittany & Tess for a wonderful experience!

The staff was amazing! I came in to get an my industrial and a tragus done and I’m glad I came here. Tess was so kind and very informative on how to handle my piercing. The atmosphere was really professional, yet relaxed at the same time so it made me at ease when getting my piercings. Also, the prices for the piercings were great and one could tell that Tess took her time to clean all the equipment and make sure it was only the best! I can’t wait for my piercings to heal and come back to this shop for more. Great staff and amazing experience! Loved every moment of it! :D

Came here to get my nose repierced. They were quick and very helpful. I had my nose pierced by Brittany and she was very nice and knowledgeable. Will definitely come back for other piercings.

I went and got pierced yesterday. I was a walk-in but was seated within five minutes of being there. My piercer was so nice, fast, and clean! 10/10 would recommend. I love my piercing! I will definitely be coming back in the future. \(T_T)/

Great experience!I booked a double earlobe piercing appointment through Google. Tess did my piercing and Brittany was also present in the back room during the procedure. Both lovely individuals who were kind, professional, and wasted no time but didnt rush through the procedure either. I brought one pair of my own earrings that I purchased elsewhere but since my earlobe piercing also came with titanium jewelry, I chose one set of studs out of the options they provided. Tess cleaned the materials and then hand pierced my lobes.Great local business! Dont forgot to tip either :)

I would never go anywhere else to get a pericing besides here. Tess is truly the best and cares about what she does. This shows when shes piercing by how much care and gentleness goes into the act and then the knowledge she gives you after shes pierced you. One of the best things about getting pierced here is knowing that if theres a problem with your piercing, like an infection, you can reach out to and get help to solve the problem. Great pricing, environment and just overall a truly wonderful business.

My issues started when my lobe got pierced with 20g butterfly back jewelry by Brittany. Every time I change it, my piercing become irritated since butterfly back is so damn hard to take off. Cleaning is a nightmare since q tips hurt it so much and butterfly backs are impossible to clean without q tips. Cannot fit anything bigger than 20g jewelry in there. Upon research I’ve learned that I was supposed to be pierced with 16-18g flat back jewelry, which would’ve made me so much less miserable. It’s been almost 4 months and changing jewelry is still impossible. At least they use titanium though, and Brittany was very nice. I just didn’t do research and trusted them.

Nick was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was able to take me and my fiancé for a small heart/skull thing as a walk-in. The tattoos look amazing and so happy he was the one to do it. We are from out of town but next time we go out to Pomona, we will definitely be stopping in to see him again! Thank you Nick!!!

I am so happy I came here for my septum piercing I was recommended a couple of shops but Im glad I picked this one the owner Tess is absolutely amazing and beautiful if I may add😆 everyone was so kind and greeted me as i walked in there was a woman tattooing and she stopped and said hello!! I was super nervous about this piercing but Tess made me feel like I was right at home everything was extremely clean and sterile and one thing I noticed was she had her credentials posted on the wall! This is a really cool shot I love all the artwork on the walls and the vibe there was a artist sitting at the counter drawing everything was laid back and comfortable I definitely recommend this place I will be back again thank you guys for being awesome

I did my own research on, & decided to get a Daith piercing. I figured that if it prevented migraines or even lessened frequency, it would be worth it. If it did nothing for them, it’s a cool piercing anyway. Piercing/tattoo establishments cannot speak on it one way or the other as I think that would come uncomfortably close to medical advice, so do your research & make your own choice. I cannot express how happy I am with this piercing! Tess is the best! It didn’t hurt when she did the actual piercing, ( some pressure but I never felt actual pain), it healed fast & without problems or discomfort and best miracle of all... I have had only 2 small warnings of migraine that were handled by 1/4 of my regular prescription. It has been 5 weeks & during this time I would have easily had 10-12 migraines. As I am not a doctor, I can’t say this will work for you but it is a miracle for me. Do your research & decide. If you decide to try it, Tess is the very best person to trust your cartilage to. She knows what she’s doing & is very nice too. I wanted to share my happiness so here’s my share.❤️

I had just recently had my industrial piercing done by Tess and she was amazing. Tess walked me through step by step on what she was going to do and she did an amazing job. When she did my piercing it was amazing on how quick and practically painless it was, not to mention how she calmed me down when I was nervous. I definitely will be doing all my piercings through her and I would recommend her to anyone.

A few years ago Tess pierced my nipples, everything was great! A few months ago, one of them came out because I had not been checking to be sure it was secure. It was a Sunday, I messaged to see if she could put it back in for me (I was afraid to do it myself), her assistant Brittany met me at the shop with an hour and put it back in for me. Tess and Brittany are super helpful and accommodating.

Love this place! I went to get my eyebrows pierced and Tess was so great. She was very professional,quick, and efficient. I hardly even felt the piercing. The shops vibe is awesome as well. Highly recommend.

3 different friends recommended this place, and Im glad they did! This was my first tattoo, and Amy put me right at ease. It was a simple silly little design, and I love it. The store is clean (floor just finished being mopped when I came in) and everything used was taken out of sealed packages in front of me. If I ever decide to get another tattoo, I will come here - and if anyone I know is looking to get a tattoo done, I will send them here.

My S.O. has wanted an industrial piercing since forever. So she finally got it done for her birthday. The staff was super nice and friendly. Talked her through the whole process and were very sweet. Im pretty sure appointments are recommended and all the artists did amazing work.

I have gone to Tess for all my piercings. Except for the one time I cheated on her and went somewhere else.. I ended up having to come to her to fix it anyways. The shop is super rad looking and really clean.

I found this place back in 2011 when I was looking for someone to do dermal piercings. I initially got my dermal piercings back in 2011 and was definitely pleased with the piercings. Tess the piercer is great! The Tattoo Shop has a vintage look and feel to it which is pretty gnarly🤙🏻. I recommend anyone go here if theyre looking to get pierced or tatted it up.

Ive been coming to Tess to get pierced for 8 years now. I have had a total of 11 new piercings and 1 repierce from her. Ive referred more than 10 friends here who all received 1 piercing or more from her. She is very professional and CLEAN. She may have limited jewelry options but it is for the best. You dont want to start off with intricate or heavy jewelry that may be detrimental to the healing process. She uses sterilized jewelry that looks nice and helps prevents complications with the healing process. She also has jewelry service appointment options to help you swap out jewelry if you bought some or to replace the front jewel if they fell off because you play with your earrings too much (guilty haha). I believe she still has spray for sale that helps with the healing process as well.

Me and my friends both got pierced here and both of them got infected and came out. Would not post but thought other people should know and beware. They also dont really give you options for jewelry, only one, I only realized bc I went to other shops and they had more options.edit The jewelry probably low quality. you pay for what you get i guess. we also got the sprays from them, and that couldve been a cause of infections. I cleaned it every day with it, and it got more itchier and irritated...other places I got itdone, my piercing was fine

Dont ever go to this place, I went here for my first tattoo and I paid 350 to some heavy set guy with a beard to do my tattoo on my chest and he only did half of it and I believe his name was Ryan or something like that and he quit the next day....I came back to let the staff know what happened and they just said to find him and it wasnt their problem but yet he was an employee there. And till this very day I still have my chest half done. Please dont go here.

Tess is the best!! Super soft hands I have multiple piercings and not all by her but shes the best also dont go to the swap meet for piercings that was my first piercing and it was places wrong

Went about 2 months ago to get my nose pierced. The piercer was very patient (I kept jumping because I was terrified). The process was fast and clean. I appreciate her understanding my fear of needles and talking me through my piercing

I had an appointment set up with Gesselle and 30 minutes before my appointment, when I was already on my way and had arranged someone to babysit my kids, She text me saying we had to reschedule my touch up and that she was no longer intrested in doing another tattoo for me which I had already paid a deposit for. I better get my deposit back! Super rude and unprofessional and Ill be taking my business elsewhere and telling everyone!!!

I highly highly recommend this place ! I had my nose pierced and they make you feel so welcomed and calm . They walk you threw all the steps and explain everything great great service ! (Anyone thinking about getting their nose pierced it does not hurt as much as you think it’s just a little pinch with warm ness after, a flu shot hurts more )
